There are more factors influencing the performances of ultra low carbon stamping products. In this paper, the influence rule of such parameters as contents of different strengthening elements and annealing temperature as well as levelling process on the performances of stamping products is explored. The results showed that the yield strength of product tended to increase with the increase of contents of carbon, manganese and phosphorus as well as the influence degrees of carbon content on the products with different thicknesses were different; with the increase of annealing temperature, the products mainly underwent such three stages as reverting, recrystallization nucleation and grain growth; tensile strength decreased with the running speed of steel strip in annealing decreased.

影响超低碳冲压产品性能的因素较多,文章摸索了不同强化元素含量、退火温度等参数及平整工序对冲压产品性能的影响规律,结果表明:随着碳、锰、磷含量的增加,产品屈服强度呈上升趋势,且碳含量对不同厚度的产品影响程度存在差异;随着退火段温度升高,产品主要经历回复、再结晶形核、晶粒长大三个阶段;退火段钢带运行速度降低,抗拉强度随之降低。

影响超低碳冲压产品性能的因素较多,文章摸索了不同强化元素含量、退火温度等参数及平整工序对冲压产品性能的影响规律,结果表明:随着碳、锰、磷含量的增加,产品屈服强度呈上升趋势,且碳含量对不同厚度的产品影响程度存在差异;随着退火段温度升高,产品主要经历回复、再结晶形核、晶粒长大三个阶段;退火段钢带运行速度降低,抗拉强度随之降低。

There are more factors influencing the performances of ultra low carbon stamping products. In this paper, the influence rule of such parameters as contents of different strengthening elements and annealing temperature as well as levelling process on the performances of stamping products is explored. The results showed that the yield strength of product tended to increase with the increase of contents of carbon, manganese and phosphorus as well as the influence degrees of carbon content on the products with different thicknesses were different; with the increase of annealing temperature, the products mainly underwent such three stages as reverting, recrystallization nucleation and grain growth; tensile strength decreased with the running speed of steel strip in annealing decreased.

