In this paper, the microstructure and macrotexture of Hi-B steel at various stages of production are analyzed with such detection means as Zeiss microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that the microstructure of Hi-B steel was ferrite at all production stages. The microstructure is completely recrystallized after decarbonizing and nitriding annealing and average grain size is 28.92 μm as well as secondary recrystallization is completed after high temperature annealing and average grain size of finished product is about 2 cm. The texture types in sub-surface of hot rolled plate are mainly three types of typical shear textures. The texture of cold rolled plate is mainly composed of α line texture and rotating cube texture {001}<110>, the texture after decarburizing annealing is mainly α* texture and γ line texture {111}<112> as well as the macrotexture after high temperature annealing is mainly Goss texture. The texture of Hi-B steel after stretching, leveling and annealing is single Goss texture with accurate orientation as well as its strength reaches peak.

采用蔡司显微镜、X射线衍射仪等检测手段分析高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢)在生产各个阶段的组织形态和宏观织构。结果表明,高磁感取向硅钢各生产阶段的显微组织均为铁素体,经脱碳渗氮退火后完全再结晶,平均晶粒尺寸为28.92 μm,经过高温退火后完成二次再结晶,成品平均晶粒尺寸为2 cm左右。热轧板次表层织构类型主要是三种典型的剪切织构。冷轧板织构主要由α线织构以及旋转立方织构{001}<110>组成,脱碳退火后主要以α*织构和γ线织构{111}<112>为主,高温退火后的宏观织构主要为高斯织构。高磁感取向硅钢经拉伸平整退火后,织构为单一的位向准确的高斯织构且强度达到峰值。

In this paper, the microstructure and macrotexture of Hi-B steel at various stages of production are analyzed with such detection means as Zeiss microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that the microstructure of Hi-B steel was ferrite at all production stages. The microstructure is completely recrystallized after decarbonizing and nitriding