In this paper, the continuous casting billet of low temperature Hi-B steel, metallographic structure and texture of plates after such processes as hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, decarburizing annealing and high temperature annealing are observed with metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) as well as the evolution laws of microstructure and texture in the whole process are analyzed. The results showed that the macrostructure of continuous casting billet was mainly columnar crystal and proportion of equiaxed crystal zone was 7%~12%; microstructure of hot rolled plate was composed of alternant banded structure of ferrite and pearlite; microstructure of normalized pickled plate was composed of fine crystal zone and recrystal microstructure. The textures at 1/8 of thickness of hot rolled plate and normalized plate are mainly Goss texture and brass texture as well as strong Goss texture is formed with the secondary recrystallization after high temperature annealing.

采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察低温Hi-B钢连铸坯和经热轧、常化、冷轧、脱碳退火、高温退火工序后钢板的金相组织和织构,分析全流程组织和织构的演变规律。结果表明,连铸坯低倍组织以柱状晶为主,中心等轴晶区比例为7%~12%;热轧板组织由铁素体和珠光体交替的带状组织组成;常化酸洗板组织由细晶带和再结晶组织组成。热轧板和常化板厚度1/8处织构以Goss织构和黄铜织构为主,钢板经过高温退火发生二次再结晶形成强Goss织构。

采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察低温Hi-B钢连铸坯和经热轧、常化、冷轧、脱碳退火、高温退火工序后钢板的金相组织和织构,分析全流程组织和织构的演变规律。结果表明,连铸坯低倍组织以柱状晶为主,中心等轴晶区比例为7%~12%;热轧板组织由铁素体和珠光体交替的带状组织组成;常化酸洗板组织由细晶带和再结晶组织组成。热轧板和常化板厚度1/8处织构以Goss织构和黄铜织构为主,钢板经过高温退火发生二次再结晶形成强Goss织构。

In this paper, the continuous casting billet of low temperature Hi-B steel, metallographic structure and texture of plates after such processes as hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, decarburizing annealing and high temperature annealing are observed with metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) as well as the evolution laws of microstructure and texture in the whole process are analyzed. The results showed that the macrostructure of continuous casting billet was mainly columnar crystal and proportion of equiaxed crystal zone was 7%~12%; microstructure of hot rolled plate was composed of alternant banded structure of ferrite and pearlite; microstructure of normalized pickled plate was composed of fine crystal zone and recrystal microstructure. The textures at 1/8 of thickness of hot rolled plate and normalized plate are mainly Goss texture and brass texture as well as strong Goss texture is formed with the secondary recrystallization after high temperature annealing.

