In the paper, the fit tolerance and chamfer structure for quick-change coupler of oxygen lance as well as flexible connection mode between coupler and nozzle of medium are analyzed in detail. The fit dimension, chamfer length, surface roughness of fitting surface and type of connection of compensator are improved based on the analysis results combining with actual situations on site. On the premise of not affecting original using functions of oxygen lance, the rapid replacement for oxygen lance of 240 t converter is realized so that the duration of replacing oxygen lance is shortened, labor intensity of workers is reduced and safety of operating personnel is ensured.

文章对氧枪快换接头的配合公差、倒角结构以及接头和介质接管之间的软连接形式等进行了详细分析,依据分析结果并结合现场的实际情况,改进了氧枪快换接头与介质接管之间的配合尺寸、倒角长度、配合面的表面粗糙度以及补偿器的连接形式等。在不影响氧枪原有使用功能的前提下,实现了240 t转炉氧枪快速更换,缩短了氧枪更换时间,降低了工人的劳动强度,同时保证了作业人员的安全。

In the paper, the fit tolerance and chamfer structure for quick-change coupler of oxygen lance as well as flexible connection mode between coupler and nozzle of medium are analyzed in detail. The fit dimension, chamfer length, surface roughness of fitting surface and type of connection of compensator are improved based on the analysis results combining with actual situations on site. On the premise of not affecting original using functions of oxygen lance, the rapid replacement for oxygen lance of 240 t converter is realized so that the duration of replacing oxygen lance is shortened, labor intensity of workers is reduced and safety of operating personnel is ensured.

氧枪是氧气转炉冶炼的重要设备,随着转炉生产节奏的加快,对设备的作业率提出了更高要求,转炉氧枪采用“一用一备”配置,要求不能因为“无枪可用”而影响转炉的生产。
稀土钢板材厂原有的转炉氧枪本体接头与介质接管之间的连接形式采用比较先进的快换接头,但氧枪快换接头与介质接管无法分离,更换氧枪只能拆卸法兰,在实际更换氧枪时不仅没有实现快速更换,反而更加浪费时间,更换一支氧枪需要6~8 h。因氧枪更换时间较长,造成作业人员作业风险较大,作业人员存在煤气中毒的风险,若在氧枪更换期间工作枪发生故障,将导致转炉生产中断。
因此实现氧枪的快速更换,不仅能降低作业人员的工作量,还能降低作业安全风险,同时保障转炉生产顺行。
转炉氧枪共有3个接头,分别为氧气(氮气)接头、氧枪冷却水进水和回水接头,原氧枪快换接头设计思路是依靠氧枪自重插入接管连接,并在介质接管处设有三道密封,用于氧气(氮气)以及进回水的密封。氧枪快换接头和介质接管原设计间隙为0.151~0.208 mm;冷却水接头与介质接管间隙为0.107~0.189 mm。介质接管的倒角长度仅有25 mm,且原有的补偿器仅有轴向补偿能力。
因氧枪快换接头和介质接管配合间隙小及氧枪结构原因,氧枪在吊装过程中存在偏心而倾斜,依靠氧枪自重自动插入或克服自重将两者分离无法实现,更换氧枪只能通过拆卸法兰,这样造成氧枪更换时间长,且作业过程中存在较大安全隐患。
氧枪结构如图1所示。
介质接管倒角的长度决定了接头和介质接管之间的导入深度。如果倒角长度较短,当两者相互接触后,导入深度不够,且因氧枪结构的原因,三根接头均偏向一侧,而氧枪的吊装点在枪管重心延长线上,在吊运时必然发生倾斜,在此状态下两者之间的摩擦力势必增大,使接头和介质接管两者分离或组装时存在困难,无法实现氧枪快速更换。
原设计的介质接管倒角长度较短,仅为25 mm,氧枪在安装时因结构偏心造成配合面在单侧挤压而增大摩擦力,导致氧枪快换无法实现。在不影响密封槽的前提下,将介质接管的倒角延长,通过增加倒角的长度,加长了快换接头插入介质接管的导入深度,即使发生倾斜,也因导入深度的加长而降低了两者之间的摩擦力,有助于两者之间的组装或分离。
改造前后介质接管倒角如图2所示。
快换接头和介质接管配合面的表面光洁度决定了两者之间的摩擦系数,提高接触面的表面光洁度,使两者之间的摩擦系数降低,可以降低两者之间的摩擦力[1]
将介质接管倒角长度由25 mm增加到35 mm,缩短了氧枪快换接头和介质接管之间的接触面长度;同时提高两者配合面的表面光洁度,由原来的3.2 μm提高至1.6 μm;减小了分离和安装时氧枪快换接头和介质接管之间的滑动摩擦力,使之更好的组装或分离。
氧枪快换接头和介质接管原设计配合尺寸为Φ345f7/Φ345H8,两者之间的间隙为0.151~0.208 mm;冷却水接头与接管配合尺寸为Φ292f7/Φ292H8,两者之间的间隙为0.107~0.189 mm。氧枪主体为焊接结构,其整体拆卸的外形尺寸较大,太小的间隙对装配和更换提出更高要求,出现任何细小的偏差,都将加大氧枪更换难度。
前文已说明,原氧枪快换接头插入介质导管依靠氧枪自重来实现,当两者配合的间隙过小,氧枪快换接头无法插入介质导管,不能实现快速更换。有效的解决办法是增大氧枪快换接头与介质接管的间隙。
快换接头和介质接管之间是通过O型圈进行密封,密封形式为挤压型,工作时靠介质压力挤压密封圈,产生压紧力,封闭密封间隙,达到密封的目的[2]。为了使O型圈具有良好的密封性能和延长使用寿命,必须使O型圈的密封沟槽和密封部位的间隙设计恰当,当间隙过大时,O型圈在压力作用下挤压间隙而失去依托,造成密封圈损伤或脱落,从而产生烟气泄露;当间隙过小时,安装或拆卸将比较困难。

