In the paper, it is introduced current treatment processes and utilization ways of coking high salinity wastewater as well as analyzed the restraining factors and solutions for technologies of salt separation and crystallization in treatment of coking wastewater. The treatment scheme of deep oxidation, salt separation and crystallization for coking high salinity wastewater is adopted by a coke making enterprise based on the existing biochemical treatment, deep treatment and membrane concentration treatment to further remove such pollutants as organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and fluoride in coking high salinity wastewater so that wastewater recycling is realized. Moreover, the recycling and zero discharge of coking wastewater are realized through producing such two high quality by products of crystal salt as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate by evaporation crystallization.

文章介绍了目前焦化高盐废水的处理工艺和利用途径,分析了分盐结晶技术在焦化废水处理中的制约因素和解决方案。某焦化企业焦化高盐废水在现有生化处理、深度处理、膜浓缩处理的基础上,对高盐水采用深度氧化、分盐结晶处理方案,进一步去除焦化高盐废水中的有机物、氨氮、氟化物等污染物,实现废水回用,并通过蒸发结晶生产氯化钠、硫酸钠两种高品质结晶盐副产品,实现了焦化废水的资源化、零排放。

In the paper, it is introduced current treatment processes and utilization ways of coking high salinity wastewater as well as analyzed the restraining factors and solutions for technologies of salt separation and crystallization in treatment of coking wastewater. The treatment scheme of deep oxidation, salt separation and crystallization for coking high salinity wastewater is adopted by a coke making enterprise based on the existing biochemical treatment, deep treatment and membrane concentration treatment to further remove such pollutants as organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and fluoride in coking high salinity wastewater so that wastewater recycling is realized. Moreover, the recycling and zero discharge of coking wastewater are realized through producing such two high quality by products of crystal salt as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate by evaporation crystallization.

传统焦化废水通常采用“气浮+A2O+混凝沉淀”工艺处理,随着对废水水质要求的提高,很多企业在原有的处理工艺上增加了深度处理、减量浓缩等工艺,例如臭氧曝气活性炭、反渗透浓缩工艺。经过上述工艺处理后的焦化废水虽然水质进一步提高,但仍然难以有效利用,无法回用于生产系统中。对于钢铁联合企业内部的焦化企业,处理后的废水可用于高炉冲水渣或湿法熄焦,对于独立焦化企业,仅剩湿法熄焦一条利用途径。随着焦化行业管理要求的提高,湿法熄焦逐渐被干熄焦取代,无法再消纳焦化废水。因此,对于焦化企业,尤其是独立焦化企业,必须探索出一条新的焦化废水零排放途径[1]
