The characteristics of continuous cooling transformation of fire-resistant test steel are analyzed as well as its microstructure at different cooling rates within 1~100 ℃/s are observed through drawing the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve of 345 MPa grade fire-resistant test steel. The results showed that there were ferritic and perlitic transformations of test steel when cooling rate was 1 ℃/s; there were ferritic and bainite transformations of test steel when cooling rate was 8~20 ℃/s, pearlite completely disappeared, grain size was reduced and proportion of bainite structure was increased; microstructure transformation of test steel was mainly bainite transformation, proportion of ferritic transformation was very low and grain size was further reduced when cooling rate was 50~100 ℃/s; ferrite disappeared completely, all the microstructure was changed to bainite and was with obvious tendency of lath when cooling rate was increased to 100 ℃/s. The analysis of CCT curve and microstructure for fire-resistant test steel provides theoretical basis for formulating cooling processes in the production process of 345 MPa grade fire-resistant test steel.

通过绘制345 MPa级耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),分析了耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变特征,并观察在1~100 ℃/s间不同冷却速度下试验钢显微组织。结果显示,当冷速为1 ℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体与珠光体转变;当冷速为8~20 ℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体和贝氏体转变,珠光体完全消失,晶粒尺寸减小,贝氏体组织占比升高;当冷却速度在50~100 ℃/s之间时,试验钢的组织转变主要为贝氏体转变,铁素体转变占比很低,晶粒尺寸进一步减小;当冷速增加到100 ℃/s时,铁素体完全消失,组织全部变为贝氏体,且有明显的板条化倾向。通过对耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线和显微组织分析,为345 MPa级耐火钢生产过程中冷却工艺的制定提供了理论依据。

通过绘制345 MPa级耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),分析了耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变特征,并观察在1~100 ℃/s间不同冷却速度下试验钢显微组织。结果显示,当冷速为1 ℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体与珠光体转变;当冷速为8~20 ℃/s时,试验钢发生铁素体和贝氏体转变,珠光体完全消失,晶粒尺寸减小,贝氏体组织占比升高;当冷却速度在50~100 ℃/s之间时,试验钢的组织转变主要为贝氏体转变,铁素体转变占比很低,晶粒尺寸进一步减小;当冷速增加到100 ℃/s时,铁素体完全消失,组织全部变为贝氏体,且有明显的板条化倾向。通过对耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线和显微组织分析,为345 MPa级耐火钢生产过程中冷却工艺的制定提供了理论依据。

The characteristics of continuous cooling transformation of fire-resistant test steel are analyzed as well as its microstructure at different cooling rates within 1~100 ℃/s are observed through drawing the continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curve of 345 MPa grade fire-resistant test steel. The results showed that there were ferritic and perlitic transformations of test steel when cooling rate was 1 ℃/s; there were ferritic and bainite transformations of test steel when cooling rate was 8~20 ℃/s, pearlite completely disappeared, grain size was reduced and proportion of bainite structure was increased; microstructure transformation of test steel was mainly bainite transformation, proportion of ferritic transformation was very low and grain size was further reduced when cooling rate was 50~100 ℃/s; ferrite disappeared completely, all the microstructure was changed to bainite and was with obvious tendency of lath when cooling rate was increased to 100 ℃/s. The analysis of CCT curve and microstructure for fire-resistant test steel provides theoretical basis for formulating cooling processes in the production process of 345 MPa grade fire-resistant test steel.

