In this paper, the microstructure and properties of 700 MPa grade beam steel with such two composition designs as low C+Mn+Ti and low C+Mn+Ti+Nb are compared and analyzed. The results showed that the plasticity of single Ti microalloyed product and that of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed product were the same with the same strength, but the low temperature impact toughness of single Ti microalloyed product was poorer so that its brittle transition was at -20 ℃, while the brittle transition of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed product was at -50 ℃. It could be improved through increasing the rolling reduction of the first pass of rough rolling and thickness of intermediate billet so as to reach the control level of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed products.

文章对比分析了低C+Mn+Ti和低C+Mn+Ti+Nb两种成分设计的700 MPa级大梁钢组织和性能,结果表明,在相同强度情况下,单Ti微合金化产品和Nb-Ti复合微合金化产品塑性相同,但低温冲击韧性较差,前者在-20 ℃发生脆性转变,而后者在-50 ℃才发生脆性转变。通过提高粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度有助于改善单Ti微合金化大梁钢低温冲击韧性,使其达到Nb-Ti复合微合金化产品控制水平。

文章对比分析了低C+Mn+Ti和低C+Mn+Ti+Nb两种成分设计的700 MPa级大梁钢组织和性能,结果表明,在相同强度情况下,单Ti微合金化产品和Nb-Ti复合微合金化产品塑性相同,但低温冲击韧性较差,前者在-20 ℃发生脆性转变,而后者在-50 ℃才发生脆性转变。通过提高粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度有助于改善单Ti微合金化大梁钢低温冲击韧性,使其达到Nb-Ti复合微合金化产品控制水平。

In this paper, the microstructure and properties of 700 MPa grade beam steel with such two composition designs as low C+Mn+Ti and low C+Mn+Ti+Nb are compared and analyzed. The results showed that the plasticity of single Ti microalloyed product and that of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed product were the same with the same strength, but the low temperature impact toughness of single Ti microalloyed product was poorer so that its brittle transition was at -20 ℃, while the brittle transition of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed product was at -50 ℃. It could be improved through increasing the rolling reduction of the first pass of rough rolling and thickness of intermediate billet so as to reach the control level of Nb-Ti multi-microalloyed products.