annealing and average grain size is 28.92 μm as well as secondary recrystallization is completed after high temperature annealing and average grain size of finished product is about 2 cm. The texture types in sub-surface of hot rolled plate are mainly three types of typical shear textures. The texture of cold rolled plate is mainly composed of α line texture and rotating cube texture {001}<110>, the texture after decarburizing annealing is mainly α* texture and γ line texture {111}<112> as well as the macrotexture after high temperature annealing is mainly Goss texture. The texture of Hi-B steel after stretching, leveling and annealing is single Goss texture with accurate orientation as well as its strength reaches peak.

取向硅钢作为典型的软磁材料被广泛应用于电力行业,主要用来制作变压器铁芯[1]。取向硅钢一般分为高磁感取向硅钢(简称Hi-B钢)和普通级别取向硅钢(简称CGO钢)两类[2]。高磁感取向硅钢采用低温加热、一次冷轧、渗氮工艺生产,而CGO钢采用中温加热的二次冷轧工艺,两者磁性能均受到成分体系、冶炼、热轧、冷轧、脱碳(渗氮)退火、高温退火、拉伸平整退火、表面涂层和(或)激光刻痕等因素影响[3]
目前高磁感取向硅钢采用的成分体系和制备技术比较成熟[4],随着各种成像分析技术的广泛应用,可更方便地揭示高磁感取向硅钢各生产工艺阶段组织形态和宏观织构的演变规律,进而为精准控制高磁感取向硅钢组织与织构奠定基础,最终获得良好的磁性能。郭志红等[5]对高磁感取向硅钢的CSL晶界和宏观织构进行了研究,发现取向硅钢热轧板的截面织构呈层状分布。卢振敏[6]研究了同步轧制和异步轧制两种不同的轧制方法生产的取向硅钢在不同冷轧压下率下织构的演变规律,发现冷轧织构均由α线和γ线织构组成。文献[7]对常化退火和初次再结晶工序阶段组织织构进行了研究。二次再结晶过程中高斯织构的转变机理是高磁感取向硅钢过程控制最核心的问题,其受到全流程织构遗传与演变影响,因此高磁感取向硅钢从热轧、冷轧到成品全流程高斯织构的形成和转变机理有待深入探究。
本文以实际生产线生产的高磁感取向硅钢为研究对象,研究高磁感取向硅钢生产各阶段高斯取向晶粒的特征变化和宏观织构演变情况,进一步揭示高磁感取向硅钢各生产阶段晶粒形貌和宏观织构的对应关系,为高磁感取向硅钢生产过程的控制和磁性能改善提供理论依据。
试验原料为高磁感取向硅钢各生产阶段试样。与普通级取向硅钢相比,高磁感取向硅钢碳含量较高,保证在后续的常化退火过程中有一定数量的γ相,同时引入了AlN和MnS为抑制剂。高磁感取向硅钢热轧钢带主要化学成分如表1所示。
以AlN为抑制剂的高磁感取向硅钢牌号为27QG090,热轧钢带原料厚度为2.6 mm。高磁感取向硅钢生产流程为热轧钢带→常化退火→冷轧→脱碳渗氮退火→高温退火→拉伸平整退火。27QG090热轧钢带先经常化处理,常化退火温度为1 120 ℃左右,再经喷丸处理,酸洗后进行冷轧。高磁感取向硅钢采用大压下率的一次冷轧法,冷轧后进行脱碳渗氮退火,脱碳退火温度为850 ℃,钢带中的C含量降到0.003%以下。为防止钢带在高温退火过程时粘连,在高温退火工序前涂MgO隔离剂。高温退火的温度为1 200±20 ℃。成卷高温退火后的钢带进行拉伸平整退火,经涂绝缘层、激光刻痕等工序后得到高磁感取向硅钢成品。
