The continuous cooling transformation laws of X120M pipeline steel is studied with Gleeble 1 500 thermal simulated test machine as well as it is with controlled rolling and controlled cooling in laboratory. The results indicated that the microstructure of test steel was mainly lower bainite and martensite when cooling rate was at 20~50 ℃/s. When the finish cooling temperature of test steel is at 380 ℃, its yield strength is 900 MPa, tensile strength is 1 015 MPa, elongation is 18%, impact energy at -30 ℃ is 180 J and shearing area of drop weight tear test at -20 ℃ is 100%. The mechanical properties could meet the standard requirements.

利用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机,研究X120M管线钢奥氏体连续冷却转变规律,并在实验室对X120M管线钢进行控轧控冷处理。结果表明,当冷却速率在20~50 ℃/s之间时,试验钢组织主要为下贝氏体和马氏体。终冷温度为380 ℃时,试验钢屈服强度为900 MPa,抗拉强度为1 015 MPa,延伸率为18%,-30 ℃冲击功为180 J,-20 ℃落锤剪切面积为100%,力学性能符合标准要求。

利用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机,研究X120M管线钢奥氏体连续冷却转变规律,并在实验室对X120M管线钢进行控轧控冷处理。结果表明,当冷却速率在20~50 ℃/s之间时,试验钢组织主要为下贝氏体和马氏体。终冷温度为380 ℃时,试验钢屈服强度为900 MPa,抗拉强度为1 015 MPa,延伸率为18%,-30 ℃冲击功为180 J,-20 ℃落锤剪切面积为100%,力学性能符合标准要求。

The continuous cooling transformation laws of X120M pipeline steel is studied with Gleeble 1 500 thermal simulated test machine as well as it is with controlled rolling and controlled cooling in laboratory. The results indicated that the microstructure of test steel was mainly lower bainite and martensite when cooling rate was at 20~50 ℃/s. When the finish cooling temperature of test steel is at 380 ℃, its yield strength is 900 MPa, tensile strength is 1 015 MPa, elongation is 18%, impact energy at -30 ℃ is 180 J and shearing area of drop weight tear test at -20 ℃ is 100%. The mechanical properties could meet the standard requirements.

