In this paper, the control strategy of U shaped cooling is researched and developed through controlling coiling temperatures at head and tail of hot rolling aiming at the problems that the fluctuation and differences of mechanical properties along the length direction of steel belt are too great caused by uneven heat dissipation of hot rolling process after coiling for deep drawing series products. As a result, the flexible setup of steel belt with different steel grades and thicknesses could be realized so that the mechanical properties along the length direction of cold rolled products are even and the drawability of products is guaranteed.

文章主要针对深冲钢系列产品热轧工序在卷取后因散热不均而造成的钢带长度方向力学性能波动、差异过大的问题,通过控制热轧头尾卷取温度研究和开发出U型冷却控制策略,可以实现不同钢种、不同厚度钢带灵活设定,使冷轧产品长度方向力学性能均匀,保证产品冲压性能。

In this paper, the control strategy of U shaped cooling is researched and developed through controlling coiling temperatures at head and tail of hot rolling aiming at the problems that the fluctuation and differences of mechanical properties along the length direction of steel belt are too great caused by uneven heat dissipation of hot rolling process after coiling for deep drawing series products. As a result, the flexible setup of steel belt with different steel grades and thicknesses could be realized so that the mechanical properties along the length direction of cold rolled products are even and the drawability of products is guaranteed.

热轧钢卷温度控制主要分为加热炉温度控制、粗轧温度控制、精轧温度控制和轧后冷却控制4种温度控制过程。而轧后冷却的目的是将钢带从精轧温度控制转变到轧后冷却控制,即从精轧终轧温度冷却到卷取温度[1]。通过大量的对深冲钢系列产品钢带头、中、尾部取样,分析了头、中、尾部钢带的金相组织,发现头、尾部钢带的晶粒度明显要比中间钢带的晶粒度细;分析了产品长度方向的力学性能同一钢卷产品头、尾部力学性能明显高于产品中部力学性能,这样会造成产品长度方向上性能不均,严重的还会导致产品冲压开裂[1]。为了改善和解决钢带卷取后因散热不均而导致的钢带长度方向力学性能不均的问题,研究并开发出热轧钢带U型冷却控制策略。
对于深冲钢系列产品的生产,需经过炼钢、热轧、酸轧、镀锌生产工序。收集了冷轧深冲系列产品在不使用U型冷却时,冷轧产品的头、中、尾部力学性能数据,对比了不同位置的力学性能和金相组织,发现钢带产品头、尾部屈服强度明显高于产品中部,产品长度方向上性能不均会造成冲压时批量出现开裂的现象,严重时会导致主机厂冲压生产线停产的事故。
产品长度方向力学性能波动的原因是钢卷在热轧工序产出的钢带在冷却过程中,钢卷内部钢带未接触到外部环境,从而造成了钢卷头、尾部与内部冷速不同,最终造成产品长度方向力学性能中屈服强度差异,并且受到室外气温的变化的影响,表现为季节变化时力学性能波动变大。热轧生产时采用的是常规的冷却模式,长度方向所有钢带均按照目标温度进行冷却。常规的冷却模式下的卷取温度曲线如图1所示。
图1常规的冷却模式卷取温度曲线中可以看出,钢带的头、尾部温度曲线按照目标值冷却。使用常规冷却方式所生产的连退产品,产品头、中、尾部的屈服强度数据如图2所示。

卷取温度的均匀性对质量稳定有很大的影响。在常规的目标值冷却模式下,卷取温度的控制通常采用等温卷取的方式,全长在同一个目标温度范围内波动。部分层流冷却模型主要考虑冷却水与钢带表面以对流换热形式的热量传递,不考虑钢带内部沿厚度方向的热传导[2]。卷取后热轧钢卷放在成品库内,由于外圈和内圈钢带接触外界空气,导致整个热卷的冷却速度的不同,一般是外圈和内圈钢带冷却速度大于内层钢带冷却速度。因此,热轧生产时可以针对性的提高头、尾部卷取目标温度,以缓解冷却不均造成的性能差异。
由于热轧备料厚度不同,在库内存放时的热损失率不同,识别了不同厚度产品的热轧备料厚度,摸索出了不同厚度产品的头尾使用新型冷却区域的长度和温度。按照厚度组距,划分了不同厚度组距的钢带补偿长度、温度,表1为不同厚度钢带补偿数据。
通过长度方向力学性能数据分析以及技术识别,在工艺层面上掌握了不同厚度组距的钢带补偿长度、温度。在实际的热轧钢带轧制过程中,钢带头部进入精轧机时,冷却温度控制模型将钢带在长度方向按照等距分成若干个被控单元[3],结合U型冷却参数和该钢种的热交换系数对每个被控单元的水量进行计算[2],当钢带进入层冷后,通过层冷辊道速度计算得到钢带头部位置,按照模型计算的各个被控单元的水量对冷却水阀进行控制。冷却过程结束以后,冷却模型将收集到的实测温度数据和水阀开关的数量进行回归计算,进而得到自学习结果,对下一块产生影响,使U型冷却控制精度不断提高。实现不同厚度组距的钢带补偿长度、温度的工艺要求,需要建立二级数据模块,根据U型冷却的具体要求,对钢带U型冷却参数模型设置,钢带U型冷却参数模型见图5图5$\mathrm{\Delta }{T}_{\mathrm{H}}$表示钢带头部补偿温度; LH1表示钢带头部长度; LH2示钢带头部过渡长度, LT1表示钢带尾部长度; LT2表示钢带尾部过渡长度。
完成了技术工艺条件的识别和二级系统的构建后,建立了热轧U型冷却控制模型,连续跟踪了部分钢卷的热轧生产温度执行情况和连退产品性能情况。优化后的热轧卷取温度执行情况符合工艺要求,连退产品长度方向力学性能波动减小,减少了切损量,简化了产品剪切操作,提高了生产稳定性。采用U型冷却模式的温度曲线如图6所示,使用U型冷却模式后的产品屈服强度对比如图7所示。
(1)通过对卷取温度二级模型的合理设定,达到了卷取温度热头、热尾模式,实现了深冲钢产品热轧工序的U型冷却工艺。
(2)在热轧工序生产深冲系列产品时,冷却模式使用U型冷却,消除了冷轧产品长度方向力学性能的差异,整卷钢带的力学性能波动减小。
