利用焊接工艺制备的高钙线,钙棒包裹非常紧密,很难用物理手段取出芯粉或用水溶解钙棒,不能使用差减法精准测定高钙线的芯粉重量。文章使用不同浓度的盐酸和醋酸对高钙线浸泡处理,观察反应效果,使用ICP光谱仪检测溶液铁浓度,分析酸对铁皮的腐蚀情况。确定使用醋酸(1+9)对高钙线进行处理,反应迅速、完全,铁皮基本无损失,高钙线芯粉重量标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.1%~0.5%之间,满足检测方法要求,实现了高钙线芯粉重量快速、准确测定。

利用焊接工艺制备的高钙线,钙棒包裹非常紧密,很难用物理手段取出芯粉或用水溶解钙棒,不能使用差减法精准测定高钙线的芯粉重量。文章使用不同浓度的盐酸和醋酸对高钙线浸泡处理,观察反应效果,使用ICP光谱仪检测溶液铁浓度,分析酸对铁皮的腐蚀情况。确定使用醋酸(1+9)对高钙线进行处理,反应迅速、完全,铁皮基本无损失,高钙线芯粉重量标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在0.1%~0.5%之间,满足检测方法要求,实现了高钙线芯粉重量快速、准确测定。

高钙包芯线是生产厂家将合金材料研磨成粉末,然后混合,通过钢带包覆制作而成的产品,作为炼钢过程中的脱氧剂,利用钙与氧有较强的亲和力,达到脱氧的目的,减少钢中杂质,改变钢中夹杂物的形状,提高钢材的使用性能[1]
随着高钙包芯线制作工艺的改变,铁皮包裹的钙棒越来越紧密,使用原检测方法BGJC/ZY-02-031水溶解方式无法进行检测,严重影响数据的准确性,需开发新的检测方法解决高钙线芯粉重量的检测,提高数据的准确性。
醋酸:1+1、1+3、1+9;盐酸:1+1、1+3、1+9。
使用剪切机将20 cm长的待检高钙包芯线样品截成5段,准确测量每段样品的长度并记录L,在电子秤上称量每段样品的质量,记录质量m1;将每段样品置于(1+9)醋酸溶液中,使钙芯溶解,待高钙线中的钙完全溶解,取出铁皮,用自来水冲洗干净,烘干后称量其质量,记录质量m2,利用差减法的原理,通过公式(1)计算每段高钙包芯线芯粉重量,取5段样品的平均值,即为该待检高钙包芯线样品的芯粉重量[2]

由于高钙包芯线生产工艺的改变,使用物理手段无法将整个钙棒取出,导致无法准确测定高钙线的芯粉重量。考虑到高钙包芯线内部为钙纯度在98%以上的钙棒,而钙元素属于活泼金属,可选用盐酸和醋酸分别与钙棒反应,且铁皮质量的损失量不会影响测定结果,从而达到测定高钙线芯粉重量的目的。
选取高钙包芯线1#、2#、3#试样,采用水、盐酸、醋酸溶解三种方法进行钙棒的溶解试验,使用ICP光谱仪进行溶液中铁浓度的检测。通过计算公式进行推导,溶液中铁浓度小于0.01%时不会影响检测结果的准确性[3-5],具体操作如下:
方法1:截取待检高钙包芯线20 cm,使用剪切机将高钙包芯线样品再次截成5段,放入400 mL水中进行反应。
方法2:配置不同浓度的盐酸溶液(1+1)、(1+3)、(1+9),将待检的20 cm高钙包芯线用剪切机截成5段,分别放入400 mL(1+1)、(1+3)、(1+9)盐酸溶液中进行反应。
方法3:配置不同浓度的醋酸溶液(1+1)、(1+3)、(1+9),将待检的20 cm高钙包芯线用剪切机截成5段,分别放入400 mL(1+1)、(1+3)、(1+9)醋酸溶液中进行反应。
高钙线在水、盐酸、醋酸中的溶解效果及盐酸、醋酸溶液中铁浓度,如表1表2所示。
表1可以看出,使用水溶解时,高钙线中钙棒反应不完全,反应7天还未反应完全,铁皮表面已经生锈,使用盐酸、醋酸溶解时,钙棒与盐酸和醋酸的反应剧烈,且钙棒反应完全。由表2可以看出,使用盐酸时,溶液中铁浓度较大,从而影响测定结果准确度,使用醋酸时,溶液中铁浓度较盐酸小,且醋酸浓度为(1+9)时,溶液中铁浓度小于0.01%,满足方法检测要求。
通过上述实验,选取4#样品,使用醋酸(1+9)进行反应,记录反应时间,观察钙棒反应程度,如表3所示。
表3可以看出,钙棒与醋酸(1+9)反应时间达到60 min时,钙棒反应完全。
选取包裹相对松弛的高钙包芯线样品5#、6#、7#、8#,使用物理手段将高钙包芯线整体取出,使用醋酸(1+9)溶解后进行实验,测定结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,选取包裹相对松弛的高钙线,使用物理手段和化学反应同时进行实验,检测结果差值均小于0.5 g/m,结果的准确度可以得到保障。
选取9#样品截取11份,进行芯粉重量精密度检验,测定结果如表5所示。
表5结果计算,高钙线的芯粉重量测定11次的精密度,RSD=0.119%,RSD≤5%,满足方法检测要求。
通过实验,本方法检测高钙线芯粉重量,准确度和精密度可以得到保障,满足检测方法的要求,解决了由于高钙线中钙棒和铁皮压实过紧,无法准确测定芯粉重量的问题。将反应后的溶液使用ICP光谱仪进行铁浓度的测定,使用(1+9)醋酸溶解高钙线,溶液铁浓度为0.000 9%,不影响差减重量法测定芯粉重量的准确度。此方法前处理方式简便,可以精准快速地检测高钙包芯线的芯粉重量,测定结果得到现场使用单位的认可。
采用醋酸(1+9)溶解高钙线,反应迅速,并且铁皮质量基本无损失,反应60 min即可准确测定高钙线芯粉重量,操作易于掌握。通过条件的优化,本方法可以对高钙线芯粉重量实现快速准确测定。该方法建立以来,承担了包钢股份各厂高钙线芯粉重量的检测任务,检测结果得到各厂的认可,可以满足日常对高钙线质量的验收要求。
