文章以包钢冷轧连续热镀锌生产线立式退火炉为背景,主要介绍了退火炉的加热段、均热段、缓冷段、快冷段、过时效段、出口段几个区域如何将燃气辐射管、电辐射管、风机、热电偶、红外测温仪等设备结合起来进行辐射管温度控制和带钢温度控制,并通过这两种温度控制方式,使带钢在退火炉中达到工艺期望的加热或冷却温度。

In the paper, it is mainly introduced how the heating zone, soaking zone, slow cooling section, fast cooling section, over aging section and exit section combine such equipment as gas-fired radiant tube, electric radiant tube, draught fan, thermocouple and infrared thermometer to conduct the temperature control of radiant tube and strip steel so that the heating or cooling temperature of strip steel in annealing furnace desired by process could be reached through this two temperature control modes.

退火炉是冷轧连续热镀锌生产线的重要组成部分,通过退火炉对带钢的加热以及保温等一系列热处理过程,可以改变带钢的晶体结构,提高机械性能,消除残余内应力,并为镀锌工序提供良好的热基表面,故退火工艺控制的好坏将直接影响带钢的表面质量以及机械性能,而对于退火工艺控制,最重要的则是炉内的温度控制[1]
退火炉的温度控制主要分为辐射管温度控制和带钢温度控制,两种控制方法在生产线生产过程中,相互配合,确保带钢达到对应的目标温度,使带钢性能达到预定目标。本文以包钢稀土钢板材公司冷轧镀锌生产线的退火炉为例,按照退火炉的各个区域对温度控制进行了探讨。
在加热段和均热段区域,所有的辐射管均为“W”型辐射管,烧嘴燃烧后,温度传导到辐射管,再通过辐射管辐射到炉壳内。每一个辐射管烧嘴,均配套有一个烧嘴控制单元,一个点火电极,一个火焰检测探头,一个空气压力开关,两个煤气气动阀,一个空气气动阀,如图1所示。通过烧嘴控制单元可以在本地模式下进行烧嘴的点火操作、故障复位,也可以通过现场总线(Profibus DP)通讯,由PLC系统对烧嘴进行控制[2]
整个加热段的烧嘴,从入口至出口方向,按照纵列从AA至AS进行了排序编号,每一纵列的操作侧和传动侧各有一个“K”型热电偶,通过套管插入辐射管内,用于辐射管内的温度检测以及保护。具体作用如下:
(1)每一列烧嘴的两个热电偶参与该纵列的温度控制,温度较高的检测值作为该纵列烧嘴的实际温度值。
(2)当两个带有热电偶的烧嘴均因各种原因无法正常燃烧时,该纵列烧嘴将全部禁止远程点火,用于保护辐射管,避免因超出温度上限造成设备损坏。
(3)若一个带有热电偶的烧嘴因各种原因无法正常燃烧时,或者热电偶损坏,该纵列烧嘴将自动使用另外一个烧嘴的热电偶来控制温度。
当操作人员执行“heating up”点火操作时,加热段的每一纵列辐射管的PID控制器开始工作,PID控制器的温度设定值开始沿固定斜率逐渐提高到操作人员的设定值,并采用对应纵列的烧嘴热电偶检测温度进行温度控制,根据辐射管温度设定值与实际值的偏差,PID控制器计算出对应纵列烧嘴的加热需求,所有的烧嘴按照预先在程序中设置的点火顺序开始循环点火,并根据加热需求折算出燃烧时间。均热段烧嘴的控制与加热段类似,均热段烧嘴相对较少,故将均热段烧嘴整体作为一纵列,进行整体控制。两者区别在于,均热段的纵列控制温度是通过插入炉膛内的两个热电偶检测的,并采用温度较高的热电偶温度值,而插入烧嘴内的4个热电偶,均作为高温保护使用。通常情况下,为了保证烧嘴以及辐射管的使用寿命,防止在相对较冷的工况下骤然加热,每纵列辐射管的温度设定值斜率被固定为100 ℃/h,同时,PID控制器的输出被限制到40%。
如果加热段烧嘴的某一纵列温度过高,超过设定的高温保护极限值,则该纵列烧嘴的PID控制器输出将被强制为0;如果均热段的4个烧嘴热电偶中,任意一个检测温度超过设定的高温保护极限值,则均热段的PID控制器的输出数值也将被强制为0。
整个加热段,除了按纵列排序外,还分为六个区域,每一个区域均有一个插入炉壳内检测炉内温度的热电偶,该热电偶用于检测区域的炉内温度,如果该温度超过设定的高温保护极限值,则该区域的所有纵列烧嘴将禁止加热。
退火炉“heating up”升温完成,产线提高到一定速度后,退火炉进入生产模式,分别通过安装在加热段和均热段出口侧的红外高温计,对带钢进行温度检测,并将温度反馈给带钢温度控制PID控制器,计算出对应加热段以及均热段的加热需求,控制每一纵列以及均热段烧嘴的加热。
