The intellectual features of beneficiation equipment become increasingly prominent and efficient upgrading of intelligent beneficiation equipment technology is one of the effective ways to improve beneficiation efficiency. In this paper, it is systematically introduced the development process of photoelectric intelligent sorting technology in the field of beneficiation and its application progress in multi ore sorting. Moreover, it is introduced and analyzed the working principles and technical performances of XRT intelligent sorting machine. Finally, it is introduced the experimental study of pre-separation for iron bearing rock of an iron ore with photoelectric intelligent sorter. The results showed that the rough concentrate with the iron grade of 25.13% and recovery rate of iron of 67.98% could be obtained by discarding the tailings with the iron grade of 9.53% and productive rate of 55.39% under the condition of the raw ore with the particle size of 10~100 mm and iron grade of 16.49% so that the expected indicators could be achieved, which provides scie.pngic basis for the resource utilization of iron bearing rock and the further popularization and applications of the equipment.

选矿装备的智能化特征日益鲜明,而高效的智能化选矿装备技术升级是提高选矿效率的有效途径之一。文章系统介绍了光电智能分选技术在选矿领域的发展历程以及在多矿种分选中的应用进展,介绍并分析了XRT智能分选机的工作原理和技术性能,最后利用光电智能分选机对某铁矿含铁岩开展预选试验研究。结果表明,在原矿粒级为10~100 mm、铁品位为16.49%的条件下,可抛除铁品位为9.53%、产率为55.39%的尾矿,获得铁品位为25.13%、铁回收率为67.98%的粗精矿,达到试验预期指标,为含铁岩的资源化利用和该设备的进一步推广应用提供科学依据。

选矿装备的智能化特征日益鲜明,而高效的智能化选矿装备技术升级是提高选矿效率的有效途径之一。文章系统介绍了光电智能分选技术在选矿领域的发展历程以及在多矿种分选中的应用进展,介绍并分析了XRT智能分选机的工作原理和技术性能,最后利用光电智能分选机对某铁矿含铁岩开展预选试验研究。结果表明,在原矿粒级为10~100 mm、铁品位为16.49%的条件下,可抛除铁品位为9.53%、产率为55.39%的尾矿,获得铁品位为25.13%、铁回收率为67.98%的粗精矿,达到试验预期指标,为含铁岩的资源化利用和该设备的进一步推广应用提供科学依据。

The intellectual features of beneficiation equipment become increasingly prominent and efficient upgrading of intelligent beneficiation equipment technology is one of the effective ways to improve beneficiation efficiency. In this paper, it is systematically introduced the development process of photoelectric intelligent sorting technology in the field of beneficiation and its application progress in multi ore sorting. Moreover, it is introduced and analyzed the working principles and technical performances of XRT intelligent sorting machine. Finally, it is introduced the experimental study of pre-separation for iron bearing rock of an iron ore with photoelectric intelligent sorter. The results showed that the rough concentrate with the iron grade of 25.13% and recovery rate of iron of 67.98% could be obtained by discarding the tailings with the iron grade of 9.53% and productive rate of 55.39% under the condition of the raw ore with the particle size of 10~100 mm and iron grade of 16.49% so that the expected indicators could be achieved, which provides scie.pngic basis for the resource utilization of iron bearing rock and the further popularization and applications of the equipment.

