In this paper, the chemical composition and annealing process of galvanizing process for hot-dip galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet DCJD2+Z for household appliances are designed. The effects of different annealing temperatures on the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of steel strip DCJD2+Z are studied with such analysis methods as optical microscope and universal tensile testing machine as well as the process of DCJD2+Z products is determined combining with the using status of users. When the galvannealing temperature is 810~840 ℃ and elongation of temper mill is 0.6%~1.2%, the mechanical properties and formability are good to meet user requirements.

文章对家电用热镀锌耐指纹板DCJD2+Z产品化学成分、镀锌工序退火工艺进行设计,利用光学显微镜、万能拉伸试验机等分析手段,研究了不同退火温度对DCJD2+Z钢带金相显微组织及力学性能的影响,同时结合用户使用情况,确定了DCJD2+Z产品的工艺,镀锌退火温度810~840 ℃,平整机延伸率0.6%~1.2%,可得到良好的力学性能及成形性能,满足用户的使用要求。

In this paper, the chemical composition and annealing process of galvanizing process for hot-dip galvanized fingerprint resistant sheet DCJD2+Z for household appliances are designed. The effects of different annealing temperatures on the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of steel strip DCJD2+Z are studied with such analysis methods as optical microscope and universal tensile testing machine as well as the process of DCJD2+Z products is determined combining with the using status of users. When the galvannealing temperature is 810~840 ℃ and elongation of temper mill is 0.6%~1.2%, the mechanical properties and formability are good to meet user requirements.

随着社会经济的发展,我国已成为全球最大的家用电器制造基地,同时也是家电行业的出口大国,家电产品远销世界各地。随着现代工业技术的不断发展,节约能源和保护环境己经成为了全社会共同关注的问题,无铬耐指纹钝化镀锌产品越来越受到各个行业的关注。汽车、家电行业是我国重点支柱产业,随着其产品档次的不断提升,对镀锌板的需求量不断增加,这些产品在家电行业已得到广泛应用,如用于电器外板、电脑机箱、通讯产品、消费类电子产品等,同时随着欧盟RoHS指令《关于在电子和电气设备中禁止使用某些有害物质指令》的实施,国际上对环保健康要求的提高,开发出无铅、无镉、无汞、无六价铬行业所需的无公害环境友好型镀锌钢板是包钢所面临的新课题[1-2]
液晶屏背板用钢DCJD2+Z对材料有着较高的质量要求,必须具备良好的耐腐蚀性、耐湿热性、耐指纹性、涂装性、润滑性、尺寸稳定性、导电性和优异的冷加工成形等性能。为了保证这些性能要求,背板用钢的冶金质量必须保证其严格的化学成分控制及化学成分均匀性,特别高的纯净度,极低的氧含量和残余元素含量,严格的组织均匀性,严格的表面质量控制等。开发高档次背板用镀锌无铬耐指纹钢带,可以为包钢背板用钢打开市场,提高品牌效应。
化学成分设计采用超低碳的设计思路。一般碳含量在0.005%以下,同时加入强碳氮化物形成元素钛,使其与少量残留的碳、氮间隙原子结合,形成碳化物、氮化物或碳氮化合物从铁素体基体中析出,化学成分如表1所示。
镀锌退火工艺参数见表2。生产工艺流程为高炉铁水→KR脱硫→转炉冶炼→RH精炼→板坯连铸→板坯加热→粗轧→精轧→层流冷却→卷取→钢卷下送→酸轧→热镀锌→光整→钝化→卷取→包装。
辊涂机工艺参数对耐指纹膜厚度及性能影响极为重要,根据带钢速度合理控制辊涂机速度比值、辊涂机的压力等参数尤为重要[3-4],试验钢辊涂机工艺参数控制如表3所示。
试验钢1#、2#分别取4块试样进行静态室温拉伸,试样采用横向拉伸,试样宽度 b 0=25 mm,标距50 mm,具体力学性能检测结果如表4所示。从表4中可以看出,试样1#屈服强度分布在146~158 MPa之间,平均屈服强度151 MPa;抗拉强度分布在283~294 MPa之间,平均抗拉强度290 MPa;延伸率分布在54%~56%之间,平均延伸率55%;r值分布在2.45~2.70,均值2.60;n值分布在0.24~0.25,均值0.24。试样2#屈服强度分布在161~170 MPa之间,平均屈服强度167 MPa;抗拉强度分布在289~300 MPa之间,平均抗拉强度296 MPa;延伸率分布在52%~53%之间,平均延伸率52.5%;r值分布在2.30~2.50,均值2.40;n值分布0.22~0.23,均值0.22。综合分析试样1#和试样2#性能,试样1#屈服强度低16 MPa左右,延伸率高约2.5个百分点。通过提高镀锌退火温度,成品的屈服强度呈下降趋势,伸长率呈升高趋势。
试样1#和试样2#抛光后显微镜下观察,基体上未见明显A类(硫化物类)、B类(氧化铝类)、C类(硅酸盐类)夹杂物,其中D类(球状氧化物类)为0.5级,满足设计要求。见图1
两种工艺试样1#和试样2#的金相组织如图2所示。试样1#和试样2#金相组织均为等轴铁素体,试样1#晶粒度为7级,试样2#晶粒度7.5级。试样1#平均晶粒尺寸36 μm,试样2#平均晶粒尺寸31 μm,主要是因为随着退火温度的升高,再结晶更加的充分,{111}晶面的晶粒得到充分的长大,有利于r值的提高,提高深冲性能。
用户将两种工艺的钢卷进行试用,用户检测和试用结果如表5所示,带钢表面粗糙度、厚度偏差、表面质量、表面电阻、耐腐蚀性能、动摩擦系数、涂装性等指标均符合用户要求,但1#试验钢带用户使用开裂率为0.2%,2#试验钢带用户使用开裂率为2%,因此1#试验钢带可满足用户的使用要求。表5为液晶显示器背板用钢DCJD2+Z检验结果。
(1)深冲钢DCJD2+Z采用超低碳设计,退火温度810~840 ℃,平整机延伸率0.6%~1.2%,生产产品力学性能、带钢表面粗糙度、厚度偏差、表面质量、表面电阻、耐腐蚀性能、动摩擦系数、涂装性等指标均可以满足用户的使用要求。
(2)随着退火温度的升高,DCJD2+Z晶粒尺寸随之增大,显微组织呈等轴状铁素体。