取向硅钢是高端电力装备的功能性材料,被广泛应用于特高压输电、大型发电机等领域,为全球能源利用绿色化、二氧化碳减排做出了重大贡献。取向硅钢分为普通取向硅钢和高磁感取向硅钢,将磁感强度(B)为1.82~1.89 T的取向硅钢称为普通取向硅钢,记为“CGO”钢,而磁感强度(B)在1.90 T以上的称为高磁感取向硅钢,记为“Hi-B”钢[1]。由于Hi-B钢生产难度大,认为是衡量一个国家特殊钢制造技术水平的重要标志,常被称为“艺术产品”。其中普通取向硅钢采用固有抑制剂法高温铸坯加热工艺,高温加热工艺因设备使用寿命短、成材率低、能耗高,逐步被淘汰。低温高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢)采用获得抑制剂法低温铸坯加热工艺,工艺设备要求低、产品成材率高、性能稳定已经成为取向硅钢生产的主流工艺[2-6]
工业批量生产中,通过制定铸坯低温加热工艺、热轧轧制工艺、热处理工艺,生产符合性能要求的高磁感取向硅钢,其中高温退火工序国内企业主要采用罩式炉生产,本文采用隧道炉完成高温退火[7-8]。低温Hi-B钢的微观组织和织构演变规律决定成品磁性能,对全流程工序微观组织和织构的成因及演变规律进行研究,有助于提高过程控制水平和成品磁性能稳定性。因此,本文在低温Hi-B钢工业生产全流程各工序取样进行显微组织和织构的演变规律研究和分析,为工业生产技术优化提供依据。
试验材料为工业生产的高磁感取向硅钢,材料的具体成分范围为:Si含量在2.6%~3.8%,Al含量在0.020%~0.040%,N含量在0.005 0%~0.012 0%,Sn含量在0.020%~0.080%。冶炼过程严格控制各元素波动范围,同时加入Al、N和Sn等抑制剂元素。热轧加热温度控制在1 050~1 200 ℃之间,热轧板厚度为2.0~3.0 mm,热轧板经过常化酸洗后利用二十辊可逆轧机一次冷轧至0.20~0.30 mm。冷硬板先后进行脱碳退火和渗氮,渗氮量为0.015 0%~0.030 0%。利用隧道式退火炉进行高温退火,完成二次再结晶和净化。
对工业生产过程中各工序产品(铸坯、热轧板、常化酸洗板、脱碳渗氮板和高温退火板)进行现场取样。铸坯按照标准要求取样和制样;热轧钢带将头尾温度和尺寸波动部分切除后取样,取样长度为500 mm,在检验室将钢板制成样品,样品尺寸为20 mm×25 mm;其他工序成品板沿轧制方向取样,尺寸为50 mm×80 mm。经手工磨样,然后在抛光机上将样品抛光到规定要求,抛光后用4%~6%硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀,采用金相显微镜观察试样组织并采集图像。采用X射线衍射仪分别测量织构分布情况,利用级数展开法计算取向分布函数(ODF)。
多数金属的凝固过程是按照枝晶的生长方式进行的。枝晶的生长有两种方式:沿着一个主干方向生长和各个方向同时生长。前者最终得到的是柱状晶,而后者最终得到等轴晶。连铸坯横截面中部和三角区低倍组织如图1所示。当铁基固溶体硅含量超过2%后在冷却过程中发生奥氏体转变,因此凝固形成的柱状晶组织会保留到室温,从低倍组织可以明显看到柱状晶,中心等轴晶区比例为7%~12%。铸坯在凝固过程中柱状晶中心先凝固,柱状晶晶界区域和柱状晶与等轴晶接壤区域后凝固,根据溶质原子非平衡偏析原理,溶质原子浓度比较高,从图1中看出有明显的偏析带。
热轧和常化板厚度1/2处组织如图2所示,从图2(a)中可以看出热轧板组织为铁素体和珠光体彼此交替的带状组织,带状组织平行于轧制方向,从表层到中心层组织分布不均匀,可划分为3层,分别为表层脱碳层、过渡层和中心层。表层脱碳层由细小的等轴晶组成,等轴晶粒尺寸约为35 μm;过渡层由形变组织和等轴晶粒交错组成;中心层由纤维状的组织和极少数等轴晶粒组成。热轧板显微组织沿板厚方向分布不均匀的原因,主要是由于铸坯在加热和热轧过程中表面脱碳导致相变点改变,以及表面变形复杂且储存能高易发生再结晶,心部主要为压应力且储存能低不易发生再结晶,所以以变形组织为主[3]。热轧板经过1 000~1 200 ℃常化后,主要调整组织和促进抑制剂的析出,从图2(b)中可以看出组织由再结晶晶粒和细晶带交错组成,与热轧组织对比,常化后表层组织晶粒明显长大并呈等轴状,过渡区和中心区由纤维状组织转变为再结晶晶粒,但仍存在细晶带,明显可以看出再结晶晶粒由于细晶带的阻碍沿纵向长大受限,沿轧制方向长大呈长条状。由于钢中较多的碳及抑制剂粒子也使得纤维状组织经过常化难以获得明显的再结晶组织[4]
