In this paper, it is introduced the current situations of such rail standards as AREMA Railway Engineering Maintenance Manual(2020), European Standard EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017 and China Railway Industry Standard TB/T 2344.1—2020 as well as mainly compared and analyzed the differences of cross section, compositions, properties and test methods for rails satisfied the above three standards. The analysis results showed that the differences of technical requirements for rails satisfied the above three standards were greater due to the level and style of domestic and foreign standards were different. The export level of domestic rails is fully known by comparing these differences, which creates conditions for exporting domestic rails to the international market.

文章介绍了《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)、欧标EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017与铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020钢轨标准现状,重点对比分析了三个标准钢轨断面、成分、性能及检验方法的差异。分析结果表明,由于国内外标准层次、体例的不同,三个标准对于钢轨的技术要求差异较大。通过对比这些差异,充分了解了国内钢轨出口水平,为国内钢轨推向国际市场创造了条件。

In this paper, it is introduced the current situations of such rail standards as AREMA Railway Engineering Maintenance Manual(2020), European Standard EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017 and China Railway Industry Standard TB/T 2344.1—2020 as well as mainly compared and analyzed the differences of cross section, compositions, properties and test methods for rails satisfied the above three standards. The analysis results showed that the differences of technical requirements for rails satisfied the above three standards were greater due to the level and style of domestic and foreign standards were different. The export level of domestic rails is fully known by comparing these differences, which creates conditions for exporting domestic rails to the international market.

欧美铁路货运系统经过200年的发展,已经成为世界上最为成熟的铁路货运系统。作为铁路货运系统的重要承载部件,钢轨一直受到铁路部门的高度重视,欧洲EN 13674标准和《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)(简称美标)对钢轨制定了详尽的技术条件。相比客运系统,美国货运铁路网更发达。铁路运输是美国铁路货物运输的重要方式,美国铁路大部分货车载重已达到70~100 t,牢固地确立了在货运市场中的地位。美国铁路钢轨标准由美国铁路工程和保养协会(AREMA)组织制定,每隔几年要对其内容进行确认或修订[1]。经过几十年的发展,北美铁路取得多项科技成果,特别是在重载运输管理体系、基础设施的配置及标准、维修养护技术和养护模式、动态与静态监测和检测技术等方面,有许多成功的经验,值得我国学习和借鉴。
据报道[2],2023年,我国铁路完成固定资产投资7 645亿元,同比增长7.5%,投产新线路3 637 km,其中高铁2 776 km。截至2023年底,全国铁路运营里程达到15.9万km,其中高铁达到4.5万km,居世界第一位。我国铁路的高速发展得益于在铁路建设方面取得的包括钢轨在内的多项处于世界领先水平的有自主知识产权技术的大规模应用。我国铁道行业标准TB/T 2344在制定和修订过程中借鉴了欧洲EN 13674标准和《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》,并结合国内铁路实际情况相应调整了钢轨部分性能指标和检验项目,最新标准已更新到TB/T 2344.1—2020版本。
