The chemical composition, heating and rolling processes of hot rolled beam SM490YB are reasonably designed according to the technical standard requirements of hot rolled H beam SM490YB for offshore oil platforms in the Japanese Standard JIS G 3106-2020 “Rolled Steel for Welded Structures” combining with the characteristics of working conditions of production line in steel plant. The yield strength of the test steel with Nb-V microalloying is 412~420 MPa, tensile strength is 531~545 MPa, elongation after fracture is 26%~29%, longitudinal impact absorbing energy at -20 ℃ is greater than 200 J and transverse impact absorbing energy is greater than 110 J; microstructure of the test steel at room temperature is fine ferrite+pearlite and grain size number of ferrite is 8.5. The test results showed that the H beam with Nb-V microalloying was with good comprehensive mechanical properties, which could meet the requirements of high strength and toughness, low temperature resistance and easy to be welded for the steel for offshore oil platforms.

根据日本标准JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》对海洋石油平台用SM490YB热轧型钢的技术标准要求,结合钢厂生产线的工况特点,对SM490YB热轧H型钢的化学成分、加热及轧制工艺进行合理设计。采用Nb-V微合金化的试验钢屈服强度为412~420 MPa,抗拉强度为531~545 MPa,断后伸长率26%~29%,-20 ℃纵向冲击吸收功大于200 J,横向冲击吸收功大于110 J;试验钢室温显微组织为细小的铁素体+珠光体,铁素体晶粒度级别为8.5级。试验结果表明,采用Nb-V微合金化的H型钢具有良好的综合力学性能,试验钢的综合力学性能满足海洋石油平台用钢高强度、高韧性、耐低温、易焊接的要求。

根据日本标准JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》对海洋石油平台用SM490YB热轧型钢的技术标准要求,结合钢厂生产线的工况特点,对SM490YB热轧H型钢的化学成分、加热及轧制工艺进行合理设计。采用Nb-V微合金化的试验钢屈服强度为412~420 MPa,抗拉强度为531~545 MPa,断后伸长率26%~29%,-20 ℃纵向冲击吸收功大于200 J,横向冲击吸收功大于110 J;试验钢室温显微组织为细小的铁素体+珠光体,铁素体晶粒度级别为8.5级。试验结果表明,采用Nb-V微合金化的H型钢具有良好的综合力学性能,试验钢的综合力学性能满足海洋石油平台用钢高强度、高韧性、耐低温、易焊接的要求。

The chemical composition, heating and rolling processes of hot rolled beam SM490YB are reasonably designed according to the technical standard requirements of hot rolled H beam SM490YB for offshore oil platforms in the Japanese Standard JIS G 3106-2020 “Rolled Steel for Welded Structures” combining with the characteristics of working conditions of production line in steel plant. The yield strength of the test steel with Nb-V microalloying is 412~420 MPa, tensile strength is 531~545 MPa, elongation after fracture is 26%~29%, longitudinal impact absorbing energy at -20 ℃ is greater than 200 J and transverse impact absorbing energy is greater than 110 J; microstructure of the test steel at room temperature is fine ferrite+pearlite and grain size number of ferrite is 8.5. The test results showed that the H beam with Nb-V microalloying was with good comprehensive mechanical properties, which could meet the requirements of high strength and toughness, low temperature resistance and easy to be welded for the steel for offshore oil platforms.

