With the increase of yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate of Baoshan Mining Co., it is necessary to increase the processing capacity of ball mill to increase yield, while the most effective measure is to increase the fine fraction content of feedstock of ball mill so that more crushing and less grinding is achieved. In the paper, it is introduced the existing crushing and screening system of Baoshan Mining Co. is optimized through improving the distributing device of crusher, adjusting the eccentric distance of intermediate crusher as well as improving the dimension of screen hole for screen cloth of vibrating screen. As a result, the machine-hour yield of fine crusher is increased by 40.71 t/h and operation rate of crusher is reduced sharply; service time of liner plate for intermediate crusher is extended by 15 days and service time of liner plate for fine crusher is extended by 30 days; screening efficiency of vibrating screen is increased from 81.43% to 84.70% and content of feedstock with size fraction of -12 mm under it is increased from 81.43% to 94.12%; processing capacity of ball mill is increased to 380 t/h, which creates conditions for increasing the yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate.

随着宝山矿业公司铁精矿、稀土精矿产量的增加,需要提高球磨机处理量来增加产量,而提高球磨机处理能力最有效的措施就是增加球磨机给料的细粒级含量,实现多碎少磨。文章对宝山矿业公司现有破碎筛分系统进行了优化,通过改进破碎机布料器、调整中碎机偏心距、改进振动筛筛网筛孔尺寸,细碎机台时产量提高了40.71 t/h,破碎机作业率大幅度降低;中碎机衬板使用寿命延长了15天,细碎机衬板使用寿命延长了30天;振动筛的筛分效率由81.43%提高至84.70%,其筛下-12 mm含量由81.43%增加至94.12%;球磨机处理量增加至380 t/h,为铁精矿、稀土精矿的增产创造了条件。

随着宝山矿业公司铁精矿、稀土精矿产量的增加,需要提高球磨机处理量来增加产量,而提高球磨机处理能力最有效的措施就是增加球磨机给料的细粒级含量,实现多碎少磨。文章对宝山矿业公司现有破碎筛分系统进行了优化,通过改进破碎机布料器、调整中碎机偏心距、改进振动筛筛网筛孔尺寸,细碎机台时产量提高了40.71 t/h,破碎机作业率大幅度降低;中碎机衬板使用寿命延长了15天,细碎机衬板使用寿命延长了30天;振动筛的筛分效率由81.43%提高至84.70%,其筛下-12 mm含量由81.43%增加至94.12%;球磨机处理量增加至380 t/h,为铁精矿、稀土精矿的增产创造了条件。

With the increase of yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate of Baoshan Mining Co., it is necessary to increase the processing capacity of ball mill to increase yield, while the most effective measure is to increase the fine fraction content of feedstock of ball mill so that more crushing and less grinding is achieved. In the paper, it is introduced the existing crushing and screening system of Baoshan Mining Co. is optimized through improving the distributing device of crusher, adjusting the eccentric distance of intermediate crusher as well as improving the dimension of screen hole for screen cloth of vibrating screen. As a result, the machine-hour yield of fine crusher is increased by 40.71 t/h and operation rate of crusher is reduced sharply; service time of liner plate for intermediate crusher is extended by 15 days and service time of liner plate for fine crusher is extended by 30 days; screening efficiency of vibrating screen is increased from 81.43% to 84.70% and content of feedstock with size fraction of -12 mm under it is increased from 81.43% to 94.12%; processing capacity of ball mill is increased to 380 t/h, which creates conditions for increasing the yield of iron concentrate and rare earth ore concentrate.

白云鄂博矿是世界罕见的大型多金属共生矿[1],也是包钢重要的钢铁原料和稀土原料基地。随着白云鄂博矿开采的延续,宝山矿业公司来矿性质及各类矿石的配比发生变化,原矿处理量相应增大。同时随着铁精矿、稀土精矿、萤石精矿产量的增加,球磨机处理量增大,导致磨矿分级系统循环量大,精矿粒度粗,能耗增加,旋流器等设备的分级效率低,时常发生堵的现象。为提高设备运转稳定性,降低磨矿成本,同时提高球磨机给矿量,实现多碎少磨,特针对宝山矿业公司现有破碎筛分系统进行工艺优化研究。
1 破碎筛分工艺简介

宝山矿业公司破碎流程为两段一闭路破碎流程,如图1所示,其中一部分中碎产品直接送至沃尔特选矿厂,一部分中碎产品送至宝山选铁作业部细碎筛分系统后给入磨矿分级系统。
宝山矿业公司现有短头型和标准型CH-870圆锥破碎机各1台,分别用于物料的中碎与细碎,3台LF2460D振动筛与细碎机组成闭路筛分系统,所有设备于2014年11月正式投产,属于单线运行,破碎机运行是否稳定直接关系到整个生产线的持续与稳定。破碎系统的作用是保证磨矿的入料粒度合格,破碎系统的作业率直接影响到破碎系统的运行费用。破碎系统作业率的变化受来矿的硬度和粒度影响,因此,破碎机合理匹配不同粒度的矿石以及矿石的均匀布料、挤满给料需进一步优化。
2 破碎筛分工艺的优化

