A large amount of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are generated in production process of iron and steel enterprises. In order to reduce further damage of these pollutants to the atmospheric environment, it is necessary to carry out desulfurization and denitrification treatments for discharged flue gas. The conventional technologies of desulfurization and denitrification are with such drawbacks as large occupied area and smaller adaptative reaction temperature interval. In the paper, a new integrated technology of desulfurization and denitrification with fixed bed is emphatically introduced, which is with such characteristics as small occupied area as well as better adjustability of desulfurization and denitrification efficiency so that it is suitable for different production environments. After the technology is applied, the integration of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification could be achieved as well as concentrations of pollutants could all reach the ultra-low emission standard.

钢铁企业在生产过程中产生大量颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物,为减少上述污染物对大气环境的进一步破坏,需对排放烟气进行脱硫、脱硝处理。常规脱硫脱硝技术存在占地面积大、可适应反应温度区间较小等缺点。文章重点介绍一种新型固定床脱硫脱硝一体化技术,具有占地面积小、脱硫脱硝效率可调节性强的特点,适用于不同生产环境。该技术应用后可实现除尘脱硫脱硝一体化,且污染物浓度均达到超低排放标准。

A large amount of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide are generated in production process of iron and steel enterprises. In order to reduce further damage of these pollutants to the atmospheric environment, it is necessary to carry out desulfurization and denitrification treatments for discharged flue gas. The conventional technologies of desulfurization and denitrification are with such drawbacks as large occupied area and smaller adaptative reaction temperature interval. In the paper, a new integrated technology of desulfurization and denitrification with fixed bed is emphatically introduced, which is with such characteristics as small occupied area as well as better adjustability of desulfurization and denitrification efficiency so that it is suitable for different production environments. After the technology is applied, the integration of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification could be achieved as well as concentrations of pollutants could all reach the ultra-low emission standard.

近几十年来,随着工业、农业等各行各业的迅速发展,大气环境的污染日益严重。如工厂生产排放、农业垃圾焚烧等都是大气污染的主要来源,在生产过程中会产生大量的有害气体,如二氧化硫(SO2)、氮氧化物(NOx)等,这些气体进入大气后会对环境造成破坏。
2019年生态环境部等5部委发布了[2019]35号《关于推进实施钢铁行业超低排放的意见》,意见提出的主要目标要求是全国新建(含搬迁)钢铁项目原则上要达到超低排放水平。根据国家《关于推进实施钢铁行业超低排放的意见》要求,高炉热风炉烟气污染源颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度小时均值原则上分别不高于10 mg/m3、50 mg/m3、200 mg/m3,达到超低排放的钢铁企业每月至少95%以上时段小时均值排放浓度满足上述要求。基于此,有必要对某钢企5座高炉热风炉烟气进行除尘、脱硫、脱硝处理,以实现超低排放。
某钢厂现有5座高炉,有效容积均在1 500 m3以上,总容积达到7 500 m3以上。每座高炉配有4座热风炉,1#、3#高炉为顶燃式热风炉,4#高炉为外燃式热风炉,5#、6#高炉为内燃式热风炉,利用烟气预热助燃空气和煤气,高炉热风炉烟气二氧化硫排放浓度为150 mg/m3,氮氧化物排放浓度为250 mg/m3,颗粒物排放浓度为10 mg/m3,根据国家政策及环保要求,需进行环保改造。
石灰石-石膏法是目前较为成熟的湿法脱硫技术[1],其原理为SO2与吸收液反应,与其中的Ca2+结合生成Ca(HSO3)2或CaSO3,再通过强制氧化、结晶生成CaSO4·2H2O,CaSO4·2H2O经加工后得到石膏,从而达到烟气脱硫处理及资源化利用的目的。
半干法脱硫技术主要以消石灰等作为吸收剂[2],含有SO2的烟气在塔内与喷射的雾状吸收剂反应,去除烟气中的二氧化硫。脱硫效率可达70%以上,且反应过程中会蒸发烟气中的水分,使得化学反应所产生的废渣以固态形式产出。
钠基干法脱硫技术通过钠基次碳酸盐(Na2CO3)吸收烟气中的硫氧化物,实现脱硫。活性钠离子与硫氧化物生成硫酸钠[3]。反应过程如下:

固定床干法脱硫技术[4],烟气进入布满脱硫剂的床体,通过活性钙药剂料层,拦截粉尘,去除污染物。
选择性催化还原法原理为在催化剂作用下,适宜的温度区间(280~420 ℃)内,以氨做还原剂还原氮氧化物,使其转化为对环境无害的氮气和水,该法脱硝效率可达95%[5-6]。反应过程如下:

选择性非催化还原脱硝技术工艺原理:在850~1 100 ℃温度区间内,不添加催化剂,以NH3或尿素选择性还原烟气中的NOx。选择性非催化还原脱硝技术脱硝效率较低,一般不超过60%。
固定床脱硝是指采取固定床(或间歇式移动床),将载有催化吸附剂的成型颗粒装填在反应床内,当烟气流过床层时,NOx被催化吸附剂脱除[7]。该过程以CO作为还原剂,不需额外补充NH3,通过CO的还原作用即可实现低温(≥130 ℃)脱硝,较适用于低浓度水平(<600 mg/m3)的氮氧化物烟气净化,脱硝效率能够达到50%以上。
固定床脱硝常与固定床脱硫合并作为一体化设备使用,即干法脱硫与脱硝共用同一个反应床体。脱硝反应如下:

热风炉排烟温度为200~290 ℃,适用于该温度段的技术为选择性催化还原脱硝与固定床脱硫脱硝技术。烟气最高温度290 ℃为选择性催化还原适宜温度的极限温度,对催化剂要求较为苛刻,难以选择合适稳定的催化剂。而固定床技术的反应温度区间更为广泛,因此固定床技术更适合热风炉烟气的脱硫脱硝条件[6]。固定床脱硫脱硝技术具有脱硫脱硝效果稳定、运行稳定性好、安全性高、设备简单、无二次污染、无“废水”排放等特点且脱硫效率可达95%,使得二氧化硫排放浓度小于35 mg/m3,氮氧化物排放浓度小于150 mg/m3
脱硫脱硝系统采用四级固定床干法脱硫脱硝一体化装置,床体一、二级铺设除尘脱硫反应吸收剂,三、四级铺设脱硝反应吸收药剂。脱硫反应吸收剂主要成分为氢氧化钙,钙离子与二氧化硫反应生成石膏;脱硝反应吸收剂主要成分为催化剂和氢氧化钙,通过催化剂作用使氮氧化物与CO反应生成氮气,氢氧化钙的加入使得脱硝剂具有一定的脱硫能力。烟气由两侧进固定床后从侧向经过吸收剂,粉尘随着烟气进入固定床,在通过物料颗粒间的空隙时受到拦截,被吸附在吸收剂中,达到除尘的效果,烟气中的SO2、NOx通过化学反应脱除。一次净化后的烟气向上运动,然后再次穿过吸收剂进行二次脱硫、脱硝、除尘,最后通过引风机进入烟囱排放。
固定床装置采用模块化设计,由多个固定床单元构成,内部填充吸收剂。固定床腔室通过隔板分为上、下两部分。烟气通过床层的过程中去除烟气中的SO2、NOx,洁净的烟气由顶部排出。固定床底部设有隔气卸料阀,将底部吸收饱和的吸收剂排出,补充新的吸收剂,保证脱硫脱硝效率。此装置运行一段时间后,先与烟气接触的下部脱硫剂将逐渐失效,脱硫效率降低,此时可将卸料口打开,将失效的脱硫剂排出,同时装置上部加入新脱硫剂,确保脱硫效率。在不同需求下,可通过调节接触时间实现更高脱硫效率。反应器内生成的副产物主要成分是石膏,经排出阀排出后装袋,通过叉车运输到装置外处置。
系统可多级调节,灵活调控脱硫、脱硝效率。调节方式包括增加药剂更换频率、改变药剂添加比、脱硫脱硝药剂层顺序调整等多种方式。在保证超低排放的前提下,最大限度发挥脱硫剂、脱硝剂的效能,节约药剂消耗,降低运行成本。
经过工艺改造后,5座高炉热风炉烟气的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物浓度由150 mg/m3、250 mg/m3、10 mg/m3降至7.75 mg/m3、90 mg/m3、1.65 mg/m3
高炉热风炉脱硫脱硝工艺改造后,实现了除尘脱硫脱硝一体化,且高炉热风炉烟气现场实测二氧化硫浓度、氮氧化物浓度、颗粒物浓度显著降低,均满足超低排放要求,减轻了大气环境的负担。固定床脱硫脱硝一体化技术为实现高炉热风炉烟气超低排放提供新的解决方案。