随着世界经济的快速发展和陆上油气资源的不断消耗,海洋石油平台的建设范围逐渐延伸至深海和北方高寒地区[1],对高强度、耐低温的海洋工程用钢的需求与日俱增[2]。发展深海油气开发设备,需做到“材料先行”[3]。高强度、高韧性以及良好的焊接性能是海洋石油平台用钢的发展趋势和方向。海洋石油平台用耐低温热轧H型钢对材料的显微组织、非金属夹杂物、气体含量、表面质量及残余有害元素的控制等都有较高的要求[4-5]。某钢厂根据日标JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》[6]中SM490YB牌号热轧型钢的技术要求,结合自身技术装备特点,组织技术攻关,设计出了满足标准要求的化学成分和生产工艺,成功开发出Q355级海洋石油平台用热轧H型钢SM490YB。
日本产业标准JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》中对SM490YB牌号型钢的化学成分和力学性能要求如表1表2所示。
表1所示,为实现试验钢的强韧性合理匹配,可以添加适量的微合金化元素,通常添加的微合金化元素有Nb、V、Ti等,钢厂可以根据自身的实际情况进行选择性添加。在海洋石油平台建设和维护过程中都需要进行焊接操作,若设计的碳当量过高,钢材容易出现焊接裂纹等缺陷,降低焊缝质量,因此要求钢材的碳当量控制在较低的范围,以提高焊接接头的质量,所以标准中要求SM490YB的碳当量CEV≤0.38。
根据JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》中对SM490YB热轧型钢化学成分、力学性能的要求,结合产线的炼钢、轧制设备工况,拟采用低碳硅锰的成分设计,辅助采取Nb、V微合金化,合理的成分设计,并匹配控扎控冷工艺,通过固溶强化、析出强化和细化晶粒等机制,提高试验钢的强度和韧性。
C是提高强度最经济的元素,但过高的C含量会降低钢的冲击韧性和焊接性能,因此本文设计的碳含量为0.07%~0.12%。Si通过固溶强化提高强度,但过高的Si含量会影响钢材的表面质量和焊接性能,设计的Si含量为0.2%~0.4%。在钢中加入适量的Mn可以提高钢材的强度和韧性,促使钢材晶粒细化,设计的Mn含量为1.30%~1.50%。
适量的P可以提高钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度,但高P含量会导致钢材的脆性增加,降低韧性。适量的S可以改善钢材的加工性能,但高S含量会导致钢材的韧性降低。在海洋石油平台用钢中P、S含量都控制在0.025%以内。
Nb在钢中主要通过析出强化、细晶强化、固溶强化提高钢材的强韧性,在奥氏体中形变诱导析出Nb(C、N)来抑制奥氏体再结晶[7],阻碍晶界的迁移,细化晶粒,细小的晶粒有助于提高钢材的强度和冲击韧性。同时这些碳化物阻碍位错的运动和滑移,从而提高钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度,故设计的Ni含量为0.02%~0.05%。
V在钢中形成的V(C、N)在固溶体中的溶解度较高。在高温时不易产生由于析出所导致的裂纹,在凝固过程中,钢坯出现裂纹的趋势较小[8]。当V加入到钢中时,它会溶解在钢的晶格中,增加晶格的强度和稳定性。和Nb类似,V也可以在晶界附近形成碳氮化物的析出相,提高钢材的强度。V的固溶效应和析出相会对钢材的晶格结构和位错移动产生影响,从而改善钢材的塑形,设计的V含量为0.02%~0.04%。
合金元素Nb和V在钢中可以改善钢的强度和韧性,因此本文决定采用Nb、V复合的思路来设计SM490YB钢的化学成分,确定了海洋石油平台用H型钢的化学成分范围,如表3所示。碳当量CEV=ω(C)+ω(Mn)/6+[ω(Cr)+ω(Mo)+ω(V)]/5+[ω(Ni)+ω(Cu)]/15,此成分体系下最大碳当量为0.378,符合不大于0.38的要求。
