In China, the steel for steel structure is mainly plate and applications of hot rolled H beam (RH) in steel structure is growing slowly. The use level of RH accounts for only 15% of total amount of H beam, which is relatively lower and the rest is welded H beam (BH). In this article, the specifications, types, production processes, residual stresses, microstructure at R corner, advantages and disadvantages as well as future development trends of BH and RH are compared and analyzed. Moreover, several countermeasures for the application bottleneck of RH in construction steel structure are proposed.

我国钢结构用钢材以板材为主,热轧H型钢(RH)在钢结构上的应用增长缓慢,其中热轧H型钢用量仅占H型钢总量的15%,占比偏低,其余为焊接H型钢。文章从焊接H型钢(BH)与热轧H型钢(RH)的规格、种类、生产工艺、残余应力、R角处组织、优劣势及未来发展趋势等几方面进行对比分析,并提出热轧H型钢在建筑钢结构上应用瓶颈的几点对策。

In China, the steel for steel structure is mainly plate and applications of hot rolled H beam (RH) in steel structure is growing slowly. The use level of RH accounts for only 15% of total amount of H beam, which is relatively lower and the rest is welded H beam (BH). In this article, the specifications, types, production processes, residual stresses, microstructure at R corner, advantages and disadvantages as well as future development trends of BH and RH are compared and analyzed. Moreover, several countermeasures for the application bottleneck of RH in construction steel structure are proposed.

从中国钢结构协会发布的近十年钢结构工程中消耗的各类钢材占比数据来看,建筑钢结构钢材消耗仍以板材为主,占比一直在60%以上,热轧型钢应用增长缓慢,占比偏低,仅为14%~19%,远低于发达国家40%~50%的占比[1]。2022年在全行业加工使用的钢材,分为钢板、热轧型钢、冷弯型钢(含檩条)、钢管及其他共5个品种,其中建筑用钢板占比为51.9%,而热轧H型钢消耗占比较低,仅占14.1%。型钢多是通过组合断面焊接完成,因此增加了钢结构制造过程的焊接量和成本,对比发达国家热轧H型钢用于建筑钢结构中的高比例和典型事例,我国在建筑钢结构用热轧H型钢市场上具有巨大应用空间。
