The cracked part is analyzed with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope aiming at the peeling and cracking of hot rolled high strength beam steel plate during the process of bending. The results showed that many continuous punctiform or banded inclusions containing O, Al and Ti elements were distributed close to the surface layer at cracking; metallographic microstructure of decarburized layer on surface layer of steel plate was coarse equiaxed ferrite. The analysis suggests that hard inclusions, TiO2 and Al2O3 destroy the continuity of product matrix and plasticity of surface layer is reduced by microstructures of oxidation and decarbonization, the matrix with inclusions fractures firstly in bending process, which makes the deformation of upper surface layer increase and it is out of tolerance range so that peeling and cracking are formed. The problem of lamellar cracking during bending for steel plate is solved by adopting the technology of pre-blowing argon in tundish to prevent oxide inclusion caused by secondary oxidation of molten steel at the initial stage of pouring.

针对汽车大梁用热轧高强钢板在辊压折弯过程中发生的起皮开裂,采用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对开裂件进行了分析。结果表明,在开裂部位近表层分布大量连续点状或带状夹杂物,夹杂物含有O、Al和Ti元素;钢板表层脱碳层金相组织为粗大等轴铁素体。分析认为,硬性夹杂物TiO2和Al2O3破坏了产品基体的连续性,氧化脱碳组织降低了表层的塑性,在折弯过程中含夹杂物的基体首先发生破裂,同时使上方表层变形量增加,超出了其承受范围形成起皮开裂。通过采取中间包预吹氩技术,防止开浇初期钢水二次氧化产生氧化物夹杂,使钢板折弯层状开裂问题得到了解决。

针对汽车大梁用热轧高强钢板在辊压折弯过程中发生的起皮开裂,采用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对开裂件进行了分析。结果表明,在开裂部位近表层分布大量连续点状或带状夹杂物,夹杂物含有O、Al和Ti元素;钢板表层脱碳层金相组织为粗大等轴铁素体。分析认为,硬性夹杂物TiO2和Al2O3破坏了产品基体的连续性,氧化脱碳组织降低了表层的塑性,在折弯过程中含夹杂物的基体首先发生破裂,同时使上方表层变形量增加,超出了其承受范围形成起皮开裂。通过采取中间包预吹氩技术,防止开浇初期钢水二次氧化产生氧化物夹杂,使钢板折弯层状开裂问题得到了解决。

The cracked part is analyzed with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope aiming at the peeling and cracking of hot rolled high strength beam steel plate during the process of bending. The results showed that many continuous punctiform or banded inclusions containing O, Al and Ti elements were distributed close to the surface layer at cracking; metallographic microstructure of decarburized layer on surface layer of steel plate was coarse equiaxed ferrite. The analysis suggests that hard inclusions, TiO2 and Al2O3 destroy the continuity of product matrix and plasticity of surface layer is reduced by microstructures of oxidation and decarbonization, the matrix with inclusions fractures firstly in bending process, which makes the deformation of upper surface layer increase and it is out of tolerance range so that peeling and cracking are formed. The problem of lamellar cracking during bending for steel plate is solved by adopting the technology of pre-blowing argon in tundish to prevent oxide inclusion caused by secondary oxidation of molten steel at the initial stage of pouring.

