The sulfuric acid corrosion resistant steel for railway carriages is with the composition design of low C containing Cr. It is with good comprehensive properties as well as its microstructure is ferrite, bainite and a small quantity of pearlite through the reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, which could meet the requirements of steel for railway carriages. The scanning electron microscope observation showed that Cu, Cr, Ni and Si were obviously enriched at the interface between oxide layer and matrix of steel. As a result, the adhesive force of oxide layer and matrix is increased to prevent permeation of anions so that the resistance to corrosion of steel surface is enhanced. The corrosion rate of the test steel in the immersion test of 20% sulfuric acid is 6.46 g/(m2·h), which is 20.59% of that of Q355B, so its resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion is excellent.

铁路车厢用耐硫酸腐蚀钢采用低碳含铬成分设计,经过适当的控轧控冷,试验钢具有良好的综合性能,显微组织为铁素体、贝氏体和少量的珠光体,满足车厢用钢的要求。扫描电镜观察显示,在氧化层与钢材基体界面处产生了明显的Cu、Cr、Ni、Si富集,增加了氧化层与基体的结合力,阻碍阴离子的渗透,从而增强了钢表面的抗腐蚀能力。试验钢在20%硫酸全浸试验中的腐蚀速率为6.46 g/(m2·h),腐蚀速率为Q355B的20.59%,耐硫酸腐蚀性能优异。

铁路车厢用耐硫酸腐蚀钢采用低碳含铬成分设计,经过适当的控轧控冷,试验钢具有良好的综合性能,显微组织为铁素体、贝氏体和少量的珠光体,满足车厢用钢的要求。扫描电镜观察显示,在氧化层与钢材基体界面处产生了明显的Cu、Cr、Ni、Si富集,增加了氧化层与基体的结合力,阻碍阴离子的渗透,从而增强了钢表面的抗腐蚀能力。试验钢在20%硫酸全浸试验中的腐蚀速率为6.46 g/(m2·h),腐蚀速率为Q355B的20.59%,耐硫酸腐蚀性能优异。

The sulfuric acid corrosion resistant steel for railway carriages is with the composition design of low C containing Cr. It is with good comprehensive properties as well as its microstructure is ferrite, bainite and a small quantity of pearlite through the reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, which could meet the requirements of steel for railway carriages. The scanning electron microscope observation showed that Cu, Cr, Ni and Si were obviously enriched at the interface between oxide layer and matrix of steel. As a result, the adhesive force of oxide layer and matrix is increased to prevent permeation of anions so that the resistance to corrosion of steel surface is enhanced. The corrosion rate of the test steel in the immersion test of 20% sulfuric acid is 6.46 g/(m2·h), which is 20.59% of that of Q355B, so its resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion is excellent.