我国钢结构加工方式中,采用焊接加工方式的框架柱占比为93%,焊接框架梁占比为78%,焊接次梁占比为72%,热轧方式仅为1%~3%,而且以热轧管为主。钢构件选用的截面形式包括H型截面、箱型截面、圆管截面、工字型/L型截面等,其中H型截面次梁占83%,框架梁占76%,框架柱占19%,因此热轧H型钢未来在钢结构的“梁+柱”应用上具有广阔的前景。钢结构建筑用H型钢一般包括热轧H型钢、焊接H型钢、高频焊接H型钢和波纹腹板H型钢等几个种类,本文主要从热轧H型钢(简称RH)和焊接H型钢(简称BH)进行对比讨论。
我国热轧H型钢规格执行的标准主要包括GB/T 11263—2017《热轧H型钢和剖分T型钢》、YB/T 4832—2020《重型热轧H型钢》和JG/T 581—2023《建筑用热轧H型钢和剖分T型钢》。其中GB/T 11263—2017《热轧H型钢和剖分T型钢》正在修订中,增加了大量规格,相同规格可适用于不同的场景,定制化规格也越来越多,高度范围(H)为100~1 700 mm,宽度范围(B)为48~575 mm,翼板厚度范围(tw)为3.2~140 mm,腹板厚度范围(tf)为4.5~100 mm。马钢拥有国内唯一的重型H型钢生产线,具备制造超厚、超高、超宽规格产品的能力(高度1 150 mm,宽度480 mm,翼板厚度140 mm),规格覆盖国标、美标、欧标等世界主流标准规格,应用于桥梁和建筑梁、柱、桩。我国现行的热轧H型钢标准,产品规格、型号、规格数量、外形、尺寸及允许偏差等方面基本达到国际先进水平。
我国热轧H型钢性能执行的标准主要包括GB/T 1591—2018《低合金高强度结构钢》、GB/T 34103—2017《海洋工程结构用热轧H型钢》、GB/T 714—2015《桥梁用结构钢》、GB/T 4171—2008《耐候结构钢》、YB/T 4261—2011《耐火热轧H型钢》、YB/T 4620—2017《抗震热轧H型钢》、YB/T 4831—2020《厚度方向性能热轧H型钢》以及YB/T 4619—2017《耐低温热轧H型钢》等,另外YB/T 6127《结构用铌钒低合金高强度热轧型钢》已经报批。除了可生产国标钢种外,马钢、莱钢、津西、日照、包钢等企业还可以生产欧标钢种、美标钢种、日标钢种、俄标钢种以及韩标钢种。热轧H型钢企业均可生产碳素钢、低合金高强钢,少数企业可生产特殊性能钢,包括低温热轧H型钢、耐候热轧H型钢、耐火热轧H型钢、抗震热轧H型钢、抗层状撕裂热轧H型钢等,主要应用在高强建筑、耐候桥梁、能源、海洋、耐候铁路等领域,我国目前生产的热轧H型钢,其产品性能基本达到国际先进水平,但应用场景少。
建筑钢结构采用热轧H型钢,具有尺寸精度高、生产高效低耗、综合成本低、残余应力小、工期短等优点[1]。我国热轧H型钢目前孔型轧制高达1 000多个规格,规格范围从H100×50至H1109×461,但是当H型钢的断面模数超过10 000时,轧制H型钢不如焊接H型钢经济。同时热轧H型钢产品规格固定,截面灵活性差,当用钢量稍大、规格零散、出现非标规格时,生产企业组产困难,导致采购周期较长。
我国焊接H型钢标准执行有GB/T 33814—2017《焊接H型钢》和YB/T 3301—2005《焊接H型钢》,其中高度范围(H)为100~2 000 mm,宽度范围(B)为50~850 mm,翼板厚度范围(tw)为3.2~20 mm,腹板厚度范围(tf)为4.5~50 mm。焊接H型钢选择的板材厚度范围在1.2~120 mm,可以覆盖所有热轧H型钢规格,同时可以焊接任意规格,如超小规格、超薄壁、超大规格以及厚壁规格等。焊接H型钢的优点是截面尺寸可按用户要求定制,断面变化灵活,适合大型、重型、单件小批量生产,断面不对称,焊接设计选材的灵活性大,单重小。但是焊接H型钢在切割、焊接时金属损耗量大,生产效率低,外形和质量不易保证,残余应力大,钢结构焊接后焊缝需要探伤。焊接H型钢取材于板材,因此板材所有钢种均可焊接为H型钢。