传统的耐火钢成分设计中Mo含量较高,通常在0.40%~0.90%,是利用了Mo在高温下的固溶强化作用保证了耐火钢在高温下仍具有较高的屈服强度,且不低于室温屈服强度的2/3。但是Mo含量高的传统耐火钢生产成本明显较高,在一定程度上阻碍了耐火钢在现代钢结构建筑中更为广泛的应用。为了降低耐火钢成本,通过添加适量Nb、V或者Ti代替部分Mo,利用微合金纳米碳化物改善钢的高温性能,开发低成本的耐火钢[1]。为了选择合适的轧制工艺参数,通过控制轧制和控制冷却来获得耐火钢所需的组织和优良的耐火性能。采用全自动相变仪FORMASTOR-F对345 MPa级耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)进行了测试和绘制,并分析了345 MPa级耐火试验钢连续冷却过程中在不同冷却速度下的显微组织变化情况。CCT(Continuous Cooling Transformation)曲线图,即连续冷却转变曲线图,可以系统地反映耐火试验钢在不同冷却速度下其金相组织的转变情况,为耐火钢的控制轧制和控制冷却工艺提供理论依据[2]
采用实验室中试生产的345 MPa级耐火钢热轧钢板,化学成分如表1所示。
将345 MPa级耐火试验钢进行均匀化退火,然后将试验钢加工成Φ3 mm×10 mm的测试试样,在测试试样的一端开一个直径2 mm的孔。根据YB/T 5127—2018《钢的临界点测定膨胀法》[3]和YB/T 5128—2018《钢的连续冷却转变曲线图的测定膨胀法》[4],试样以10 ℃/s的加热速度加热到950 ℃之上,保温10 min,使试样达到完全奥氏体化,然后分别以1 ℃/s、5 ℃/s、8 ℃/s、10 ℃/s、20 ℃/s、50 ℃/s、100 ℃/s的冷却速度将试样冷却到室温,使用FORMASTOR-F型全自动相变仪测试不同冷却速度下试样的膨胀量。CCT曲线测定工艺如图1所示。
根据345 MPa级耐火试验钢在不同的冷却速度下试样温度和膨胀量之间的关系,分析试验钢试样膨胀量在各个温度和时间下的状况,将金相组织的转变起始点和转变结束点进行记录和标记,从而绘制出345 MPa级耐火试验钢的静态CCT曲线。同时在以上的试验过程中,对各个冷却速度下耐火试验钢的显微组织进行图像采集和分析。通过以上方法绘制的345 MPa级耐火试验钢的CCT曲线如图2所示,在不同冷却速度下的试验钢显微组织如图3所示。
耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线,从左至右的曲线冷却速度依次为100 ℃/s、50 ℃/s、20 ℃/s、10 ℃/s、8 ℃/s、5 ℃/s、1 ℃/s。通过前述试验测得的试验钢临界温度Ar1为673 ℃,Ar3为834 ℃,Ac1为695 ℃,Ac3为885 ℃。由CCT曲线可以看出耐火试验钢在高温段发生铁素体和珠光体转变,在低温段发生贝氏体转变。在冷却速度较低的范围,耐火试验钢只发生铁素体和珠光体转变。随着冷却速度的提高,耐火试验钢的铁素体转变区域逐渐缩小,铁素体孕育期逐渐缩短;贝氏体转变区域随着冷却速度的提高逐渐增大,贝氏体孕育期逐渐缩短,转变截止温度逐渐下降。
由耐火试验钢连续冷却转变曲线可以看出,耐火钢在连续冷却转变的过程中,其过冷奥氏体在不同的相变温度下和不同的冷却速度下,发生了过冷奥氏体的贝氏体转变、过冷奥氏体的珠光体转变和过冷奥氏体的铁素体转变等过程。将不同冷却速度下获得的耐火试验钢试样进行逐级的磨制和抛光,表面冲洗干净后对试样进行腐蚀和烘干,腐蚀溶液采用浓度为4%的硝酸酒精溶液,使用金相显微镜观察并采集试验钢在不同冷却速度下的显微组织照片,如图3所示。
在冷却速度为1 ℃/s时,试验钢过冷奥氏体转变为少量的珠光体加多边形铁素体,此时没有贝氏体组织生成。试验钢的多边形铁素体的晶界处均匀分布着珠光体组织,试验钢的晶粒大小和分布都比较均匀,铁素体晶粒度为8.0~9.0级,铁素体组织占比约为90%,珠光体组织占比约为10%,如图3(a)所示。珠光体是试验钢奥氏体经过分解,由共析铁素体和共析渗碳体有机结合而成,在高温阶段奥氏体中碳元素扩散过程中,出现了富碳区和贫碳区,在奥氏体的富碳区形成了渗碳体,在奥氏体的贫碳区则形成了铁素体,铁素体和渗碳体是交替生长、共析共生的,最终形成了珠光体组织。在冷却速度为8 ℃/s时,试验钢形成的组织中占比较大的是多边形铁素体,珠光体组织已完全消失,少量的贝氏体组织开始形成,得到的室温组织为少量贝氏体加多边形铁素体,铁素体占比约为85%,贝氏体占比约为15%,晶粒的尺寸明显细化,铁素体晶粒度为9.0~10.5级,如图3(b)所示。在冷却速度为10 ℃/s时,试验钢的主要转变组织为铁素体和贝氏体,铁素体仍表现为多边形铁素体形貌,但贝氏体含量进一步提高,铁素体占比约为57%,贝氏体占比约为43%,如图3(c)所示。当冷却速度达到20 ℃/s时,此时贝氏体转变区域明显增大,试验钢贝氏体组织含量明显提高,而铁素体转变区域明显减小,无法形成大块的铁素体组织,得到的显微组织主要为贝氏体加针状铁素体,贝氏体含量约为59%,铁素体含量约为41%,如图3(d)所示。在冷却速度为50 ℃/s时,随着冷却速度的进一步提高,试验钢的铁素体转变区域大幅度缩小,试验钢的铁素体含量不足5%,基本全部转化为贝氏体组织,此时的晶粒大小均匀且进一步细化,该冷却条件下得到的显微组织主要为针状铁素体+粒状贝氏体。随着冷却速度的提高,试验钢原子的迁移能力明显降低,长距离迁移困难,析出物聚集长大受阻,因此析出物更加细小,且出现了一定的板条化倾向。如图3(e)所示。当冷却速度增加到100 ℃/s时,试验钢全部变为贝氏体组织,由于冷却速度很大,此时试验钢的组织出现了明显的板条化倾向,如图3(f)所示。
(1)通过连续冷却转变试验,测试出345 MPa级耐火试验钢的临界温度Ar1为673 ℃,Ar3为834 ℃,Ac1为695 ℃,Ac3为885 ℃。
(2)由345 MPa级耐火试验钢的连续冷却转变曲线测试结果和相对应的显微组织分析可知,当冷却速度为1 ℃/s时,耐火试验钢组织发生铁素体和珠光体转变,铁素体表现为多边形铁素体;当冷速为8~20 ℃/s时,耐火试验钢组织发生铁素体和贝氏体转变,珠光体完全消失。随着冷却速度的增大,晶粒尺寸减小,贝氏体组织占比逐渐升高。当冷却速度在50~100 ℃/s时,耐火试验钢主要发生贝氏体转变,铁素体占比很低,晶粒尺寸进一步减小。当冷却速度增加到100 ℃/s时,铁素体完全消失,组织全部变为贝氏体,且有明显的板条化倾向。
