The effective volume of 7# blast furnace of Baotou Steel is 4 150 m3. On October 23rd, 2022, it was blown down for gunning of lining and remolding inner profile. In the blowing down, the method of dropping stockline by spraying water was adopted and the stockline was dropped to a position below center line of tuyere. The methods of reducing the basicity of furnace slag ahead of time and increasing furnace temperature were taken to increase wall temperature, the match of air and oxygen quantities and assessment method of depth of stockline different from the past as well as the method of spraying water, that is, monitoring the mean value and difference value trend of four points of top temperature to control the water quantity were adopted. After taking the above measures, stockline could be dropped safely and rapidly.

包钢7#高炉有效容积为4 150 m3,2022年10月23日停炉对内衬进行了喷补,重塑炉型。停炉采用空料线打水降料线的方式,料线降到了风口中心线以下位置。本次停炉采取了提前降炉渣碱度、提高炉温的方式来提高壁体温度,采用不同以往的风氧量匹配、料线深度评估方式以及采用监控炉顶四点顶温均值和差值趋势来控制水量的打水方式。采取上述措施后,实现了安全、快速降料线。

包钢7#高炉有效容积为4 150 m3,2022年10月23日停炉对内衬进行了喷补,重塑炉型。停炉采用空料线打水降料线的方式,料线降到了风口中心线以下位置。本次停炉采取了提前降炉渣碱度、提高炉温的方式来提高壁体温度,采用不同以往的风氧量匹配、料线深度评估方式以及采用监控炉顶四点顶温均值和差值趋势来控制水量的打水方式。采取上述措施后,实现了安全、快速降料线。

The effective volume of 7# blast furnace of Baotou Steel is 4 150 m3. On October 23rd, 2022, it was blown down for gunning of lining and remolding inner profile. In the blowing down, the method of dropping stockline by spraying water was adopted and the stockline was dropped to a position below center line of tuyere. The methods of reducing the basicity of furnace slag ahead of time and increasing furnace temperature were taken to increase wall temperature, the match of air and oxygen quantities and assessment method of depth of stockline different from the past as well as the method of spraying water, that is, monitoring the mean value and difference value trend of four points of top temperature to control the water quantity were adopted. After taking the above measures, stockline could be dropped safely and rapidly.

