The studies on hardenability and heat treatment test of steel tube for trenchless drill pipe are carried out combining with its service condition requirements and main failure modes in the paper. The experimental results showed that the depth of hardening layer for obtaining minimum 50% martensite was 11 mm and that for obtaining minimum 95% martensite was 7 mm for the seamless steel tube for trenchless drill pipe containing rare earth, which was with good hardenability; the optimal recommended heat treating regime was obtained after the heat treatment test with adjusting tempering temperature.

文章结合非开挖钻杆的使用工况要求以及主要失效形式,开展了对非开挖钻杆用管的淬透性和热处理试验研究。试验结果表明:该含稀土非开挖钻杆用无缝钢管获得最小50%马氏体的淬透层深度为11 mm,获得最小95%马氏体的淬透层深度为7 mm,具有良好的淬透性;经过调整回火温度的热处理试验后,得出了最佳推荐热处理制度。

文章结合非开挖钻杆的使用工况要求以及主要失效形式,开展了对非开挖钻杆用管的淬透性和热处理试验研究。试验结果表明:该含稀土非开挖钻杆用无缝钢管获得最小50%马氏体的淬透层深度为11 mm,获得最小95%马氏体的淬透层深度为7 mm,具有良好的淬透性;经过调整回火温度的热处理试验后,得出了最佳推荐热处理制度。

The studies on hardenability and heat treatment test of steel tube for trenchless drill pipe are carried out combining with its service condition requirements and main failure modes in the paper. The experimental results showed that the depth of hardening layer for obtaining minimum 50% martensite was 11 mm and that for obtaining minimum 95% martensite was 7 mm for the seamless steel tube for trenchless drill pipe containing rare earth, which was with good hardenability; the optimal recommended heat treating regime was obtained after the heat treatment test with adjusting tempering temperature.

非开挖技术作为一种新型的地下施工技术,在地表和地层结构破坏极小的情况下,穿越河流、重要交通干线、建筑物,实现对诸如供水、煤气、天然气、污水、电信电缆等公用管线的检测、铺设、修复与更换的施工技术,具有不影响交通、综合成本低、环境污染小、施工周期短等明显优势,成为城市化进程中,不可替代的一种先进施工手段。图1为非开挖技术应用示意图[1,2]
在非开挖技术的施工中,非开挖钻杆作为常规基础的消耗材料,其安全性对施工顺利与否有着十分重要的影响。首先,非开挖钻杆在使用过程中必须承受巨大的内外压力,这就要求材料要有足够高的强度、硬度和耐磨性,通过调质处理可以使材料获得足够的强度和塑韧性要求,而调质的效果与钢的淬透性有着密切的关系,因此必须保证材料具有足够的淬透性[3]。另外,非开挖钻杆的失效形式可分为杆体失效和丝扣失效两类,而其中导致杆体失效的主要原因为管体在调质后强度、硬度不合理所导致的杆体断裂[4]。非开挖钻杆用管为轧态交货,由于后续的非开挖钻杆加工制造过程中需进行调质处理,因此开展对原材料无缝钢管的淬透性及热处理试验研究,从而制定合理的热处理工艺,对于非开挖钻杆的安全、高效使用是具有重要意义的。
试验材料采用某钢厂的连铸圆坯,规格为Φ200 mm,该材料采用真空顶底复吹转炉冶炼、LF炉外精炼、VD真空处理、圆坯连铸而成,试验钢在冶炼过程中添加适量稀土铈铁合金,试验钢的化学成分见表1
本文采用末端淬火法对该非开挖钻杆用钢的淬透性进行了实验室研究,测定了不同淬火温度下,材料分别获得50%和95%马氏体洛氏硬度值的淬透层深度,描述了材料的淬透性及其变化规律,为制定经济合理的淬火工艺提供可靠的技术依据。通常钢在一定的淬火温度下所获得的淬透层深度越大,则其淬透性越好[5]
试验依据的标准是GB/T 225—2006[6]《钢淬透性的末端淬火试验方法》。取该钢种圆坯300 mm长,轧制成35 mm厚的板坯,并加工成如图2所示的带有凸缘的圆棒试样共14个,其中两个一组,分为7组。将加工后的试样放入不锈钢加热保护装置中,进入箱式电阻炉中,将7组试样分别加热至840 ℃、850 ℃、860 ℃、870 ℃、880 ℃、890 ℃、900 ℃,并保温约40 min后,迅速用钳子取出试样,放在WDZ-02自动端淬试验机上进行喷水淬火试验,喷水时间10 min以上。淬火完成时,迅速用钳子取出试样,之后快速开启水阀,水冷时间10 min以上。若取下的试样还是热的,则立即放入水中继续冷却。
试样冷却后,在平行于轴线的方向上加工出两个相互平行的平面,随后对距离淬火端面1.5 mm、3 mm、5 mm、7 mm、9 mm、11 mm、13 mm、15 mm、20 mm、25 mm、30 mm、40 mm、45 mm、50 mm处的洛氏硬度值进行测量。
API Spec 5CT[7]标准中,分别依据公式HRCmin=52×(%C)+21、HRCmin=59×(%C)+29,确定该钢种获得最小50%马氏体和95%马氏体的洛氏硬度值分别为35.6HRC和45.5HRC。将该钢种在840 ℃~900 ℃不同温度淬火后的末端淬透性曲线绘制如图3所示。曲线横坐标为淬火试样至淬火端面的距离,纵坐标为在该距离所测得的洛氏硬度值。
实验结果表明:该钢种在840 ℃~900 ℃淬火温度下获得最小50%马氏体的淬透层深度为11 mm,获得最小95%马氏体的淬透层深度为7 mm,具有良好的淬透性。非开挖钻杆的常用壁厚规格为6.5 mm~10.54 mm,实际生产中通常采用内喷外淋的淬火水冷方式,因此该钢种可满足非开挖钻杆常用规格的淬透性要求。
依据上述该钢种的末端淬透性试验结果,结合现场热处理生产中,钢管在出炉后会产生30 ℃~50 ℃的温降,因此将该钢种的淬火温度确定为890±10 ℃。试验钢890 ℃淬火后,分别经620 ℃、640 ℃和660 ℃回火,检验金相组织和室温力学性能,结果如图4表2所示。
图4可知,试验钢在890 ℃淬火及620 ℃、640 ℃和660 ℃不同温度回火后的组织均为回火索氏体,晶粒度为9级。经不同回火温度后,试验钢的力学性能均满足设计要求,随着回火温度的升高,延伸率和冲击功变化不大,但屈服强度和抗拉强度均呈现较为明显的下降趋势,且当回火温度为660 ℃时,强度均已达设计要求下限。因此该试验钢推荐最佳热处理工艺为890±10 ℃淬火,630±10 ℃回火。
(1)该含稀土非开挖钻杆用无缝钢管具有良好的淬透性,可满足常用规格的实际生产要求。
(2)该钢种在840 ℃~900 ℃淬火温度下获得最小50%马氏体的淬透层深度为11 mm,获得最小95%马氏体的淬透层深度为7 mm。
(3)该钢种的推荐热处理制度为890±10 ℃淬火,630±10 ℃回火。