2.1 破碎机布料器优化
2.1.1 布料器优化前状况
CH-870圆锥破碎机的工作特性为均匀且充满给料,唯有实现此条件,破碎机才能保持高效且稳定运行。原布料器为狭长对插型设计,导致破碎机无法实现均匀布料,如图2所示。当矿石粒度较大时,容易引起破碎机布料器堵塞,进而影响破碎机的稳定运行。此外,由于未能实现均匀且充满给料,设备运行时功率、压力以及CSS值(排矿口)波动较大,衬板、主轴衬套等部件出现局部磨损,同时也会导致止推轴承、联轴器损坏,使得排矿粒度成品率不高,循环负荷增大[2]。
2.1.2 破碎机衬板磨损快的原因
CH-870破碎机原布料器为狭长式设计,导致破碎机前后料多,左右料少。同时,白云鄂博铁矿来料粒度较大时,也容易引发破碎机布料器堵塞,导致下料不均匀。这种情况最终导致中碎机衬板磨损不均匀,中碎机破碎粒度波动较大,影响破碎机的稳定运行,中碎机衬板的平均使用寿命仅为45天。由于中碎机衬板磨损,中碎区域给矿量控制不佳,导致细碎区域给料粒度较大,细碎机作业率上升,台时产量降低,细碎机衬板磨损速度加快,使用寿命仅为60天。
2.1.3 破碎机布料器改造
对破碎机原有布料器进行拆除,增设一节内径为700 mm、外径为900 mm的圆桶型布料器,并通过用槽钢进行固定,改造后的布料器如图3所示。矿石经过皮带输送至破碎机的过程中,通过给矿敛管垂直导入臂架帽上方,均匀地进入破碎机腔体,从而实现破碎机的均匀布料。此外,矿石在破碎机布料筒中堆积,形成较为稳定的死料,降低了矿石对设备本体的冲击,有效减轻了本体设备的磨损。
2.2 破碎机偏心衬套优化
经过对中碎机布料器的改进,其处理能力显著提高。为了提高细碎机的台时产量,降低细碎机作业率,同时延长细碎机衬板使用寿命,需对中碎机的偏心距进行优化调整。中碎机偏心衬套共有四个规格的偏心距[3],分别为47 mm、52 mm、57 mm、62 mm,偏心距越大,处理能力越强,但产品合格率相应降低。现将偏心距由52 mm调整至最小值47 mm,以提高中碎机的产品合格率,进而提高细碎机台时产量、处理量及衬板使用寿命。通过破碎机布料器改造及偏心距优化调整,改造前后生产数据对比见表1。
由表1可知,中碎机改完敛管以及偏心衬套后,其台时产量由1 355.95 t/h降低到1 350.90 t/h;细碎机台时产量由760.52 t/h提高到801.23 t/h,提高了40.71 t/h,细碎机的台时产量提高明显。中碎机的作业率由40.2%升高至41.36%,细碎机的作业率由47.31%降低至42.68%,细碎机作业率大幅度降低。破碎系统电耗明显降低,年节省电费约33.7万元。改造后破碎机运行平稳无异常冲击,衬板等部件的使用寿命明显增加,中碎机衬板更换周期为60天,使用寿命延长了15天,细碎机衬板更换周期为90天,使用寿命延长了30天,年节约衬板费用26万元。设备稳定运行降低了其他部件损耗,如主轴衬套、臂架衬套等,而且降低了设备故障率,提高了设备运转效率。
2.3 振动筛筛孔尺寸优化
细碎筛分系统中,用于控制筛下粒度的三台振动筛下层筛网筛孔尺寸为14 mm×25 mm,其筛下产品中-12 mm粒级的含量约为64%,细粒级含量相对较少,一次球磨机的给矿粒度较粗,球磨机处理量约为360 t/h。在铁精矿、稀土精矿、萤石精矿产量不断提高的背景下,现有球磨机处理量显得较低。
为了保证破碎机最大生产效率以及合理的循环负荷,提高产品中细粒级含量,降低球磨机给矿入磨粒度,提高磨机台时产量,从而实现增产的目标,联系了振动筛筛网厂家定制了三种尺寸的筛网,分别为12 mm×25 mm、11 mm×35 mm、11 mm×45 mm,与原有规格筛网14 mm×25 mm进行对比试验。筛孔规格如图4所示,试验数据见表2。
由表2可知,振动筛筛网规格改为12 mm×25 mm后,开孔率为25.00%,-12 mm粒级占比提高至89.89%,但是筛分效率降低明显,只有71.83%;筛孔规格为11 mm×35 mm的筛网开孔率为31.82%,-12 mm粒级占比提高至94.12%,同时筛分效率也提高至84.70%,达到了较理想的筛分效果;筛孔规格为11 mm×45 mm的筛网开孔率为34.62%,筛分效率达到了90.87%,但开孔率的提高导致了筛网强度降低,从现场试验结果来看,其使用寿命降低明显。由于规格为11 mm×45 mm的筛孔过于狭长,振动筛在运转的过程中筛孔变形较明显,大颗粒矿石通过变形后的筛孔进入到筛下,导致-12 mm粒级占比只有81.67%,试验效果不理想。
通过4种不同规格筛网的对比分析,振动筛用规格为11 mm×35 mm的筛网使用效果最为理想,其筛下细粒级含量增加明显,实现了多碎少磨,球磨机处理能力从360 t/h提高至380 t/h。

(2)改造后破碎机运行平稳,无异常冲击,衬板使用寿命明显提高,同时设备的稳定运行降低了其他部件损耗,降低了设备故障率,提高了设备运转效率。中碎机衬板使用寿命延长了15天,细碎机衬板使用寿命延长了30天,年节省衬板费用26万元。
(3)振动筛筛网规格改为11 mm×45 mm,筛分效率提高至84.70%,其筛下细粒级含量明显增加,一次磨机给料-12 mm粒级含量能达到94.12%,实现了多碎少磨,球磨机处理量增加至380 t/h,为铁精矿、稀土精矿、萤石精矿的增产创造了条件。
