The prominent problem existed in the production and sales for Kabuki Mine of Wuhai Mining Co. is high rate of fine ore of raw ore, while the sale price of fine ore in market is the lowest so that costs are difficult to be covered. Therefore, it is of great significances for reducing costs and increasing benefits in mines to improve on-site blasting technology so as to improve blasting quality. In order to find new method to improve the blasting effect, numerical simulation of blasting in the zone of total explosion is realized based on different blasting schemes so that the technical problem of past single-hole numerical simulation is solved as well as the effects under different blasting conditions are with comprehensive and deep analysis. Finally, the scientific and reasonable technical scheme is proposed by optimizing blasting schemes combining with such three aspects as design, analysis and numerical simulation so that blasting costs are saved. The experimental study on hole-by-hole blasting with uncoupled charge in radial direction is designed and proposed through studying the influencing factors of blasting process on generation of fine ore and combining with existing technical plan of blasting for the mine. The numerical simulation of blasting scheme in blast zone is carried out based on the GDEM blasting simulation software and particle size is analyzed for simulation effects. The study showed that the rates of fine ore and block were decreased by 9.45% and 3.07% respectively, qualified lumpiness was increased by 12.52 % and blasting effects were significantly improved with the optimization scheme.

乌海矿业公司卡布其矿在生产和销售中存在突出问题是原矿的粉矿率高,而目前粉矿的市场销售价格最低,难以覆盖成本。因此,对现场爆破技术进行改进,从而改善爆破质量,对于矿山降本增效具有重大意义。为了寻求改善爆破效果的新方法,依据不同爆破方案实现全爆区的爆破数值模拟,解决了以往单孔数值模拟的技术问题,且在不同爆破条件下产生的效果进行综合、全面、深入地分析,最终从设计、分析、数值模拟三方面相结合,从中优选爆破方案,提出科学合理的技术方案,节约爆破成本。通过研究爆破工艺对粉矿产生的影响因素,结合矿山现有爆破技术方案,设计提出径向不耦合装药逐孔起爆进行试验研究。基于GDEM爆破模拟软件对爆破方案进行爆区数值模拟,并对模拟效果进行粒度分析。研究表明:采用优化方案,粉矿率与大块率分别降低了9.45%、3.07%,合格块度提高12.52%,爆破效果得到明显改善。

乌海矿业公司卡布其矿在生产和销售中存在突出问题是原矿的粉矿率高,而目前粉矿的市场销售价格最低,难以覆盖成本。因此,对现场爆破技术进行改进,从而改善爆破质量,对于矿山降本增效具有重大意义。为了寻求改善爆破效果的新方法,依据不同爆破方案实现全爆区的爆破数值模拟,解决了以往单孔数值模拟的技术问题,且在不同爆破条件下产生的效果进行综合、全面、深入地分析,最终从设计、分析、数值模拟三方面相结合,从中优选爆破方案,提出科学合理的技术方案,节约爆破成本。通过研究爆破工艺对粉矿产生的影响因素,结合矿山现有爆破技术方案,设计提出径向不耦合装药逐孔起爆进行试验研究。基于GDEM爆破模拟软件对爆破方案进行爆区数值模拟,并对模拟效果进行粒度分析。研究表明:采用优化方案,粉矿率与大块率分别降低了9.45%、3.07%,合格块度提高12.52%,爆破效果得到明显改善。

The prominent problem existed in the production and sales for Kabuki Mine of Wuhai Mining Co. is high rate of fine ore of raw ore, while the sale price of fine ore in market is the lowest so that costs are difficult to be covered. Therefore, it is of great significances for reducing costs and increasing benefits in mines to improve on-site blasting technology so as to improve blasting quality. In order to find new method to improve the blasting effect, numerical simulation of blasting in the zone of total explosion is realized based on different blasting schemes so that the technical problem of past single-hole numerical simulation is solved as well as the effects under different blasting conditions are with comprehensive and deep analysis. Finally, the scientific and reasonable technical scheme is proposed by optimizing blasting schemes combining with such three aspects as design, analysis and numerical simulation so that blasting costs are saved. The experimental study on hole-by-hole blasting with uncoupled charge in radial direction is designed and proposed through studying the influencing factors of blasting process on generation of fine ore and combining with existing technical plan of blasting for the mine. The numerical simulation of blasting scheme in blast zone is carried out based on the GDEM blasting simulation software and particle size is analyzed for simulation effects. The study showed that the rates of fine ore and block were decreased by 9.45% and 3.07% respectively, qualified lumpiness was increased by 12.52 % and blasting effects were significantly improved with the optimization scheme.

