The sample is dissolved by acid, residue is precipitated and filtered, the mixed flux of anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid is melted as well as it is mixed with acid dissolving test solution and the constant volume process is carried out. The contents of Si, Mn, P, Al and Cu in ferrotitanium are determined with the ICP-AES, the analytical spectral lines of elements to be determined and working parameters of instrument are optimized with this method as well as the disturbing effects of matrix elements Ti and Fe are investigated. The disturbing effects are eliminated with the mode of matrix matching and detection limit of the method is 0.000 3%~0.002 7%. The standard samples are determined with this method as well as measured values are consistent with certified values of all compositions, relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) is 0.85%~9.03%, which could meet the analysis requirements of ferrotitanium.

采用酸溶解试样,残渣经沉淀过滤、无水碳酸钠和硼酸的混合熔剂熔融处理后,与酸溶解试液混合、定容。利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钛铁中硅、锰、磷、铝和铜的含量,该方法优选了待测元素分析谱线、仪器工作参数,考察了基体元素钛和铁的干扰影响。采用基体匹配的方式消除干扰的影响,方法检出限为0.000 3%~0.002 7%。用本方法对标准样品进行测定,各成分的测定值与认定值吻合,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.85%~9.03%,满足钛铁分析要求。

The sample is dissolved by acid, residue is precipitated and filtered, the mixed flux of anhydrous sodium carbonate and boric acid is melted as well as it is mixed with acid dissolving test solution and the constant volume process is carried out. The contents of Si, Mn, P, Al and Cu in ferrotitanium are determined with the ICP-AES, the analytical spectral lines of elements to be determined and working parameters of instrument are optimized with this method as well as the disturbing effects of matrix elements Ti and Fe are investigated. The disturbing effects are eliminated with the mode of matrix matching and detection limit of the method is 0.000 3%~0.002 7%. The standard samples are determined with this method as well as measured values are consistent with certified values of all compositions, relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) is 0.85%~9.03%, which could meet the analysis requirements of ferrotitanium.

