In order to improve the corrosion resistance of HRB400E steel, test steel is rolled by adding lanthanum-cerium mischmetal into it in refining process and controlling rolling-start-temperature. The inclusions and microstructure are characterized with scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and optical metallographic microscope as well as the effects of rare earth and rolling-start-temperature on corrosion resistance of test steel are analyzed combining with neutral salt spray test. The results showed that the Mn-Si-O inclusions were completely transformed into (Ce, La)2O3 and (Ce, La)2O2S after treatment with lanthanum-cerium mischmetal as well as part of Mn and S were nucleated around them to form complex inclusions of rare earth, but a small amount of individual MnS inclusion was still precipitated. Under the experimental conditions, the corrosion resistance of 2# test steel is optimal when rolling-start-temperature is 900 ℃, content of mischmetal is 0.011 6% and corrosion rate is 1.577 g/(m2·h).

为了改善HRB400E钢的耐蚀性能,在精炼过程向钢中加入镧铈混合稀土合金,控制开轧温度对试验钢进行轧制。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和光学金相显微镜对夹杂物和显微组织进行表征,结合中性盐雾腐蚀试验,分析稀土和开轧温度对试验钢耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,经镧铈混合稀土处理后,Mn-Si-O夹杂物被完全转变为(Ce,La)2O3和(Ce,La)2O2S,部分Mn和S在其周围形核生成稀土复合夹杂物,仍有少量单独MnS析出。在试验条件下,开轧温度为900 ℃、混合稀土含量为0.011 6%的2#试验钢腐蚀速率为1.577 g/(m2·h),耐蚀性能最佳。

为了改善HRB400E钢的耐蚀性能,在精炼过程向钢中加入镧铈混合稀土合金,控制开轧温度对试验钢进行轧制。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和光学金相显微镜对夹杂物和显微组织进行表征,结合中性盐雾腐蚀试验,分析稀土和开轧温度对试验钢耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,经镧铈混合稀土处理后,Mn-Si-O夹杂物被完全转变为(Ce,La)2O3和(Ce,La)2O2S,部分Mn和S在其周围形核生成稀土复合夹杂物,仍有少量单独MnS析出。在试验条件下,开轧温度为900 ℃、混合稀土含量为0.011 6%的2#试验钢腐蚀速率为1.577 g/(m2·h),耐蚀性能最佳。

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of HRB400E steel, test steel is rolled by adding lanthanum-cerium mischmetal into it in refining process and controlling rolling-start-temperature. The inclusions and microstructure are characterized with scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and optical metallographic microscope as well as the effects of rare earth and rolling-start-temperature on corrosion resistance of test steel are analyzed combining with neutral salt spray test. The results showed that the Mn-Si-O inclusions were completely transformed into (Ce, La)2O3 and (Ce, La)2O2S after treatment with lanthanum-cerium mischmetal as well as part of Mn and S were nucleated around them to form complex inclusions of rare earth, but a small amount of individual MnS inclusion was still precipitated. Under the experimental conditions, the corrosion resistance of 2# test steel is optimal when rolling-start-temperature is 900 ℃, content of mischmetal is 0.011 6% and corrosion rate is 1.577 g/(m2·h).

