In the denitrification process, flue gas needs to be heated due to the temperature requirements of denitration reaction are high, more blast furnace gas is consumed so that a large amount of CO2 is generated. In order to achieve the energy conservation and carbon reduction, energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace is used instead of traditional heating furnace. The flue gas is heated with the heat released by igniting the CO in flue gas with energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace so that the consumption of blast furnace gas and carbon emission are reduced as well as temperature requirements of denitrification could be met. The consumption of blast furnace gas is reduced by 17.9% with energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace, annual CO2 emission reduction of over 35 000 t is achieved and annual cost saving could reach over RMB 4 million yuan through applications and comparisons, which could meet the requirements of energy conservation and carbon reduction for steel enterprises on the premise of meeting requirements of denitrification reactions.

在脱硝过程中,由于脱硝反应温度要求较高,需要对烟气进行加热,此过程消耗较多的高炉煤气,产生大量的CO2。为实现节能降碳,使用节能型内置式直燃炉代替传统加热炉,节能型内置式直燃炉通过引燃烟气中的CO释放热量加热烟气,减少高炉煤气消耗,降低碳排放,同时满足脱硝温度需求。经过使用对比,节能型内置式直燃炉可减少17.9%的高炉煤气用量,实现年减排CO2 35 000 t以上,年节约费用达400万元以上,在满足脱硝反应的前提下,亦可满足钢铁企业节能降碳的需求。

在脱硝过程中,由于脱硝反应温度要求较高,需要对烟气进行加热,此过程消耗较多的高炉煤气,产生大量的CO2。为实现节能降碳,使用节能型内置式直燃炉代替传统加热炉,节能型内置式直燃炉通过引燃烟气中的CO释放热量加热烟气,减少高炉煤气消耗,降低碳排放,同时满足脱硝温度需求。经过使用对比,节能型内置式直燃炉可减少17.9%的高炉煤气用量,实现年减排CO2 35 000 t以上,年节约费用达400万元以上,在满足脱硝反应的前提下,亦可满足钢铁企业节能降碳的需求。

In the denitrification process, flue gas needs to be heated due to the temperature requirements of denitration reaction are high, more blast furnace gas is consumed so that a large amount of CO2 is generated. In order to achieve the energy conservation and carbon reduction, energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace is used instead of traditional heating furnace. The flue gas is heated with the heat released by igniting the CO in flue gas with energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace so that the consumption of blast furnace gas and carbon emission are reduced as well as temperature requirements of denitrification could be met. The consumption of blast furnace gas is reduced by 17.9% with energy saving type built-in direct fired furnace, annual CO2 emission reduction of over 35 000 t is achieved and annual cost saving could reach over RMB 4 million yuan through applications and comparisons, which could meet the requirements of energy conservation and carbon reduction for steel enterprises on the premise of meeting requirements of denitrification reactions.

随着全球气候变化,我国提出二氧化碳(CO2)排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和[1]。实现“双碳”目标企业需要加强技术创新,提高能源利用效率。企业应加强对清洁生产技术的研发和应用,还应加强环保意识,积极履行社会责任,推动可持续发展。
在此背景下,钢铁企业作为重大的碳排放源头之一[2],在钢铁生产过程中的碳减排是至关重要的。使用减少碳排放的技术对钢铁企业生产实现碳减排有着重要的意义[3]。我国是世界第一的钢铁大国,2023年粗钢产量可达10.19亿t,占全球粗钢总产量的54%,同年钢铁行业碳排放量约占我国碳排放总量的15%,钢铁行业碳减排备受关注。
目前某钢厂500 m2烧结机脱硫脱硝的主要工艺流程为:烧结机机头烟气→机头静电除尘器→主抽风机→增压风机→脱硫系统→烟气冷凝器→湿式静电除尘器→烟道除雾器→烟气换热器→补燃系统→中高温SCR脱硝→烟气换热器(降温侧)→引风机→烟囱。补燃系统通过燃烧高炉煤气产生高温热风,通过热风与烟气混合来提高烟气温度,在此过程中会产生CO2、CO,如图1图2所示。
在钢铁生产过程中,会有大量烟气产生,烟气中含有大量的氮氧化物(NOx),该物质对大气环境造成严重的破坏[3-5],需对钢铁生产过程中产生的烟气进行脱硝处理。一般使用中高温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术,通过SCR脱硝设备,将NOx还原为N2、H2O[6-7]。中高温SCR脱硝系统反应温度为260~350 ℃[8-9],而烧结烟气处理流程为先脱硫后脱硝,经脱硫后进入脱硝系统的烟气不足以达到SCR反应要求的温度[10],难以完成烟气脱硝。为达到脱硝反应温度条件,需燃烧高炉煤气提高烟气温度,达到催化反应温度要求。在此过程中,传统加热炉在烟气加热过程中需要额外的燃料,造成大量能源消耗[11-12],并存在换热效率低、热损失大、产生CO2量大等缺点。因此,在烟气加热环节,可以通过改造加热装置,提高热效率和资源利用率,实现节能降碳的目的。
节能型内置式直燃炉主要由烟气系统、燃烧系统组成。
烟气系统主要由烟气导流装置、燃烧器组成,见图3。烟气通过导流装置后,部分烟气通过烟道两侧的燃烧器区域,加热烟气同时冷却燃烧器,之后与中间的烟气在后端混合。燃烧系统由燃烧器、助燃风系统、点火系统、燃气系统及辅助系统组成。烟道设置2台燃烧器,助燃风系统根据实际需求进行助燃,烟道负压低于-3 000 Pa时使用助燃风机,负压大于-3 000 Pa则无需助燃风机介入。在烟气氧含量超过15%时使用烟气助燃,在烟气氧含量不足15%时利用空气助燃。等离子点火器可在低热值、高负压的环境条件下完成点火。
对比传统加热炉,节能型内置式直燃炉在碳减排、经济性、可靠性等方面均有一定的提高。表1为节能型内置式直燃炉与传统加热炉对比。
烧结烟气中CO浓度为0.5%~1%,节能型内置式直燃炉可引燃烧结烟气中部分CO,释放热量加热烟气,从而减少高炉煤气消耗。
CO排放是环保部门的一项重点监测指标,节能型内置式直燃炉可燃烧结烟气中部分CO,实地检测CO烧失量约为10%,可降低排入大气的CO量。表2为某钢厂500 m2 1#烧结机节能型内置式直燃炉加热前后CO浓度变化。
通过与除烟气加热炉外其他配置相同的2#烧结机高炉煤气消耗对比可得,1#烧结机平均高炉煤气消耗约为25 600 m3/h,2#烧结机平均高炉煤气消耗约为31 200 m3/h。经计算节能型内置式直燃炉比传统加热炉节能17.9%。以每年运行8 000 h计算,安装节能型内置式直燃炉每年可节省高炉煤气约4 480万m3,节约高炉煤气费用448万元,折算节约标煤5 700 t,CO2减排35 000 t,CO减排14 000 t,节约的高炉煤气可通过燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电(CCPP)系统进行发电,以每2.5 m3高炉煤气发一度电计算,可发电1 700万kW·h,按0.4元/(kW·h)计算,可带来680万元/年的经济效益。
某钢厂对500 m2 1#烧结机进行改造,使用节能型内置式直燃炉,改造后某钢厂500 m2 1#烧结机脱硝系统如图4所示。
节能型内置式直燃炉的使用,相比传统加热炉,可节约17.9%的高炉煤气,每年可减少CO2排放35 000 t,节约高炉煤气费用448万元。降低高炉煤气消耗的同时实现碳减排,为钢铁企业实现节能减排提供新的技术方案。