随着我国基础建设的进一步完善和经济的不断发展,耐大气腐蚀铁路车辆用钢得到了广泛的应用。在铁路货车中有众多车型,如敞车、平车、棚车等,而敞车是其中的主要车型,其数量占铁路货车总数量的六成以上。当运输煤炭等货物时,由于在煤炭中含有较多的硫氧化物(SO2、SO3),在一定的条件下会与水发生化学反应,生成一定量的硫酸和亚硫酸,与厢体钢板接触时将发生硫酸腐蚀,大大缩短厢体寿命。因此,需要开发铁路车厢用耐硫酸腐蚀钢,满足车厢内硫酸腐蚀环境使用工况,减少返修时间,延长使用寿命[1]
低合金钢暴露在大气中的初始腐蚀阶段,会形成橙色的锈层,其腐蚀锈层与普通钢在大气中暴露的腐蚀锈层相似。随着暴露时间的增加,低合金钢的表面氧化层不断结晶浓缩,锈层逐渐转化为具有保护作用的黑褐色层。在相当于干湿循环的昼夜交替暴露条件下,低合金钢的表面逐步形成具有保护性的锈层,低合金钢与普通碳钢相比,其腐蚀速率有明显的降低。
在钢基体内部,不同结构和相之间的电势差很容易导致电流相互作用,形成原电池,从而导致结构中低电位相的腐蚀消耗。不同的微观组织结构会导致钢基体本身的电化学性能不同。低合金钢微观组织的类型和尺寸对其耐腐蚀性有显著影响,具有单一均匀结构的材料具有更好的耐腐蚀性。在锈层形成之前,低合金钢的耐腐蚀性主要取决于不同的结构;锈蚀层形成后,钢材的腐蚀速率主要取决于锈蚀层的密度、附着力和其他基本性能[2]
当耐候钢长时间的暴露在自然大气条件下时,阳极电化学反应产生的Fe2+与水中离子化的OH-反应,生成Fe(OH)2,在大气中进一步氧化形成高价铁化合物(Fe3O4或FeOOH),这样就又在基体的表面上生成了一层腐蚀产物,使得表面的锈层逐渐增厚,锈层的增厚使锈层的阻碍作用增加,这种阻碍增加了氧气和腐蚀性物质渗入的难度。一方面,它削弱了锈层的阴极去极化作用,降低了大气腐蚀速率;另一方面,内锈层与耐候钢基体的附着力越强则可以减少基体与大气环境介质的接触,减缓其腐蚀速率。
耐候钢基体表面诱导层的组成和结构决定了锈层的密度和粘附强度,直接影响其耐大气腐蚀性。在大气腐蚀中,合金元素对钢的锈层结构和成分有显著影响,特别是α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH相含量与钢中的合金元素Cr、Cu、Ni和RE密切相关,这些元素有利于α-FeOOH的形成,而基体表面α-FeOOH相的增加可以形成密度大、保护性强、附着力强的内锈层,从而提高钢的耐候性。
采用低碳合金设计,C含量小于0.10%,有利于组织均匀化。钢中存在适量的Cu、P元素时,在基底和锈层之间形成Cu和P元素作为主要成分的阻挡层,它与基材牢固结合,具有良好的保护作用。P元素为阳极去极化剂,可以加速钢的均匀溶解和Fe2+在钢中的氧化速率,有助于在基体表面上形成无定形羟基氧化铁FeOOH致密产物层,增强锈层的阻抗效应。Ni元素可以降低钢的临界转变温度和某些元素在钢中的扩散速率,导致钢的自腐蚀电位向正方向移动,积聚在锈层中,阻碍阴离子渗透到基体中,从而提高钢的耐腐蚀性。耐候钢表面锈层的α-FeOOH中,Cr元素部分取代Fe元素后,转变为α-(CrxFe1-x)OOH,提高了锈层抑制阴离子渗透的能力,添加少量Cr元素可以显著提高钢的耐腐蚀性。稀土Ce可以改善钢的凝固组织,细化固相转变组织,改变夹杂物的性质,强化晶界和钝化锈层,显著提高钢的力学性能和耐腐蚀性。由于La和Ce的原子半径比铁原子大,人们认为稀土元素主要以两种方式存在于钢中。首先,它们与硫和氧等元素结合形成复合夹杂物;第二种是偏析聚集在晶界和相界的缺陷处。综合铁路车辆用耐硫酸腐蚀钢的性能要求及各元素的作用,设计试验钢的化学成分如表1所示。使用Formaster相变膨胀仪对试验钢的相变点进行了测试,测得试验钢的临界温度Ac1为734 ℃,Ac3为860 ℃、Ar1为619 ℃、Ar3为794 ℃。
