It can be obtained that the concentration and granularity of pulp into fine sieve are positively correlated through experiment. The finer the granularity, the lower the concentration of pulp. The screening efficiency of sieve mesh with aperture of 75 μm is higher than that of the other three types of sieve mesh and it could reach 42.55% after using for 180 days under the conditions that the maximum concentration of pulp is 51.57% and minimum is 35.19% as well as experimental conditions of granularity of pulp into fine sieve and service time. The increase of run load for ball mill caused by low screening efficiency of fine sieve, pressure of staff who need to frequently change sieve mesh and potential safety hazard on site caused by frequently changing sieve mesh could be effectively reduced by selecting optimal operating conditions of sieve mesh for fine sieve.

通过实验可得给入细筛的浓度与粒度呈现正相关关系,给入粒度越细,给矿浓度越低。在给矿浓度最高为51.57%,最低为35.19%的条件下,在细筛给矿粒度和使用时间试验条件下,75 μm孔径筛网筛分效率都高于其它三种筛网,且在使用180天后的筛分效率可达42.55%。选择最佳的细筛筛网运行条件,在磨矿筛分流程中,可有效降低因细筛筛分效率低导致的球磨机运行负荷增加,岗位职工需频繁更换筛网的压力,及频繁换筛网带来现场安全隐患。

It can be obtained that the concentration and granularity of pulp into fine sieve are positively correlated through experiment. The finer the granularity, the lower the concentration of pulp. The screening efficiency of sieve mesh with aperture of 75 μm is higher than that of the other three types of sieve mesh and it could reach 42.55% after using for 180 days under the conditions that the maximum concentration of pulp is 51.57% and minimum is 35.19% as well as experimental conditions of granularity of pulp into fine sieve and service time. The increase of run load for ball mill caused by low screening efficiency of fine sieve, pressure of staff who need to frequently change sieve mesh and potential safety hazard on site caused by frequently changing sieve mesh could be effectively reduced by selecting optimal operating conditions of sieve mesh for fine sieve.

白云鄂博矿山铁储量14亿吨,但白云鄂博矿石以嵌布粒度细而闻名于世[1-2]。目的矿物和脉石矿物以紧密嵌布形式存在,部分呈星散浸染状沿矿石条带分布,或填充在各种矿物颗粒间。在白云鄂博矿石选矿的长期攻关中,磨矿粒度与矿石理论选矿水平的关系是一个关键的研究方向。通过多年的实践和总结,研究人员发现磨矿粒度对矿石中矿物的解离度、选矿回收率以及精矿品位有显著影响。
细筛[3-5]分选是磨矿分级流程中的最后一道工序,细筛所用聚氨酯筛网的筛分效率随着使用时间的延长,急剧降低,导致筛上量偏大,影响正常的磨矿分级流程。为了保证正常的流程运转,需频繁更换新的聚氨酯筛网,成本较高。在不影响生产指标的情况下,考虑采用不易磨损、寿命长、筛分效率高的筛网。
对矿样进行化学多元素分析,结果见表1
表1分析结果可知,试验样品中含有可以回收的有价元素以铁、稀土、铌、钪、萤石为主,其中TFe品位为55.85%,REO品位为9.02%。在选别过程中需要尽可能降低S、SiO2、CaO、MgO、CaF2等杂质含量,其中SiO2品位最高为4.22%。白云鄂博矿中的金属和非金属元素种类齐全,但是除铁和稀土以外的其它稀有元素含量都相对较低。
表2粗精矿的矿物组成分析可以看出,粗精矿中铁矿物的含量最高,达到了59.13%,稀土矿物含量为12.2%,脉石矿物主要包括萤石、白云石、石英、磷灰石、钾长石等,其中含量较高的是白云石、石英和辉石达到了5%以上。
对矿样进行粒级筛分,筛分结果见表3
表3可知,小于0.075 mm的粒级占比为91.08%,小于0.048 mm的粒级占比为56.02%,为满足后续对铁矿物的提质降杂分选要求,采用下述选矿工艺流程对其进行处理。
由于粗精矿的粒度较粗,为了达到后续铁精矿分选最佳粒度条件,通过旋流器分级、分级沉砂和细筛筛上矿浆组成闭路磨矿分级,分级溢流进入德瑞克细筛进行筛分,得到满足后续铁精矿分选要求的合格粒度,磨矿分级流程见图1
在磨矿分级流程中,给入细筛的矿浆浓度与粒度呈正相关关系,给矿粒度越粗,给矿浓度越高。在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比70.00%、筛网为新装的情况下,对不同配型筛网在不同浓度条件下进行筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图2
图2所示,当给矿粒度小于48 μm占比为70.00%时,其最低浓度为46.75%,随着给矿浓度的升高,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在给矿浓度升高至48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈较大趋势下降。依照实验结果,与其他三种筛网相比,75 μm孔径的筛网在不同给矿浓度条件下的筛分效率最佳,且在最低给矿浓度为46.75%时,筛分效率最高为40.56%。
在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比76.48%、筛网为新装的情况下,对不同配型筛网在不同浓度条件下进行筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图3
因给入细筛的矿浆浓度与粒度呈正相关关系,如图3所示,当给矿粒度48 μm占比为76.48%时,其最低给矿浓度为35.19%,最高给矿浓度为54.61%。随着给矿浓度的升高,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在给矿浓度升高至48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈较大趋势下降。依照实验结果,与其他三种筛网相比,75 μm孔径的筛网在不同给矿浓度条件下的筛分效率最佳,且在最低给矿浓度为35.41%时,筛分效率最高为44.58%。
在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比78.24%、筛网为新装的情况下,对不同筛网在不同浓度条件下进行筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图4
图4所示,当给矿粒度48 μm占比为78.42%时,其最低给矿浓度为35.19%,最高给矿浓度为51.57%。随着给矿浓度的升高,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在给矿浓度升高至48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈较大趋势下降。依照实验结果,与其他三种筛网相比,75 μm孔径的筛网在不同给矿浓度条件下的筛分效率最佳。
在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比80.38%、筛网为新装的情况下,对不同配型筛网在不同浓度条件下进行筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图5
图5所示,当给矿粒度48 μm占比为80.38%时,其最高给矿浓度为48.42%。在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比80.38%的条件下,随着给矿浓度的升高,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在给矿浓度升高至48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈较大趋势下降。依照实验结果,与其他三种筛网相比,75 μm孔径的筛网在不同给矿浓度条件下的的筛分效率最佳,且在最低给矿浓度为35.19%时,筛分效率最高为58.30%。
在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比83.78%、筛网为新装的情况下,对不同配型筛网在不同浓度条件下进行筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图6
图6所示,当给矿粒度占比为83.78%时,其最高给矿浓度为47.78%。在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比83.78%的条件下,随着给矿浓度的升高,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,且在给矿浓度升高至48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈较大趋势下降。依照实验结果,与其他三种筛网相比,0.075 mm孔径的筛网在不同给矿浓度条件下的的筛分效率最佳,且在最低给矿浓度为35.19%时,筛分效率最高为64.14%。
以上述浓度最佳试验条件为基础,确定细筛给矿浓度为35.19%,以筛子使用时间为15天为取样节点,对不同给矿粒度筛网筛分效率随使用时间变化进行条件试验。
固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比70.00%,给矿浓度为46.75%,对不同筛网在相同浓度条件下进行筛网使用时间的筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图7
图7所示,在固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比70.00%的条件下,随着筛网使用时间的延长,钢筛网的筛分效率急剧下降,且在使用45天时,筛分效率仅为3.00%,其它3种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,75 μm孔径的筛网在使用180天后,筛分效率高于其它三种筛网达23.12%。
固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比76.48%,给矿浓度35.19%,对不同筛网在相同浓度条件下进行筛网使用时间的筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图8
图8所示,在使用15天后,钢筛网的筛分效率比新装时下降33%,且在使用45天时,筛分效率仅为4.22%,其它3种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,75 μm孔径的筛网在使用180天后,筛分效率高于其它三种筛网达24%。