钢结构用RH的生产流程:钢企制造定尺H型钢→热轧H型钢拼装→钢结构焊接→矫正→外观打磨处理→冲砂→油漆→钢结构。钢结构用BH的间断式生产流程:板材下料→干燥喷丸→焊前预弯→定位焊→焊接→切成定尺→成品矫直→防锈处理→包装→上胎架二次拼装→钢结构焊接→矫正→外观打磨处理→冲砂→油漆→钢结构。从生产流程对比可以看出,钢结构用BH的生产流程比钢结构用RH的生产流程增加了钢结构加工工序与焊接工序。
焊接工序相对RH属于二次制造工序,金属消耗高,产量低,周期长,成本高,资源消耗大,采用热轧H型钢,预计节约工序成本15%~20%。焊接工序会出现焊接缺陷,如气孔、夹渣、未焊透、未融合、凹坑、咬边、焊瘤、裂纹,存在变形及残余应力,改变材料性能,焊接完成的建筑钢结构存在敏感性、热裂纹、冷裂纹、层状撕裂等隐患。RH相较于BH,更符合“双碳”发展背景,绿色,低能耗,低排放。
热轧H型钢残余应力主要是由于型材在热轧以后截面各部分的不均匀冷却引起的。以宽翼缘H型钢截面为例,因为翼缘两端暴露于空气中的面积大于翼缘-腹板交界处的面积,所以翼缘端部冷却速度较快,从而在冷却较慢的翼缘与腹板连接处产生塑性变形。然后当腹板继续冷却时,就在翼缘端部引起残余压应力,而在翼缘-腹板交界处,变形收缩受到端部的约束限制,从而产生残余拉应力[2]。热轧后H型钢残余应力与钢种、坯材规格、截面温度差、在炉时间、终轧出口温度均有关系。轧后H型钢残余应力主要表现在四个方面:①腹板部位整体表现为压应力状态,腹板部位的压应力最高值处于H型钢对称中心部位;②翼缘与腹板连接部位表现为拉应力状态;③翼缘端部表现为压应力状态;④厚度方向上腹板表面压应力状态最强,翼缘中心则拉应力状态最强。
焊接H型钢残余应力产生的原因是由于焊件受热不均匀、焊缝金属收缩、金相组织的变化及焊接刚性与拘束的影响,最根本的原因是焊件受热不均匀,引起收缩变形、角变形、波浪变形、扭曲变形。残余应力在翼缘与腹板焊接部位为拉应力,在翼缘边缘和腹板中部区域为压应力,腹板部位残余应力沿壁厚的变化不大,基本为均匀分布[3-4]图1为BH四条纵焊缝示意图,焊接后角焊缝引起角变形产生扭曲,图2为扭曲示意图。
焊接残余应力的危害,首先是对焊件强度的影响,焊接H型钢R角处是拉应力,在外荷载作用下使焊件疲劳强度下降,疲劳损伤到一定程度,裂纹在尖端展开,提前屈服,导致结构疲劳强度下降。焊接残余应力对焊件刚度的影响:残余应力使焊件产生局部形变,导致焊件的抗弯刚度和截面侧向刚度下降。
焊接残余应力对结构稳定性的影响:残余应力虽然自身保持平衡但是并不稳定,残余应力与结构受到的外力叠加,会使结构局部失稳,H型钢整体稳定性下降。残余应力对结构稳定性的影响主要受结构的几何形状及应力分布影响,一般情况下残余应力对非封闭式截面的影响比其对封闭式截面的影响要大。
焊接残余应力对应力腐蚀开裂的影响:诱发应力腐蚀的拉应力值一般在材料的屈服强度与某一临界值之间,在应力腐蚀开裂问题中,残余应力的作用与载荷应力相同,拉伸残余应力的存在使腐蚀开裂加速[3-7]
汤夕春在《残余应力峰值对H型钢柱极限承载力的影响研究》文章中对热轧和焊接型钢构件之间极限承载力进行了比较,首先通过对比H125×125×9×9和H200×200×12×8 H型钢钢柱极限承载力,长度从1 000 mm到13 000 mm,热轧H型钢均比焊接H型钢的极限承载时间长,即极限承载力大;其次通过对比H300×150×9×6.5和H400×150×13×8 H型钢梁极限承载力,长度从2 000 mm到8 000 mm,热轧H型钢均比焊接H型钢的极限承载时间长,即极限承载力大。因此得出结论,热轧H型钢力学性能较好,而焊接H型钢力学性能较差[8]
取工业生产的H300×300规格的热轧H型钢进行金相组织观察,为了便于组织和晶粒尺寸的评定,分别从同一块试样上取下翼板试样、腹板试样、翼板和腹板连接处中心试样进行高倍组织和晶粒度的对比分析。RH取样位置见图3,图4为RH不同取样位置的金相组织,其中图4(a)为腹板试样金相组织,试样编号为1-1;图4(b)为翼板试样金相组织,试样编号为1-2;图4(c)为翼板和腹板连接R处中心金相组织,试样编号为1-3。分别对所取试样进行高倍组织观察,腹板试样晶粒度为9级,组织为珠光体+铁素体;翼板试样晶粒度为8.5级,组织为珠光体+铁素体;腹板与翼板连接R处中心试样晶粒度为8级,组织为珠光体+铁素体。