轧制过程采用两段控制轧制与快速冷却相结合。第一阶段为奥氏体完全再结晶区轧制,主要由变形程度决定了晶粒尺寸的大小。因此,第一阶段轧制为高温、大压下轧制过程,每道次的压下量控制在9%~16%,以确保奥氏体晶粒得到充分的再结晶,从而使晶粒得到充分的均匀和细化,同时保证其最终轧制温度不低于930 ℃。第二阶段为奥氏体的非再结晶区轧制。根据成品厚度,本阶段起始轧制温度不高于970 ℃,最终轧制温度控制在840 ℃。中间坯料的厚度大约是成品厚度的三倍,以确保足够的压缩比。最后三道次的累计压下量不得低于40%,多次大压下使变形奥氏体充分伸长并产生更多的变形积累,以便在随后的快速冷却过程中转变为更精细的组织,提高钢的综合性能。热轧及冷却工艺参数如表2所示。
对试制厚度为12 mm的试验钢取样并进行力学性能检验,力学性能如表3所示。拉伸试验采用ZwickRoell拉伸试验机;冲击试验采用ZwickRoell摆锤冲击试验机,试样为V型缺口。试验钢的屈服强度为516 MPa,抗拉强度为608 MPa,断后伸长率为25%,冲击吸收功为224 J,弯曲试样完好无裂纹。
试验钢的显微组织观察在徕卡DM2700M光学显微镜上进行,并采用Image pro plus软件对试验钢的组织占比进行了分析。试验钢的显微组织为铁素体、贝氏体和少量珠光体,铁素体占比为52.6%,贝氏体占比为43.2%,珠光体占比为4.2%。其中铁素体为试验钢提供了良好的韧性,贝氏体为试验钢提供了较高的强度。试验钢的组织如图1所示。
采用LEO EVO-50扫描电镜对试验钢表面的氧化层进行了显微观察,并对基体界面处氧化层进行了能谱分析,试验钢的氧化层如图2所示。分析结果显示,在氧化层与钢材基体界面处Cu、Cr、Ni、Si含量均高于基体,产生了明显的局部富集状态,Cu、Cr、Ni、Si在基体界面处的富集会增加氧化层与基体的结合力,阻碍阴离子的渗透,从而增强了钢板表面的抗腐蚀能力。
按照JB/T 7901—2001《金属材料实验室均匀腐蚀全浸试验方法》[3],在相同条件下对试验钢和Q355B同时进行硫酸全浸腐蚀试验比对,每组试样为4个,试验溶液为20%硫酸溶液,试验温度为27 ℃,试验周期为24 h,试验结果如表4所示,试验钢与Q355B全浸腐蚀试验照片如图3图4所示。对比试验钢与Q355B硫酸浸泡后的试样,试验钢表面形成了比较致密的保护层,对试验钢的基体起到了明显的保护作用,阻碍了样品的进一步腐蚀,降低了试验钢的腐蚀速率。试验钢的腐蚀速率为6.46 g/(m2·h),Q355B的腐蚀速率为31.37 g/(m2·h),试验钢的腐蚀速率为Q355B的20.59%。
耐蚀钢腐蚀的主要因素是点蚀的发展,而钢中非金属夹杂物作为点蚀的主要诱导源,诱导点蚀发生。因此对试验钢进行了夹杂物的扫描电镜分析,如图5所示。分析结果表明试验钢中夹杂物细小,其尺寸约为1~4 μm,且夹杂物均含有Ce元素。由于稀土元素细化了夹杂物,同时改变了夹杂物的性质和形态,从而降低了试验钢点蚀扩展速率,减小了试验钢的点蚀倾向。
(1)耐硫酸腐蚀试验钢具有较高的强度,良好的弯曲和低温冲击韧性,综合性能优良。显微组织为铁素体、贝氏体和少量的珠光体,满足车厢用钢要求。
(2)试验钢中的稀土元素细化了夹杂物,同时改变了夹杂物的性质和形态,从而降低了试验钢点蚀扩展速率,降低了试验钢的点蚀倾向。
(3)耐硫酸腐蚀试验钢腐蚀速率为6.46 g/(m2·h),腐蚀速率为Q355B的20.59%,耐硫酸腐蚀性能优异。
