In recent years, great progress has been made in the production technology of heat treatment for steel plate with limit specifications. The production technologies of heat treatment for steel plate with limit specifications at home and abroad are compared and introduced. The intensive production technology of heat treatment with roller quenching is adopted in China, the trial production of the thinnest steel plate (2 mm) as well as continuous and stable productions of the thickest steel plate (300 mm) have been achieved, which gradually surpass the production technologies of heat treatment adopted abroad, temperature control quenching and water tank quenching. As a result, significant contributions have been made to the large-scale, lightweight and long-service life equipment manufacturing as well as adapting to complex and harsh service environment in China.

极限规格钢板热处理生产技术近年来取得了较大进步,对国内外极限规格钢板热处理生产技术进行对比介绍。国内采用集约型与辊式淬火热处理生产技术,已经实现了最薄2 mm钢板的试制与最厚300 mm钢板的连续稳定生产,逐渐超越国外采用控温淬火与水槽淬火的热处理生产技术,为我国装备制造的大型化、轻量化、长寿命并适应复杂、苛刻服役环境做出了贡献。

In recent years, great progress has been made in the production technology of heat treatment for steel plate with limit specifications. The production technologies of heat treatment for steel plate with limit specifications at home and abroad are compared and introduced. The intensive production technology of heat treatment with roller quenching is adopted in China, the trial production of the thinnest steel plate (2 mm) as well as continuous and stable productions of the thickest steel plate (300 mm) have been achieved, which gradually surpass the production technologies of heat treatment adopted abroad, temperature control quenching and water tank quenching. As a result, significant contributions have been made to the large-scale, lightweight and long-service life equipment manufacturing as well as adapting to complex and harsh service environment in China.