上述三个标准在钢轨国际市场上的认可度高,分析了解三个标准之间的区别对于开发新产品,开拓国际市场,提高市场占有率有现实意义。
本文将我国TB/T 2344.1—2020《43 kg/m~75 kg/m钢轨》、欧洲EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017《46 kg/m及以上T型钢轨》《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)三个标准中有关铁路用钢轨牌号、钢轨断面、强度级别与检验方法等方面进行比对分析。
欧洲钢轨标准是当今世界上最为先进的钢轨标准之一,欧洲钢轨标准EN 13674《46 kg/m及以上T型钢轨》,于1994年提出初稿,2003年正式颁布实施,分别于2007年、2011年和2017进行了三次修订,目前有效版本为EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017[3]
欧洲EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017《46 kg/m及以上T型钢轨》提出了9种不同牌号钢种(R200、R220、R260、R260Mn、R320Cr、R350HT、R350LH、R370CrHT、R400HT)、规定了23种断面类型、2种断面公差和2种平直度等级,适用于普速铁路和高速铁路钢轨。碳素钢轨、合金钢轨均可以作为热处理钢轨的原料,普通线路上铺设碳素钢轨R200、R220、R260、R260Mn,重载线路或曲线上铺设1 080 MPa级的合金轨R320Cr、1 180 MPa级的热处理钢轨R350HT、R350LHT和1 280 MPa级的R370CrHT、R400HT热处理钢轨。涉及断面共23种,分别为46E1、46E2、46E3、46E4、49E1、49E2、49E5、50E1、50E2、50E3、50E4、50E5、50E6、52E1、54E1、54E2、54E3、54E4、54E5、55E1、56E1、60E1、60E2。
美国铁路工程和保养协会AREMA(American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Wav Association,简称AREMA)钢轨标准是行业通用技术标准,根据会员单位的意见制定,在2020年修订的版本中,共纳入了6个牌号钢轨,分别是SS、IS、HH三种普通碳素钢轨以及LA、IH、LH三种低合金钢轨,断面分7种,分别为115RE、119RE、132RE、133RE、136RE、140RE、141RE。
我国铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020《43 kg/m~75 kg/m钢轨》[4]适用铁路用热轧钢轨和在线热处理钢轨,TB/T 2635—2004《热处理钢轨技术条件》规定了在线和离线热处理钢轨的技术要求,后来由于原铁道部运输局工务部规定,取消使用离线热处理钢轨而自行废止,在线热处理钢轨相关技术要求全部纳入TB/T 2344.1—2020中。铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020共涉及U71Mn、U75V、U77MnCr、U78CrV、U76CrRE 5个钢轨钢种,轨型分为43 kg/m、50 kg/m、60 kg/m、75 kg/m。
在《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)中钢轨分为碳素钢轨和低合金钢轨,碳素钢轨不同强度级别共用一个化学成分范围;低合金钢轨根据硬度级别对应划分化学成分,三个牌号对应两个化学成分。针对不同强度等级的碳素钢轨,并未进行较细的划分,但对于P、S元素含量的上限要求比较严格,最大值均要求小于0.02%。而在欧标及铁标中,对不同碳素钢轨的成分范围作出了不同的规定。低合金钢轨主要在欧标和美标中有要求,目前铁标中暂未提及低合金钢轨。本文对欧标和美标的低合金钢轨进行比较,标准中除包含C、Si、Mn元素外,还包含了较高含量的合金元素Cr、V、Cu、Ni。其中欧标中对Si和Cr元素含量要求较为严格,在美标中则对Cu元素要求较为宽泛。具体成分对比见表1表2
通过对比碳素钢轨钢种、牌号发现,不同种类碳素钢轨中C元素含量宽窄程度有所区别,铁标对钢轨中C元素含量要求最为严格,所给定的成分波动范围在0.1个百分点左右,这就对钢轨的生产工艺提出了很高的要求,而相对于铁标来说,欧标和美标所要求的C元素含量范围比较宽泛,成分波动在0.2个百分点左右,这在生产过程中降低了控制难度,更容易实现。
在对比低合金钢轨牌号过程中发现,国内低合金钢轨暂未有相关标准,主要在合金元素Cu、Cr、Ni元素的使用上存在较为严苛的限制。目前只有欧标与美标对低合金钢轨进行了要求。
