According to the characteristics of CSP production line of Baotou Steel, the trial production of 450 MPa grade weather resistant steel strip is carried out through adopting reasonable component design and formulating the process plan from processes of smelting to hot rolling. The good corrosion resistance is obtained with such alloy elements as Cu, Cr and Ni as well as grain refinement and precipitation strengthening are realized through microalloying of Ti and controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The microstructure and mechanical properties of optimized weather resistant steel strip Q450NQR1 are tested and analyzed. The results showed that the microstructure, grain size and mechanical properties of Q450NQR1 steel strip could meet the requirements of standard for railway steel Q450NQR1 as well as relative corrosion rate was 47.4%.

根据包钢CSP生产线特点,采用合理的成分设计,通过对冶炼到热轧工序工艺方案的制定,试制450 MPa级别耐大气腐蚀钢带,利用Cu、Cr、Ni等合金元素来获得良好耐腐蚀性能,通过Ti元素微合金化和控轧控冷实现晶粒细化及析出强化。对优化后的耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1的显微组织和力学性能进行了检测分析,结果表明,Q450NQR1钢带显微组织、晶粒度和力学性能均满足铁道用钢Q450NQR1标准要求,相对腐蚀率为47.4%。

根据包钢CSP生产线特点,采用合理的成分设计,通过对冶炼到热轧工序工艺方案的制定,试制450 MPa级别耐大气腐蚀钢带,利用Cu、Cr、Ni等合金元素来获得良好耐腐蚀性能,通过Ti元素微合金化和控轧控冷实现晶粒细化及析出强化。对优化后的耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1的显微组织和力学性能进行了检测分析,结果表明,Q450NQR1钢带显微组织、晶粒度和力学性能均满足铁道用钢Q450NQR1标准要求,相对腐蚀率为47.4%。

According to the characteristics of CSP production line of Baotou Steel, the trial production of 450 MPa grade weather resistant steel strip is carried out through adopting reasonable component design and formulating the process plan from processes of smelting to hot rolling. The good corrosion resistance is obtained with such alloy elements as Cu, Cr and Ni as well as grain refinement and precipitation strengthening are realized through microalloying of Ti and controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The microstructure and mechanical properties of optimized weather resistant steel strip Q450NQR1 are tested and analyzed. The results showed that the microstructure, grain size and mechanical properties of Q450NQR1 steel strip could meet the requirements of standard for railway steel Q450NQR1 as well as relative corrosion rate was 47.4%.