随着石油和天然气需求量的日益增加,需要大口径管道和高压力来满足输送要求,采用高级别管线钢可有效提高输送压力,同时可降低工程施工费用,因此高级别管线钢的研发具有重要的意义[1]。目前国内工程应用管线钢主要为X80M及以下级别,更高强度级别的管线钢已开展相关研究。X120M管线钢要求具有高强度、高韧性,良好的强韧性匹配是开发X120M管线钢的难点[2]。为保证X120M管线钢综合性能,成分设计和组织控制是开发X120M管线钢的关键。成分设计采用低碳加Cu、Ni、B等合金元素,B元素能有效提高钢的淬透性,通过控制冷速获得贝氏体和马氏体组织,保证X120M管线钢性能。本文通过X120M管线钢相变组织及性能研究,为工业生产提供依据。
试验采用X120M管线钢,化学成分采用低C、高Mn成分设计,加入Nb、Ti及少量Mo、Cr、B及Cu、Ni合金元素,利用真空感应炉冶炼,其化学成分如表1所示。
试验利用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机,研究X120M管线钢奥氏体连续冷却转变规律和显微组织特征,为工业生产提供技术支持。取试验钢试样加工成Φ8 mm×15 mm的圆柱体热压缩试样,试样以10 ℃/s的速率加热到1 200 ℃后保温5 min,使试样奥氏体化;然后以5 ℃/s冷速冷却至1 100 ℃变形温度,变形30%,变形速率为1 s-1;变形后以5 ℃/s冷速冷却至820 ℃变形温度,变形30%,变形速率为1 s-1;变形后分别以0.1 ℃/s、0.5 ℃/s、1 ℃/s、5 ℃/s、10 ℃/s、20 ℃/s、30 ℃/s、40 ℃/s、50 ℃/s的冷却速率冷却至室温,采集试验过程中温度、时间、膨胀量等试验数据,并对试验样品进行金相观察,绘制动态CCT曲线[3],动态CCT曲线测定工艺如图1所示。
根据不同冷却速率下的温度-膨胀量曲线确定试验钢转变开始点和转变终止点,绘制X120M管线钢动态CCT曲线,如图2所示。
图2可以看出,随着冷速的不断提高,试验钢显微组织逐渐向贝氏体和马氏体转变,同时不再发生铁素体的转变。冷却速率在20~50 ℃/s之间时试验钢主要发生贝氏体和马氏体转变(LB+M),但生成的贝氏体以板条状的下贝氏体为主,且随着冷却速率的增加马氏体逐渐增多。
不同冷却速率下试验钢金相组织如图3所示。从图3看出,当冷却速率为0.1~0.5 ℃/s时,试验钢组织主要以针状铁素体(AF)及粒状贝氏体(GB)为主,随着冷却速率提高,块状的马氏体-奥氏体岛状组织(MA)变得细小,如图3(a)(b)所示。当冷却速率为1~5 ℃/s时,相变组织主要为粒状马氏体-奥氏体岛状组织(MA),如图3(c)(d)所示。当冷却速率为10~20 ℃/s时,试验钢组织主要以粒状贝氏体(GB)和下贝氏体(LB)为主,如图3(e)(f)所示。当冷却速率为20~40 ℃/s时,试验钢组织中主要以下贝氏体(LB)为主,冷却速率越高,转变后的下贝氏体(LB)组织比例越大,板条特征越明显,如图3(g)(h)所示。当冷却速率大于40 ℃/s时,试验钢发生下贝氏体(LB)和板条马氏体(LM)转变,如图3(i)所示。由此可见,冷却速率对贝氏体的形态产生很大的影响[4]
利用Φ750 mm×550 mm热轧试验机组进行轧制,轧制工艺为热轧两阶段控制,第一阶段为奥氏体再结晶区轧制,要求单道次压下率大于10%,末道次压下率不小于25%,用以充分细化原始奥氏体晶粒;第二阶段为奥氏体未再结晶区轧制,计算再结晶临界温度为950 ℃,保证钢板表面返热温度低于950 ℃后开始轧制,此阶段的轧制使奥氏体压扁伸长,轧制工艺如表2所示。
钢板轧后放入卷取炉模拟自回火过程,随炉冷却至室温,取样进行性能检验。试验钢力学性能如表3所示,力学性能随终冷温度的变化如图4所示。
表3图4可见,当终冷温度为280 ℃时,试验钢强度余量较大,弯曲试样表面有裂纹;随着终冷温度的提高,屈服强度和抗拉强度随着温度的升高而降低,延伸率提高;当终冷温度为440 ℃时,屈服强度低于标准要求[5]。从试验结果得出,当终冷温度在300~400 ℃范围内,试验钢强度和弯曲性能均满足标准要求。终冷温度为380 ℃试验钢-30 ℃冲击功为180 J,-20 ℃落锤剪切面积为100%。
试验钢金相组织和扫描电镜组织如图5图6所示,从图5图6中可以看出,终冷温度为280 ℃时,组织主要以板条马氏体为主;终冷温度为330 ℃和380 ℃时,组织为下贝氏体和板条马氏体;随着终冷温度升高,冷速降低,组织中马氏体减少的同时贝氏体逐渐增多;当终冷温度为440 ℃时,组织主要为粒状贝氏体。
对终冷温度为380 ℃试验钢冲击断口微观形貌进行扫描电镜分析,断口形貌为韧窝状,冲击试样断口微观形貌如图7所示;落锤断口无分层和脆断现象,落锤断口形貌如图8所示。
(1)通过相变规律研究得出,当冷却速率在20~50 ℃/s之间时,试验钢主要发生贝氏体和马氏体转变(LB+M),生成的贝氏体以板条状的下贝氏体为主,随着冷却速率的增加马氏体逐渐增多。
(2)试验钢终冷温度控制在380 ℃时,组织为下贝氏体和少量马氏体,屈服强度为900 MPa,抗拉强度为1 015 MPa,延伸率为18%,-30 ℃冲击功为180 J,-20 ℃落锤剪切面积为100%。力学性能符合标准要求。试验钢冲击断口形貌为韧窝状,落锤断口无分层和脆断现象,试验钢强韧性匹配良好。