表1可知,当系统压力小于3.5 MPa时,间隙最大可选择为0.35 mm,考虑到氧枪冷却水和氧气的最大压力仅为2.5 MPa,在提高O型密封圈硬度的前提下,可适当增大配合间隙,将介质接管直径减小0.4 mm,单侧间隙增大0.2 mm。
将氧枪快换接头和介质接管两者之间的间隙由原来的0.151~0.208 mm增加到0.351~0.408 mm,水密封接头两者之间的间隙由原来的0.107~0.189 mm增加到0.307~0.389 mm。O型圈材质选用硅橡胶(MVQ)-S900,其硬度可达到邵氏硬度(A)90。
在保证氧枪快换接头密封效果的前提下,将介质接管的外径减小,增大了氧枪快换接头和介质接管之间的配合间隙,实现氧枪快速更换。
在氧枪摘除与回装的过程中,实现快速更换主要依赖于接头与介质接管的快速分离,两者间能够实现快速分离需要氧枪3个接头与3个独立的介质接管同时找正,保证下层介质接管与上层接头之间的中心互相平行并重合,三者之间不能有任何偏差,才能实现快速分离或插入。
原设计的3个介质接管同时固定在一个安装盘上,三者呈品字形排列,相互之间没有任何可调整的空间,介质接管下端与3个带有轴向补偿功能的金属补偿器连接。
补偿器习惯上也叫膨胀节或伸缩节,主要用于补偿管道因热胀冷缩等原因引起的尺寸变换,通常可补偿轴向、横向和角度偏移[3]。该补偿器主要用于消除氧枪安装时的冲击力,避免损坏氧枪快换接头的密封圈,同时可补偿一定的位移。
由于下层的介质接管已经固定在同一个法兰上,而原设计的金属补偿器只能实现轴向补偿,没有角度补偿功能,如图4所示。
图1氧枪结构可知,氧枪存在一定的偏心,在吊装过程中并非完全竖直向下,当氧枪快换接头与介质接管接触时,会存在一定的倾斜,原设计的补偿器仅有轴向补偿能力,无法实现角度补偿,极易造成补偿器损坏并对氧枪快换的实现产生一定的阻力,不利于实现氧枪快速更换。
因此将轴向金属补偿器改为万向补偿器,补偿氧枪拆装时产生的角度偏移,使氧枪三根介质接管和氧枪快换接头更好的对中,减少因不对中而造成额外摩擦力,有助于提高氧枪快换的效率。
通过延长介质接管倒角、提高氧枪密封接头配合面的表面光洁度、加大氧枪快换接头和介质接管之间的间隙、将轴向金属补偿器改为万向补偿器等措施,对氧枪快换接头和介质接管之间配合各要素进行优化,实现了氧枪快速更换。氧枪更换时间由原来的6~8 h缩短为10~20 min,降低了工人劳动强度,作业人员由原来的5人缩减为2人。更换氧枪时,因作业量的减少以及作业方式的变化,极大降低了作业人员的安全风险。