钢筋混凝土结构广泛应用于高层建筑、铁路和桥梁公路等诸多领域,是基础设施建设的主导结构[1]。钢筋耐蚀性对钢筋混凝土结构服役寿命有重要影响[2]。中国是一个海洋大国,环境中大量Cl-的侵蚀会降低钢筋的耐蚀性,破坏混凝土结构。因此,需要采取措施来有效增强普通碳钢钢筋的耐蚀性能,确保其在各种复杂环境下都能保持优异的性能和长久的耐用性。
目前,主要通过微合金化工艺生产HRB400E钢,利用添加的微合金元素铌、钒和钛等[3-4]的细晶强化和析出强化作用提高钢筋的综合性能。郭湛等[5]在低合金耐蚀钢筋的基础上,向钢筋中加入适量的稀土元素,稀土的加入能够变性夹杂物,改进锈层的组分结构,改善钢筋的耐蚀性能。尽管稀土加入对钢筋夹杂物改性和性能影响的研究很多[6-7],但是针对稀土和开轧温度对HRB400E钢显微组织和耐蚀性影响的研究却鲜有报道。
本文以HRB400E钢为研究对象,通过添加镧铈混合稀土合金和调控开轧温度,在分析钢中夹杂物和显微组织的基础上,结合中性盐雾腐蚀试验,阐述镧铈混合稀土和开轧温度对钢筋耐蚀性的影响机理,为HRB400E钢的工业化生产提供一定的参考。
经电炉冶炼后,在精炼过程向钢液中加入镧铈混合稀土合金调控稀土含量。经连铸工序后,控制开轧温度对试验钢坯进行轧制,最终得到3组试验用HRB400E钢。利用红外碳硫分析仪、氧氮氢分析仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定钢中C、S、O、N、Ce和La的含量,剩余元素的含量经直读光谱仪测出。试验钢的化学成分见表1
表1可知,1#试验钢未经稀土处理;加入镧铈混合稀土合金后,2#和3#试验钢中混合稀土含量基本一致,分别为0.011 6%和0.012 7%。此外,1#和2#试验钢的开轧温度为900 ℃,3#试验钢的开轧温度为850 ℃。
利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对试验钢中典型夹杂物进行表征,同时使用FactSage 8.3软件计算试验钢凝固及冷却过程夹杂物的质量分数变化情况。采用光学金相显微镜(OM)对试验钢侵蚀后的显微组织进行观察,并利用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像分析软件对组织组成进行统计。
根据GB/T 2423.17—93实施96 h连续中性盐雾试验。试验结束后,根据式(1)对试验结果进行处理,计算出试验钢的腐蚀速率。

