In this paper, the development process of SS105 grade rare earth microalloying seamless tube for drill pipe body resistant to H2S stress corrosion is introduced. The designs of its chemical composition system and key production process are carried out according to the requirements of technical specification of a company and the API Spec 5DP 2020 Drill Pipe Specification as well as trial production of the product is carried out at the same time. The quality of continuous casting billet as well as chemical compositions, mechanical performances, metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusions of finished product are tested, all the indexes could meet design requirements. The effects of rare earth Ce on resistance to H2S stress corrosion of SS105 grade seamless tube for drill pipe body are evaluated based on its service environment of the oil and gas drilling environment with high content of H2S and low temperature. The results showed that the resistance to H2S stress corrosion of the product was significantly improved after add rare earth into it.

文章介绍了稀土微合金化抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管的研制过程。依据某公司的技术规范和API Spec 5DP 2020《钻杆规范》的要求,开展了该产品的化学成分体系、关键生产工艺设计,同时组织该产品生产试制。对铸坯质量和成品化学成分、力学性能、金相组织及非金属夹杂物进行检验,各项指标均满足设计要求。根据该产品服役于高H2S含量且低温的油气钻采环境,评价了稀土Ce对SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管抗H2S应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,该产品添加稀土后抗H2S应力腐蚀性能明显改善。

In this paper, the development process of SS105 grade rare earth microalloying seamless tube for drill pipe body resistant to H2S stress corrosion is introduced. The designs of its chemical composition system and key production process are carried out according to the requirements of technical specification of a company and the API Spec 5DP 2020 Drill Pipe Specification as well as trial production of the product is carried out at the same time. The quality of continuous casting billet as well as chemical compositions, mechanical performances, metallographic structure and non-metallic inclusions of finished product are tested, all the indexes could meet design requirements. The effects of rare earth Ce on resistance to H2S stress corrosion of SS105 grade seamless tube for drill pipe body are evaluated based on its service environment of the oil and gas drilling environment with high content of H2S and low temperature. The results showed that the resistance to H2S stress corrosion of the product was significantly improved after add rare earth into it.

