The locations of disqualification of flaw detection for defects are accurately positioned through manual flaw detection of Q355NE plates with disqualification of online flaw detection as well as the microstructure and defects of the locations of disqualification of flaw detection are analyzed with optical microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that the defect corresponding to disqualification of flaw detection for Q355NE wind power steel was the microcrack in the center of steel plate, microstructure of the microcrack area in the center was martensite and bainite with poorer plasticity, which was caused by segregation of C and Mn. At the same time, MnS inclusions with long strip shape as well as compound of titanium and niobium distributed in chain are found at the crack. The interfacial bonding energy of them and matrix is low, continuity of matrix is destroyed so that cracks are easily initiated with the effects of stress. The microcracks in the center are avoided and qualification rate of flaw detection for wind power steel is increased by improving the segregation during solidification process of casting blank and adopting the mode of offline slow cooling of steel plate.

通过对在线探伤不合格的Q355NE钢板进行人工探伤,精确定位探伤不合格所在缺陷的位置,利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜,对探伤不合格处的组织及缺陷进行分析。结果表明,Q355NE风电钢探伤不合格对应的缺陷为钢板心部的微裂纹,心部微裂纹区域的组织为塑性较差的马氏体和贝氏体,马氏体和贝氏体的形成是由C、Mn元素偏析导致的。同时,在裂纹处发现有长条状的MnS夹杂物和呈链状分布的钛、铌化合物,它们与基体的界面结合能低,破坏了基体的连续性,在应力的作用下容易萌生裂纹。通过改善铸坯凝固过程中的偏析和采用钢板下线缓冷的方式,避免了心部的微裂纹,提高了风电钢探伤的合格率。

通过对在线探伤不合格的Q355NE钢板进行人工探伤,精确定位探伤不合格所在缺陷的位置,利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜,对探伤不合格处的组织及缺陷进行分析。结果表明,Q355NE风电钢探伤不合格对应的缺陷为钢板心部的微裂纹,心部微裂纹区域的组织为塑性较差的马氏体和贝氏体,马氏体和贝氏体的形成是由C、Mn元素偏析导致的。同时,在裂纹处发现有长条状的MnS夹杂物和呈链状分布的钛、铌化合物,它们与基体的界面结合能低,破坏了基体的连续性,在应力的作用下容易萌生裂纹。通过改善铸坯凝固过程中的偏析和采用钢板下线缓冷的方式,避免了心部的微裂纹,提高了风电钢探伤的合格率。

The locations of disqualification of flaw detection for defects are accurately positioned through manual flaw detection of Q355NE plates with disqualification of online flaw detection as well as the microstructure and defects of the locations of disqualification of flaw detection are analyzed with optical microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that the defect corresponding to disqualification of flaw detection for Q355NE wind power steel was the microcrack in the center of steel plate, microstructure of the microcrack area in the center was martensite and bainite with poorer plasticity, which was caused by segregation of C and Mn. At the same time, MnS inclusions with long strip shape as well as compound of titanium and niobium distributed in chain are found at the crack. The interfacial bonding energy of them and matrix is low, continuity of matrix is destroyed so that cracks are easily initiated with the effects of stress. The microcracks in the center are avoided and qualification rate of flaw detection for wind power steel is increased by improving the segregation during solidification process of casting blank and adopting the mode of offline slow cooling of steel plate.