冷硬板和脱碳渗氮板组织如图3所示,从图3(a)中可以看出冷硬板晶粒呈纤维状分布,晶界比较模糊。常化后的晶粒长大,经过大压下率冷轧形成剪切带和变形带,同时产生较大内应力,提高了冷轧加工硬化率,这些内应力集中且变形较大的位置成为再结晶优先形核点。从图3(b)中可以看出,冷硬板经过脱碳和渗氮工序后以铁素体组织为主,晶粒均发生再结晶且呈等轴状,晶界比较清晰,平均晶粒尺寸约为37 μm。组织发生回复和再结晶均在脱碳退火阶段完成,在后续渗氮过程中还有长大趋势,但当渗氮量达到某一临界值时,渗氮物完全抑制了晶粒的长大,当晶粒长大驱动力和阻力达到平衡时晶粒停止长大。
高温退火板轧面组织如图4所示,晶粒形貌呈多边形,晶粒直径2~3 cm不等,晶界呈现平直状和锯齿状。由于组织的继承性,热轧组织沿厚度方向的不均匀性有利于成品板在高温退火过程中实现完善的二次再结晶;热轧组织的次表层区经过冷轧减薄后成为表层区域,二次晶核在该区域优先形核,逐步长大,长大过程中逐渐吞噬周围细小晶粒,沿轧制方向长大速度比厚度方向更快。
利用XRD观察热轧板和常化板次表层1/8厚度处宏观织构,取向分布函数的φ2=45°截面图如图5所示。从图5(a)中可以看出由于钢板表层热轧时主要在剪切作用力下变形,1/8厚度处存在典型剪切应变织构,包括Goss织构{110}<001>和黄铜织构{110}<112>,其中Goss织构强度最高,为2.521,黄铜织构强度为1.954。热轧时钢板表层在剪切力的作用下产生Goss织构是高温退火二次再结晶时Goss织构的起源[9]。对比图5(a)(b)可以看出,热轧板经过常化后仍以Goss织构{110}<001>和黄铜织构{110}<112>为主,织构强度分别为3.124和2.528。常化处理过程主要发生再结晶,发生再结晶的晶粒多为低储能的原位再结晶,织构组分不会发生明显的类型改变,因此,常化织构多继承热轧的织构类型[4]
利用XRD观察冷硬板和脱碳渗氮板次表层1/8厚度处宏观织构,取向分布函数的φ2=45°截面图如图6所示。由图6(a)可以看出常化板经过冷轧后1/8厚度处织构主要由α织构和γ织构组成,织构包括{113}<361>、{111}<112>和{001}<110>,织构强度分别为7.614、6.101和1.562。常化板经过冷轧大压下率轧制时Goss取向晶粒会向着{111}<112>取向转变,而{111}<112>织构是亚稳态的形变取向晶粒,随着变形量的增大,{111}<112>取向晶粒将会转变为{111}<110>取向,随着变形量的增加将转变为{112}<110>或{113}<361>、{114}<481>取向,所以冷硬板α织构比常化板织构增强。对比图6(a)(b)可以看出,冷硬板和脱碳渗氮板织构类型一致,均由α织构和γ织构组成,但{113}<361>和{111}<112>织构强度降低,分别为6.044和4.034,同时出现{114}<481>织构。{001}面织构增强,达到2.023。
利用XRD观察高温退火板次表层1/8厚度处宏观织构,取向分布函数的φ2=45°截面图如图7所示,从图7中可以看出高温退火板以Goss织构为主,有少数低强度的其他类型织构。高温退火板中Goss织构源自热轧板次表层的Goss织构,在脱碳渗氮工序中形成的{111}<112>和{114}<481>织构有利于在二次再结晶退火中得到锋锐的Goss织构,{111}<112>和{114}<481>取向晶粒和Goss取向晶粒可构成低晶界能的Σ=9晶界,在二次再结晶退火中Goss取向晶粒迅速长大并吞噬周围的{111}<112>取向晶粒。Goss晶粒超大的尺寸使其长大能力越来越大,在抑制剂作用基本消失时,Goss晶粒可利用晶界能和表面能吞噬曾优先生长较大的岛状晶粒,使得大尺寸的Goss晶粒占据整个钢板。

(2)冷轧板组织晶粒呈纤维状分布,晶界比较模糊;脱碳和渗氮后晶粒均发生再结晶且呈等轴状,晶界比较清晰,平均晶粒尺寸约为37 μm;二次再结晶时具有Goss取向的晶粒逐步长大,晶粒形貌呈多边形,晶粒直径在2~3 cm不等,晶界呈现平直状和锯齿状。
(3)对比分析全流程各工序钢板厚度1/8处宏观织构,热轧以Goss织构{110}<001>和黄铜织构{110}<112>为主;常化进行组织调整,织构类型和强度基本不变;冷硬板和脱碳渗氮板织构类型以{113}<361>、{111}<112>和{001}<110>为主;高温退火板发生二次再结晶后形成强Goss织构。
