In this paper, the causes for higher burnup are obtained by analyzing the management and operations of heating furnace in detail based on the heat transfer of billet in heating furnace aiming at the phenomenon that the burnup per ton of steel of regenerative heating furnace in 1# production line of Long Products Plant of Baotou Steel is obviously higher. A series of improvement measures and operation optimizations such as refining and strengthening the thermal management of heating furnace as well as improving hot charging rate, reducing heat losses, controlling exhaust gas temperature and reasonably controlling furnace pressure are put forward based on the working principles and operating features of regenerative heating furnace so that the gas consumption is effectively reduced, production costs are saved and certain economic benefits are obtained.

文章针对包钢长材厂1号线蓄热式加热炉吨钢燃耗明显偏高的现象,根据坯料在加热炉内的传热情况,从加热炉管理与加热炉操作两方面进行了详细分析,得出燃耗偏高的原因。根据蓄热式加热炉的工作原理和操作特点有针对性地提出了细化、强化加热炉热工管理、提高热装率、减少热损失、控制排烟温度、合理控制炉膛压力等一系列改进措施及操作优化,有效地降低了煤气消耗,节约了生产成本,取得了一定经济效益。

In this paper, the causes for higher burnup are obtained by analyzing the management and operations of heating furnace in detail based on the heat transfer of billet in heating furnace aiming at the phenomenon that the burnup per ton of steel of regenerative heating furnace in 1# production line of Long Products Plant of Baotou Steel is obviously higher. A series of improvement measures and operation optimizations such as refining and strengthening the thermal management of heating furnace as well as improving hot charging rate, reducing heat losses, controlling exhaust gas temperature and reasonably controlling furnace pressure are put forward based on the working principles and operating features of regenerative heating furnace so that the gas consumption is effectively reduced, production costs are saved and certain economic benefits are obtained.

