冲击性能指标是材料选择和使用的重要参考依据。然而,在测量过程中,由于参与测量的人员、设备、环境不同,不可避免地存在各种不确定因素,造成不同检测机构提供的测量结果的可信度不同。近年来,人们对冲击试验测量结果的不确定度更加重视[1],通过不确定度评定可以让使用者清晰、精准地了解测量结果的质量,更加合理地判断材料的适用性和局限性,也有利于检测实验室操作人员对测量结果进行分析、总结,逐步提高自身的检测水平[2]
本次评定由6名试验人员操作冲击试验机对被测试样进行冲击试验,依据ASTM E23-24《金属材料缺口试样标准冲击试验方法》[3]和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》[4],应用综合评定法对冲击试验的不确定度进行评定。冲击试验机是经国家计量部门校准、满足ASTM E23-24附录(A1、A2)要求、型号为JBNS-300、锤刃半径为8 mm的V型数显摆锤冲击试验机。被测试样分为6组,每组10个试样,在规格为Φ244.48 mm×10.03 mm、材质(钢级)为34Mn6(N80Q)的无缝套管上,沿管样纵向截取夏比冲击试样,试样尺寸为7.5 mm×10 mm×55 mm,试样的形状、缺口状态、尺寸公差及表面粗糙度都满足ASTM E23-24标准要求。试验温度为0±1 ℃,相对环境湿度小于70%,符合ASTM E23-24标准要求。
试验人员在每次冲击试验后对冲击试验结果进行记录,冲击试验结果的吸收功记录值为冲击试验机显示器的显示值。

6名试验人员每人进行1组被测试样的冲击试验,每组为10个试样,即每人进行10次冲击试验,冲击试验结果如表1所示。
在试验方法、冲击试验机、冲击检测试样和人员操作方法均满足ASTM E23-24标准要求的前提下,影响冲击试验结果不确定度的因素主要是:因试验结果自带的重复性而产生的不确定度分量u(x1),此因素中包含了试样内在原因,如材质的不均匀性和成分偏析、不同人员操作方法和操作能力、试样加工质量及试验当时所处环境的差异等;冲击试验机的误差所产生的不确定度分量u(x2);冲击试验机所使用的校准试样自带偏差所产生的不确定度分量u(x3);根据ASTM E23-24和ASTM E29-22[5]标准对试验结果数值经修约后所产生的不确定度分量u(x4)[6]
在冲击试验过程中,由于冲击检测试样的内在因素,如成分不均和偏析、试样外在的加工质量、检测人员的操作能力、所用试验机的重复性不同等原因,致使最终的检测结果不可避免存在差异,因此,应将上述对试验结果的不确定度产生影响的各因素进行不确定度的评定。这可通过多名检测人员在同一台试验机上进行冲击试样测试,最终统计检测人员试验结果作为检测数据的观测列,计算标准差进行不确定度的评定(即采用A类评定方法),而且为了提高其可靠性,建议采用高可靠度的合并样本标准差Sp来进行评定。
j组冲击吸收功记录值的平均值(样本平均值)为:
$ \bar{A}_{k, j}=\frac{1}{n} \sum_{i=1}^{n} A_{k i, j}$
冲击吸收功的总平均值是:
$ \bar{A}_{k}=\frac{1}{m} \sum_{j=1}^{m} A_{k i, j}=93 \mathrm{~J}$
式中:i为试验次数,表1中所列i=1,2…10,即试验次数n=10;j为组数,表1中所列j=1,2…6,即组数m=6;Aki,j为第j组第i次试验的冲击吸收功记录值,J。
而第j组检测结果的标准差,即每组标准差Sj为:
$ S_{j}=\sqrt{\frac{\sum_{i=1}^{n}\left(A_{k i, j}-\bar{A}_{k, j}\right)^{2}}{n-1}}$
合并样本标准差Sp为:
$ \bar{S}_{\mathrm{p}}=\sqrt{\frac{1}{m} \sum_{j=1}^{m} S_{j}^{2}}=7.285 \mathrm{~J}$
对于本次评定试验的合并标准差是否可用,特进行以下判定。由表1的数据经计算可得标准差Sj的平均值为:
$ \bar{S}_{j}=\frac{1}{m} \sum_{j=1}^{m} S_{j}=\frac{1}{6} \times 43.583=7.264 \mathrm{~J}$
所以标准差Sj的标准差 σ ^(S)为:
$ \hat{\sigma}(S)=\sqrt{\frac{\sum_{j=1}^{m}\left(S_{j}-\bar{S}_{j}\right)^{2}}{m-1}}=0.613 \mathrm{~J}$
$ \hat{\sigma}(S)=0.613 \mathrm{~J}<\frac{S_{\mathrm{p}}}{\sqrt{2(n-1)}}=1.717 \mathrm{~J}$
公式(8)表明,试验过程稳定,合并样本标准差Sp具有高可靠性,可以应用。在日常的冲击试验过程中,对于每一次正确的冲击试验,每次检测一个试样,就报一个试样的结果(k=1),所以所求分量为:
$ u\left(x_{1}\right)=\frac{S_{\mathrm{p}}}{\sqrt{k}}=S_{\mathrm{p}}=7.285 \mathrm{~J}$
自由度为:
$ v=m(n-1)=6 \times(10-1)=54$
试验室所用的冲击试验机经国家计量部门校准,满足ASTM E23-24附录(A1、A2)的校准要求。校准证书所示,间接校准标准试样的标值为90.8 J(标值是标准试样评定机构在标准试样中随机抽选25个试样测得的能量值的平均值),间接校准的Efact为3.5%(Efact是表示实际误差的绝对值,即误差的半宽ɑ等于Efact)。试验结果在误差区间的分布概率是均匀的,服从矩形分布(k= 3),所以有:
$ u\left(x_{2}\right)=\frac{a}{k}=\frac{E_{\text {fact }}}{\sqrt{3}}=0.577 \times 3.5 \% A_{R}=1.834 \mathrm{~J}$
冲击试验机是通过标准试样进行间接校准的,因此,标准试样的标准差是遵循量值传递规律的,对试验结果的不确定度也产生了影响。校准所用的标准试样型号为BCY(钢铁研究总院制造),由校准机构通过一条不间断的比较链溯源至SI单位,间接校准标样组的标值为90.8 J,当标准试样的标值AR≥40 J时,标准试样允许的差S≤3.0%AR。根据t分布理论,利用子样对正态母体平均值u进行区间估计的表达式[6]为:
$ \bar{x}-t_{p} \frac{S}{\sqrt{n}}<u<\bar{x}+t_{p} \frac{S}{\sqrt{n}}$
式中: x ¯为子样的平均值;n为子样数量,25个;S为标准试样标准差;u为母体平均值,即标值;tpt分布包含概率为p时的tp(v)值(v为自由度,v=n-1)。
式(12)表明,在包含区间( x ¯-tp S n, x ¯+tp S n),包含u值的概率为p,u为母体的平均值,是冲击试验结果的理想值,根据不确定度的定义可知所求的不确定度分量u(x3)就是[6]:
$ u\left(x_{3}\right)=t_{p} \frac{S}{\sqrt{n}}$
式中:S为标准试样标准差;n为子样数量,n=25;tpt分布在p时的tp(v)值。
AR≥40 J时,S≤3.0%AR。对于本次评定,最小的自由度是v=n-1=24。p取68%(查询JJF 1059.1标准的附录B),则:
$ t_{p}(v)=t_{68}(24)=1.02$
$ u\left(x_{3}\right)=t_{p} \frac{S}{\sqrt{n}}=1.02 \times \frac{0.03 \times 90.8}{\sqrt{25}}=0.556 \mathrm{~J}$
对于试验结果的数值修约,如果δx为修约间隔,则u(x)=0.29δx就是所引入的不确定度分量。本文的冲击试样是根据API 5CT(10)标准规定的,冲击吸收功应为整数,修约方法按ASTM E29-22[5]执行。所以修约间隔δx为1 J。由此得出:
$ u\left(x_{4}\right)=0.29 \times 1=0.29 \mathrm{~J}$
因冲击试验过程重复性产生的不确定度分量、冲击试验机自身误差产生的不确定度分量、校准标准试样的允许标准差产生的不确定度分量和冲击试验结果数值经修约后产生的不确定度分量彼此间是相互独立、互不相关的,且根据公式(1),灵敏系数ci= y x i=1,因而可按照方和根的公式进行不确定的合成[7],即:
$ \begin{array}{l}u_{c}(y)=\sqrt{\sum_{i=1}^{n} u^{2}\left(x_{i}\right)}= \\\sqrt{u^{2}\left(x_{1}\right)+u^{2}\left(x_{2}\right)+u^{2}\left(x_{3}\right)+u^{2}\left(x_{4}\right)} \\u_{c}(y)=\sqrt{7.285^{2}+1.834^{2}+0.556^{2}+0.29^{2}} \\=7.538 \mathrm{~J}\end{array}$
扩展不确定度Uuc(y)乘以包含因子k得到:
$ U=k \times u_{c}(y)=2 \times 7.538=15 \mathrm{~J}$
k=2,置信度约为95%。其相对扩展不确定度为:
$ U_{\mathrm{rel}}=\frac{U}{\bar{A}_{k}}=\frac{15}{93}=16 \%, k=2$
根据上述的评定,本次冲击试验测量结果的相对扩展不确定度是:
$ \bar{A}_{k}=93 \mathrm{~J}, U_{\text {rel }}=16 \%, k=2$
这表明在预期符合正态分布的前提下,在(93-15)J到(93+15)J的区间内,该试验材料的夏比冲击吸收功测量结果置信水平为95%
本文以ASTM E23-24《金属材料缺口试样标准冲击试验方法》作为检测方法,介绍了影响冲击试验测量结果不确定度的各影响因素和其相关的不确定度评定的方法和过程,为不确定度评定过程提供了具有参考价值的思路和方法,有利于各机构和人员对不确定度的认识和使用。影响不确定度的因素除了本文中提到的因素外,还会受到检测人员操作水平和试样的加工质量等因素影响。因此,在日常检测工作中,除了加强对测量仪器的校准和维护,保证设备准确性外,还要重视人员的技能培训,不断提高人员的技能水平。
