Dust removing fan is the key equipment of blast furnace production system. If there is abnormal vibration of fan equipment, the fault alarm would be triggered. As a result, there is not dedusting air volume in the environmental dedusting system so as to cause such environmental pollutions as flying dust. In the paper, it is proposed the causes and solutions for vibration fault of motor for dust removing fan for blast furnace by taking the basic principle of “high efficiency, high quality, low cost, green and environmental” as well as elaborated strengthening method for foundation bolt of motor and how to solve the problem of motor vibration with the six-point positioning principle. This method has been validated through field practices, which could effectively prevent and solve the problem of unnatural vibrations for dust removing fan.

除尘风机是高炉生产系统的关键设备,风机设备如果振动异常会触发故障报警,致使环境除尘系统没有除尘风量而造成扬尘等环境污染。文章以“高效率、高质量、低成本、绿色环保”的基本原则,提出炉前除尘风机电机振动故障产生原因以及解决办法,详细阐述了电机地脚螺栓加固方法以及如何利用六点定位原理解决电机振动问题。此方法已通过现场实践验证,可以有效预防和解决除尘风机非自然振动的问题。

Dust removing fan is the key equipment of blast furnace production system. If there is abnormal vibration of fan equipment, the fault alarm would be triggered. As a result, there is not dedusting air volume in the environmental dedusting system so as to cause such environmental pollutions as flying dust. In the paper, it is proposed the causes and solutions for vibration fault of motor for dust removing fan for blast furnace by taking the basic principle of “high efficiency, high quality, low cost, green and environmental” as well as elaborated strengthening method for foundation bolt of motor and how to solve the problem of motor vibration with the six-point positioning principle. This method has been validated through field practices, which could effectively prevent and solve the problem of unnatural vibrations for dust removing fan.