伴随着蒸发结晶技术在废水处理领域的兴起,很多焦化企业都在探索利用蒸发结晶技术实现焦化废水零排放,尤其是分盐结晶技术,由于其可实现废水提盐而备受关注。焦化废水分盐处理的难点是废水中的污染物种类多,在经过传统生化处理后,水质难以满足膜分离浓缩、蒸发结晶的技术要求。若前端污染物处理效果不达标,会损坏蒸发结晶设备,影响结晶盐品质,无法达到销售标准[2]
我国西部某焦化企业有4座55孔5.5 m捣固焦炉以及配套的备煤、煤气净化装置和煤气制甲醇装置,年产焦炭210万t、甲醇20万t、煤焦油9万t。厂区已设置污水生化水处理站及深度水处理站,主要处理厂区的生活污水、生产废水、蒸氨废水等。污水处理站采用传统“气浮+A2O+混凝沉淀”工艺,深度处理站采用“曝气活性炭+反渗透浓缩”处理工艺,反渗透高盐废水产生量为250 m3/h,全部用于湿法熄焦。表1为反渗透浓水水质。
表1可见,该企业目前反渗透高盐废水中的COD含量、氟化物含量、氨氮含量、硬度比较高,无法满足蒸发结晶进水要求。
基于焦化高盐废水处理需求的提高,需通过工艺改造,增添新型处理技术实现焦化高盐废水综合处理回用及废盐资源化。总体处理路线为生产废水→原生化系统→深度氧化处理→预处理→膜浓缩处理→蒸发结晶。
深度氧化技术重点去除水体中的COD及氨氮,由于该技术最终要实现废盐提取,故提盐质量需得到保障。
(1)有机物对盐的白度影响较大,有机物含量高经常导致蒸发出的盐反色。
(2)产品氯化钠中氨氮含量是能否用于氯碱工业的重要指标。在氯碱生产中,氨氮会生成NCl3,它是一种易爆物,存在安全隐患。这也是目前国内很多废水零排放技术副产物氯化钠不能用于氯碱工业的主要原因。
深度氧化部分需采用化学法去除COD和氨氮。目前常用的化学处理工艺有Fenton试剂法、臭氧催化氧化工艺、电催化氧化工艺。
利用硫酸亚铁和双氧水反应生成羟基自由基,对污水中的难降解COD进行去除,但对氨氮去除效果较差。
臭氧在催化剂作用下能够更加有效地形成羟基自由基,提高臭氧的实际利用率,对COD去除效果较好,但对氨氮去除效果一般。
在电场的作用下,污染物在阳极进行氧化反应,催化氧化效率高。对COD、氨氮去除效果均较好。
由于废水进水中氨氮较高,因此深度处理段采用臭氧催化氧化和电催化氧化联合处理工艺,确保出水中COD、氨氮满足分盐结晶要求。
预处理技术用于除氟、除硅、除硬和进一步降低COD。
氟化物过高易发生结垢污堵,同时氟离子腐蚀性强,会导致蒸发结晶设备使用寿命缩短,因此必须设计氟的去除工艺。常用的含氟废水处理方法有化学沉淀法、吸附法、离子交换法等。
(1)化学沉淀法。化学沉淀法是通过投加药剂或其他药物形成氟化物沉淀,使其与废水中的氟离子发生直接的化学反应,生成难溶于水的沉淀物,再通过固液的分离达到去除氟离子的目的。沉淀法工艺简单、价格低廉,是除氟工艺中常见的方法之一。其中钙沉淀法应用于高氟废水处理,通过投加石灰到含氟废水中,使溶液中Ca2+与F-反应生成CaF2沉淀除氟,但此时只有在水中保证过量的钙离子浓度才能确保去除效果。沉淀法出水氟化物浓度一般在10~20 mg/L。
(2)吸附法。吸附除氟法是利用固体吸附剂将溶液中氟离子吸附在吸附剂表面,将其回收利用达到除氟目的。吸附材料可选择含铝吸附剂、天然高分子吸附剂、稀土吸附剂和其他类吸附剂。实际工程应用表明,采用吸附法除氟,吸附剂再生困难,出水效果很难达到设计指标,投资运行成本高,且由于吸附剂吸附容量的限制,一般不适用于高浓度含氟废水的处理。
(3)离子交换法。离子交换法原理和操作方式类似吸附法,其弊端也与吸附法类似,且投资更为高昂。只是离子交换剂所采用的树脂经过特殊处理,吸附能力往往好于一般的吸附剂,通常作为低浓度含氟废水的提标处理,一般用于污水处理末端或是饮用水除氟。
为了确保除氟效果以及保障后续膜浓缩及蒸发结晶设备的高效稳定运行,企业采用化学沉淀法处理高浓度的含氟废水,并采用离子交换法作为保障工艺对低浓度含氟废水进一步处理。
由于废水的硬度较高,需采用药剂软化的方法去除水中的结垢离子,达到后续工艺段的进水要求。水处理最常用的方法是钙、镁离子化合沉淀,其中伴随着氟、硅的沉淀;其次是金属离子的氢氧化物沉淀,普遍采用“石灰+纯碱”或“片碱+纯碱”方法。企业选用片碱+碳酸钠药剂法除硬,投加碳酸钠可降低硬度和使高密池出水总硬度不大于100 mg/L(以CaCO3计),投加氢氧化钠由于没有引入钙离子,可减少纯碱投加量,对镁剂除硅有协同效果。
目前除硅技术已经日渐成熟,其中应用较多的是离子交换除硅技术、电凝聚除硅技术、膜处理除硅技术以及混凝除硅技术,其中尤以混凝除硅技术应用最广。
(1)离子交换除硅技术。离子交换除硅是利用离子交换树脂上可交换的氢离子或氢氧根离子,与水中溶解盐发生离子交换,达到深度除硅目的。离子交换树脂成本高、交换容量有限,针对胶体硅效果并不明显,对预处理要求高,因此针对在中高硅含量的污水处理的应用仍在进一步研究过程中。
(2)电凝聚除硅技术。电凝聚是利用电化学的方法通过电极反应产生金属水合物凝聚剂,通过凝聚剂的吸附以实现凝聚沉淀。电凝聚系统一般用于离子交换、反渗透等除盐过程之前,不仅可以有效脱除水中的二氧化硅,还有很强的去浊、脱色、除金属离子及藻类和COD的作用。对胶体硅的去除效率较好,但针对溶解性硅,其去除效果较差,一般电凝聚技术的能耗高,投资费用也相对较大。