随着铁路车厢用钢升级换代的要求,高强度耐大气腐蚀钢Q450NQR1已经广泛应用于C70敞车,国内多家钢铁企业也陆续开展了高强度耐大气腐蚀钢Q450NQR1的研发工作。包钢稀土钢板材厂2 250 mm热轧生产线成功生产了高强度耐大气腐蚀Q450NQR1钢带,并且顺利通过国内18家铁路车辆生产制造厂家的联合资质认证[1]
由于Q450NQR1钢带自身具备高强度、高韧性、抗疲劳、抗腐蚀、耐磨、耐候等综合性能,近些年厚度5.0 mm以下规格也被广泛用于铁路集装箱的制造。随着“一带一路”战略的深入推进,中欧班列、中亚班列的开行,使铁路用集装箱制造业迎来了良好的发展空间,为扩大CSP生产线产品结构,拓宽市场,包钢利用CSP生产线试制耐大气腐蚀Q450NQR1热轧钢带。
(1)结晶器在线调宽和动态液芯压下技术的应用。结晶器在线调宽主要特点是在不断浇的情况下通过结晶器窄面的移动(最大调宽量为120 mm),在线调整铸坯宽度得到所需尺寸,可提高连铸机的生产能力和效率。动态液芯压下技术可通过扇形段松动侧框架整体压下,获得57 mm和72 mm厚度铸坯,从而获得最终产品需要的压缩比,增加了成品的覆盖面,保证了产品质量。
(2)CSP生产线连铸冷却速率较高,因而连铸坯低倍组织中粗大枝晶数量减少,二次枝晶间距较短,原始铸态组织晶粒较细且分布均匀,为产品性能稳定提供保障。
(3)CSP工艺属于铸坯热态直接轧制,减少了传统热连轧工艺中铸坯二次加热环节,有效减少了因铜在晶界富集导致的龟裂、边裂等缺陷。由于其工艺流程短,作业率高,加工成本低,更适合薄规格耐大气腐蚀钢带生产。
中华人民共和国铁道用耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1行业标准(TB/T 1979—2014)[2]化学成分及力学性能要求见表1表2
2021年9月份,包钢CSP生产线结合铁路集装箱市场需求和自身产线工艺特点,对耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1主要规格5.8 mm×1 275 mm、4.5 mm×1 275 mm、3.0 mm×1 275 mm、2.75 mm×1 275 mm进行了试制生产。
表3为Q450NQR1钢带的设计成分,为了获得良好的耐大气腐蚀性能、力学性能和焊接性能,采用低C、低S、低P,添加Cu、Cr、Ni等耐大气腐蚀元素。为了保证产品力学性能,降低薄规格轧制负荷,主要加入价格低廉但强化效果显著的Ti元素,利用Cu、Cr、Ni等合金元素实现在大气腐蚀环境下耐候钢的均匀钝化,利用Ti元素微合金化及控轧控冷实现晶粒细化和析出强化,从而提高耐候钢的强韧性。另外采用低C设计不但保证了产品良好的焊接性能,而且较低的碳含量可限制珠光体组织及其他碳化物的形成,保证形成均匀组织,从而避免异相电位差引起原电池腐蚀,达到提高钢的耐腐蚀性的目的[1]
耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1的生产工艺流程如下。
铁水预处理→转炉顶底复合吹炼→LF精炼处理→薄板坯连铸→辊底式加热炉加热→7机架热连轧→层流冷却→卷取→检验→包装→入库。
由于加入强化元素Ti,冶炼时要注意N、O含量控制,过多的N、O会形成不良的化合物,使得TiC的形成量减小,钢带的有效Ti含量下降,影响其强化机制。因此在冶炼过程中应将O含量控制不大于0.004 0%、N含量控制不大于0.005 0%。还需要严格控制加热炉炉内气氛以及升温速度,出炉温度应控制在1 060~1 090 ℃之间,减少铜在晶界及铸坯表面富集。另外为了板形良好,性能稳定,细化奥氏体晶粒,避免出现混晶,连轧机F1轧制压下量不小于42%,F2轧制压下量不小于35%。耐大气腐蚀Q450NQR1钢带主要轧制工艺参数见表4
终轧温度是决定钢带组织状态的关键参数,高的终轧温度可推迟TiC在奥氏体中的形变诱导析出,增加卷取过程中TiC的析出量;低的终轧温度可增加奥氏体未再结晶的总变形量,细化晶粒且改变了析出物分布,使得Ti在奥氏体晶界和晶内变形带析出,减少了铁素体中的析出量,最终卷取后TiC的析出量减小,析出效果减弱,所以将终轧温度设定为880~890 ℃。目标卷取温度设定除了要考虑相变组织外,更重要的是保证纳米级TiC在铁素体中充分析出,在560~600 ℃之间第二相粒子沉淀析出强化对总的屈服强度的增量贡献较大,可以有效地提高产品机械性能。
表5可知,试制厚度为5.8 mm、4.5 mm、3.0 mm、2.75 mm的Q450NQR1钢带力学性能符合产品标准要求。对试制Q450NQR1钢带进行了180°弯曲试验,试样完好无裂纹,产品具有良好的冷成形性能。为了验证试制Q450NQR1钢带抗冲击性能,在厚度为5.8 mm的钢带取样,加工成5 mm×10 mm×55 mm的试样,进行了-40 ℃低温冲击性能检测,平均冲击功为90 J,达到了-40 ℃冲击功不小于60 J的要求,试制钢带具有良好的冲击韧性。
为了确保钢带整体性能稳定,对典型厚度进行了头部、尾部和带钢横断面性能跟踪。由图1可见,试制厚度规格头部、尾部性能偏差小,屈服强度偏差为2~12 MPa,抗拉强度偏差为1~13 MPa,延伸率偏差为0.5~1个百分点。对厚度5.8 mm钢带进行横向各位置力学性能稳定性跟踪,带钢屈服强度横向偏差不大于1.13%,抗拉强度横向偏差不大于0.8%,延伸率横向偏差不大于2%,力学性能波动小、稳定性高。
对试制厚度为5.8 mm、4.5 mm、3.0 mm、2.75 mm钢带取样进行显微组织和夹杂物分析。由图2可知,各厚度钢带组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒细小均匀,图2(a)(b)晶粒度为11级,图2(c)(d)晶粒度为12级,A类、B类、Ds类夹杂物评级均为0.5级,钢质纯净,符合产品标准要求。
本文中的周期浸润耐腐蚀试验标准执行TB/T 2375—1993。试验溶液为NaHSO3溶液,溶液浓度为0.01 mol/L,pH值为4.4~4.8;试验温度目标值设定为45 ℃,湿度目标值设定为70%。整个试验周期时间为60±3 min,试样浸润的时间为12.0±1.5 min,试验过程的测试时间为72 h。选用的对比试样为标准要求的Q345B钢种,试样经过烘烤后表面温度为70±10 ℃。试验结果如表6所示,耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1相对腐蚀速率为47.4%,达到了技术条件要求。
(1)包钢CSP生产线试制的耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1采用C-Mn-Ti-Cu-Cr-Ni合金体系设计,通过微合金化和控轧控冷工艺,试制钢带各项性能符合标准要求。
(2)厚度为5.8 mm、4.5 mm、3.0 mm、2.75 mm耐大气腐蚀钢带Q450NQR1显微组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒均匀细小,晶粒度为11~12级,A类、B类、Ds类夹杂物评级均为0.5级,钢质纯净,符合标准要求。
(3)Q450NQR1试制规格钢带具有稳定的头部、尾部及横向力学性能,具有良好的冷成形和冲击性能,Q450NQR1钢带相对腐蚀率为47.4%,满足产品标准要求。
