近几年我国具备生产冷轧钢板的钢铁企业都在加大高强度钢板的研制与开发力度。冷轧高强钢板在各行各业的使用日益增多,而冷轧加磷强化钢以较高的强度、略低的价格和较好的深冲性能,受到下游行业的认可。包钢近两年开始了冷轧加磷强化钢的研制与开发,酸轧产线从试生产时的事故频发到现在生产工艺已成熟稳定,具备了稳定的生产供货能力。
冷轧加磷强化钢是指在低碳钢或超低碳钢中,通过添加一定量的磷元素,利用磷的固溶强化作用提高强度。磷元素是固溶强化最强而且价格便宜的元素,当磷原子进入铁原子晶格内,与铁原子置换形成固溶体,由于磷和铁的原子半径不同,在磷原子周围产生弹性变形而使钢强化[1]
包钢冷轧加磷强化钢采用酸洗连轧设备和连续退火设备生产,化学成分设计具有超低碳、微合金化、固溶强化和钢质纯净等特点,见表1。超低碳设计有利于提高钢的r值,减少铌、钛合金消耗。通过铌、钛的微合金化处理,使固溶体中的间隙原子得以消除,得到纯净的铁素体基体,消除间隙原子的不利影响,获得优异的深冲性能;钢质纯净保证在连续退火中短时间内发生再结晶,并进行充分的晶粒长大;通过P、Mn的固溶强化作用,保证钢的强度[2]
磷是钢中的有害元素,多数溶入铁素体中形成固溶体,使钢材的强度、硬度增加。磷化铁以夹杂物形式存在,使钢材塑性和韧性显著降低,磷增加钢的冷脆性,使焊接性能变差。在焊机同级别化学成分分组中,加磷强化钢与其他钢种相比其Mn和P的含量都有所增加,由于冷脆性的不同,导致此焊机分组内参数经常修改无法固化。开发新的焊机分组不仅需要参考其化学成分,还需要进行大量的焊接试验,不断调整后最终将焊接参数固化。
受磷元素的影响,加磷强化钢与盐酸反应较其他钢种剧烈。一是在低速酸洗过程中会造成过酸洗导致带钢减薄,再者由于焊机需要根据焊接曲线调整焊接功率、速度等参数,入口活套套量不足导致在生产期间工艺段速度不匹配停车,需对以上问题进行解决。
在轧制加磷强化钢时,目前轧制力、张力等轧制参数设定不合理。设定轧制力与实际轧制力数值相差较大,在实际轧制过程中出现轧制力偏差在4 000~5 000 kN的情况,且各机架的张力波动很大,尤其在轧机速度大于500 m/min时,其张力波动较为明显。轧机频繁停车,生产节奏不稳定,机组速度无法提高,需重新对轧机每个机架的轧制参数分配调整。在轧制加减速过程当中,其张力和轧制力都随之改变,且此阶段属于动态变化阶段,张力和轧制力的波动极易造成断带及伤辊,需对轧机加减速阶段及降速剪切过程制定合理的加减速阶梯,避免事故[3]
在焊机同级别分组中,加磷强化钢与其他深冲钢相比,Mn和P的含量都增加。因此在焊接加磷强化钢过程中应适当降低焊接速度,提高焊机后加热功率,在生产原料厚度大于5.0 mm的带钢时使用焊机双刃剪二次剪切工序对焊接焊缝进行改善。
入口段在焊接工序完成后,在活套能力允许下快速冲套,尽可能地给焊机留出执行第二次焊接的时间,避免因套量不足造成工艺段酸洗停车。
在生产加磷强化钢之前,提前6 h投入指定的酸洗抑制剂,按千分之一添加比进行添加,抑制带钢的过快腐蚀,降低盐酸与带钢基体的反应速率。保证工艺段酸洗速度不得低于30 m/min,正常生产时酸洗速度保证在大于120 m/min时稳定运行,并根据生产情况可提高酸洗速度。
各级别加磷强化钢物理性能不同导致变形抗力差别较大,通过试制过程中反馈实际的轧制力,制定在轧制不同级别加磷强化钢的过渡原则,见表2。另外,在加磷强化钢钢种需要原板开轧时,观察带钢空卷时各机架测厚仪反馈实际厚度与计划厚度相差在100 μm以内时再进行启车。
通过比较设定轧制力与实际轧制力,两者相差超3 000 kN时,通过调整各机架间张力及各个机架压下率分配的方式进行优化;如无法有效解决,则需采取调整轧机变抗分组解决。
包钢2 030 mm酸轧二级系统的变形抗力模型设计形式如下:

k0,m,n--变形抗力计算参数。
冷轧变形抗力模型的研究采用试验与现场实际生产相结合的方法,通过实验室拉伸试验数据,确定变形抗力基本参数k0、m、n。采用实际轧制力反馈对变形抗力模型进行精度优化,从而达到提高变形抗力模型计算精度的目的。
在生产加磷强化钢之前,对测厚仪进行标定,对机架间各个测厚仪检测环境在低速轧制进行确认,排除有失速或乳化液干扰测厚仪正常检测的情况。轧机入口厚度超200 μm后直接停车进行轧机空过,不再调整轧制参数,待厚度恢复正常后再恢复正常轧制。
通过分析加磷强化钢的产品特点,制定酸轧机组在焊接、酸洗、轧机工序的一系列有效措施,实现了酸轧生产工艺的成熟稳定,产品规格范围达到客户订单要求。产品实物质量稳定,实现了向下游工序批量和稳定供货。