极限规格钢板,如2 mm厚高强钢与耐磨钢板、300 mm厚船板等是工程机械、装备制造、交通运输、石油化工、军工等领域关键原材料,在国民经济、国防等方面具有无法取代的作用。由于装备制造逐渐向大型化、长寿化方向发展,装备服役环境复杂、苛刻,高性能装备发展迅速,对高品质特厚钢板的需求量大幅度的增加。钢板轧制后为实现组织均匀和细化、改善强韧性能、消除残余应力等目的,需要进行热处理,利用不同的加热制度和冷却制度来调控组织和板形,得到更优异的性能[1-2]
2022年11月20日,由中冶赛迪设计供货的宝钢2 050 mm热轧新增集约型热处理机组热负荷试车一次成功,第一卷经过全连续热处理工艺生产的高强钢卷成功下线[3],如图1所示。
该机组设计产能10万t/a,产品厚度为2~6 mm,宽度为900~1 700 mm,最高抗拉强度为1 800 MPa,产品包括超高强工程机械用钢、耐磨钢、防弹钢、低应力回火板等,广泛应用于起重机、混凝土泵车、铲车、防护车与自卸车等行业。
该机组采用超高强钢卷全连续快速热处理工艺,配备抛丸机、激光焊机、NOF炉、快速感应加热装置、新型淬火机(气雾+水)、强力矫直机、高强卷取机等核心工艺装备,首次实现了热轧超高强钢卷全连续热处理工业生产。机组同时采用了钢卷自动准备站、钢卷智能辨认与追踪、自动上卷、自动开卷、自动穿带、自动焊接、矫直机模型控制、工艺段模型控制、自动甩尾、自动取样、自动卷取、自动卸卷等高度自动化技术,实现了机组智能化操作。
2020年11月23日,由德国SMS公司设计供货的德国Ilsenburger Grobblech公司在其1号热处理炉中成功生产了第一块钢板,随后在新的X-Roll®MultiFlex-Quench(MFQ)中成功冷却[4],如图2所示。工厂设计的钢板厚度范围为5~175 mm,通过MFQ淬火,SMS公司在市场上建立了一种全新的冷却技术,提供了比传统冷却更多的选择。通过可切换的压力范围,可以实现从极慢冷却到快速淬火的任意冷却策略,终冷温度可自由选择。得益于可变设置,MFQ实现了比传统淬火更大的产品组合。板材由辊道夹紧,确保最佳板形,尤其是较薄的板材。板材均匀冷却和最佳产品性能的先决条件是板材加热和淬火后回火过程中的高温均匀性,为此,SMS公司提供了两台先进的辊底炉,这两台炉都具有节能的加热系统和用于低排放操作的现代低NOx燃烧器。
舞阳钢铁有限公司的特厚钢板淬火生产方式为水槽式淬火[5-6],如图3所示。钢板淬火前需要用天车吊装到水槽中,如图3(a)所示,由于夹具的受力不均导致钢板变形。钢板淬火时,夹具随钢板一起进入水池,如图3(b)所示,由于夹具与钢板接触处无法充分冷却,并且夹具会阻碍水流流动,导致钢板冷却不均匀。2017年,东北大学开发出高强均匀淬火工艺技术,应用于舞阳钢铁有限公司国际首台套特厚钢板辊式淬火机上[7],实现了厚度范围120~300 mm、最大单重50 t的钢板连续稳定辊式淬火生产,如图3(c)(d)所示。特厚钢板辊式淬火机在温度均匀性、表面质量、淬火板形和组织性能等方面全面超越水槽式淬火。
法国INDUSTEEL公司的特厚钢板热处理的生产方式为台车炉+水槽[8],如图4所示。钢板完成加热温度与保温时间的工艺要求后,先从台车炉出来,如图4(a)所示。由于台车炉与水槽的距离较远,因此需要用天车吊装到水槽,如图4(b)所示,钢板在吊装转移过程中存在热量损失,导致钢板进入水槽时的温度不均匀。INDUSTEEL公司与舞阳钢铁有限公司水槽淬火的不同点是钢板淬火时,夹具不随钢板一起进入水池,而是把钢板放在机械臂上,由机械臂倾斜随钢板一起进入水池,如图4(c)所示。为了能承受特厚钢板的重量,机械臂设计的比较宽,机械臂与钢板接触的面积比夹具与钢板接触的面积更大,造成机械臂与钢板接触处无法充分冷却,并且机械臂会阻碍水流流动,导致钢板冷却不均匀。
日本JFE钢铁公司的特厚钢板热处理的生产方式为台车炉+水槽[9-10]。JFE钢铁公司的西日本制铁所现有的热处理装置为2011年开始研制的大单重特厚钢板专用热处理设备。加热炉是台车式,能处理的钢板的极限规格为:最大厚度为400 mm,最大长度为15 400 mm,最大重量为55 t。水槽的形状为圆柱形,钢板需在左右两端加工两个缺口以方便天车吊装,如图5(a)所示。由于水槽的形状和尺寸的限制,钢板只能垂直进入水中,能处理的钢板的极限规格为:最大厚度为400 mm,最大长度为8 000 mm,最大宽度为4 650 mm。为了满足装备制造大型化与减少钢板加工成本的需求,JFE钢板公司于2017年开始重新设计水槽设备,以便能处理极限长度规格的钢板[11-12]。水槽形状由圆柱型变为长方型,如图5(b)所示。钢板不需要在左右两端加工两个缺口,钢板不是垂直而是水平放进入水槽中,能处理钢板的极限规格为:最大厚度为400 mm,最大长度为15 400 mm,最大宽度为4 700 mm。
为了减少钢板在吊装转移过程中的热量损失,水槽就建在台车炉旁边,还设计了U型吊具,以便吊装特厚钢板,如图6所示。钢板淬火时,U型吊具随钢板一起进入水池,为了能承受特厚钢板的重量,U型吊具设计的比较宽,U型吊具与钢板接触的面积比较大,造成机械臂与钢板接触处无法充分冷却,U型吊具会阻碍水流流动,导致钢板冷却不均匀。
(1)国内采用集约型热处理生产技术,首次实现了热轧超高强钢卷全连续热处理工业生产与最薄2 mm钢板的试制;采用步进梁加热炉与辊式淬火热处理生产技术,已经实现了最厚300 mm钢板的连续稳定生产,在温度均匀性、表面质量、淬火板形和组织性能等方面全面超越水槽式淬火。
(2)国外采用节能型辊底炉与控温淬火热处理生产技术,能处理的钢板厚度范围为5~175 mm;采用台车炉与新型水槽淬火热处理生产技术,能处理最厚400 mm钢板。