应轻量化发展需求,载货商用车大梁用钢强度不断提高,诸如750L、800L产品已被成功开发并逐步成为市场上主流的大梁用钢,替代低级别产品[1-3]。汽车大梁一般通过折弯或辊压方式成型,要求产品具有良好的冷弯性能。在服役过程中大梁承载着商用车后挂的全部重量,车辆行驶过程中承受冲击载荷,出于安全考虑要求产品具有高强度的同时拥有良好的塑性、韧性和疲劳性能。因用途特殊,下游汽车生产厂对汽车大梁用钢质量要求严格,钢厂十分重视高强大梁钢的质量控制。但高强钢生产工序多,工艺控制难度大,质量问题偶有发生,各钢厂也在不断汲取经验,优化生产工艺[4-5]
某钢厂生产的规格为1 600 mm×8.0 mm大梁用高强热轧钢带在辊压冷弯变形过程中出现起皮开裂缺陷,影响客户满意度。为分析产品开裂原因,本文采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对产品微观组织进行分析,找出缺陷产生原因,并提出解决措施。
某钢厂生产的高强大梁钢为低碳铌钛复合微合金化钢,主要通过细化晶粒尺寸和析出纳米尺寸第二相提高产品性能。产品严格控制钢中P、S有害元素含量,同时控制钢中N元素含量,避免形成TiN夹杂物。产品化学成分满足表1要求。
产品力学性能满足表2要求。
产品生产工艺为:KR脱硫→转炉冶炼→LF精炼→RH精炼→板坯连铸(230 mm厚铸坯)→加热炉加热(出炉温度:1 200~1 250 ℃)→粗轧→精轧(终轧温度:850~890 ℃)→层流冷却→卷取(卷取温度:570~620 ℃)→集中堆垛缓冷。
汽车大梁加工工艺为开卷→平整→纵减分条→辊压→定长→冲孔→涂漆。在辊压成型过程中,大梁钢在90°折弯角周围发生开裂,8 m长的大梁上有3~5处裂纹,裂纹沿大梁长度方向分布,裂纹宏观形貌见图1。横切大梁观察垂直截面裂纹,可见裂纹缺陷为表面起皮,裂纹平行于表面,没有厚度方向扩展,深度约0.13 mm,见图2
在裂纹处制取试样使用4%硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀试样垂直截面,采用金相显微镜观察金相组织,结果见图3,其中图3(b)、(c)、(d)为图3(a)中对应1#、2#和3#位置放大观察结果。从图3可以看出,裂纹周围近表面没有容易引发表皮开裂的偏析带状组织和混晶组织。开裂翘起的铁皮组织为粗大的等轴铁素体,有脱碳现象,见图3(b)。开裂翘起的铁皮下面的基体组织为细小均匀的粒状贝氏体,见图3(c)和(d)。裂纹沿粗大等轴铁素体和细小粒状贝氏体的界面扩展。
在裂纹处制取试样,抛光试样垂直截面,采用扫描电镜观察,结果见图4
破裂翘起铁皮下面的基体也发生破裂,进一步观察发现破裂基体的内部有众多裂纹,裂纹末端或裂纹周围有大量连续点状或直接连成带状的颜色呈深灰色的夹杂物。对该夹杂物进行能谱分析,结果显示夹杂物内主要含有O、Al和Ti元素,见图5
高强大梁钢折弯开裂实质为起皮开裂,裂纹深度在0.13 mm左右,裂纹平行表面延伸,没有厚度方向扩展。检测发现,破裂铁皮下面的基体上有大量TiO2和Al2O3夹杂物,呈连续点状分布或直接连成带状。该类夹杂物硬度高,不易变形,对基体的连续性产生严重破坏。产品表面以下0.13 mm以内发生脱碳,脱碳层组织为粗大的等轴铁素体,相比其他组织,脱碳组织塑性差,承受变形能力弱[6]。大梁钢在折弯变形时,有夹杂物的皮下基体首先发生破裂,使其上方的表层承受比其他位置更大的拉伸变形量,又因表层脱碳晶粒粗化,塑性变差,最终表层被撑破发生开裂。表层脱碳组织与下方的基体组织结合力差,裂纹随后沿脱碳的组织与内部基体组织界面扩展。纵梁90°弯角附近处裂纹为随机出现而非纵贯整个大梁,说明产品表层虽发生脱碳,塑性变差,但可以承受90°折弯变形,开裂主要原因为近表面随机分布的氧化物夹杂物。
开裂钢卷使用的是浇次头坯,且开裂位置对应头坯头部区域,通过对生产工艺的调查发现,在连铸浇注前,操作人员对中间包烘烤的过程中,因未完全排除中间包内空气,导致已经处理洁净后的钢液与空气中的氧气反应,即钢中易氧化元素铝、钛与空气中的氧发生氧化反应,产生的二次氧化物氧化钛、氧化铝及复合氧化物残留在钢液内,在浇注过程被凝固的坯壳捕捉,形成连铸坯的近表层夹杂物,并遗传至钢板表面。
采取中间包预吹氩技术,开浇前向中间包内吹入氩气,氩气的密度比空气小,氩气在中间包内扩散后,将中间包空气排出,中间包内形成氩气氛围,阻止空气与钢水接触,使开浇初期钢水二次氧化程度得到抑制。
(1)通过金相和能谱分析可知,高强大梁钢辊压折弯起皮开裂的主要原因为产品近表层含有异常的硬性夹杂物TiO2和Al2O3,破坏了周围基体的变形连续性。导致产品起皮开裂的TiO2和Al2O3夹杂物形成原因为钢水浇注初始发生二次氧化。
(2)通过采取中间包预吹氩技术将中间包空气排出,使开浇初期钢水二次氧化程度得到抑制,高强大梁钢辊压折弯起皮开裂问题得到改善。