图9所示,随着筛网使用时间的延长,钢筛网的筛分效率急剧下降,且在使用45天时,筛分效率仅为5.63%,其它3种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,75 μm孔径的筛网在使用180天后,筛分效率高于其它三种筛网达35%。

图10所示,随着筛网使用时间的延长,钢筛网的筛分效率急剧下降,且在使用45天时,筛分效率仅为5.63%,其它3种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,0.075 mm孔径的筛网在使用180天后,筛分效率高于其它三种筛网达40.22%。
固定给矿粒度小于48 μm占比83.78%,给矿浓度35.19%,对不同筛网在相同浓度条件下的进行筛网使用时间筛分效率条件试验,试验结果见图11
图11所示,随着筛网使用时间的延长,钢筛网的筛分效率急剧下降。由于给矿粒度为小于48 μm占比83.78%,钢筛网的使用时间相比之前的其它四种粒度使用时间偏长,在使用60天时,筛分效率仅为5.00%,其它3种筛网的筛分效率都呈现逐渐降低的趋势,75 μm孔径的筛网在使用180天后,筛分效率高于其它三种筛网达42.55%。
(1)在磨矿筛分流程中,给入细筛的浓度、粒度呈现正相关关系,给入粒度越细,给矿浓度越低。
(2)给矿粒度小于48 μm占比70.00%,给矿浓度最低为46.75%;给矿粒度为小于48 μm占比83.78%,给矿浓度最高为51.57%。在给矿浓度上升到48.42%时,4种筛网的筛分效率都呈现大幅度下降趋势。
(3)给矿粒度为小于48 μm占比83.78%,给矿浓度为35.19%,选择75 μm孔径筛网,在相同给矿粒度和使用时间试验条件下,筛分效率都高于其它三种筛网,且在使用180天后的筛分效率可达42.55%。
(4)对筛网进行条件试验后,可有效地降低细筛筛分效率低,导致在磨矿筛分流程中球磨机的运行负荷较大的非正常运行情况,也可减轻岗位职工因细筛筛分效率低,频繁换筛网的工作压力,并且降低换筛网时现场的安全隐患。
