The circle shear is one of the key equipment in production of cold rolling strip, which is mainly used for cutting to length and trimming of strip. In the paper, the structure and principle of equipment for trimming operation of cold rolling strip is analyzed as well as the relation among use and calibration of shear edge for circle shear, process parameter adjustment and quality of trimming is analyzed and improved by taking the circle shear of cold-rolled steel pickling crew in Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Rare Earth Steel Plate Co., Ltd. as research object so that the stability of circle shear is improved, probability of trimming defect is reduced and quality of trimming for finished strip steel is improved effectively.

圆盘剪是冷轧板带生产中的关键设备之一,主要用于对板带的定尺裁边。文章以包钢稀土钢板材公司冷轧酸轧机组圆盘剪为研究对象,对冷轧板带切边作业的设备结构和原理进行分析,对圆盘剪剪刃使用及标定、工艺参数调整与切边质量的关系进行分析和改进,提高了圆盘剪工作的稳定性,降低了切边缺陷发生的概率,有效地改善了成品带钢的切边质量。

The circle shear is one of the key equipment in production of cold rolling strip, which is mainly used for cutting to length and trimming of strip. In the paper, the structure and principle of equipment for trimming operation of cold rolling strip is analyzed as well as the relation among use and calibration of shear edge for circle shear, process parameter adjustment and quality of trimming is analyzed and improved by taking the circle shear of cold-rolled steel pickling crew in Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Rare Earth Steel Plate Co., Ltd. as research object so that the stability of circle shear is improved, probability of trimming defect is reduced and quality of trimming for finished strip steel is improved effectively.

为使产品宽度能够满足客户要求,消除边部缺陷并提高边部质量,必须对冷轧板带边部进行切边。酸连轧机组的圆盘剪位于轧机前,其切边质量的好坏不仅影响到产品的质量,也间接影响到轧机的生产顺行与机组产量。
包钢2 030 mm冷轧酸轧机组配备的圆盘剪全称为无驱动转塔式圆盘剪,具有切边精度高、质量好等特点。钢带在张力辊的张力牵引下进入圆盘剪的上下剪刃剪切,剪刃随着钢带的运动而做圆周运动,对钢带边部进行剪切。转塔式圆盘剪设有两套剪刃,可以在生产同时,离线更换另一套剪刃,保证生产线连续运行。
圆盘剪是由上下两片垂直于轴套且错位安装的圆形刀片组合而成。在剪切的过程当中,钢带受到上下剪刃的作用,挤压使得钢带压缩弯曲,随着剪切的继续,其内部的应力增加,当达到其屈服点时,晶界开始滑移,伴随剪切的继续,剪切的钢带边部由于内应力的持续增加导致边部产生裂纹,裂纹逐步扩大,在上下剪刃的作用下将废料从钢带上脱离,并随着钢带运动将废料切下,完成剪切过程。
在剪刃剪切开始前钢带产生塑性变形,形成一个圆弧区,随着剪刃的运动剪刃压入钢带进行剪切,形成一个较光滑的剪切面,其宽度约占钢带厚度的1/5~1/3,在剪切过程中随着裂纹的迁移在钢带剩余部分产生了比较粗糙的撕断面,且在剪切面和断裂面中间及钢带下表面被挤出部分毛刺,如图1所示。
圆盘剪的剪切参数主要有间隙量和重叠量两个指标,通过调整两个指标,对剪切参数进行优化,并配合剪切速度、剪刃安装精度等参数,实现最佳的边部剪切效果。剪刃间隙量与重叠量关系如图2所示[1]
若圆盘剪间隙调整不佳,不但会缩短圆盘剪剪刃的使用寿命,而且会影响钢带边缘的质量,见图3。间隙的大小与圆盘剪剪刃尺寸精度、压环尺寸、是否存在异物卡在剪刃与剪轴决定。剪刃和圆盘剪轴位置存在间隙可导致上下剪刃一侧间隙变大,另一侧的侧间隙变小。当圆盘剪间隙过小时,会增加剪刃磨损,同时剪切面增加,剪切面不光滑。当圆盘剪间隙过大时,导致带钢剪切不断,同时剪切面减少,撕裂面增加,撕裂面凹凸不平。当间隙调整偏离标准值过大会加重剪刃的使用负荷,降低剪刃的使用寿命,严重时将导致圆盘剪剪刃崩刃。正常情况下,间隙量一般设置为带材厚度的7%~10%[2]
重叠量主要影响带钢能否顺利咬入上下剪刃。当重叠量过小时,钢带边部剪切弯曲,且废料条不易切断,导致无法切断的废料卡在钢带下面或者废料在溜槽堆钢。当重叠量过大时,增加剪刃的磨损,带钢无法剪切或带边从废边引导槽上方窜出[3]
剪切后钢带边部由剪切面和撕断面组成,在剪切面和撕断面之间存在一明显的分界线,良好的剪切直接影响分界线的好坏,从而影响到剪切面和撕断面的比列。根据钢种的不同剪切面和撕断面的分界线约占带钢厚度的1/5~1/3,剪切面与撕断面分界线应连续光滑、平直无缺口,且无过多过大的毛刺。若出现剪切面和撕断面超出此范围,可通过降低剪刃间隙,加大重叠量,使中线上移解决。在实际的剪切过程中可优先选用调整间隙,效果会更加直观。在深冲钢系列生产过程当中,可选择直径较大且磨削次数少、硬度高的剪刃,保证剪切面光滑,剪切效果更好。
通常撕断面与剪切面在同一横断面上基本平齐。当出现撕断面深浅不一,甚至出现凸起,高出剪断面时,可降低剪刃间隙,提高切边速度,在高速下保持稳定切边。若仍无法有效解决,可将剪刃翻面或更换剪刃。
决定碳素钢强度的主要因素是含碳量。在低合金高强钢中除碳元素以外,其他合金元素对钢材的强度也起着决定性的作用。所以在生产不同成分的钢种时通过计算其碳当量,来决定切边参数的调整。如碳当量过高时,其剪刃的间隙量较普钢要有所增加,深冲钢则相反。
碳当量Ceq值可按以下公式计算:

碳当量不同,同规格的剪刃间隙量和重叠量相差甚大。
在生产过程中随着剪刃的自然磨损及摩擦生热,根据轧后的带钢边部形貌,对剪刃的间隙需要不断地进行调整。为保证剪刃间隙量基础值稳定,需在更换剪刃时不断的进行测量及修正,通过多次测量和校验,找出最佳的剪刃间隙量基础值,进行标零设定,进而减少测量误差影响。通过制定标准化作业指导书,细化标零步骤,减少人为干预。在标零过程中保证剪刃重叠量和间隙量误差在0.05~0.10 mm范围内。为保证间隙量和重叠量在此范围内对剪刃的平直度和圆度均有要求。
如在生产深冲钢等质地较软的钢时可选用硬度大一些的剪刃利于剪切,生产强度大的钢带时可选用硬度小一些的剪刃避免崩刃。在更换剪刃时将轴套、剪刃、压环间的碎屑及异物清理干净再进行更换,保证剪刃拆解和装配的质量;在磨削剪刃时,按照“少进给量多道次”的原则进行磨削,并在磨削后对剪刃不同位置进行硬度测试,对硬度异常点进行探伤,保证磨削质量,制定合理单次磨削量。
通过对圆盘剪剪切理论的研究及轧后质量的反馈,间隙量及重叠量的调整是影响圆盘剪剪切后冷轧板带边部质量的主要因素,且在调整时需要考虑钢带化学成分带来的影响。剪刃磨削、更换、及标定等对切边效果也有一定的作用。通过对切边缺陷分析,制定对策,可减少圆盘剪切边工作时的故障率,提高切边生产稳定性,提高切边质量。
