In this article, the effects of key hot rolling process parameters on the properties of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel for home appliances are studied combining with production practices. The analysis on the texture, me-tallographic structure and mechanical properties of test steel at finishing rolling temperatures of 880 ℃ and 915 ℃ as well as coiling temperatures of 680 ℃ and 710 ℃ separately are carried out. The study results revealed the correlation between different hot rolling process parameters and texture, metallographic structure as well as mechanical properties of finished product of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel for home appliances, which could be as the reference for improving the properties of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel products through establishing reasonable hot rolling process.

文章结合生产实践,研究了热轧关键工艺参数对家电用热镀锌超深冲IF钢性能的影响,分别开展了880 ℃和915 ℃两种精轧终轧温度、680 ℃和710 ℃两种卷取温度下试验钢的织构、金相组织及力学性能分析。研究结果揭示了不同热轧工艺参数与家电用热镀锌超深冲IF钢成品织构、金相组织及力学性能的相关性,为通过制定合理的热轧工艺来提高热镀锌超深冲IF钢产品性能提供了参考。

In this article, the effects of key hot rolling process parameters on the properties of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel for home appliances are studied combining with production practices. The analysis on the texture, me-tallographic structure and mechanical properties of test steel at finishing rolling temperatures of 880 ℃ and 915 ℃ as well as coiling temperatures of 680 ℃ and 710 ℃ separately are carried out. The study results revealed the correlation between different hot rolling process parameters and texture, metallographic structure as well as mechanical properties of finished product of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel for home appliances, which could be as the reference for improving the properties of hot dip galvanized extra deep drawing IF steel products through establishing reasonable hot rolling process.