光电分选的概念最早于20世纪初提出,从第一台光电分选机问世,经过近一个世纪的发展与革新,光电智能分选设备正以其精度高、能耗低、模块化和集成扩展性强等优势在我国矿石预分选领域得到了广泛关注和应用。光电智能分选设备主要利用新一代传感技术对矿石进行初步预选,达到对有用矿物预富集的目的,而高分辨率的传感器还可使矿山开采边界品位下移,将矿山部分难以利用的矿产资源转为可开采储量[1-2],提高矿山资源综合利用水平,进而延长矿山开采寿命。在“双碳”经济背景下,智能光电分选技术以其节能低碳、绿色高效的特点在助力人工智能选矿厂建设和矿山数字化转型中发挥关键作用。
本文介绍了光电智能分选技术在选矿领域的进展情况及智能分选设备的工作原理,并利用智能光电分选机对某铁矿的含铁围岩分选进行工业试验,试验结果为含铁围岩的资源化利用和该设备的进一步推广应用提供科学依据。
国外对光电分选技术在矿石分选领域的研究应用较我国起步早约60年,在20世纪初奥地利最先开始研制并使用光电分选机,但未能得到推广应用;直至20世纪60年代美国、英国、前苏联、加拿大等国先后研制出各种型号光电分选机用于金刚石、白云石、石灰石、石膏、菱镁矿及石英矿的分选,标志着光电分选技术在选矿领域的应用趋于成熟。随着X射线、红外线、激光等优质光源在分选设备的成功应用,进一步推动了光电分选技术的发展。英国于1968年研制出XR-21型X射线光电分选机用于金刚石的分选,南非研发出M系列激光光电选矿机用于菱镁矿、钨矿的分选,前苏联于1984年—1995年研发出JIC系列X射线分选机用于有色金属分选[3]。我国也于20世纪60年代末开始进行光电选矿设备的研制,1966年—1969年江西有色冶金研究所研制成功GS型光电选矿机,并建成我国第一座光电选矿车间;1978年江西冶金学院研制出CGX-Ⅰ型磁-光分选机工业样机,并于同年投入下垄钨矿大平选厂使用[4-5];1981年3月由大吉山钨矿研发的B650-Ⅰ型光电选矿机通过技术鉴定。新一代光电分选设备的更迭标志着光电分选技术在自动化选矿领域得到了全面应用。
进入21世纪,随着高精度透射探测传感、高分辨图像采集传输和AI人工智能算法等技术的集成,光电智能分选技术正在以系统化、智能化、数字化等特点在矿石分选领域发生颠覆性的变革,其分选应用实现在非金属矿、黑色金属矿、有色金属矿等多场景延伸。智能矿石分选设备国外具有代表性的研发制造企业有挪威TOMRA公司、德国STEINERT公司和波兰COMEX公司等,国内也涌现出诸如北京霍里思特科技有限公司、赣州好朋友科技有限公司和天津美腾科技股份有限公司等优秀企业[6],其中北京霍里思特公司“光电智能分选技术”于2022年5月通过了中关村绿色矿山产业联盟组织的成果鉴定,认为该成果在选矿领域达到国际先进水平,具有重要的推广应用价值。光电智能分选技术在选矿领域的发展历程如图1所示。
随着我国矿产资源开发规模的不断扩大,贫矿、难选矿石日益增多,导致矿石采选成本不断增加。而光电智能分选技术随着AI算法、大数据及人工智能技术的不断升级和普及,其以高效、精准的强大能效在各种类型矿石分选中广泛应用,相较于传统工艺无需药剂和水资源的消耗,有效降低了选矿成本。大量实践证明,光电智能分选设备在选矿领域的不同应用场景中均取得较佳分选效果,关键选矿指标情况如表1所示。
表1可知,光电智能分选设备对入选矿石要求较高,在分选粒度方面存在一定局限性,其适宜的分选粒度在10~200 mm之间,而且不同粒度范围需严格匹配对应分选设备才能取得较好的分选效果。因此,需要进一步研发更加精细的探测器和识别算法,并配以高效执行机构降低矿石分选的粒度下限,同时研发矿石分选粒度区间宽泛、单机产量大的多功能一体化设备以满足生产需求。
XRT智能分选技术实现了在超高速下对矿石外表和内部全结构特征的提取,在选矿领域具有显著技术优势。XRT智能分选机主要由给料系统、运输系统、扫描检测系统和分选执行系统组成,其工作原理为利用待分选矿石、脉石密度的明显差异,首先取少量的矿石、脉石试样进行训练、测试及校正,利用其密度不同,X射线透射矿石、脉石时吸收程度不同,再通过相机采集传输,利用工业计算机成像,通过复杂算法计算识别后,根据不同图片灰度值进行深度学习并设立参数,建成模型。XRT智能分选机在生产时,供料系统将矿石、脉石由皮带高速送入检测区,X射线将对每颗矿石、脉石透射,相继经多通道、高清晰度相机进行信号采集并传输至工业计算机,通过复杂算法计算及图像处理,再和已建模型参数对比、识别,标记矿块位置信息,工业计算机相应会给脉石对应位置气阀发出指令,利用气动力分离脉石,达到抛废、富集的目的。