随着高炉大型化和冶炼强度的提高,对高炉除尘技术需要更严格的控制和治理,因此除尘系统的稳定运行也更为重要。除尘风机电机是除尘系统最关键设备之一。点检人员在一次设备日常巡检中发现高炉炉前除尘风机波形频谱图异常突变,随后开展现场勘察,发现电机振动异常,通过分析诊断确定修订方案,并在高炉休风期间对除尘风机的问题进行整改。
点检人员在日常巡检中,发现轴承的振动曲线波形图出现异常偏高,如图1所示。图1为地脚螺栓松动后风机固定端轴承(a)和非固定端轴承(b)的振动曲线波形示意图,图中明显看出a和b频率出现非周期性变化,最大波峰达到3.9,最低波谷为1,振幅出现随机波动并且伴随波形畸变,出现凹凸不平、尖峰、凸起等不规则形态。风机振动超出临界范围,设备随时会出现失控情况。
根据曲线初步判断问题根源发生在轴承位置处,首先利用点检仪对轴承的温度、振动、异响等方面进行测量,发现振动幅度升高并非是由轴承直接引起的,继续检测发现现场轴承底座的混凝土出现裂纹,测量发现轴承底座东南方向的地脚螺栓振动偏高,推测问题出现在轴承底座上。为保证生产不受影响,先对轴承底座进行双螺母紧固处理,在紧固过程中,地脚螺栓出现了松动,向上偏移了5 mm,由此断定此次异常是由轴承底座的地脚螺栓松动引起。紧固之后,为方便观察地脚螺栓是否继续产生偏移,利用油漆笔对地脚螺栓定位划线,每天着重进行巡检测量,观测划线位置变化,判断地脚螺栓是否发生进一步松动,等到高炉休风期间对风机底座进行加固整改。
除尘风机、电机主要参数:轴承座长1 140 mm×宽700 mm;预埋螺栓M40×1 000 mm;现场风机、电机的技术参数如表1表2
除尘风机振动是设备运转中常见的现象,正常范围内的振动不影响设备运转,但是,风机振动不规律、振动幅度偏大,会造成风机运转不稳定,甚至需要停机处理,严重可能造成事故,危及人身安全。风机非正常振动的原因主要分为四部分:风机劳损、联轴器失效、电机损坏以及轴承座地基不稳固、地脚螺栓松动[1]
(1)风机劳损:风机叶片与内壁发生碰撞摩擦导致风机转子质量及叶轮不稳定;风机叶片表面积灰或生锈、风叶损坏或受到侵蚀、叶轮叶片在维修后未到达平衡状态、风叶上的相关零部件松动等。
(2)联轴器失效:风机、电机两转子的轴心线和主轴轴心不匹配,以及安装时未考虑轴向位移补偿量,紧固螺栓松动。
(3)电机损坏:中心线偏移,电机老化等。
(4)轴承座地基不稳固,地脚螺栓松动:支撑座连接处失稳、固定件脱落和地脚螺栓松动,致使转子轴线产生偏移[2]
经分析得出,轴承波形图异常是由于轴承座东南方向的预埋螺栓松动,导致轴承座基础失稳,造成风机转子轴线产生偏移,风机出现连续强制振动,使风机在轴径向方向上产生偏移,引起振动峰值偏高。为探查根本原因,点检人员对地脚螺栓周围环境进行分析,发现预埋螺栓松动的主要原因是浇筑填充的混凝土强度低,下雨渗漏进一步导致混凝土强度下降,致使预埋螺栓松动。
当前采用的双螺母固定是临时方法,无法保障设备长期稳定运行,为安全高效的开展后续治理工作,点检人员利用休风期间,制定修复与加固方案,避免产生设备安全问题。首先,施工基础严格按照设计图纸施工,控制外观尺寸、标高、预留孔大小和深度、预埋螺栓位置和标高;然后,基础凿毛、清理,再进行设备安装;最后,支模、灌浆、养护和拆模。当地脚螺栓产生松动、扭曲、变形时,则需要对其进行加固。目前,地脚螺栓的施工安装技术已经非常成熟,存在多种解决方案。
在原设备基础上,将底座混凝土全部拆除,按照地脚螺栓安装施工方案进行重建,施工时间在30天左右,可彻底解决地脚螺栓松动问题。
植筋混凝土补强法是在混凝土基础重新植筋,再浇筑混凝土的补强方法。首先,在原混凝土基础上钻孔,避开基础钢筋;然后,将钢筋插入钻好的孔洞中,使用树脂填充,使植入的钢筋与基础结合牢固;最后,在植入的钢筋间隙中浇筑混凝土,浇水养护14天[3]
该方法在风机混凝土基础下部打3个横孔,将3根粗圆钢插在3个横孔里,圆钢两侧竖拉6根钩头螺栓,之后在风机底座上焊接3根横梁,将钩头螺栓穿过横梁,用螺母将钩头螺栓紧牢固[4]。施工时间在3天内完成。