随着居民生活水平的持续提高,我国家电保有量持续增加。从家电产品的需求来看,消费者更加倾向于购买高端、新型、智能、绿色的家电产品。以电视机为例,以外观新颖、大尺寸、轻量化为特征的高端大屏电视机持续“走俏”,追求大尺寸、复杂变形已成为电视机生产制造的“风向标”。
由于家用电器结构及成形条件越来越复杂,这就要求用于冲压成形工艺的母材具有优异的性能。以大尺寸电视机背板用材需求变化为切入点,系统研究了热镀锌超深冲IF钢从炼钢到热轧直至冷轧镀锌的全流程各工序关键工艺参数对产品性能的影响,本文仅就其中的热轧工序关键工艺参数对产成品力学性能的影响进行分析。设计的家电用热镀锌超深冲钢带采用Ti-IF钢成分设计,研究不同热轧工艺参数与成品织构、金相组织及力学性能的相关性,最终通过合理的工艺参数设计保证产品满足不同用户的个性化需求,切实提高了企业的品牌效应。
IF钢也称无间隙原子钢,是一种具有低屈服点和屈强比、高伸长率、高塑性应变比和高加工硬化指数的深冲用钢材。正是源于其优良的深冲性能,使得IF钢成为制造复杂形状汽车零件和家电外壳的理想材料,IF钢的控制水平通常被视为衡量钢铁企业汽车及家电用钢生产能力的重要标志。各家钢企通过优化生产工艺,如采用二次精炼法和控制碳、氮含量等方式生产高质量IF钢。首先,在炼钢过程中要尽量降低碳和氮的质量分数,碳、氮含量越低,固溶的碳、氮就越少,越有利于{111}织构的形成;其次,加入强碳氮化物形成元素Ti,使其形成碳化物、氮化物或碳氮化合物从铁素体基体中析出。碳、氮原子被固定后,钢的基体中不存在间隙原子,所以,IF钢具有显著的无时效特性[1-2]。此外,要将钢中有害元素如硅、磷、硫等尽量控制在较低的水平,保证钢质纯净,这也是IF钢获得良好成形性能的重要因素。包钢热镀锌超深冲IF钢成分设计见表1
KR脱硫→转炉冶炼→LF精炼→RH精炼→板坯连铸→2 250 mm机组热连轧→2 030 mm机组酸轧→1 880 mm机组连续热镀锌。
试验钢卷的热轧工艺参数及镀锌工艺参数如表2表3所示。
为保证试验钢的使用稳定性,产品力学性能控制严于标准,以满足用户大变形量的冲压。力学性能要求见表4
1#和2#试验钢精轧终轧目标温度分别设定880 ℃、915 ℃,控制曲线如图1
热轧带钢金相组织如图2图3所示。从金相照片中可以看出,精轧终轧温度为880 ℃时,热轧带钢金相组织出现明显的混晶现象,主要是因为精轧终轧温度低于Ar3转变温度,带钢进入两相区轧制,当带钢在铁素体相区轧制,动态变形条件下铁素体晶粒的变形程度不均匀,出现混晶。915 ℃精轧终轧温度下热轧带钢金相组织为等轴铁素体,且金相组织均匀。
镀锌退火后1#试样金相组织为等轴铁素体,如图4所示。从组织可以看出晶粒大小不均,仍存在混晶现象,说明该热轧混晶组织可遗传至成品,无法通过后工序退火消除。混晶严重影响冲压成形性能,在混晶区进行变形,屈服强度低的粗大晶粒首先发生屈服现象,此时细小晶粒并未开始屈服,这时位错滑移到混晶区的晶界时会受到阻碍,不协调变形,加剧应力集中,增加了冲压过程中的开裂风险。2#试样金相组织较为均匀,组织为等轴铁素体,如图5所示。
不同精轧终轧温度对应的镀锌成品力学性能检测值见表5
表5可见,1#试样力学性能屈服强度较2#试样高11 MPa,抗拉强度高4 MPa,伸长率低6个百分点,n值低0.5,r值低0.01。从力学性能结果同样可以看出,相比880 ℃的精轧终轧温度,将精轧终轧温度设定为915 ℃时,产品的性能指标更优,其在相同冲压工艺下的成形表现也会更优。
IF钢的深冲性能是由织构的类型及含量决定的,{111}<uvw>取向的织构是最优的,又叫做{111}//ND的γ纤维织构,此类型织构数量越多,成品的r值越高,材料成形性能越好[3-4]。卷取温度的高低对IF钢TiC粒子的析出影响较大,不同卷取温度与成品的r值有很大的关联性,{111}织构有利于提高深冲性能,且织构组分中储存能最大的为E{111}<112>和E{111}<110>,ODF图中φ2=45°对{111}织构表征最具代表性,如图8所示。图6图7中的等高线为等织构密度线,表示取向空间中相应位置的织构分布及其强弱,等高线越密集,代表织构密度越强。
超深冲IF钢典型的再结晶织构主要分布在取向空间中φ1=0°、φ2=45°及φ=55°、φ2=45°这两条取向线上,它们也被称为αγ取向线,因此,对于超深冲IF钢镀锌退火板的取向分布可以更为简便地利用αγ取向线上的织构密度进行分析。
图9可以看出,不同卷取温度试验钢具有相似的织构组成,α取向线均呈单峰型,具有较强的{111}<110>与{112}<110>织构,且α取向线峰值位于{111}<110>织构处。随着卷取温度的升高,峰值呈现升高趋势。从图10可以看出,在γ取向线上,710 ℃卷取温度γ纤维织构密度明显高于680 ℃,且710 ℃卷取温度试验钢的织构{111}<110>与{111}<112>织构强度的差值小于1.0;而680 ℃卷取温度的织构强度差值约为3.0。理论上,密度越高、强度差值越小,则材料的各向异性就越小,就越有利冲压成形。
综上分析,710 ℃和680 ℃卷取均具有较高的织构密度,710 ℃卷取温度相比于680 ℃卷取温度,获得更优的织构分布,具有更强的再结晶γ织构,材料成形性能更优。
3#试样(对应卷取温度为680 ℃)及4#试样(对应卷取温度为710 ℃)的金相组织如图11图12所示,组织均为等轴铁素体,晶粒度在8.0~9.0级。
不同卷取温度对应的镀锌成品力学性能检测值见表6
表6可见,3#试样力学性能屈服强度较4#试样高4 MPa,抗拉强度高2 MPa,伸长率低2个百分点,r值低0.30,n值一致。从力学性能检测结果来看,680 ℃及710 ℃卷取温度的镀锌成品力学性能均满足用户要求,但是,从力学性能指标对比情况来看,710 ℃卷取温度条件下,材料的伸长率及r值均较680 ℃卷取温度条件下的检测值更高,更有利于冲压成形。
(1)选取在两相区轧制、奥氏体区(γ)轧制的精轧终轧温度对热轧带钢及成品金相组织有重要的影响。精轧终轧温度在880 ℃时,带钢出现混晶现象,不利于产品的冲压成形;精轧终轧温度目标值控制在915 ℃时,带钢金相组织为等轴铁素体,且组织较为均匀。
(2)卷取温度为710 ℃和680 ℃镀锌成品均具有较高的织构密度,相比于680 ℃卷取温度,按照710 ℃设定目标卷取温度时镀锌成品可获得更优的{111}<110>与{112}<110>织构分布,具有更强的再结晶γ织构,更加有利于冲压成形。
(3)研究表明,在热轧加热温度为1 200 ℃、退火温度为820 ℃、平整机延伸率为0.85%等关键工艺参数不变的情况下,仅针对精轧终轧温度和卷取温度进行比对试验,可以得出的结论是:按照精轧终轧目标温度915 ℃、卷取目标温度710 ℃进行设定时,生产的镀锌IF钢具有优异的力学性能及更优的取向织构,可更好地满足用户复杂及大变形的冲压要求。