式中:v为腐蚀速率,g/(m2·h);w0为试样的原始质量,g;w为腐蚀试验后试样的质量,g;s为试样的表面积,m2;t为腐蚀试验时间,h。
图1图3分别为1#—3#试验钢中典型夹杂物的类型和形貌。
图1可知,1#试验钢中典型夹杂物为灰色条状的MnS夹杂物和大块状的Mn-Si-O夹杂物。从图2图3中可以看出,2#和3#试验钢中出现较多球形或椭球形的(Ce,La)2O3+MnS夹杂物和(Ce,La)2O2S+MnS稀土复合夹杂物,复合夹杂物中心为白色的(Ce,La)2O3和(Ce,La)2O2S夹杂物,外围包裹着少量MnS夹杂物;此外,钢中仍存在单独的MnS夹杂物。
利用FactSage软件计算了试验钢在1 200~1 600 ℃范围内夹杂物的析出和转变行为,计算结果如图4所示。
图4(a)可知,1#试验钢在凝固过程中,钢液中首先析出MnO和SiO2,析出量随温度降低不断增加;1 225 ℃时,MnO和SiO2开始转变为MnSiO3;温度降低到1 255 ℃时,MnS开始析出。1#试验钢中优先形核的MnO和SiO2在凝固过程中易于结合成Mn-Si-O复合夹杂物,钢中稳定存在的夹杂物为Mn-Si-O和MnS,这与图1的观察结果一致。
图4(b)(c)可知,2#和3#试验钢在凝固过程中,La2O3、Ce2O3、La2O2S和Ce2O2S依次从钢液中析出,凝固末期仍有MnS析出;随混合稀土含量提高,稀土夹杂物析出量不断提高,MnS的析出量随之降低。Ce和La易与钢液中的O和S反应,将Mn-Si-O夹杂完全转变为La2O3、Ce2O3、La2O2S和Ce2O2S。由于Ce和La的离子比相近,形成(Ce,La)2O3和(Ce,La)2O2S的固溶体[8]。部分Mn和S在已经形核的稀土氧化物和硫氧化物周围结合成MnS[9],剩余的Mn和S以单独的MnS形式析出。最终,钢中稳定夹杂物为(Ce,La)2O3+MnS、(Ce,La)2O2S+MnS和MnS,与图2图3的结果相符。
图5为试验钢中显微组织的形貌。
图5中可以看出,试验钢中显微组织均为白色的铁素体和黑色的珠光体。1#试验钢中铁素体分布不均匀,珠光体尺寸较大,存在较多大块状的珠光体。2#试验钢中铁素体占比提高,且分布较为均匀;珠光体尺寸变得细小,大块状的珠光体消失。然而,相较于2#试验钢,3#试验钢中铁素体比例又有所降低,出现少量粗大的珠光体。根据显微组织图像统计了试验钢中各组织的面积分数,结果如图6所示。
图6可知,1#试验钢中铁素体和珠光体的面积分数分别为56.84%和43.16%;2#试验钢组织中珠光体占比降低,面积分数达到38.08%;3#试验钢中珠光体占比较2#试验钢又有所提高,提高至42.51%,但仍低于1#试验钢。
根据盐雾腐蚀试验数据计算出试验钢的腐蚀速率,如图7所示。
图7可知,1#试验钢的腐蚀速率为2.809 g/(m2·h);相较于1#试验钢,2#试验钢的腐蚀速率明显降低,降低到1.577 g/(m2·h);3#试验钢的腐蚀速率较2#提高了25.87%,仍低于1#试验钢。3个试验钢中,2#试验钢的腐蚀速率最低,具有最佳的耐蚀性能。
夹杂物和显微组织对钢的腐蚀具有重要影响[10]。试验钢中典型夹杂物主要为Mn-Si-O夹杂物、MnS夹杂物、镧铈氧化物和镧铈硫氧化物。Mn-Si-O和MnS夹杂物易发生腐蚀,且腐蚀产物会恶化钢的耐蚀性能[11-12]。稀土氧化物和稀土硫氧化物的热膨胀系数与钢基体相近,同时具有较差的导电能力,能够阻碍局部和微区电化学腐蚀的发生[13]。试验钢显微组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,珠光体由于渗碳体易腐蚀及内部电位差较大,耐蚀性要差于铁素体[14-15]。此外,铁素体和珠光体由于存在电位差,会形成微电池,珠光体电位较高作为阴极相,其含量增加会提高阴阳极面积比,促进钢的腐蚀[16]
基于此,分析稀土和开轧温度对试验钢耐蚀性的影响机理。1#试验钢中夹杂物为Mn-Si-O夹杂物和MnS夹杂物,均易发生溶解,加快腐蚀进程;1#试验钢显微组织中存在较多大块状的珠光体,珠光体本身耐蚀性较差,较大尺寸的珠光体提高了阴阳极的面积比,促进了腐蚀的发生,从而导致1#试验钢耐蚀性最差。加入0.011 6%的混合稀土后,2#试验钢中Mn-Si-O夹杂物和部分MnS夹杂物被改质为与钢基体适配度较高的(Ce,La)2O3和(Ce,La)2O2S夹杂物,提高了基体的电极电位,抑制局部和电化学腐蚀产生;2#试验钢中珠光体比例降低,尺寸变得细小,基体本身耐蚀性提高,同时阴阳极面积比降低降低了腐蚀速率,2#试验钢的耐蚀性显著提高。3#试验钢中混合稀土含量为0.012 7%,与2#试验钢基本一致,夹杂物类型未发生变化;但是,其开轧温度低于2#试验钢,组织中珠光体比例提高,抵消了部分夹杂物改性对耐蚀性的改善作用;最终,3#试验钢的腐蚀速率较2#试验钢又有所提高。
(1)镧铈混合稀土处理后,钢中条状MnS和大块状Mn-Si-O夹杂物被改性为球状或椭球状的(Ce,La)2O3+MnS和(Ce,La)2O2S+MnS稀土复合夹杂物。
(2)镧铈混合稀土处理和开轧温度的提高,能够有效细化珠光体组织,降低珠光体的面积分数。
(3)在试验条件下,开轧温度为900 ℃,混合稀土含量为0.011 6%时,HRB400E钢的腐蚀速率最低,为1.577 g/(m2·h)。