随着国家绿色发展战略的实施,各行业对钢铁材料的强度提出了越来越高的要求,极大地推动了高强钢的发展和应用,其中700 MPa级高强大梁用钢的广泛应用就是典型。700 MPa级高强大梁钢作为铁素体型热轧高强钢,主要通过微合金化技术提高产品综合性能,即在钢中添加微量的合金化元素,如铌、钒、钛,细化晶粒尺寸和析出第二相提高材料的综合性能[1-4]。目前,700 MPa级高强大梁钢主要采用铌微合金化技术、钒微合金化技术、铌-钛复合微合金化技术和铌-钒-钛复合微合金化技术。与之相比,钛元素因化学性质活泼容易造成产品塑性差、性能波动大等问题没有得到充分利用,更多的作为一种辅助元素用于铌钒等复合微合金化钢中。近些年,铌铁矿和钒铁矿价格不断攀升,企业生产成本压力越来越大,而我国钛元素储量占世界的45%[5],充分利用我国钛资源丰富的有利条件开发低成本钛微合金化高强钢具有重大的经济价值和广阔的应用前景。
本文以700 MPa级高强大梁钢为研究对象,对比分析单Ti微合金化和Nb-Ti复合微合金化工艺下组织性能差异,并研究分析控轧工艺对单Ti微合金化高强钢韧性的影响,从而为开发低成本Ti微合金化高强钢提供参考。
试验钢使用两种成分设计。试验钢A和B为Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢,即采用低C+Mn+Ti成分路线。为对比Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢与Nb-Ti复合微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢组织性能差异,将试验钢C作为比对产品,其成分采用C+Mn+Nb+Ti路线。试验钢N含量均控制在0.006 0%以下,试验钢具体化学成分见表1
试验钢A、B和C炼钢生产工艺相同,经KR铁水脱硫预处理、转炉顶底吹炼、LF精炼、RH精炼和连铸处理形成高纯净连铸坯。RH工序处理期间真空度要求不大于260 Pa,循环脱气时间不低于7 min。浇注过程中采用连铸坯轻压下技术控制中心偏析,铸坯规格为230 mm×1 500 mm。
试验钢铸坯通过2 250 mm热连轧机组轧制成钢卷,规格为6.0 mm×1 500 mm,控轧控冷工艺参数见表2。板坯经步进式加热炉加热,出炉温度控制在1 250~1 270 ℃;粗轧采用6道次模式轧制,试验钢A和C粗轧首道次压下量控制为30 mm,中间坯厚度控制为39 mm,试验钢B粗轧首道次压下量控制为32 mm,中间坯厚度控制为43 mm;精轧采用7道次模式轧制,精轧终轧温度控制在835~855 ℃;随后采用前集中层流冷却方式即在20~30 ℃/s的冷却速度将钢卷均匀冷却在600~610 ℃进行卷取。
试验钢热轧卷尾部去除5 m后切取样板,在样板1/4位置加工制备垂直轧制方向的拉伸试样、平行轧制方向的金相试样和冲击试样。拉伸试样宽度为20 mm,标距为${L}_{0}=5.65\sqrt{{s}_{0}},$在SCL130X型500 kN拉伸试验机上测定下屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率;冲击试样尺寸为5.0 mm×5.0 mm×55 mm,V型缺口,在冲击试验机测定系列温度冲击吸收功;金相试样经研磨、抛光后用4%的硝酸酒精溶液腐蚀观察金相组织。
试验钢A、B和C力学性能检测结果见表3。试验钢A、B和C力学性能满足700 MPa级大梁钢标准Q/BG 560—2018要求,且180°冷弯后外表面没有明显裂纹。试验钢A和C抗拉强度分别为779 MPa和780 MPa,延伸率分别为22.3%和21.3%,结果表明,在相同强度下单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢与Nb-Ti复合微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢塑性没有明显差异。试验钢A和B抗拉强度分别为779 MPa和772 MPa,延伸率分别为22.3%和23.9%,结果表明,增加粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度对Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢强度没有明显影响。
试验钢A、B和C系列温度冲击功检测结果见图1。由图1可知,0 ℃以上,试验钢A、B和C冲击吸收功基本相同,没有明显差异。随温度降低,试验钢A的冲击功降幅最大,-40 ℃冲击功仅为30 J。
试验钢B和C冲击功随温度降低同样减小,但较试验钢A降幅明显减小,-40 ℃冲击功仍有50 J,试验钢C冲击韧性整体优于试验钢B。根据试验钢A、B和C系列温度冲击吸收功结果可知,强度相同情况下,Nb-Ti复合微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢拥有良好的低温冲击韧性,而单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢低温冲击韧性表现较差。提高粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度有助于提高单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢低温韧性,使其接近Nb-Ti复合微合金化同级别产品。
试验钢A、B和C放大500倍显微组织见图2
试验钢A、B和C显微组织均为铁素体和少量珠光体,铁素体呈多边形,珠光体呈带状,主要分布在厚度1/2位置。产品晶粒尺寸由大到小依次为试验钢A、试验钢B、试验钢C。进一步对比发现,试验钢A厚度1/2位置和1/4位置晶粒尺寸存在明显差异,厚度1/2位置晶粒尺寸明显增大,见图2(a)图2(d),而试验钢B和C厚度1/2位置和1/4位置晶粒尺寸基本相同,见图2(b)图2(c)图2(e)图2(f)。上述结果表明,Nb-Ti复合微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢中添加的Nb元素不仅使产品晶粒得到细化,而且使晶粒尺寸在厚度方向得到均匀控制。单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢可通过提高粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度,替代Nb元素实现细化晶粒的效果。
(1)同一强度下,单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢的塑性与Nb-Ti复合微合金设计产品基本一致。
(2)增大粗轧首道次压下量和中间坯厚度有助于提高单Ti微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢低温韧性,使其达到Nb-Ti复合微合金化700 MPa级大梁钢的控制水平。