超低碳冲压产品是各大钢厂重要的品种钢之一,因其具有优异的深冲性能、高塑性应变比、高伸长率、高硬化指标、较低的屈强比,以及优良的非时效性[1],被广泛应用于国内汽车行业。我国很多钢铁企业已经具备生产汽车用钢的能力,但是其产品种类和质量存在较强的同质化趋势。随着一些钢铁企业继续进入汽车用钢市场,其同质化竞争将进一步加剧[2]。包钢某厂针对超低碳冲压产品成分及工艺参数对性能的影响规律开展研究,确定该级别产品关键成分及工艺,提高该产品的性能稳定性,使得该级别产品实现批量生产,并在市场占有一席之地。
冲压产品的强化元素包含碳、锰、磷等,其中碳是最普通的强化元素,其位于间隙位置,或在晶体结构的缺陷处聚集,随着碳含量的增加,冲压产品屈服强度升高,延伸率及塑性应变比降低。在该产品中加入合金元素铌或钛,形成碳化物,固定间隙原子,从而降低产品屈服强度。为研究碳含量对不同规格产品屈服强度的影响规律,包钢某厂选择0.5 mm、1.0 mm及2.5 mm三个典型厚度产品(代表全厚度)的生产数据进行统计,总结碳含量对屈服强度的影响趋势,制定碳含量的合理控制范围。
碳含量对不同厚度(0.5 mm、1.0 mm、2.5 mm)钢带屈服强度的影响规律见图13。由图可知,对于厚度0.5 mm、1.0 mm产品,当碳含量小于等于0.005%时,产品屈服强度小于180 MPa,当碳含量超出0.005%时,屈服强度提高至180 MPa以上;对于厚度2.5 mm产品,当碳含量超出0.004%时,屈服强度已大于180 MPa。0.5~2.5 mm厚度范围的产品屈服强度均随碳含量的增加有提高趋势,且当产品厚度增加,屈服强度随碳含量的增加提高更加明显。屈服强度是影响钢板冲压性能的重要指标,屈服强度越低,变形时起始抗力越小,冲压性能越好[3]。因此对于有变形需求的超低碳冲压产品,其碳含量应控制在0.004%以下,以保证全规格产品性能稳定,避免出现屈服强度显著升高的问题。
除碳、氮原子外,磷是通过固溶强化有效提高钢铁产品强度的元素,因其与铁原子半径差异较大,在其周围形成弹性变形而使钢得到强化。随着磷含量的增加,产品屈服强度、抗拉强度增加,延伸率降低。为减小超低碳产品的强度波动,磷含量需控制在合适范围之内。本次试验对不同磷含量的产品取样,进行屈服强度检验,如图4所示。当磷含量增加0.005个百分点,产品屈服强度增加范围为3~5 MPa。结合产品生产数据结果,磷含量要求不大于0.020%。
锰通过固溶强化的作用提高产品屈服强度,根据超低碳产品的屈服强度要求范围,锰元素加入量有限。经生产数据统计发现,锰含量增加0.01个百分点,产品屈服强度增加值约2~3 MPa。因该元素设计含量较低,且在生产中控制稳定,其对产品屈服强度的影响幅度较小,见图5
退火温度是影响IF钢退火再结晶组织形成的关键因素之一,退火温度偏高,退火再结晶晶粒粗大;退火温度偏低,退火再结晶不完全。因此,选择合理的退火温度是保证材料具有良好性能指标的前
提条件[4]。选取相同成分、同规格产品进行退火试验,试样分别在500 ℃、600 ℃、700 ℃、750 ℃进行退火,退火后的组织如图6所示,退火后的性能如表1所示。500 ℃退火后开始发生回复,组织仍以冷轧变形后的纤维状组织为主,见图6(a),沿轧向分布,屈服强度与抗拉强度高,延伸率较低(表1中1#所示);当温度达到600 ℃,出现细小晶核,产品开始发生再结晶,变形组织消失,见图6(b),对应产品的屈服强度与抗拉强度相较500 ℃有显著降低,延伸率小幅升高(表1中2#所示);700 ℃后产品基本完成再结晶,形成等轴晶粒,见图6(c),对应产品性能接近正常超低碳产品区间,但延伸率不足(表1中3#所示);750 ℃时晶粒逐步长大,见图6(d),强度与延伸率均符合标准与用户使用要求(表1中4#所示)。试验结果表明,冷硬态产品退火主要经历回复、再结晶形核、晶粒长大三个阶段。为保证产品完成再结晶,并满足用户使用要求,超低碳冲压产品退火温度应高于700 ℃。
在连续退火过程中,钢带运行速度对产品抗拉强度有一定影响,退火炉加热温度一定时,钢带在炉区运行速度快,加热时间短,再结晶晶粒细小,可提高抗拉强度。图7为退火段钢带不同运行速度条件下,同规格产品在同一退火温度下的抗拉强度。当运行速度低于80 m/min时,抗拉强度小于270 MPa,低于产品标准要求,随着运行速度的增加,产品抗拉强度有一定提高,当速度大于120 m/min时,抗拉强度提高至290 MPa,因此在生产过程中,要求产线速度高于100 m/min。
超低碳钢经过退火工序后,完全消除加工硬化,但屈服强度较低,为得到良好的性能指标与表面质量,退火后需投入平整机,该工序压下率较小,是保证产品表面质量与粗糙度的关键工序。对于IF钢,由于C、N元素的“钉扎”作用很小,生产中很少能够得到“钉扎”曲线,屈服强度随平整机延伸率的增加而升高[5],但该参数对抗拉强度影响较小。表2为超低碳钢在退火后投入平整与不投入平整的性能对比。由表2可知,产品退火后,如不投入平整机,钢带屈服强度范围为118~120 MPa,抗拉强度范围为288~303 MPa;投入平整机后,屈服强度提高至152~159 MPa,该值增加约30~40 MPa,抗拉强度范围为291~295 MPa,与不投入平整机的检测数值基本一致。因此,平整工序主要影响钢带屈服强度,但对抗拉强度影响不明显。未经平整的超低碳产品屈服强度较低,不满足产品技术要求下限140 MPa,投入平整工序的钢带屈服强度较未投入平整工序前高约40 MPa,可满足产品技术指标要求。
(1)0.5~2.5 mm(代表全厚度)深冲产品的屈服强度均随碳含量的增加有提高趋势,且当钢带厚度增加,屈服强度随碳含量增加提高的更加显著。对于有变形需求的超低碳冲压产品,其碳含量应控制在0.004%以下,以保证全厚度钢带性能稳定,避免出现屈服强度显著升高的问题。
(2)钢带屈服强度随磷含量的增加而提高,当磷含量增加0.005个百分点,钢带屈服强度增加范围为3~5 MPa。
(3)超低碳冲压产品退火经历回复、再结晶形核、晶粒长大三个阶段,为保证产品完成再结晶,工业生产中退火温度应高于700 ℃。
(4)超低碳产品抗拉强度随退火段钢带运行速度的降低而降低,为保证产品抗拉强度符合标准要求,要求退火段钢带运行速度高于100 m/min。
(5)平整工序主要影响产品屈服强度,对抗拉强度影响不明显。未经平整的超低碳产品屈服强度低,难以满足产品技术要求下限,投入平整工序的产品屈服强度较未投入平整工序高约30~40 MPa,可满足产品技术指标要求。