钛铁作为钢铁生产的冶炼原料,按照产品标准规定,需要对常规元素及微量杂质元素提供准确的成分含量,以便对炼钢生产提供指导,同时为公司入厂原料验收提供依据。
按照传统钛铁合金元素的检测方法,常用的检测分析方法多为经典的湿法化学分析方法,如重量法[1]、光度法[2-3]、滴定法[4]等。不仅分析流程较长,处理分析干扰手段繁复,需要的试剂药品品种多、用量大,不能满足目前分析时限的需求[5]。用电感耦合等离子体光谱法分析钛铁中的微量杂质元素,具有多元素同时分析、检测时限短、操作简单、分析结果重现性好的特点,为此可以利用现有的仪器设备,研发新的仪器分析方法替代传统湿法化学分析合金元素的检测方法,达到提高检测效率、降低分析成本、减少环境污染的目的,同时可满足现场生产各种优质钢、合金钢的需求。
Icap型电感耦合等离子光谱仪(美国Thermo Fisher公司)。固体检测器(CID),波长范围166~847 nm,仪器工作参数见表1
硅、锰、磷、铝、铜单元素标准溶液储备液,1 000 μg/mL;盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、无水碳酸钠均为优级纯;硼酸为分析纯;实验室用水为二级纯水。
混合熔剂:由质量比为2∶1的无水碳酸钠、硼酸配制而成;混合酸:由体积比为3∶1∶4的盐酸、硝酸、水配制而成。
称取0.200 0 g试样置于150 mL烧杯中,加30 mL混合酸,盖上表面皿,在低温电热板溶解20 min左右。待大部分试样溶解后,取下冷却,用中速定量滤纸过滤于200 mL容量瓶中,用二次水洗净烧杯和滤纸,将滤纸和沉淀一起放置在铂金坩埚中,在低温下将滤纸灰化后,置于950 ℃马弗炉中灼烧0.5 h,取出冷却至室温。加1.0 g混合熔剂混匀,置于950 ℃马弗炉中灼烧熔融10 min,取出冷却,用40 mL盐酸(1+2)浸取坩埚,与母液合并,用水稀释至刻度,摇匀备用。随同试样做试剂空白。
常用的样品分解方法有酸溶法、碱熔法等。本试验钛铁试样的称样量,分别使用盐酸、硝酸、盐酸—硝酸体系、盐酸—硫酸体系等进行样品的分解试验。结果发现,使用单纯的酸体系不能完全分解试样,通过盐酸—硝酸体系对样品进行初步的分解,经过滤洗涤沉淀,加1.0 g混合熔剂于950 ℃马弗炉中灼烧熔融沉淀10 min,可完全分解试样。
具体的试验方案为:称取0.200 0 g钛铁试样,加30 mL混合酸进行低温溶解20 min,过滤沉淀,加1.0 g混合熔剂于950 ℃马弗炉中灼烧熔融沉淀10 min,用40 mL盐酸(1+2)提取坩埚,与母液合并定容于200 mL容量瓶中作为待测试液。
为了考察基体钛和基体铁对待测元素的影响,分别配制以下溶液进行基体干扰试验。待测元素相当于样品中的质量分别为3.0 mg Si、1.0 mg Mn、0.05 mg P、5.0 mg Al、0.3 mg Cu的标准溶液定容于100 mL容量瓶中;再分别进行基体的匹配,以0.100 0 g试样量进行计算,具体基体钛含量分别配制为0、25%、50%、75%;基体铁含量分别配制为0、20%、40%、60%。
分别测定不同钛基体和铁基体的标准溶液的强度,具体结果见表2表3
表2表3可以看出,不同Ti和Fe含量对各元素强度有一定的影响,但是增加或者降低变化率均小于5%,因此,Ti和Fe对各元素测定的影响可以忽略。
在ICP-AES分析过程中,由于有些元素分析波长相近,所以常出现不同元素分析线之间的干扰或彼此重叠,选择合适的分析谱线对于元素检测的准确度有直接影响。一般选择分析线不仅要考虑到背景强度、分析元素浓度,还要考虑信噪比等因素,同时也要考虑谱线是否存在干扰。
选择不同浓度的标准溶液进行谱线的选择试验,选择附近无干扰谱线,在固定的仪器参数条件下进行测定,通过综合考虑待测元素的含量浓度、背景浓度、被测元素的强度及信噪比等因素,待测元素Si的谱线选择波长251.611 nm、P的谱线选择波长178.284 nm/177.495 nm、Mn的谱线选择波长257.610 nm、Al的谱线选择波长394.401 nm、Cu的谱线选择波长324.754 nm。
准备7个100 mL容量瓶,按照表4所列加入所需的标准溶液,再分别加入5 mL盐酸、0.5 g混合熔剂,用水稀释至刻度,摇匀,作为绘制校准曲线的标准溶液系列S0—S6
将配制的系列标准溶液,按照仪器设定的工作条件进行测定,以待测元素的质量分数为横坐标,对应的发射强度作为纵坐标,绘制校准曲线。绘制校准曲线的结果显示,各元素校准曲线的相关系数均优于0.999。
同时在最佳仪器工作条件下,对空白溶液进行11次测定,以其标准偏差的3倍作为检出限,10倍的标准偏差为定量限,具体结果见表5
选择编号为ZBT 382、YSBC 19605-05的钛铁标准样品,按照试验方法进行样品处理后,在选定的仪器最佳工作条件下进行精密度测定(n=11),根据校准曲线计算各元素含量,结果见表6。从表6可以看出,按照试验方法平行测量11次,所测定结果的相对标准偏差均符合要求。
选择钛铁标准样品,按照试验方法进行样品处理后,在选定的仪器最佳工作条件下进行准确度试验,根据校准工作曲线计算各元素含量,结果见表7。从准确度结果可以看出,本方法的测定结果与标准物质的参考值比较,极差均在允许差范围内,准确度较好。
通过试验建立了ICP-AES测定钛中硅、锰、磷、铝、铜元素含量的检测方法,对标准溶液的配置、校准曲线绘制、基体干扰的试验及试样分解进行了研究,精密度、准确定满足要求。目前该方法已应用于现场实际检测。