在欧标、铁标、美标中,不同钢轨状态对屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、踏面硬度有不同的要求。1996年以后,美标的钢种开始发生变化,不断提高钢轨的硬度和强度。标准中先后纳入普通碳素钢、微合金钢和低合金钢钢轨及相应的在线热处理钢轨。《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》不同版本中钢轨硬度、强度、断后伸长率要求都不断提高。钢轨的屈服强度作为铁路强度检算的重要依据,在《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)中特别要求了钢轨的屈服强度,而在铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020及欧标EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017未对屈服强度提出要求,具体性能要求见表3
通过对比不同种类钢轨标准中抗拉强度、断后伸长率和轨头踏面硬度的要求得出,铁标中的U71Mn钢种与欧标R260钢种性能要求基本相当,踏面硬度(HB)要求在260~300之间,而在美标中,所要求的钢轨最低踏面硬度(HB)为310。由此可见,在美标中,对碳素钢轨踏面硬度有着更为严苛的要求,同时在钢轨拉伸性能上要求了较高的屈服强度和抗拉强度。
TB/T 2344.1—2020、《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)、EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017标准中规定了钢轨的显微组织以珠光体为主,可以存在少量的铁素体,但是不允许存在贝氏体和马氏体组织。考虑到珠光体组织的片层间距对于钢轨机械性能影响较大,目前,在欧标和美标中,已逐渐增加新的要求,允许通过增加钢中合金元素的含量、或改变钢轨冷却速度的方式来减小钢轨的片层间距,从而达到细化晶粒、提高钢轨抵抗塑性变形和断裂的能力。
对比欧标、美标和铁标可知,钢轨在轨面硬度检验方法上流程基本相同,但在不同标准中,检测位置、测试方法存在差异。铁标要求在测定钢轨横断面硬度时,间隔5 mm由表及里测定钢轨A、B、C、D、E线的硬度。《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)则规定在测定钢轨横断面硬度时,由表及里间隔不超过3 mm测定1、2、3线的硬度及4、5点的硬度。在欧标中,其横断面硬度针对热处理钢轨进行规定,要求HBW2>HBW3+0.4(HBW1-HBW3),并且要求3条测试线(OB1,OA1及OC1线段)上的任意2个硬度测试点间的硬度值差不得大于30,具体检测位置见图1。此外对比三种洛氏硬度测试发现,标准对所有测试点均给出最低值要求,在TB/T 2344.1—2020中,只规定了每条线首尾2个点的硬度值,未明确规定每条线相邻2个点间硬度值差[5];在《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)中,对于横断面硬度只规定了1、2、3线上15 mm部位以及4、5点硬度的最小值,未明确规定其他部位硬度值。同时,在美标和欧标钢轨横断面硬度检验中,以布氏硬度检测结果为验收标准,而在铁标中,则要求以洛氏硬度为验收标准。
钢轨的拉伸性能是检验钢轨强度的重要指标,因此,在国内外标准中均对钢轨的拉伸性能提出了检验要求。在美标、欧标、铁标中,其检验过程基本相同,但对于试样的取样位置及尺寸有所区别。在《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)中,规定拉伸取样位置位于轨头轨距角,试样中心距轨侧及轨顶13 mm,试样直径为12.7 mm;在欧标和铁标中,要求拉伸取样位置在距轨侧及轨顶10 mm处,试样直径为10 mm,具体取样位置见图2
在铁标和欧标中,测试钢轨残余应力使用的是贴片法,而在美标中,测试残余应力采用切口法,两者在测试方法上有很大的不同。《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)中采用的切口法,选取钢轨端部600 mm位置,在钢轨的横断面中心线的垂直方向上冲出两个圆锥孔,并标记两孔之间的最初距离,锯切后测量两孔之间的垂直距离不得超过3.75 mm,如图3所示。铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020和欧标EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017中采用贴片法,测量时选取1 m长钢轨试样,首先把电阻应变片贴在轨底面上,测量应变值,然后将贴有应变片的部分两边切断,使其与原钢轨分离,锯切厚度为20 mm,再次测量应变值,将第一次应变值与第二次释放的应变值之差乘以2.07×105 MPa可得轨底残余应力,测得轨底纵向残余应力不大于250 MPa,如图4所示。
世界各国根据线路条件、运营情况的不同,不同标准在性能检验方面会有一定差异。我国制定的普速铁路用TB/T 2344—2020钢轨标准,虽在各项技术指标上相对而言较为宽松,但总体上已经非常趋近于高速铁路用钢轨标准,这也体现出我国钢轨标准随着铁路和冶金行业的发展而不断更新,逐渐迈向更高的台阶。通过对《AREMA铁路工程保养手册》(2020)、欧标EN 13674-1:2011+A1:2017、铁标TB/T 2344.1—2020三个标准对比分析发现,不同标准的钢种、牌号和断面是多样的,不同类型的钢轨可以应用的场合不同,可以根据施工使用目的不同更加灵活地选用不同的断面。在成分设定方面,美标在P、S元素方面相对欧标、铁标要求要高,同时国外标准中允许加入一些Cu、Ni等合金元素形成低合金钢轨,但目前铁标中还未涉及此类钢轨。铁标钢轨在性能检验方面与欧标钢轨存在很多相似之处,可以与欧标钢轨检验接轨;但美标钢轨与铁标钢轨在性能检验方面存在一定差异,需要进一步对标,力争将国内更多品种的钢轨推向美洲市场。