以X104智能分选机为例,工作原理简图如图2所示,矿块经振动给料机均匀给入运输皮带,当矿料进入扫描区,使用射线源发出的X射线对原矿进行扫描,同时由高性能探测器采集数据,通过AI智能算法识别矿石品位,并用气排枪以高速喷吹方式(上喷或下喷)将原矿分选为预选精矿、中矿和废石,实现预先抛废或废石提精[7]
XRT智能分选机具有以下技术特点:①X射线透射技术对矿石具有穿透性检测能力,不受灰尘、含水量、表面污渍、形状和尺寸等因素制约,提高了检测的准确性[8]。②无需对矿样进行特殊处理,有效提高检测效率,同时不会对矿样造成损伤。③作业过程无需用水,在高寒干旱地区极具适用性。④可对设备进行智能化远程监测、控制,可实现无人值守。⑤射线源为自屏蔽III类射线装置,符合国家公共安全等级辐射泄漏标准规定,无需另设屏蔽,运行更加可靠安全。
XRT智能分选机也具有一定局限性:①当目标矿物与废石密度差异较小时,XRT智能分选机容易出现误判,导致废石量增多。②对粗粒矿石的解离度有一定要求,需进一步破碎获得适宜入选粒度,确保最佳选别效果。③目前市面上大部分设备要求入选矿石粒径在10~300 mm,对于较小粒径的矿石,分选精度较低[9]。④对于组分复杂、多金属共伴生的矿石存在难以分辨的情况,在选矿过程中存在漏选、误选现象,选出的废石中夹带有价矿石。⑤ XRT智能分选机较传统分选设备零件更为精密,设备价格高。⑥给矿物质流中的粒度分布、料层厚度对分选精度有较大影响,需增加筛分系统确保来料粒度均匀、料层厚度适宜。
针对设备的不足之处,需进一步优化高精度传感技术和核心算法,提高矿物辨识精度,同时充分利用物联网、大数据、远程通信等技术不断完善不同应用场景的数据库信息,确保工艺适应性和稳定性。采用多重检测手段并用和联合预选工艺以解决矿物成分复杂、矿石粒径限制等问题,使设备向多功能集成、全智能高效分选发展[10]
由于某铁矿进入开采末期,铁矿石供应量减小,对矿山固废的处理和综合利用要求提到新的高度,为此,综合回收含铁岩中的铁资源意义重大。采用光电智能分选机对含铁岩开展工业试验研究。取代表性试样2 000 kg,经检测分析,该试样铁品位为16.72%、氧化亚铁含量为7.84%,磁性率为48.89%,属于磁性围岩。先将含铁岩矿样进行破碎筛分,分成0~10 mm与10~100 mm两个粒级,10~100 mm粒级矿样利用光电智能分选机进行选别,0~10 mm粒级矿样利用常规干式磁选机(永磁磁滑轮)进行选别,期望精矿铁品位达到25%以上,同时尾矿铁品位控制在10%左右。选矿试验结果及数质量流程图分别见表2图3
表2可知,10~100 mm粒级磁性含铁岩通过光电智能分选机选别,在原矿铁品位为16.49%的条件下,可抛除55.39%的尾矿,尾矿铁品位为9.53%,得到精矿铁品位为25.13%、铁回收率为67.98%的选别指标;0~10 mm粒级含铁岩采用干式弱磁选工艺选别,在原矿铁品位为16.30%的条件下,可抛除55.73%的尾矿,尾矿铁品位为9.04%,得到精矿铁品位为25.44%、铁回收率为69.09%的选别指标。不同粒度的两种预选方式选别指标相近且均达到预期目标,表明光电智能分选机在含铁岩预选中具有较佳效果,而且在保证选别指标合格前提下,光电智能分选机较常规干式磁选机可放宽入选粒度,进一步降低破碎能耗,降低选矿成本。
综合两个粒级、两种选别工艺试验结果可得出,铁品位为16.48%的磁性含铁岩通过光电智能分选与干式磁选联合预选后,可得到最终预选精矿铁品位为25.14%、产率为44.59%、铁回收率为68.03%的选别指标,达到试验预期目标。
(1)光电智能分选技术经过一个多世纪的发展与革新,经实践证明在选矿领域有显著的技术优势,可广泛应用于选矿领域的不同场景,极具推广应用前景。但同时智能光电分选设备存在诸多局限性,应继续提高设备综合性能以保证在复杂工况条件下的工艺适应性和稳定性,而多功能集成、全智能高效分选设备是未来重要的发展方向。
(2)通过光电智能分选机对含铁岩预选试验研究,在原矿铁品位为16.49%、粒级范围为10~100 mm的条件下,可抛除产率为55.39%、铁品位为9.53%的尾矿,得到预选精矿铁品位为25.13%、铁回收率为67.98%的选别指标,达到试验预期目标。