完全定位法是在原基础上将风机底座进行六点定位,利用固定螺栓、龙门架、千斤顶抑制风机底座的移动和转动,限制底座在空间中的自由度。整个施工时间缩短到1天内完成,既能保持在短时间内投入生产,又能实现设备的稳定运行。该方法具有临时性,要求在生产任务重,时间紧迫的条件下使用。
重建法防护效果最好,工程质量高。这样的工况是最理想的,但是缺点是工程量大,施工时间长,新建费用非常高,耽误生产;植筋混凝土补强法是最为常用的方法之一,工程费用低、安全质量可靠,在生产要求充裕的的条件下,可以作为优先考虑的方法,缺点是施工时间长;穿孔圆钢固定法不需要考虑混凝土的施工,施工时间用时最短,常用在要求施工时间短、生产任务重的情况下,但是施工难度大,施工条件复杂,精准度要求高;完全定位法具有防护效果、造价及安全性俱佳等优点、施工时间短,缺点也非常明显,该方案属于临时处理办法,不可长期使用。
结合现场情况,完全定位法虽然是一个临时性处理办法,但是在高炉生产时间紧、任务重的条件下,必须要保证环保要求优于生产要求,因此,在短时间内利用此法解决风机振动的问题是最佳方案,待到高炉大修期间再利用重建法彻底解决该问题。
任一刚体在空间都有六个自由度,即xyz三个坐标轴的移动自由度 x y z 以及绕此三个坐标轴的转动自由度 x ^ y ^ z ^。将工件看作一个刚体,要想将其完全定位,必须限制它在空间中的六个自由度。
图2(a)所示,在除尘风机底座的x轴和y轴两个方向上使用了4对8个螺栓螺母加固,将螺母焊接在连接底座上,保证其强度不可脱落。使用螺栓配合螺母,加固风机底座,保证其不会产生水平面方向上的移动,同时也限制了z轴方向的转动。
图2(b)、(c)中,在混凝土结构中,植入一根钢筋,再将钢筋与混凝土固定板焊接,混凝土焊接板与龙门架焊接,且保证这三点的强度。在松动螺栓处上方,焊接一根龙门架连接杆,保证与预埋螺栓同心。利用千斤顶将松动的螺栓固定,上端与连接杆接触,向上施加压力的同时向下固定螺栓,这样限制了除尘风机底座沿z轴方向的位移,以及绕xy轴方向的转动。
图2(c)是风机轴承座的实施图。经过上述方案,除尘风机底座在六个自由度方向上被完全限制,保证了底座的稳固,使得风机能够平稳运行。
电机和联轴器所连接的两根轴的旋转中心应同心,联轴器在安装时必须精确地找正、对中,否则将会在联轴器上引起很大的应力,并将严重地影响轴、轴承和轴上其他零件的正常工作,甚至引起整台机器和基础的振动或损坏等。进行联轴器同轴度测量时,采用百分表进行测量,并对测量数据进行分析研究,再进行调整,满足表3要求。
(1)将千分表磁吸底座固定于风机联轴器半体的本体上,表针与电机联轴器轮毂的端面接触,如图3
(2)确认表针轻微压缩,以保证调整过程中表针可以伸缩。
(3)在12点位置将表针调零。盘动风机轴,每盘动90°,记录下表盘的读数,各方向上的读数即为角向偏差值。
(4)调整电机地脚螺栓,通过加减电机四个地脚螺栓下方垫片调整角向偏差。
(5)重新紧固电机地脚螺栓,重复步骤3和4,直至角向偏差达到0.1 mm以内,符合生产规定的同轴度要求。
(1)将表架固定于风机联轴器半体的本体上,表针与电机轮毂的外圆面接触,确认表针轻微压缩,如图4
(2)在12点位置将表针调零。盘动风机轴,每盘动90°,记录下表盘的读数,计算出高低及水平方向上的平行偏差值。
(3)先调整高低方向的平行偏差,重新检查并调整角向偏差,再调整水平方向的偏差。
(4)在水平方向的平行偏差值调整完成后,重新检查并调整角向偏差,使之处于规定范围0.1 mm以内。
(5)重新紧固地脚螺栓和固定螺栓,复查联轴器和电机角向/平行偏差,并记录表盘读数,直至偏差达到规定的同轴度要求。
采用除尘风机底座加固方法后,再次观测波形频谱图,发现波形回归为典型的正弦波,如图5(b),其波形规律且稳定,振动幅度维持在0.4 mm范围内,没有产生大幅度的变化,证明该风机运行稳定,加固效果立竿见影。
从2024年3月发现风机振动问题并采取加固处理风机底座措施后,到2024年7月,除尘风机平稳运行了150天。加固之后,风机振动幅度维持在0.4 mm到0.8 mm之间,风机运行稳定,达到预期效果,为下一次高炉大修提供了充足的时间。整个设计方案不仅保证了除尘系统的平稳运行,而且提高了工作人员的检修效率,为企业降低了生产成本,为其他高炉除尘设备改造提供了参考,进一步为企业安全生产保驾护航。
