It is with such characteristics as high load capacity, stable and reliable performances as well as large range of cover length of turnover slab so that it is suitable for various load lifting devices of slab and with low construction cost.

包钢宽厚板生产线投产时未设计铸坯翻转设备,当对生产出的铸坯翻转进行下表面裂纹等缺陷检查和处理时,使用吊车挂钢丝绳兜住铸坯一端的方式进行翻转,这种铸坯翻转操作方式费时费力,无法满足批量翻坯的需求,可能出现铸坯下表面缺陷无法及时得到检查和处理的问题,铸坯合格率受到很大影响,很容易造成批量质量事故,因此生产线需要新增铸坯翻转设备翻坯机。
根据所需翻转铸坯的长度范围不同,传统液压驱动翻坯机分为单侧单液压缸驱动式和单侧多液压缸驱动式,单侧单液压缸驱动式翻坯机可翻转的铸坯长度范围有限,不能做到长短铸坯均兼顾。用于翻转铸坯长度范围为1.7~6 m的传统翻坯机采用单侧双驱动液压缸(翻坯工位同接坯工位每侧设置两个液压缸,两侧共设置四个液压缸),如图1所示。
单侧双液压缸驱动翻转式翻坯机整体结构大,设备建设费用高。此外传统单侧双液压缸驱动式翻坯机设计还存在的缺陷为各翻臂独立布置,同翻转轴焊接连接,各翻臂彼此不连接,因此各翻臂受力不均,翻臂同翻转轴间焊接部位易开裂;翻臂同铸坯夹钳吊具夹臂存在干涉,不适用于铸坯夹钳吊具,只适用于磁砣吊具。
分析传统翻坯机的缺陷后,设计了宽厚板铸机新型翻坯机。根据工艺需求,需翻转铸坯长度范围为1.7~6 m,宽度范围为1.2~2.3 m,厚度为200 mm、250 mm、300 mm三种规格,需翻转铸坯最大重量32.3 t。
为充分利用驱动液压缸的推力,将其初始位置设计为竖直布置。根据所需翻转铸坯的最大规格,在CAD中做草图布置铸坯位置、翻臂旋转中心位置,模拟各位置的翻转情况后,取驱动液压缸竖直中心线距离翻臂旋转中心位置距离(初始位顶升力翻转力臂)为1 075 mm,初始位坯重加翻臂机构重力力臂为1 610 mm,根据设计的单侧翻臂机构重量为4.86 t,所需翻转的最大坯重为32.3 t,得所需翻转的最大重量为37.16 t。
图2(a)所示,依据力矩平衡关系:

计算得到所需的最大顶升力:

${T}_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}}=556.57\mathrm{k}\mathrm{N}。$

铸机区域出坯区液压站系统压力21MPa,沿程压力损失按照5%计算,液压驱动压力P为19.95MPa。液压顶升力需满足:
${T}_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}}=\pi {d}^{2}/4\times P$
依据上式计算得所需的驱动液压缸活塞直径d至少为188.52 mm。
图2(b)所示,作图模拟测量得到当翻臂为由水平位翻转至工作极限位时翻臂支撑顶升点的位移,以该位移值作为液压缸的粗略行程,按照液压缸缸杆完全收回时总长度(首尾销轴中心距)为液压缸行程加1 000 mm为半径,以点A为圆心作圆得到和竖直直线的交点O,连接该点和翻臂工作极限位驱动点位置B,得到直线OB即为液压缸驱动翻臂的最终倾斜位置,以点O为圆心,OA为半径做圆弧交直线OB于C点,线段BC长即为液压缸的粗略最小行程,在CAD中测量得该值为1 552 mm。
依据上述设计计算,决定选取活塞直径标准系列范围为φ200 mm、φ220 mm、φ250 mm、行程范围为1 560~1 800 mm、承压公称压力为25 MPa或31.5 MPa的液压缸。
结合仓储库存液压缸备件情况,最终选取新型翻坯机驱动液压缸规格参数为220/140—1 650(活塞直径/缸杆直径—液压缸行程,单位mm),承压公称压力为25 MPa。按照选定的液压缸尺寸参数模拟校核翻转情况,满足要求。
长度和截面尺寸相比较大的压杆类构件受压时,需对其进行稳定性校核[1]。依据机械设计手册的规定,当液压缸总长度不小于10倍缸杆直径时,根据以下公式校验液压缸缸杆稳定性[2]

