In this paper, the cold rolling process of high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel 27QG090 is explored and studied with the cold rolling testing system of pilot scale test platform as well as the microstructure and macroscopic XRD texture of samples after cold rolling in laboratory are analyzed with the Zeiss microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The study results showed that its microstructure after cold rolling with different reduction ratios was fibrous that elongates along the rolling direction and shear bands in the uneven deformation zone could be observed. Its texture after cold rolling in laboratory was mainly the α texture and a little {001}<110> rotated cubic texture as well as cold rolling specifications preferred 0.27 mm and 0.23 mm. The macro texture of cold rolled sheet for industrial trial production consists of α texture and a small amount of rotated cubic textures, which mainly concentrates in {114}<110> and {115}<110> textures so that the microstructure and texture are consistent with those of cold rolling in laboratory.

In this paper, the cold rolling process of high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel 27QG090 is explored and studied with the cold rolling testing system of pilot scale test platform as well as the microstructure and macroscopic XRD texture of samples after cold rolling in laboratory are analyzed with the Zeiss microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The study results showed that its microstructure after cold rolling with different reduction ratios was fibrous that elongates along the rolling direction and shear bands in the uneven deformation zone could be observed. Its texture after cold rolling in laboratory was mainly the α texture and a little {001}<110> rotated cubic texture as well as cold rolling specifications preferred 0.27 mm and 0.23 mm. The macro texture of cold rolled sheet for industrial trial production consists of α texture and a small amount of rotated cubic textures, which mainly concentrates in {114}<110> and {115}<110> textures so that the microstructure and texture are consistent with those of cold rolling in laboratory.

低温高磁感取向硅钢冷轧采用一次冷轧法[1]。热轧板常化酸洗后应尽快冷轧,如果停留时间长,钢中固溶碳和氮析出形成不稳定第二相,使冷轧时碳和氮钉扎位错作用减弱,退火后再析出的AlN尺寸增大,磁性降低[2]。随着压下率增加,初次晶粒尺寸减小,二次再结晶晶粒尺寸、二次再结晶温度增高。当压下率不小于80%时,二次晶粒尺寸变化不大,而初次晶粒尺寸继续减小。压下率大于90%时,初次晶粒尺寸虽然更小,但以后加热可发生反常长大,二次再结晶组织中小晶粒增多,二次再结晶不完全,磁性降低。压下率大于94%冷轧时,初次再结晶后{111}和{110}组分太少,不能发生二次再结晶[3]
采用大压下率冷轧可抑制退火时初次晶粒长大。大压下率冷轧形成更多的{111}<112>变形带,两个变形带之间为高储能的过渡带,它们由{110}<001>亚晶粒组成,退火时通过亚晶粒聚集形成位向更加准确的{110}<001>二次晶核[4]
为研究高磁感取向硅钢27QG090生产工艺,采用中试试验平台开展冶炼、热轧及冷轧实验室工艺研究。本文在实验室开展高磁感取向硅钢27QG090冷轧过程研究,探究冷轧后高磁感取向硅钢27QG090取向硅钢的显微组织和宏观织构,为实际工业生产应用奠定理论和实践基础。
试验材料为现场试制的高磁感取向硅钢27QG090热轧原料,经过常化处理后,截取试样板尺寸为2.3 mm(厚度)×180 mm(横向)×600 mm(纵向)。材料主要化学成分如表1所示。
采用中试试验平台4辊450 mm冷轧机进行轧制,在金相室利用不同型号的砂纸对检测试样表面进行打磨,在抛光机上进行物理抛光,腐蚀液选用4%的硝酸酒精溶液。利用蔡司显微镜进行金相组织观察,X射线衍射仪进行织构检测。
热轧板厚度为2.3 mm,高碳、高硅造成高磁感取向硅钢(HiB钢)具有高的变形抗力,这样就增加了对轧机的要求,根据实验室轧机轧制能力,设定总压下率在84.8%~90.0%之间,冷轧后的厚度分别为0.35 mm、0.27 mm和0.23 mm。冷轧工艺设计见表2
采用蔡司显微镜观察一次冷轧后高磁感取向硅钢27QG090的显微组织如图1所示。
HiB钢的碳含量较高,使热轧板中存在大片由奥氏体转变来的含渗碳体或珠光体的组织区域,造成了基体成分的不均匀。由图1可以观察到,不同压下率时,HiB钢常化板一次冷轧后组织为沿轧向伸长的纤维状组织,很难清楚地逐一识别晶粒及晶界,能够看到不均匀变形区的剪切带,这也是再结晶优先形核的地点[5]。根据相关研究[6-7],减薄硅钢厚度,冷轧压下量增大,再结晶驱动力增加,导致形核率升高,再结晶晶粒尺寸减小,磁畴尺寸也会减小,涡流损耗减小,从而降低铁损,所以高磁感取向硅钢厚度大多选用0.27 mm和0.23 mm,甚至更薄。
对高磁感取向硅钢27QG090实验室冷轧板进行宏观织构检测,如图2所示。冷轧织构主要集中在α织构上半部分,即{114}<110>、{115}<110>织构,以及少量{001}<110>旋转立方织构。旋转立方织构是由α织构因轧制剪切作用偏转了25°而得到的。初始立方取向晶粒在中等压下量(约67%)时具有最强的遗传性,而本文采用的大压下量导致形成了图2中所示的25°旋转立方织构。冷轧后宏观织构取向分布集中,沿轧向层状分布。
另外,由于HiB钢一次冷轧压下率过大,冷轧板无法形成{111}<112>织构,增强{111}<112>织构有利于在二次再结晶加热中获得强而锋锐的高斯织构。本文冷轧织构在脱碳退火后α织构会有所减弱,并会形成一部分α*织构,在高温退火阶段的升温过程中,α织构和α*织构会转向{111}<112>织构,从而得到强的{111}<112>织构,在高温保温阶段,高斯织构会吞噬{111}<112>织构,从而形成强而锋锐的高斯织构。
高磁感取向硅钢27QG090工业试制采用一次冷轧法,从热轧厚度2.3 mm冷轧至0.27 mm,总压下率为88.3%。
图3所示,工业试制一次冷轧后的组织为沿轧向伸长的纤维状组织,观察不到明显晶界,与实验室冷轧组织一致。
高磁感取向硅钢27QG090工业试制冷轧板宏观织构如图4所示,为α织构和少量的旋转立方织构,主要集中在{114}<110>、{115}<110>织构,与实验室冷轧织构一致。
工业试制的高磁感取向硅钢27QG090冷轧宏观织构与中试平台条件下完成的冷轧宏观织构的区别在于α织构分布更为集中,造成这种现象的主要原因是工业生产线采用的是20辊森吉米尔轧机,轧制力更强,能够使用较少的道次完成冷轧。
(1)不同压下率冷轧后高磁感取向硅钢27QG090显微组织为沿轧向伸长的纤维状组织,很难清楚地逐一识别晶粒及晶界,能够看到不均匀变形区的剪切带。减薄冷轧厚度,可以降低铁损,所以优先选用0.27 mm和0.23 mm。
(2)高磁感取向硅钢27QG090实验室冷轧织构主要为α织构和少量{001}<110>旋转立方织构。
(3)高磁感取向硅钢27QG090工业试制冷轧板厚度选用0.27 mm,宏观织构为α织构和少量的旋转立方织构,主要集中在{114}<110>、{115}<110>织构,显微组织和织构均与实验室冷轧显微组织和织构一致。