钻杆是石油钻柱的主要组成部分之一,钻井时主要起到传递扭矩、输送泥浆以及钻进的作用。钻杆包括钻杆管体和钻杆接头两部分,管体和接头通过摩擦焊接连接。它是油气钻采工业中用量较大的零件,其性能的好坏直接关系到钻井作业的成功与否[1]。在油(气)井钻探过程中,钻杆承受多种交变载荷,包括拉伸、压缩、扭转、弯曲以及冲击等应力的作用,还会受到钢管和井壁的摩擦阻力,钻杆管体内表面常常遭遇高压泥浆冲刷和接触环境中的腐蚀介质,发生严重磨损及腐蚀,甚至刺漏,服役工况十分复杂。国内外大约有1/3的油气田均含有H2S气体,作为油气资源开采的伴生气体,在水的作用下,常常诱发钻具材料发生H2S应力腐蚀开裂,给油田钻采带来巨大经济损失,同时还增加了人员及环境的安全隐患[2]。为了防止因H2S应力腐蚀造成钻具破坏带来的经济损失,迫切需要抗H2S应力腐蚀钻杆的开发,研制和应用性能优良的抗H2S应力腐蚀钻具材料,对发展钻井技术、减少钻具损耗、降低钻井成本、降低钻井风险、保障钻井生产安全具有极其重要的意义。针对当前市场需求,自主研发了稀土微合金化抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管,该产品具有高强高韧、耐疲劳耐磨、高抗H2S应力腐蚀性能等特点,产品已实现批量供货,获得用户一致好评。
参考用户技术协议及API SPEC 5DP 2020《钻杆规范》,SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管化学成分要求见表1
相比普通G105钢级钻杆管体料的化学成分,该产品在P、S的控制上非常严格,因为钢质的洁净度对抗H2S应力腐蚀的影响十分敏感。
识别标准及某用户技术规范,SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管的拉伸、冲击及硬度指标见表2表3
相比普通105ksi钢级钻杆管体料,该产品的屈服强度区间变窄,性能区间直接影响产品热处理工艺窗口,增加了工艺难度。冲击功要求更加苛刻,材质设计时要保证合适的强韧性配比,同时增加了硬度的要求,材料设计时需考虑淬透性。因此抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管的开发难度增大。
SS105钢级钻杆管体料与普通G105钢级钻杆管体料的最大区别就是具有较强的抗H2S应力腐蚀性能,评估钻杆抗H2S应力腐蚀性能的方法是SSC(Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking)试验。该试验要求:根据NACE TM 0177标准,使用A法、A溶液,加载应力为85%的规定最小屈服强度,SS105钢级钻杆管体料拉伸试样在试验720 h后不产生裂纹及开裂[3]
根据抗硫钻杆使用环境及工况,抗硫钻杆既要有足够高的强度、韧性,又要有良好的抗疲劳、抗磨损、抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能。钢种化学成分设计采用C-Mn-Cr-Mo合金体系,复合添加Nb、V、RE等微合金元素。C、Mn元素通过固溶强化作用来提高钢的强度和淬透性,但为了防止出现淬火裂纹及偏析,C含量一般不超过0.33%,Mn含量不超过1.50%。Cr元素在淬火过程中是强烈阻止贝氏体转变的元素,能有效地提高钢材的淬透性,提高钢材的机械强度,并降低钢材的腐蚀速率。Mo元素比Cr元素具有更好的抗氢性能,它还能减少氢在钢中的吸收量及渗透量,提高钢的淬透性。Nb、V元素是强碳化物形成元素,可以细化铁素体晶粒以充分发挥其细晶强化和沉淀强化的作用[4]。RE能够净化钢液,改善非金属夹杂物的形态,同时具有微合金化作用,控制合适的加入量。P、S元素作为杂质元素,会影响钢的抗H2S应力腐蚀性能,所以,将P含量控制在0.015%以下,S含量控制在0.003%以下。研制的SS105钢级抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体试验钢的化学成分见表4
炼钢原料采用铁水加废钢、海绵铁,通过微合金化技术、纯净钢冶炼技术、真空脱气及保护连铸技术,使该产品的连铸圆管坯具有良好的冶金质量,P、S含量、气体含量、非金属夹杂物及有害气体的控制满足用户使用要求。采用PQF轧机高端热轧控制技术,保障产品高精度的尺寸控制及良好的内外表面质量。
冶炼工艺流程:高炉铁水→铁水预处理→转炉冶炼→LF炉外精炼→VD真空处理→连铸→铸坯入缓冷坑→入库。
轧制工艺流程:管坯检验→坯料锯切→管坯加热(环形炉)→穿孔→吹氮、喷硼砂→高压水除鳞→连轧→定径→高压水除鳞→冷床冷却→排管锯锯切→矫直→吹灰→无损探伤→人工检查→喷标→入库。
采用120 t转炉+LF炉外精炼+VD真空脱气炼钢,严格控制P、S、非金属夹杂物、气体及五害元素含量,出钢温度控制在1 610~1 630 ℃,采用硅铁合金、锰铁合金进行脱氧,终脱氧采用铝脱氧,深真空度不大于0.1 kPa,深真空时间不小于15 min,冶炼过程中合金分批均匀加入。采用弧形连铸机浇注成Φ150 mm的圆管坯,拉速恒定,连铸工艺采用结晶器电磁搅拌和末端电磁搅拌。
选用Φ100 mm PQF连轧管机组进行轧制,生产规格为Φ101.6 mm×10.65 mm。针对Cr-Mo钢种导热性差,变形抗力大,控制环形炉各段加热温度、升温速度、加热时间,使坯料处于最佳塑性变形状态,合理分配穿孔、连轧变形量,减少轧制缺陷,提高钢管内外表面质量。另外,选用适当的孔型组合以控制轧制偏差,对提高套管尺寸精度和抗挤强度均有利。因此需要合理控制环形加热炉低温段和高温段的加热速度及加热时间,保证连铸圆管坯处于最佳塑性变形区。实际控制中,环形加热炉均热段温度控制在1 230~1 250 ℃,最高温度不超高1 260 ℃。
由于对钢管表面质量及壁厚控制要求极为严格,需对轧态钢管逐支进行在线全长超声波探伤检验,检测钢管内外表面横向和纵向缺陷,探伤按照ISO 10893-10或ASTM E213标准进行,验收等级为U2。全长超声波探伤检测时,要求进行全长壁厚测量,覆盖率为100%。
产品的化学成分控制对组织、性能影响显著。实际化学成分的均匀控制可以减小性能的波动,是产品综合性能合格的基础。抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用钢的熔炼成分见表5
因Cr-Mo钢的导热性差,连铸坯入缓冷坑进行缓冷,对冷却后的连铸坯进行热酸低倍检验,评级结果见表6,低倍组织见图1
对每批轧态钢管取样进行热处理,热处理后取样进行拉伸、冲击及硬度检验,取样位置为管端,取样长度为300 mm。力学性能检测结果见表7
调质态钢管的非金属夹杂物、晶粒度及显微组织检验结果见表8图2。结果表明,钢管的冶金质量良好,未见大型非金属夹杂物,金相组织为回火索氏体,晶粒度在8.5级以上,该产品经调质处理后晶粒细小,组织均匀。
针对抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管需在高H2S含量气体环境中进行油气钻采,因此需对该产品进行抗H2S应力腐蚀性能评价。取某工业生产的规格为Φ101.6 mm×10.65 mm钢管进行试验,试验结果见表9图3
针对稀土(Ce)加入量为0(4#试样)和0.003%(6#试样)的试验钢开展了抗H2S应力腐蚀试验,试验结果见表10图4
图4可以看出,随着腐蚀时间增加,添加稀土试样未发生断裂,未加稀土的试样在840 h后有2支出现断裂,添加稀土试样较未加稀土试样表现出良好的抗H2S应力腐蚀性能。
(1)采用C-Mn-Cr-Mo成分体系及合理的生产工艺控制生产的抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管,经检验,铸坯质量、成品化学成分、力学性能、金相组织及非金属夹杂物等各项指标均符合用户技术协议及API Spec 5DP 2020《钻杆规范》的要求。
(2)针对产品服役于高H2S含量油气钻采环境,进行抗H2S应力腐蚀性能评价。SSC试验结果显示,添加稀土Ce的试样相比未添加稀土Ce的试样,抗H2S应力腐蚀性能明显改善。未添加稀土Ce的试样在840 h后有2支断裂,而添加稀土Ce的试样在960 h内未发生断裂。
(3)该稀土微合金化抗H2S应力腐蚀SS105钢级钻杆管体用无缝管具备高强高韧、耐疲劳耐磨、高抗H2S应力腐蚀等优良性能,已实现批量供货,并获得用户一致好评。