蓄热式加热炉采用独特的空气、煤气预热方式和排烟方式,充分利用烟气中的热量,通过蓄热装置将空气、煤气预热到1 000 ℃左右,排烟温度降至200 ℃以下,解决了常规加热炉预热温度低、排烟温度高、热效率低的问题。蓄热式加热炉可以使用热值较低的高炉煤气作为燃料,使其燃烧充分,加热炉热效率可达65%以上,节能效果非常显著,是目前轧钢厂主要的节能措施和发展方向[1]
包钢长材厂1号线加热炉为2013年改建投产,设计产量120 t/h,使用高焦混合煤气作为燃料,燃烧系统采用最流行的空气、煤气双蓄热烧嘴式加热炉,具有自动化程度高,污染排放低的优势。生产统计发现吨钢燃耗一直在1.08~1.10 GJ/t之间波动,燃耗偏高。针对这一问题,进行深入调查研究,采取一系列改进措施及操作优化,将年平均吨钢燃耗降低到1.03~1.05 GJ/t之间,有效减少煤气消耗。
蓄热烧嘴一般成对工作,空气、煤气经过换向器进入一侧蓄热烧嘴,通过蓄热体时常温的空气、煤气被加热到1 000 ℃左右进入炉内进行弥漫混合燃烧,产生的高温烟气通过另一侧蓄热烧嘴将热量传递到蓄热体上,烟气温度由1 100~1 200 ℃降到200 ℃以下,由引风机排出厂房外。经过40~90 s,换向器将蓄热烧嘴在工作状态Ⅰ和Ⅱ(见图1)之间自动转换,使一个处于燃烧状态,而另一个处于排烟状态,这样循环往复,从而将高温烟气中90%的热量由空气及煤气重新带入炉内,从而达到高效节能的目的[2]
对加热炉热工管理没有及时与生产变化情况形成良好互动;停机待轧加热制度不完善,对生产小规格停机检查15 min时间没有对应的减量操作要求;生产计划安排与来料情况对接不好,常出现来料落地情况,热装率不高;燃耗考核指标不细化,热装坯料和常温坯料燃耗指标没有分类,形成常温坯料燃耗降不下来,热装坯料燃耗省不下来,整体吨钢燃耗偏高。
坯料进入炉内后,由推钢机推上固定梁,然后活动梁以190~220 mm的步距使其依次通过预热段、加热段、均热段,加热合格后,出炉辊道将坯料送出加热炉,坯料在炉内间隔40~60 mm,炉内热传递效率稳定,燃料消耗少。
因坯料弯曲度及机械设备原因,坯料时常出现间距过小甚至紧贴或坯料间距过大的现象,坯料温度不均或超温,热传递效率波动大,燃料消耗增加。
(1)煤气热值变化后调整不及时。加压站输送煤气存在热值波动大特点,操作时若观察不到位,没有随煤气热值及时调整空燃比,会造成炉内煤气未完全燃烧或空气量过多,造成煤气无故消耗。
(2)操作中空气过剩系数偏大。实际工作中空煤配比不合理,空气用量过大。加热炉是通过燃烧气体的辐射和对流将热量传给炉壁和钢坯的,而气体的辐射基本上来自燃烧生成烟气中的CO2和H2O[3]。煤气完全燃烧时产生的烟气量设定为100,则空气过剩系数为1.05燃烧时,生成的烟气体积为120,空气过剩系数增大为1.1燃烧时,生成的烟气体积则增大为134,即体积增大1.117倍,烟气中CO2和H2O浓度则反比例降为0.896倍,即气体辐射黑度下降,从而使传热系数下降,燃料利用率降低。
(3)炉膛压力过大或过小。实际生产中因操作不及时造成炉膛压力过大或过小。炉膛压力过小时,加热炉从出炉口、装炉口、观察孔等处往炉内吸冷风,炉内温度下降且氧化性气氛强,增加了氧化铁皮厚度,影响炉内传热效果,造成热量损失,增加燃耗;炉膛压力过大时,从炉内向外冒火,恶化工作环境且热量损失加重,增加煤气消耗,见图2
(4)各班操作工技术水平及操作方法不一致。交接班时,各班习惯将加热炉调整在自己熟悉的状态,所用时间在10~15 min左右,这段时间内炉温会出现不同程度的波动,也会出现浪费煤气情况,增加燃耗。
加压站输送的煤气存在热值波动大的情况,热值在9 211~12 560 kJ/m3之间,且波动频繁,操作工操作困难,被迫按照低热值时使用煤气量,煤气存在不完全燃烧情况,造成煤气浪费,吨钢燃耗高。
近几年,随着市场不断细化,客户的要求越来越高,作业部轧制新品种、新规格不断增多,且大部分需除鳞水除鳞,出炉温度普遍要求在980~1 000 ℃之间,增加了煤气消耗。订单轧制量趋于碎片化,更换品种的次数比较频繁,停轧时间增多,也增加了煤气消耗,造成吨钢燃耗降不下来。
对造成吨钢燃耗高的原因进行详细分析后,针对性地实施了一系列切实可行的改进措施及操作优化。
(1)细化完善待轧降温制度。改变原待轧降温制度中时间跨度大的缺点,将次数多、时间短停轧换成品辊、换导卫停轧15 min之内减量降温标准纳入制度中,并要求根据轧制规格的不同,在开轧顺利后10~20 min后再将加热段的温度提高。表1为加热炉待轧降温制度。
表1待轧降温制度细化完善后,以每班产量980 t,换成品辊或导卫3次,每班按制度执行操作可少用煤气1 500 m3,燃耗降低0.016 GJ/t。
(2)加强生产联系,提高热装率。热送热装是节约煤气、降低燃耗的重要措施。加强与炼钢厂沟通,根据来料情况,有针对性地合理安排生产计划,最大限度提高热装率,尽可能将坯料从运输车上直接上料。从测温统计数据看,从运输车直接上料比坯料落垛30 min后上料温度高150 ℃以上,可节约煤气150 m3/h以上。同时,要加强与燃气调度协调联系,稳定煤气压力及热值,减少热值波动,减少煤气的浪费。
(3)加强巡查,发现开裂冒火及时处理,提高加热炉气密性,减少热损失。运用新型轻质密封料在预热段炉顶进行试验,炉顶温度从100 ℃左右降低到70 ℃左右,取得良好效果,后续将在加热段和均热段推广使用,见图3
(1)操作时将煤气热值显示调整到主页面放大,可随时观察到煤气热值变化,计算出加压站煤气热值变化后到现场的反应时间,努力实现操作与热值变化同步,保证炉内煤气完全燃烧,减少不必要的煤气消耗。
(2)做到“三勤”“三同时”操作。加热炉操作人员严格执行工艺制度及“三勤”“三同时”操作,正常生产时要做到勤观察、勤联系、勤调整,做到炉温稳定波动小;热值波动时,煤气、空气、炉膛压力同时调整,杜绝只调煤气不调风或只调风不调煤气、排烟阀门不调整、炉膛压力随意波动的错误操作。同时,及时按照在炉钢种情况合理调节加热段及均热段温度,保证出炉钢坯温度的前提下,降低燃料消耗。
(3)选择合理的空燃比,以最小的空气过剩系数控制燃烧。适量空气过剩是煤气完全燃烧必要保证,但过量的空气对燃烧是有害的。生产实践表明,空气过剩系数控制在1.03~1.05范围内就可以保证煤气完全燃烧。要求操作工根据煤气压力、热值变化,及时增减空气用量,将过剩空气对温度影响降到最小。表2为煤气不同热值时的空然比。
(4)正常生产时,合理的控制蓄热箱排烟温度。根据蓄热式工作原理得知预热温度高是蓄热式加热炉最大的优点,而两侧空气、煤气预热温度是否一致,对加热炉温度分布均匀性有决定性作用。因此将排烟温度调节一致,使两侧空、煤气的预热温度基本相同,并保证烟气的热量最大限度被空气、煤气吸收带入炉内,将蓄热箱排烟温度从140 ℃提高到170±10 ℃范围内。
(5)合理控制炉膛压力。炉膛压力的大小及其分布是组织火焰形状、调节温度场及控制炉内气氛的重要手段,它影响钢坯加热速度和加热质量,也影响燃料利用的程度,因此对炉膛压力的要求是保持加热炉出料端钢坯面压力为零或微正压,根据1号线加热炉特点,炉膛压力控制在25~30 Pa之间。
(6)合理安排在炉钢坯数量,将装炉步距从230 mm改为200 mm,钢坯在炉数量从68支提高到75支,增加钢坯在炉时间,降低吨钢燃耗。
通过操作优化及加热炉热工制度的严格执行,目前包钢长材厂1号线加热炉运行状态良好,正常生产时吨钢燃耗控制在1.05 GJ/t以下,特别是2021年吨钢燃耗达到1.032 GJ/t,历史最好。经测算年节约热量9 360 GJ,年创效益15.725万元,减少碳排放673.78 t。