在努力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的时代背景下,国家要求内蒙古自治区“构建新型能源体系,增强国家重要能源和战略资源基地保供能力”。通过发展新能源、清洁能源为主体的能源体系,成为实现绿色低碳发展的重要路径[1]。近年来,以风电为代表的可再生能源在电力中的比例迅速提高。风电钢作为风电塔筒的主要构建材料,不仅要求风电钢有良好的力学性能,更要求风电钢有良好的内部质量。超声波探伤检验是通过超声波对钢板内部质量进行检测,可以明确的反映钢板基体内部的连续性及纯净度。这种检测手段目前广泛应用于风电设备、海洋石油平台、大型船舶等高端产品和行业。
包钢生产的Q355NE风电钢,在进行超声波探伤检验时,偶尔会出现探伤不合格的现象,在线探伤设备显示缺陷位于钢板心部。
本文对导致风电钢Q355NE钢板探伤不合格的原因进行了定性分析,明确了探伤不合格所对应的缺陷,通过分析缺陷产生的原因,提出改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
包钢宽厚板生产线冶炼区域装备有2座210 t顶底复吹转炉、2座LF精炼炉、2座RH真空炉和1台直弧型板坯连铸机。轧机区域装备3 800 mm四辊可逆式粗轧机、4 100 mm四辊可逆式精轧机。精整区域装备德国NTD公司生产的72探道超声波无损探伤设备,可以根据德标、美标、欧标和国家标准对钢板进行在线、全覆盖探伤检测。
风电钢生产流程:铁水预脱硫处理→210 t转炉炼钢→LF炉精炼→RH炉精炼→板坯连铸→粗、精轧机轧制→冷床冷却→探伤→剪切→检验→标识→入库。
探伤不合格钢板为30 mm厚风电钢板,板坯厚度为300 mm。冶炼成分满足内控要求,见表1。板坯轧制后未经ACC冷却,在冷床进行冷却。
钢板经在线超声波测厚仪检测,显示钢板心部(厚度1/2处)存在缺陷(图1a)。钢板下线后,利用SONATEST 250 s超声波探伤仪对缺陷进行精确定位,标记缺陷位置(图1b),并记录超声波探伤仪波形。
对钢板探伤不合格缺陷处进行取样,标记为1#、2#、3#缺陷。将1#、2#、3#缺陷试样从中心线利用带锯破开,分别打磨试样的两个剖面,使用徕卡D1M光学显微镜对试样进行观察。在3#缺陷试样厚度1/2处左右的位置发现长度约415.1 μm的裂纹(图2a)、长度为136.5 μm和200 μm的MnS夹杂物(图2b),以及零星的析出物(图2c)。
将试样腐蚀后,裂纹区域的组织存在异常(图3a),正常心部的组织应该为白色的铁素体+黑色的珠光体组织,而裂纹处的组织为褐色的马氏体组织。MnS邻近的组织也存在异常(图3b),表现为MnS出现在马氏体组织之中,图中MnS夹杂物长约121 μm,MnS夹杂物两侧有细小的裂纹。在另外一处马氏体组织中,出现了三条裂纹,其中中间一条裂纹中含有55 μm长的MnS夹杂物(图3c),在裂纹的头部发现有析出物。
对缺陷处夹杂物进行扫描电镜及能谱分析,确定为MnS夹杂物,对析出物进行扫描电镜及能谱分析,确定为(Nb、Ti)CN析出物,见图4图5
对裂纹两侧进行扫描电镜及能谱分析,发现裂纹附近C、Mn含量较高。见图6
图3可以看到,裂纹处有MnS夹杂物出现。铸坯在凝固过程中,溶质元素析出并不断富集,使得铸坯从表壳到中心凝固结晶过程中,一些溶质元素(如C、Mn、S等)在固体与液体的边界上溶解并发生平衡移动,使得溶质元素发生再分配。从凝固的柱状晶析出的溶质元素,不断地溶解到尚未凝固的钢液中,伴随着凝固结晶的不断进行,富集的溶质元素最后推向凝固中心,于是就产生了富集Mn和S的偏析带,位置基本处于铸坯中心。当偏析带富集Mn和S的浓度达到一定程度时,就会在偏析带中析出MnS化合物[2-3],形成MnS夹杂物。由于MnS夹杂物与钢本体的界面结合能低,在张应力的作用下比较容易萌生裂纹。此外,MnS夹杂物的尖端也可能在应力作用下导致应力集中而引起开裂。图3的裂纹位于马氏体中,而在冷却过程中,马氏体内产生了较大的组织应力[4],同时在硫化物的共同作用下,应力集中而产生微裂纹,当中心微裂纹达到一定长度,就会被超声波探伤检测出来。
图3c中还可以发现,Ti、Nb析出物呈链状分布,并呈小颗粒聚集。Ti、Nb都是微合金强化元素,非常容易与钢中C、N结合,析出时形成相应化合物[5]。虽然析出的化合物可以起到钉扎晶界、细化晶界和析出强化的作用,但是颗粒连续分布的(Nb、Ti)CN也会破坏材料的连续性。同时,小颗粒的(Nb、Ti)CN会使得其周围基体中的组织产生畸变,升高了脆性转化温度,也就增加了开裂的风险。因此,生产时应尽量控制铸坯中Nb、Ti的偏析,避免其大量析出。
图6扫描电镜结果可以看出,裂纹两侧C、Mn元素含量较高。钢中C、Mn含量提高时,会延长奥氏体转变的孕育期,奥氏体稳定性近一步提高,直接导致C曲线右移[6]。这样使得钢板在轧后冷却过程中,不需要较快的冷速,就会产生马氏体、贝氏体组织,而塑性较差的马氏体、贝氏体组织,在轧后冷床冷却过程中,钢板中心容易受应力作用产生裂纹,最终导致钢板探伤不合格。
改善钢的成分偏析。连铸过程中要抑制柱状晶的发展,扩大等轴晶区比例,尽量缩小二次枝晶间距。具体的措施为控制浇注温度,尽量保证低过热度(20~30 ℃)浇注;利用电磁搅拌,在凝固末端搅碎枝晶;优化二冷制度,强化二冷区各冷却段水量。
降低钢板中的应力。钢板在轧制后,通过抢温下线,堆垛缓冷降低钢板的冷却速度,减小钢板内部组织应力和热应力,防止过大的应力在心部组织异常处诱发微裂纹。为保证钢板在下线缓冷前有足够的温度,重新明确了钢板下线缓冷工艺。要求在生产钢板前,梳理冷床条件,保证钢板在完成轧制后,在冷床上可以快速推进至下线辊道,下线缓冷温度不能低于200 ℃,其中厚度小于20 mm钢板下线温度不得低于150 ℃。

(2)适当降低钢水过热度,制定合理的二冷制度,优化二冷区各冷却段水量,优化动态轻压下技术参数,使铸坯偏析得到了改善。
(3)明确轧后钢板缓冷下线的技术细节,减小了钢板在冷却过程中产生的应力。