矿山粉矿的产出是一个综合的工艺问题,控制矿山粉矿产出率同样也是一个综合性的技术问题,必须采取结合矿体(岩体)的赋存条件、合理调整爆破参数、选择适宜的爆破工艺以及工业炸药等综合措施[1],以达到控制粉矿产出率的目的。
矿山生产多年一直采用深孔台阶松动爆破方案,工程爆破由西向东推进。爆区规模为5~6万t,起爆顺序采用毫秒延期导爆管排间微差起爆,设计的孔网参数为孔距7 m×排距4 m,装药结构采用中部空气间隔分段装药,填塞高度4.5 m。采场现有爆破技术方案爆破爆堆现状如图1所示。
与国内相似矿山进行对比分析,借鉴它们在降粉矿率方面的实际成功经验,并结合卡布其矿的具体地质状况和爆破模拟实验的情况设计现场爆破方案,再进行现场爆破试验,从而对爆破模拟的结果进行现场验证。现场爆破试验的结果表明,采用逐孔起爆、径向不耦合装药结构的爆破技术,爆破后矿岩粉矿率得到了有效控制,爆破效果取得了很大改善。
考虑到卡布其石灰石矿山已生产多年,爆破一直采用深孔台阶松动爆破方案,效果较好。此次,爆破优化方案仍然采用深孔台阶松动爆破方案,设计台阶高度为12 m,钻孔直径140 mm,为提高爆破质量,起爆顺序采用毫秒延期导爆管逐孔顺序起爆,装药结构采用径向不耦合装药,尽可能减少大块和矿石过粉碎现象。径向不耦合装药,一方面提高了装药高度,减少了炮孔上部大块的产生;另一方面,因预留了一定空隙,降低了孔壁上受到的爆破冲击波,从而减少了爆堆中矿石的含粉率,如图2图3所示。
GDEM采用基于时程的动态松弛技术进行显示迭代计算[2],其计算流程如图4所示。
本次模型采用的是所示的3排6列(共18个炮孔)三自由面台阶爆破模型。台阶高度为12 m,台阶坡角为70°,模型长110 m、宽50 m。采用四面体网格对模型进行剖分,共剖分四面体单元5.6万个。受计算量限制,底部平台未进行延伸,为了对超出底部平台的爆破运动块体提供支撑,设置与底部平台相同高度的刚性面,所建的模型图见图5
炮孔的间排距分别为6.5 m、4 m,炮孔直径为140 mm,深度为14 m(超深2 m);炮孔内采取空气分段径向不耦合装药结构。炸药加工成Φ110 mm,长度50 cm的药包。每孔药柱长10 m,堵塞长度4 m。
起爆顺序采用逐孔起爆,选用高精度毫秒延期导爆管雷管,每排炮孔间延期间隔时间取25 ms,排间延期间隔取65 ms。
爆破所用的炸药为现场混装的铵油炸药,对其采用朗道爆炸模型进行描述,装药密度为1 150 kg/m3,爆速为5 600 m/s,爆热为3.4 MJ/kg。
数值计算同样分为2个阶段:第1阶段为静力平衡阶段[3],采用虚拟质量法获得模型在重力作用下的静态应力场,在该阶段,模型的底部及四周为法向约束边界,重力方向竖直向下,局部阻尼系数取0.8;第2阶段为爆破破岩阶段,在模型底部及四周施加无反射边界[4],计算时步取10 μs,局部阻尼因数取0.03,按照预设的起爆顺序进行点火起爆,获得石灰石矿石的破碎、抛掷过程及最终的堆积过程。爆堆的演化过程如图6所示。
图6可知,采用逐排起爆技术,台阶的2个侧壁临空面相交的区域首先发生了臌胀及抛掷[5],抛掷方向各自link临空面方向基本垂直。随后,在2个侧壁临空面上分别出现了“爆花”,台阶边坡的中部明显鼓出。与采用优化前按爆破方案相比,整个爆堆基本形成的时间长,当运算至1600000步后,爆堆基本形成。
按设计爆破方案进行现场试验后,所形成的爆堆实际情况如图7所示。
本次试验采用径向不耦合装药逐孔起爆爆破方法进行试验,爆破后矿岩的块度分析结果如图8图9所示:
通过图8图9可以发现:第二次按设计采用逐孔起爆爆破方法爆破后,爆区块度在20.00 mm以下的占比分别为7.26%;爆区颗粒粒径小于216.99 mm的占比为50%;曲线的起伏程度为2.45;颗粒的平均球度为0.66;爆区矿岩块度的均匀度系数为0.97。
通过对比两种爆破方式下的矿岩块度分布情况,从而确定哪种爆破方法可以有效降低爆破后矿岩的粉矿率。现将两种爆破方法爆破后矿岩的块度分析结果对比如下:
卡布其矿现有排间起爆和试验的逐孔起爆爆破方法进行爆破后的粒度分析结果如图10所示。
利用WipFrag粒度分析原件对原采场爆堆和两次爆破试验爆堆的块度进行分析[6],分析结果可知:采用逐孔起爆爆破方法后,爆区块度粒径在20 mm以下的块石分别降低了2.48%和3.82%,可以发现:采用逐孔起爆对于降低该矿山的粉矿率有较为显著的效果,且第二次爆破试验粉矿率明显降低。
通过以上对比分析确定:采用径向不耦合装药逐孔起爆技术方案后,该矿山爆破后爆堆的粉矿率得到了有效降低[7]
通过借鉴国内同类矿山在降粉矿率方面的成功经验,将爆破模拟与现场试验相结合,对不同爆破优化方案进行分析,最终确定采用不耦合装药逐孔起爆的爆破方案为最优方案。由于该方案现场施工难度较大,建议卡布其矿结合爆破作业外委的实际情况,继续探索符合矿山实际的最佳爆破方案。
通过对粉矿产生因素进行全面分析,结合全国各大石灰石矿山在降粉矿率方面的成功经验,确定采用径向不耦合装药逐孔起爆技术为最优的爆破优化方案,利用爆破模拟软件GDEM对该方案进行了模拟实验,分析得出若采用该优化方案爆堆粉矿率可降低约9.42%,并通过现场爆破试验对研究结果进行了验证。该爆破模拟实验在国内首次采用整区建模、整区爆破模拟,并对整体爆堆粒度分布进行网格化剖面分析,该项技术目前在国内行业领域属领先水平。