包钢稀土钢炼铁厂拥有两座有效容积为4 150 m3的矮胖型现代化大型高炉。7#高炉自2014年开炉以来已经生产近十年,为重塑炉型,并对炉缸温度高点进行治理,于2022年10月23日进行停炉。高炉停炉过程涉及冶炼进程监控、煤气成分控制、料线估算、风氧量匹配、壁体热洗、渣铁流动性控制、铁次合理安排以及环境污染控制等多项关键生产问题。如何快速、经济、安全、环保地进行停炉作业具有重要意义。
全面检查冷却设备,防止出现冷却设备大量漏水[1],影响降料面进度。适当降低炉渣碱度,提高铁水物理温度,改善铁水流动性,为保持炉缸活跃状态、减轻铁渣在料柱中的滞留做好基础。休风前炉况顺行,10月22日全天平均风量为6 470 m3/min,热风压力为0.449 MPa,炉顶压力为0.239 MPa,热风温度为1 105 ℃、氧气流量为24 715 m3/h,22日小休风前最后一次铁硅含量为 0.89%,硫含量为0.020%,铁水温度为1 515 ℃,炉渣碱度为1.05。23日1:45—6:55小休风,休风310 min,换上12根新型双头打水枪,从原十字测温大杆的安装位置装入2根炉顶雾化打水管,同时安装两根由耐火链条制作的29 m长软探尺。停炉方案要求降料线后风温不大于1 000 ℃,从10月22日开始逐步降低风温。
提前降低炉渣碱度,稍降矿焦比,提高铁水物理温度进行洗炉,为验证洗炉效果对洗炉前后的壁体温度数据进行了统计分析。洗炉前壁体温度为非正态分布,在高炉的生产运行中壁体渣皮的脱落、重建会形成大量温度较高的偏离点。洗炉后壁体温度向正态分布转变。
10月22日17:00变为轻负荷料,焦炭负荷为2.80,入炉料配比为75%烧结矿加25%球团矿。至小休风时,共上轻负荷料35批,之后上盖面焦60 t。加盖面焦的主要目的是在料面上建立一个隔离的焦炭层,有利于落下的渣皮更好地被加热、还原、下渗,也有益于打水过多料面出现自由水后,能够及时将自由水吸收,防止与炽热的铁料接触,在封闭空间内产生大量蒸汽。盖面焦数量不宜过多,因盖面焦处于停炉进程的后段消耗,此时炉顶放散已经打开,风量较低,吨焦耗风量极大,盖面焦加入过多,会延长降料线时间,一般将盖面焦在炉腰处的厚度控制在600 mm左右即可。表1为包钢4 150 m3高炉降料线前小休风炉料负荷情况。
10月23日6:55开始送风降料线,风温控制在1 000 ℃,炉顶系统全部通氮气,炉顶密封箱通氮气,停止上料,下密封阀、调节阀、二次均压阀打开。原定打开的炉身喷煤氮气因氮气压力低未打开。本次降料线过程因炉顶打水效果好,布袋入口温度及炉顶温度控制良好,风量总体稳定在计划曲线上方,实际使用风量总体较计划风量高[2]。前一小时因炉顶自动打水未能按计划准时投入,实际风量低于计划风量。将炉顶打水手动打开后,煤气温度控制良好,开始逐步将风量加至计划风量以上,加快降料线进程。12 h后开炉顶煤气放散。最后阶段为控制打水量,防止对放残铁形成影响进行了阶段性减风。在降料线过程中炉顶煤气成分合适,氧气的使用时间较计划时间延长,在料线到达17 m才停止富氧,延长使用时间近100 min。7#高炉降料线期间计划风量与实际风量如图1所示。
控制炉顶煤气氢含量是实现安全降料线的重要保障,为了控制煤气氢含量,在停炉期间炉内通入氮气。在23日7:15开始炉顶煤气取样,在本次停炉过程中,前期间隔30 min取一次样,料线进入炉腰后加密取样频次,改为20 min取一次样。得益于打水系统雾化良好与氮气的稀释作用,直到料线进入炉腹,煤气氢含量基本稳定。包钢7#高炉降料线期间煤气成分如图2所示。
降料线期间共出铁3次,第一次出铁计划安排在送风后1.5 h,此时累计风量为59万m3,产铁340 t。计划第一次出铁700 t,第一次出铁因4#铁口半截漏,重新堵口后在累计风量77万m3时打开。第一次出铁堵口1.4 h后出第二次铁,第三次出铁安排在风口吹空见黑后[3]。停炉累计出铁1 206 t,出渣695 t,铁水较理论量多出42 t,炉渣多出189 t,出铁情况见表2
23日19:00,2#探尺测料线为23.76 m,炉料已经进入炉腹上沿下1.36 m,打开放散装置、切断煤气。
全炉总风耗和计划风量基本吻合,说明全炉的吨焦风耗设置在3 400 m3/t左右比较合适。料线计算的基本流程是由单位时间鼓入的风量除以吨焦风耗算出消耗的焦炭量,然后根据此段焦炭是带负荷还是净焦折算出腾出的体积。风耗、焦炭比重、矿石比重均可测量或已知,只有吨焦风耗属于经验数据,需要积累、校正。在吨焦风耗量的选取上,各个高炉选取数值不同,完全是经验数据。部分高炉在停炉方案中吨焦风耗的选取上采用两段式,即炉腹上部与炉腹下部设定两个吨焦风耗;有的则分多段,从上到下吨焦风耗逐步增加。
停炉过程中入炉风量匹配吨焦风耗可计算出单位时间内腾出的体积,从而能够计算出料线位置。根据7#高炉壁体温度的长期回归结果来看,7段壁体温度和8段相关性很差,8段以上各相邻段壁体温度相关性很好。可以说明软熔带根部在正常操作阶段的7、8段之间,8段(炉腰)及以上就受气流二次分布的影响较大,所以在正常生产阶段,炉腰及以下应该没有矿石存在。停炉期间停氧、降风温的影响只会让软熔带根部上移。此次7#高炉降料线过程中认为带负荷料进入炉腰,矿石就已经全部反应,炉腰只有焦炭和下渗的液态渣铁。实际出铁量和理论出铁量的吻合也证明了此结论。
表3为本次降料线过程中顶压波动情况。从表3可以看出,本次降料线过程中,整体控制良好,顶压波动有4次,爆震幅度较小。
在降料线过程中,前期因炉顶双头喷枪自动打水设备未按计划投入,主要采用十字测温打水设备来控制炉顶温度,出现了整体炉顶温度均值较高,且炉顶温度极差大的现象。这一现象主要反映了十字测温打水设备雾化效果不理想、水量较小,难以达到圆周方向均匀雾化、对煤气有效降温的预期效果;后期采用炉顶双头打水设备后,炉顶温度均值稳定在100 ℃以上,炉顶温度极差也控制得较好。当料线进入炉腹时,料层的减薄以及煤气热晗的影响开始凸显,虽然打水量已经开到最大,但炉顶温度均值仍逐步上升,炉顶温度极差也开始逐步上升。煤气放散后因无需考虑布袋箱入口温度且随着料线进一步降低,为减少打水量防止干扰出残铁,将炉顶温度均值稳定在200 ℃以上。
(1)采取洗炉措施后,壁体温度有明显上升,分布形态向正态分布转变,有利于快速安全降料线。
(2)休风料负荷控制在2.8,能够保证渣铁温度充足,有利于放净残铁。
(3)炉顶采取双头喷枪,打水雾化效果较好,为快速降料线做出了贡献。
(4)全炉吨焦风耗与计划较为吻合,为精准控制降料线时间做好了基础。