(1)在生产0.7~1.2 mm厚度带钢时,操作人员通常使用普通带钢生产模式,该模式下,每一纵列的辐射管温度PID控制器的设定值均设为945 ℃,但纵列PID控制器的输出值上限将被强制为经过换算的带钢温度控制器的PID控制器输出值,如图2所示。
在该模式下,从AA纵列到AS纵列,根据带钢温度PID控制器计算出的输出值将按从小到大排列,主要原因为:①生产带钢较薄,加热需求热量相对较少,不需要所有烧嘴均按最大加热能力加热,节约能源。②减少带钢加热时间,防止带钢出现褶皱。
(2)在生产1.2~2.5 mm厚带钢时,通常使用均衡模式进行带钢加热,该模式下,每一纵列的辐射管温度控制器的设定值均设为945 ℃,但纵列PID控制器的输出值上限将被强制为经过换算的带钢温度PID控制器的输出值,并应用到每一纵列上,即该模式下,每一纵列的加热需求均一致,以确保在较厚带钢的生产过程中,带钢能够均衡加热,达到目标温度,如图3所示。
(3)在生产0.6 mm厚度以下的带钢时,经常使用的模式为热褶皱模式,在该模式下,每一纵列的辐射管温度控制器的设定值均不同,而是按照从AA列至AS列、从低至高使用不同的列辐射管温度设定值,以防止带钢产生热褶皱。每一纵列PID控制器的输出值上限同样被强制为经过换算的带钢温度PID控制器的输出值。
以上三种生产模式对于均热段同样适用,均热段作为一个单独的纵列参与到带钢温度控制中,不同的模式使用不同的辐射管温度设定值,并被带钢温度PID控制器所限制。
缓冷段、快冷段、过时效段的辐射管使用的是可控硅控制的电辐射管加热器,在生产准备期间,执行“heating up”点炉操作后,电辐射管均按照设定温度进行加热,除缓冷段主区以及过时效段是使用插入炉壳内的热电偶检测温度以外,缓冷段顶部、底部转向辊区域以及快冷段的转向辊区域均使用插入辐射管内的热电偶来检测温度。在进入生产模式后,缓冷段顶部、底部转向辊区域以及快冷段的转向辊区域,仍然按照操作人员的设定温度继续加热或保温,使该区域的炉辊保持一个恒定的温度,防止带钢与低温炉辊接触产生冷瓢曲。
过时效段的电辐射管分为三个区域,分别为底辊区域、主区、顶部纠偏辊区域。在生产准备期间,执行“heating up”点炉操作后,电辐射管均按照设定温度进行加热。生产过程中,三个区域均按照操作人员的设定温度进行加热,区别是底辊区域和顶部纠偏辊区域的加热主要是使该区域的炉辊保持一个恒定的温度,防止带钢与低温炉辊接触产生冷瓢曲。主区则按照操作人员的温度设定值继续加热或保温。
进入生产模式后,带钢温度控制器开始工作,在缓冷段,使用两台氮氢循环风机配合缓冷主区的电辐射管对带钢进行温度控制,通过安装在缓冷段出口的红外高温计,实时检测带钢温度,带钢温度PID控制器根据反馈值和设定值,来调整氮氢循环风机的转速以及主区电辐射管的加热输出。
在快冷段,由两台氮氢循环风机相互配合,参与带钢温度控制,通过安装在快冷段出口的红外高温计,实时检测带钢温度,带钢温度PID控制器根据反馈值和设定值,来调整氮氢循环风机的转速[3]
出口段同样使用的是可控硅控制的电辐射管加热器,在生产准备期间,执行“heating up”点炉操作后,电辐射管均按照设定温度进行加热。在生产期间,操作人员设定出口段的带钢温度设定值,并通过红外高温计实时对带钢温度进行检测。与其他区域有所区别的是,出口段的带钢温度设定值不仅用于带钢温度PID控制器的设定值,还用于出口段区域电辐射管温度控制的设定值,以保证出口段的炉内温度可以满足带钢的需求。
带钢温度PID控制器根据带钢温度设定值以及红外高温计的检测温度,计算出对应的输出值,该输出值不作用于出口段,而是直接作用到快冷段的带钢温度设定值。在外部控制模式下,快冷段的带钢温度设定值直接采用出口段的带钢温度设定值与出口段带钢温度PID控制器的输出之和。为保证快冷段温度不会相对过高或过低,正常情况下出口段带钢温度PID控制器的输出将设置一个上下限。例如:出口段设定温度为460 ℃,实际检测带钢温度为455 ℃,此时出口段带钢温度控制器的输出为5%,将5%转化为5 ℃的温度设定值,则快冷段带钢温度的设定值将变为460 ℃+5 ℃,为465 ℃。此种逻辑控制方式,主要是为了调节从出口段进入锌锅的带钢温度,而单纯依靠出口段的电辐射管,很难快速调节带钢温度,而将快冷段加入出口段的带钢温度控制,并利用过时效段的保温效果,可以相对容易达到工艺要求的入锌锅带钢温度。
本文介绍了退火炉的几个主要区域退火炉的辐射管温度控制以及带钢温度控制,可以看出,退火炉在升温、生产过程中,辐射管温度控制和带钢温度控制相互配合,相互限制,既能降低因设备故障或操作原因而产生的安全隐患,提高整个退火炉的安全性,也可以快速、有效地将带钢加热或冷却到工艺期望的温度。