试验材料分别选自热轧、常化退火、冷轧、脱碳渗氮退火、高温退火、拉伸平整退火阶段的27QG090高磁感取向硅钢,在各生产阶段取样制成试验样品,样品大小为10 mm×15 mm(轧向)。采用蔡司显微镜观察取向硅钢各阶段试样侧面(轧向和法向组成的侧面)的显微组织。由于各阶段的平均晶粒尺寸差别较大,采用Nano-measurer软件计算出脱碳渗氮阶段前各工序的平均晶粒尺寸。用直尺测量高温退火阶段和拉伸平整退火后样品的平均晶粒尺寸,利用X射线衍射仪分析高磁感取向硅钢上述各生产阶段的宏观XRD织构。
图1为高磁感取向硅钢各生产阶段的显微组织。高磁感取向硅钢组织最显著的特征就是从热轧工艺开始,在产品厚度方向,从表面到中心存在很明显的组织差异。由图1(a)可以看出,高磁感取向硅钢热轧组织主要类型为铁素体,存在少量的黑色珠光体。由于热轧时板坯加热温度较高,热轧板上下表面一定厚度范围内(距边部100~200 μm左右)为粗大的等轴晶层,次表面至板材心部均为被拉长的纤维组织。图1(b)为常化板显微组织,高磁感取向硅钢常化后显微组织类型与热轧板相同,经常化退火后纤维组织粗化且发生再结晶,沿轧制方向分布的纤维组织被截断成长条的铁素体晶粒,再结晶后仍保持带状,常化退火后组织仍保留少量热轧产生的形变带,平均晶粒尺寸为13.56 μm。图1(c)为冷轧板组织,为沿轧制方向被拉长的不均匀变形带。图1(d)为脱碳渗氮退火后的显微组织,晶粒已经完全再结晶,经过软件计算得到平均晶粒尺寸为28.92 μm。图1(e)为经过高温退火后高磁感取向硅钢组织,已经完成二次再结晶,晶粒尺寸达到厘米级,此时晶粒尺寸不均匀,平均晶粒尺寸为0.87 cm。图1(f)为经过拉伸平整退火后组织形貌,晶粒尺寸更加均匀,平均晶粒尺寸为2.14 cm。
在钢铁行业中,高磁感取向硅钢是唯一一种利用二次再结晶方法获得的产品[8-9]。高磁感取向硅钢采用的成分体系和生产工艺最终的目的就是获得理想的磁性能。由前序试验结果可见,高磁感取向硅钢成品具有极强的高斯织构{110}<001>,成品高斯取向晶粒的位向偏离角大小直接决定了成品的磁性能。而想要获得较为精准的高斯织构,必须在前序工序中进行精准控制。
首先在组织控制方面,二次再结晶后晶粒尺寸越大,高斯取向晶粒的偏差角度越小[10-11]。二次再结晶过程中的高斯取向晶粒发生异常长大吞掉周围其他取向的晶粒,而高斯取向晶粒的起源在于热轧阶段,在后续常化阶段高斯取向晶粒增多。如图1中各生产阶段高磁感取向硅钢组织形貌照片,脱碳渗氮退火后的晶粒平均尺寸为常化退火阶段的二倍左右。由于脱碳渗氮退火后形成的初次再结晶平均晶粒尺寸为28.92 μm,晶粒尺寸相对较小,所有二次晶核具有较强的选择性长大能力。高温退火工艺过程中形成的二次再结晶晶粒,长大过程中AlN抑制剂粒子作为第二相粒子起到钉扎阻力的作用。高磁感取向硅钢样品在高温退火炉中随着温度不断升高,高斯取向晶粒具有较低层错能,而随着分布在高斯取向晶粒晶界上的AlN和MnS等第二相粒子不断粗化后,作为抑制剂的效力就逐渐减弱,高斯取向晶粒长大的驱动力增加,高斯取向晶粒与周围晶粒构成Σ9晶界,故发生晶粒异常长大至晶粒尺寸为厘米级别的粗大晶粒。
图2为高磁感取向硅钢热轧板次表层的宏观织构分布。由图2可见,热轧板次表层织构类型主要是三种典型的剪切织构,即强的黄铜型织构{110}<112>和铜型织构{112}<111>,以及微弱的高斯织构{110}<001>,其中铜型织构的强度最高。高斯织构{110}<001>起源于高磁感取向硅钢的热轧阶段,黄铜型织构{110}<112>和铜型织构{112}<111>都是由于剪切力的增大或变形温度的升高形成。取向晶粒在剪切力的作用下绕TD轴转动形成铜形织构,对应图1(a)中的细小晶粒;反之绕ND轴转动会形成黄铜织构,对应图1(a)中的变形晶粒。在硅钢热轧阶段产生了少量的高斯织构{110}<001>,高斯晶粒的{110}面与钢板表面平行,体积分数越高,对应的高斯织构强度越高,此阶段产生的高斯织构是后续二次再结晶退火形成强的高斯织构的必要条件。