式中: Pk缸杆弯曲失稳临界压缩力, N; n为液压缸布置形式末端条件系数,两端销轴铰接式取值为1;E为缸杆材料弹性模量,钢材质取$2.1\times {10}^{5}\mathrm{M}\mathrm{P}\mathrm{a}$; J为截面惯性矩,圆截面为$\pi {d}^{4}/64$, d为缸杆直径; l为液压缸总长(首尾销轴中心距); F1为满足缸杆稳定性、考虑安全系数的液压缸允许最大受力; nk值范围为3.5~6。
根据所选取的液压缸技术参数,选取安全系数为6,在CAD中模拟翻臂翻转角度每隔10°的翻臂位置,测量各位置的坯重加翻臂机构重力力臂、液压缸驱动力力臂、液压缸前后两端支撑点距离,计算各位置实际缸杆受力值及满足稳定性要求的缸杆允许受力值后进行比较校验,经校验液压缸活塞杆在各位置均满足稳定性要求。
新型翻坯机整体设计如图3所示。新型翻坯机翻臂机构分为接坯侧翻臂机构和翻坯侧翻臂机构。
接坯侧翻臂机构由翻臂旋转轴1及六支翻臂(2—7)组成,六支翻臂尾部通过“『”形翻臂连接板8连接,旋转轴穿过各翻臂的旋转中心孔,旋转轴同各翻臂焊接固定,通过上述结构旋转轴及各翻臂连接成为一整体件,各翻臂受力均匀性和翻臂机构整体强度大幅增强。翻臂机构滑动轴承11及轴承座12布置在翻臂之间,为旋转翻臂机构提供旋转支撑;接坯侧液压缸14的缸杆头部通过销轴连接于翻臂机构中部的两支翻臂上,液压缸尾部通过销轴同液压缸支座相连接;接坯侧液压缸底座13通过地脚螺栓固定于基础上;接坯侧中部铸坯支撑9布置于接坯侧翻臂之间,用于支撑长度较短的铸坯;接坯侧边部铸坯支撑10布置于接坯侧翻臂之外,用于支撑长度较长的铸坯。中部铸坯支撑及边部铸坯支撑均使用车间铸坯制作,降低了建设成本,铸坯支撑底部同基础钢筋相连接,灌浆浇筑为同基础成一体结构,稳定性大幅提高。
翻坯侧翻臂机构、翻坯侧液压缸、翻坯侧液压缸底座等组件同接坯侧设备布置形式相同,结构对称,但设备中心线在所翻铸坯长度方向应错开一定位置,以使两侧翻臂在翻坯交接时互不干涉。
旋转轴承支撑底座15为翻坯侧及接坯侧旋转轴承及轴承座提供支撑,固定于土建基础上,设计为一个整体钢结构件。
翻坯机工作时,使用吊车及铸坯吊具将待翻转铸坯放置至翻坯位后,接坯位接坯臂由初始位置翻转至接坯位,然后翻坯臂翻转铸坯至交坯位,接着翻坯臂和接坯臂共同向接坯臂侧翻转一定角度,实现翻坯臂向接坯臂的交坯过程,随后接坯臂旋转将翻转后的铸坯放平,回到初始位,同时翻坯臂翻转回初始位置。初始位、交坯位、接坯位等位置由翻转轴轴端安装的旋转角度传感器确定。
新型翻坯机设计完成后,在包钢宽厚板生产线投入使用,运行情况良好,实现了自动快速批量翻坯操作,在减少成品板非计划缺陷和成品板废品方面带来的效益方面效果显著。
经实际应用验证,同传统翻坯机相比,新型翻坯机取得了良好的应用效果。
(1)翻坯侧、接坯侧均仅用单只驱动液压缸配合特殊设计的铸坯翻臂及铸坯支撑,大幅拓展了翻坯机的可翻转铸坯长度范围,实现了所需翻转铸坯长度范围的全覆盖,降低了成本。
(2)整体设备为“半地下”式布置,翻臂框架翻臂间交叉设置铸坯支撑,铸坯支撑和混凝土钢筋直埋固定,大幅提高了稳定性。
(3)翻臂机构旋转轴和各翻臂彼此连接为一整体,提高了各翻臂受力均匀性和翻臂机构整体强度。
(4)将液压缸初始位置设计为竖直布置,充分利用了驱动液压缸推力。
(5)翻臂采取特殊设计,同板坯夹钳吊具、磁砣吊具等各种铸坯吊具均能匹配使用。
(6)土建设计保证了充裕的驱动液压缸及其附件的检修空间。
(7)液压控制系统采用平衡阀及双重溢流阀的设计,大幅提高了系统防过载能力和运行稳定性。
在分析传统翻坯机的缺陷及新设计翻坯机所满足工艺需求和工况条件的基础上,设计了宽厚板铸机新型翻坯机。经实际应用验证,新型翻坯机大幅拓展了传统单侧单液压缸驱动式翻坯机可翻转铸坯长度范围,提高了翻坯机的运行稳定性,具有承载能力高、性能稳定可靠、翻转铸坯长度覆盖范围大等优点,适用于多种铸坯吊具且建设成本低,有较广的行业推广应用价值。