按照某钢厂生产线的装备特点及兼顾良好的力学性能,生产的海洋石油平台用SM490YB热轧H型钢的工艺流程为:铁水预处理→转炉顶底复吹冶炼→LF炉外精炼→连铸→铸坯加热→高压水除鳞→BD开坯→CCS万能轧制→步进冷床冷却→矫直→外形、表面质量检查→冷锯取样→锯切定尺→超声波检验→打包。生产的异型坯尺寸为440 mm×105 mm×555 mm×90 mm,成品规格为H700×300×13×24。
冶炼过程的关键在于确保钢水的高洁净度,即降低有害元素S、P和夹杂物的含量。冶炼过程主要通过硅钙钡脱氧、挡渣出钢以及合理控制关键元素C、S、P的含量来实现这一目标。精炼过程则采用软吹氩、钙处理等方法,促进夹杂物上浮,改变夹杂物形态,同时降低钢中氧含量。在连铸过程中,全保护浇注技术用于防止二次氧化,低过热度浇注有助于提高铸坯质量和钢水的洁净度。
连铸坯在轧制前都需要进行高温固溶,过低的轧制加热温度会导致钢材变形困难,增加轧制力和能耗,同时也不利于Nb、V等合金元素碳化合物的固溶。而过高的加热温度可能引起铸坯过热和奥氏体晶粒的异常长大,不利于得到最佳性能,因此需要选择合适的加热温度。为了充分发挥Nb和V的微合金化作用,必须加热到足够的温度,使其充分固溶,设计试验钢铸坯加热温度为1 150~1 330 ℃,加热时间为100 min,均热时间为50 min,总计150 min。
本文所涉及的海洋石油平台用H型钢的冷却方式为轧后空冷。
根据日标JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》规定在H型钢翼缘上取拉伸试样和冲击试样,冲击试样尺寸为10 mm×10 mm×55 mm。依照JIS Z 2241—2011《金属材料拉伸试验方法》[9],采用英斯特朗120 t电液伺服拉伸试验机在室温进行拉伸试验,依照JIS Z 2242—2018《金属材料的摆式冲击试验方法》[10],采用JBD-300A低温冲击试验机在-20 ℃进行冲击试验。采用蔡司SIGMA500场发射扫描电镜对冲击断口形貌进行观察。金相试样经研磨、抛光后,采用体积分数4%的硝酸酒精溶液对金相试样进行腐蚀,在蔡司Axio observer A1M光学显微镜下观察其微观组织形貌[7]
工业试制冶炼试验钢3炉,得到24支铸坯,缓冷48 h后发往轧钢厂进行轧制。SM490YB热轧H型钢力学性能检测结果见表4。从表4可以看出,试验钢的屈服强度为412~420 MPa,抗拉强度为531~545 MPa,断后伸长率为26%~29%,-20 ℃纵向冲击吸收功大于200 J,横向冲击吸收功为大于110 J,钢的拉伸性能和低温冲击韧性均满足日标JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》中对SM490YB牌号钢的要求,且低温冲击韧性的富余量较大。
试验钢金相显微组织见图1。由图1可以看出,钢的显微组织为铁素体+珠光体,由于采用了低碳及Nb-V微合金化的合金成分设计,钢的组织晶粒度较细,达到了8.5级,保证试验钢具有良好的低温冲击韧性。
试验钢-20 ℃冲击断口形貌如图2所示。图2(a)、(b)图2(c)、(d)分别是纵向冲击和横向冲击断口形貌。如图2(a)、(b)所示,纵向冲击断口裂纹起裂区以拉长的韧窝型断口为主;如图2(c)、(d)所示,横向冲击断口裂纹扩展区的断口以大小不等的等轴状韧窝为主,部分韧窝较大较深。从试验钢冲击断口形貌分析来看,不管是起裂区,还是扩展区,都是冲击性能较好的韧窝型断口,说明试样在冲击断裂过程中,吸收较多的能量,再次证明试验钢具有良好的低温冲击韧性。
(1)通过合理的成分配比和科学设计冶炼与加热轧制工艺,确保了钢水的洁净度和坯料的内部质量,使得热轧成品展现出优异的力学性能和微观组织。
(2)通过该冶炼和轧制工艺开发出的SM490YB海洋石油平台用热轧H型钢,屈服强度为412~420 MPa,抗拉强度为531~545 MPa,-20 ℃纵向冲击功大于200 J,-20 ℃横向冲击功大于110 J,满足日标JIS G 3106—2020《焊接结构用轧制钢材》中规定的性能要求,并且有较大的冲击性能富余量。