高磁感取向硅钢常化退火后次表层的宏观织构如图3所示,主要织构类型为强的高斯织构{110}<001>和弱的铜型织构{112}<111>。对应图1(b)的显微组织可见,常化退火后板材厚度中心部位是长条状的变形纤维组织,此处多是α取向线织构。α取向线织构变形过程中储存能较低,所以短时间的常化过程很难诱发再结晶的发生。与热轧阶段相比,常化退火过程没有改变宏观织构的主要类型,只是使织构的锋锐程度有所降低。
高磁感取向硅钢冷轧过程采用的是一次冷轧法,冷轧过程的总压下率达到了89%。高磁感取向硅钢冷轧织构主要由α线织构以及旋转立方织构{001}<110>组成,如图4所示。对应图1(c)中显微组织形貌中不均匀变形的位置,一般作为后续退火阶段再结晶形核开始的优选地点。
高磁感取向硅钢脱碳渗氮退火后主要以α*织构和γ线织构{111}<112>为主,同时α线织构逐渐消失。造成宏观织构变化的原因是冷轧过程的压下率超过85%,γ线织构{111}<112>在原来冷轧的α线织构内形核长大。如图5所示,在宏观织构的检测过程中并没有检测到高斯织构{110}<001>。由于{111}<112>取向晶粒与{110}<001>高斯取向晶粒可以构成Σ9晶界,Σ9晶界具有良好的迁移速率,与高斯取向晶粒形成高能晶界,在脱碳渗氮退火阶段形成的{111}<112>取向晶粒在后续退火过程中会被高斯取向晶粒吞掉,促进高斯晶粒长大。
对应图1(e)中高磁感取向硅钢的显微组织形貌,高温退火过程中晶粒发生了异常长大,但从组织形貌可以看出二次再结晶后异常长大的晶粒尺寸不均匀且边界不够圆滑,周边晶粒的边界呈现锯齿状。图6为高磁感取向硅钢高温退火后的宏观织构,在高温退火后形成单一的高斯织构{110}<001>。由于高温退火过程的温度升高,深入到高斯取向晶粒内部的其他取向晶粒在所包围晶界的作用下最终被高斯取向晶粒吞噬掉,宏观织构表现为强的高斯织构。
图7可见,高磁感取向硅钢经拉伸平整退火后,织构为单一的位向准确的高斯织构,高斯织构的强度达到1 142.97。对应图1(f)成品板的组织形貌,晶粒尺寸粗大且均匀,此时的高磁感取向硅钢具有良好的磁性能。
纵观高磁感取向硅钢全流程的宏观织构,高斯织构起源于热轧阶段。热轧阶段的主要织构类型均为剪切应变下的织构,此阶段产生少量高斯织构且位向有所偏离。经常化退火后高磁感取向硅钢的宏观织构类型无明显变化,但开始出现位向准确的高斯织构。在大压下率冷轧过程中,由于作为抑制剂的AlN、MnS抑制能力极强[12],抑制退火时的初次晶粒长大。大压下率冷轧形成更多的形变带,经过冷轧后宏观织构类型单一并且主要为围绕在α取向线附近的织构。随着脱碳渗氮退火阶段发生再结晶过程的同时,γ线织构{111}<112>在原来冷轧的α线织构内形核长大,此阶段产生的γ线织构{111}<112>取向晶粒和具有高斯织构的取向差角度为35.4°,这种角度的晶界具有较高迁移率(HE模型)[13]。也就是说,在脱碳渗氮退火过程后沿晶界形成了更多的{111}<112>取向晶粒,与高斯取向晶粒构成Σ9重合位向的晶粒增多,同时渗氮过程中AlN抑制能力增强,{110}<001>取向晶粒更加容易长大。所以在高温退火过程中,高斯取向晶粒能在短时间内吞并大量具有{111}<112>取向晶粒,形成单一的高斯织构{110}<001>。
(1)高磁感取向硅钢各阶段的显微组织均为铁素体。高斯取向晶粒的起源在于热轧阶段,此阶段产生少量高斯织构且位向有所偏离。热轧板次表层织构类型主要是三种典型的剪切织构。
(2)高磁感取向硅钢常化退火阶段开始出现位向准确的高斯织构。脱碳渗氮退火后的显微组织已经完全再结晶,平均晶粒尺寸为28.92 μm。经过高温退火后,高磁感取向硅钢晶粒完成二次再结晶,晶粒尺寸已经达到0.87 cm,此时晶粒不均匀,经过拉伸平整退火后晶粒尺寸均匀,平均晶粒尺寸为2.14 cm。
(3)高磁感取向硅钢常化退火后主要织构类型为高斯织构、铜型织构和少量的α线织构。冷轧织构主要由α线织构以及旋转立方织构{001}<110>组成。
(4)高磁感取向硅钢脱碳退火后主要以α*织构和γ线织构{111}<112>为主,高温退火后的宏观织构主要为偏离角度较大的高斯织构。高磁感取向硅钢经拉伸平整退火后,为单一的位向准确的高斯织构且强度达到峰值。