(3)膜处理除硅技术。膜处理技术包括反渗透和超滤等,超滤与反渗透除硅技术都是以压力差为推动力,将待处理水在一定压力作用下经过一个可让水和低分子量溶质透过而高分子物质、胶体物质不能透过的高分子膜,从而达到分离的目的。超滤处理所用的膜材料及装置与反渗透法相似,其分离机理主要是筛分效应,对于胶体硅有较好的截留作用,但是对溶解硅几乎无脱除效果,因此膜处理技术与化学混凝处理的结合成为目前工业水处理的重要方向。
(4)污水混凝除硅技术。污水混凝是处理水中微细悬浮物及胶体杂质的主要方法,而污水中的硅主要以悬浮的SiO2和溶解性硅酸根离子(SiO32-)两种形式存在,混凝除硅就是利用某些金属的氧化物或氢氧化物对硅的吸附或凝聚作用来达到除硅的目的,一般的混凝+澄清可去除60%的胶体硅。
企业采用混凝除硅技术,减小系统结垢污堵倾向。
高盐水除COD工艺包括氧化法、吸附法。
(1)氧化法。包括化学氧化(O3、H2O2、NaClO)和电催化氧化,该工艺一般作为深度脱COD的预处理工艺,单独应用,也可与其他工艺联合使用。
(2)吸附法。普遍采用活性炭+活性炭再生,活性炭吸附可作为保底工艺设计,工艺可靠及稳定性是可以保证的,工艺成熟度较高[3]
企业采用“臭氧催化氧化+吸附”去除COD工艺,保证后续纳滤、反渗透高倍浓缩不受有机物污堵影响。
分盐浓缩技术用于浓缩预处理后高含盐量的废水处理。
分盐技术通常采取三种处理工艺:纳滤膜法分盐、冷冻结晶分盐、盐硝联产分盐。
方案一,纳滤膜法分盐。利用纳滤膜能分离出一价盐和二价盐,分别蒸发结晶得到高纯度的氯化钠和硫酸钠,实现浓盐水资源化利用。
方案二,冷冻结晶分盐。利用硫酸钠溶解度随温度变化较大的特性,采用降温结晶获得芒硝,再将芒硝熔融结晶获得高品质硫酸钠结晶盐。该工艺的优点是可以回收高品质硫酸钠,缺点是母液温度较高,冷冻降温至-5~5 ℃需要消耗大量冷源,后续升温还需要消耗大量蒸汽,能耗相对较高。
方案三,盐硝联产分盐。高温蒸发得到无水硫酸钠,母液低温蒸发得到氯化钠。要求水中杂质较少,否则影响氯化钠、硫酸钠的纯度,且杂盐排放率高。
企业采用方案一纳滤膜法预分盐,实现进蒸发结晶系统氯化钠浓度和硫酸钠浓度的稳定,同时为确保硫酸钠品质及杂盐率,在硫酸钠侧采用部分冷冻结晶分盐。
目前常用的浓缩工艺主要有RO、碟管式反渗透DTRO、管网式反渗透STRO、离子膜浓缩ED、超高压反渗透HPRO浓缩、热法浓缩等。对于TDS在60 000 mg/L以下,普遍采用常规RO进行浓缩;对于TDS在60 000 mg/L以上,可采用碟管式反渗透DTRO、管网式反渗透STRO、离子膜浓缩ED、超高压反渗透HPRO浓缩、热法浓缩[4]
企业分盐结晶采用超高压反渗透HPRO浓缩。
蒸发结晶用于提取废水中的氯化钠、硫酸钠。
高浓盐水蒸发结晶技术主要有机械蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)和多效蒸发技术(MED)。
机械蒸汽再压缩技术(MVR)是重新利用蒸发浓缩过程产生的二次蒸汽的冷凝潜热,从而减少蒸发浓缩过程对外界能源需求的一项先进节能技术。
多效蒸发技术是应用广泛的一种蒸发技术,它将多个蒸发器串联,前一级蒸发器的二次蒸汽作为下一级蒸发器的热源并冷凝成淡水,每1个蒸发器称为一效。在浓盐水浓缩处理中普遍采用3~4效的连接形式[5]
企业分盐结晶采用多效蒸发工艺。
本技术通过气浮+A2O+混凝沉淀+深度氧化处理+预处理+膜浓缩处理+蒸发结晶工艺结合实现废水净化及盐资源化处理,详细工艺流程见图1
分盐结晶段处理后产水优于GB 50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》中再生水水质标准,可用于循环冷却水补水,见表2
氯化钠:符合GB/T 5462—2015《工业盐》精制工业干盐一级标准;且其浸出毒性试验结果含量低于 GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准》要求。
硫酸钠:符合GB/T 6009—2014《工业无水硫酸钠》Ⅱ类一等品标准;且其浸出毒性试验结果低于GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准》要求。
杂盐:系统杂盐率不大于15%。杂盐属于危废,按危废处置要求处理。
(1)焦化废水分盐处理的难点是废水中的污染物种类多,难以满足膜分离浓缩、蒸发结晶设备进水要求。若前端污染物处理效果不达标,对各类设备的使用寿命影响严重,结晶盐的品质差,无法满足外售标准。
(2)企业焦化废水经过生化处理、深度处理后,再采用臭氧催化氧化和电催化氧化深度氧化联合处理工艺,处理后COD≤80 mg/L,氨氮≤0.5 mg/L,能够满足分盐结晶进水要求。
(3)分盐结晶段处理后产水优于GB 50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》中再生水水质标准,可用于循环冷却水补水。蒸发结晶后氯化钠达到GB/T 5462—2015《工业盐》精制工业干盐一级标准;硫酸钠达到GB/T 6009—2014《工业无水硫酸钠》Ⅱ类一等品标准;杂盐率不大于15%。