焊接接头由焊缝、熔合区、热影响区组成,其中热影响区是母材因受热的影响(但未熔化)而发生组织和力学性能变化的区域。取钢结构用的H300×300规格的焊接H型钢进行金相组织观察。BH取样位置见图5,图6为焊接H型钢焊缝的组织。由图6可以看出,母材组织为铁素体+珠光体,热影响区为粗大魏氏组织,该区域塑性和冲击韧性下降,重结晶区中包括有粗晶区和细晶区,焊接接头组织不均匀。
从RH和BH的腹板与翼板连接R处组织对比可以看出,RH的组织为珠光体+铁素体,RH腹板、翼板以及R角连接处中心组织一致,仅晶粒尺寸大小存在差别;而BH的组织中存在粗大的魏氏组织,晶粒尺寸差别大,组织均匀性差。组织决定性能,因此RH比BH的组织应力小。
首先是设计习惯问题,新中国成立之初钢铁产量严重不足,形成了建筑结构能用混凝土尽量少用钢的设计习惯,这个习惯延续至今,另外熟练的建筑钢结构施工人员及相应施工设备缺乏。现有支撑热轧H型钢应用的标准和规范还不够完善,部分有缺项,适用性还不强。过分强调用钢量评价,焊接H型钢的焊接成本以及对环境的影响未能纳入评价。缺乏覆盖钢结构设计、制作、H型钢生产等全产业链的共享信息平台,不利于热轧H型钢的推广。
其次构件标准化程度低,大规模生产与个性化设计冲突,工程订单多与小批量订单之间的矛盾长期存在,需要通过标准化设计和构件标准化制造来解决。
当前,建筑用热轧H型钢面临的主要问题是供需脱节。钢结构产业未来发展空间很大,与“双碳”减排政策吻合,但目前热轧H型钢产品标准与钢结构工程应用标准仍存在不协调、不融合的现象,亟需整合,迫切需要适用于建筑工程用热轧H型钢的标准,表现在以下几个方面[1]
第一,热轧H型钢产品标准与工程标准在容许误差、宽厚比等指标方面不协调。例如,部分宽翼缘、薄壁热轧H型钢的翼缘宽厚比不满足抗震设计要求;有些误差控制在产品标准中没有要求,可能导致满足钢铁产品要求的构件不满足钢结构施工质量验收标准而无法验收。
第二,品种单一。目前国内热轧H型钢厂仅停留在完成H型钢的生产,对于产品的再开发全部由产业链下游的钢结构制作厂完成,易造成能源浪费、造价高、产品质量良莠不齐。
第三,建筑结构设计人员由于长期的设计习惯,普遍对热轧H型钢的应用和优势不熟悉,相关的设计软件和钢结构连接应用手册也不够方便易用,从设计源头上阻碍了热轧H型钢的推广应用。
从结构形式看,热轧H型钢通过轧制一次成型,具有优质、高效、低耗、低成本等显著优点,在提高材料质量、提高经济效益方面具有明显的优势。此外,相较焊接H型钢,热轧H型钢能更好地减少能源和人工消耗。
热轧H型钢从执行标准来看,与先进国家相比,我国现行的热轧H型钢标准,从产品性能、规格范围、型号规格数量已经达到国际先进水平,正在修订的GB/T 11263《热轧H型钢和剖分T型钢》标准在GB/T 11263—2017相应内容基础上,对重量及允许偏差进行了加严控制,增加了应用场景对偏差特殊要求时的处置方式。当前针对我国钢结构发展所面临的问题,对热轧H型钢的应用提出如下建议。
(1)钢企基于现有辊系,调整t1t2值,HB值联动形成系列,实现少规格多组合的产品系列。
(2)钢企制造应从提高材质均匀性,以及对高强度、耐低温、耐候耐火高品质H型钢进行储备研发,着手研发配套连接产品。
(3)钢企生产往下游延长产业链,未来的发展应该着力于产品构件化。典型代表的企业津西钢铁,具备钢结构设计研发能力、部品部件加工配送集成物流安装EPC能力。
(4)钢企应考虑变截面H型钢、腹孔H型钢产品研发,规格变种组合(L、T、十字形组合截面),异型H型钢(王型钢)研发等,适用于装配式建筑标准化节点解决方案。
(5)钢企应建立互联网营销平台,解决供需不对口,满足工程需要,方便设计选用和施工采购,跟踪用户需求。
(6)重型热轧H型钢主要用于桥梁、超高层、大跨度、重载钢结构,应研究残余应力。
