In this paper, it is introduced the basic principle and judgment basis of detecting integrality of pile body with crosshole sonic logging as well as summarized the process flow and matters needing attention of on-site detection by taking the project of archives center in a city as an example, which provide accurate detection data for the quality of foundation pile in project.

混凝土灌注桩的施工过程具有较高的隐蔽性,并且工艺较复杂。由于硬化环境和混凝土成型条件的复杂性,桩身容易出现空洞、裂缝、夹杂物、局部疏松和缩径等缺陷[1],这些缺陷影响建筑物的安全性和耐久性。因此,基桩质量的检测在工程建设中非常关键。目前,基桩质量检测可分为基桩承载力检测和桩身完整性检测。文章所讨论的完整性检测中,常用的方法有高应变检测法、低应变检测法、双速度法、旁孔测桩法、钻芯法、声波透射法等[2]。由于声波透射法不会对检测目标的结构产生破坏,在混凝土灌注桩完整性检测中广泛应用[3]
文章以某市档案馆工程为例,对声波透射法在混凝土灌注桩桩身完整性检测中的应用进行分析。该工程中,建筑物采用混凝土灌注桩和筏板基础形式基础,楼层数为11层,并设地下室1层,结构形式为框架剪力墙结构,岩土工程勘察等级为甲级。混凝土灌注桩总桩数为610根,桩长28 m;桩径为800 mm,混凝土强度等级为C35。按照总桩数20%的检测比例进行超声波透射法检测,对受检桩的桩身完整性进行分析和评价。
该工程的施工区域地势平坦,场地的地层由浅至深依次为杂填土、粉砂、湿陷性粉土、粗砂、砾砂、粉质黏土、粉砂、粉质黏土。
第①层杂填土( Q 4 m l),厚度变化为1.0~4.0 m,杂色,成分以粉土为主,混少量粉细砂及建筑垃圾;第②层粉砂( Q 4 a l + p l),厚度变化为0.4~1.1 m,黄褐色,成分以长石、石英为主,局部为细砂,混大量粉土;第③层湿陷性粉土( Q 4 a l + p l),厚度变化为6.5~9.3 m,黄褐色,土质不均,含白色粉末状碳酸盐结晶,虫孔发育;第③1层粗砂( Q 4 a l + p l),厚度变化为0.7~2.2 m,黄褐色,成分以长石、石英为主,混少量砂砾,该层以夹层或透镜体的形式分布于第③层湿陷性粉土中;第④层砾砂( Q 4 a l + p l),厚度变化为0.4~2.2 m,黄褐色,成分以长石、石英为主,局部有粉质黏土薄夹层;第⑤层粉质黏土( Q 3 a l),厚度变化为15.5~17.6 m,黄绿色,含云母及氧化铁,土质不均,局部与粉土、粉细砂呈互层分布;第⑥层粉砂( Q 3 a l),厚度变化为9.2~11.8 m,黄绿色,成分以长石、石英为主,砂质不纯,混大量细砂,局部变相为粉质黏土与粉土;第⑦层粉质黏土( Q 3 a l),棕褐色,含云母及氧化铁,在钻探深度范围内未揭穿该层。
首先采用超声脉冲发射源在混凝土内激发高频弹性脉冲波,之后由高精度接收系统记录该脉冲波在混凝土内传播过程中表现出的波动特征,最后根据波动特征判断受检桩身的完整性。
波动特征具体表现为:在混凝土中,不连续或损坏的缺陷面构成了波阻抗界面,当脉冲波到达这些界面时,会产生反射和透射,导致接收到的透射能量显著减少。此外,如果混凝土中存在如松散、蜂窝状结构或孔洞等严重缺陷,这些缺陷同样会引起波的散射和绕射。
通过观察波的初至到达时间、能量衰减、频率变化以及波形畸变程度,可以确定混凝土的密实度。通过记录不同位置和高度的超声波波动特性,可以分析并推断出混凝土的性能和内部缺陷的具体情况,包括缺陷的类型、尺寸和位置。
声波透射法检测所需的设备主要包括超声波检测仪、超声波换能器、声测管等[4]
超声波检测仪发射阶跃或矩形脉冲激发发射换能器,接收由接收换能器发出的信号,并记录声波发射与接收换能器的位置,实时显示接收信号的时距曲线以及声学参数信息。
换能器分为接收换能器和发射换能器两种,分别用于超声波信号的接收和发射,其有效工作段长度不应超过150 mm,谐振频率应为30~50 kHz[5]
声测管沿钢筋笼内侧对称埋设,其内径应大于换能器外径,管口应较桩顶高出100 mm以上[5]。增加声测管的埋设数量可以增加检测剖面的组合,声测管埋设数量越多,则两两组合形成的检测剖面越多,从而扩大检测范围并提供更详细的检测数据,但需要消耗更多人力和物力,从而导致成本增加。具体要求如表1所示。
依据《建筑基桩检测技术规范》(JGJ 106—2014)相关规定,通过声速(v)、波幅(A),辅以斜率法(PSD值)进行声波异常判断。
声速反映了混凝土的弹性性质,其内部越致密,孔隙率越低,则声波波速越高,强度也越大。当混凝土灌注桩有空洞或裂缝时,超声脉冲波只能绕过空洞或裂缝传播到接收换能器,传播的路程增大,测得的声时必然偏长或声速降低。因此,当声速低于临界值时,判为声速异常。但需要注意的是,混凝土强度受多种因素影响,仅采用声波波速进行混凝土强度反推算并不精确。
声幅是衡量声波穿过混凝土后能量衰减程度的物理量,与声速具有关联性[6]。声幅强弱与材料的粘塑性有关,混凝土中强度较低区域以及存在离析、夹泥、蜂窝的区域增加了超声脉冲波的吸收衰减和散射,造成能量损失,声幅明显下降。因此,当声幅低于临界值时,判为声幅异常。
斜率法可作为异常判断的辅助方法。通过计算声时-深度曲线上相邻两点的斜率与声时差的乘积,突出异常数据,通常将该值称为PSD值(单位:μs2/m)。该方法可以较好地排除声测管弯曲等非缺陷因素造成的声时变化产生的影响[7]

式中,ti表示第i测点声时,μs;ti-1表示第i-1测点声时,μs;zi表示第i测点深度,m;zi-1表示第i-1测点深度,m。
基桩桩身完整性及类别判定见表2。其中,Ⅱ类桩不影响桩身结构承载力。
根据设计要求,本次声波透射法桩身完整性检测采用RSM-SY8基桩超声波CT成像测试仪(武汉中岩科技生产)、自发自收跨孔声波换能器(Φ25 mm),共完成123根工程桩的检测。每根桩预埋设声测管2根,即对每根桩进行1个剖面的检测,并以该检测剖面代表桩全部横截面进行桩身完整性的判定。
根据检测目的制定检测方案,掌握桩号、桩长、设计强度、灌注日期等基本信息,粗略判断波速范围,避免出现数据采集时采集深度与设计深度不一致的问题,确保检测时间满足混凝土强度龄期要求。
检测前应进行系统零时校正,在桩顶以两个声测管内边距为准测量两管间净距离。疏通声测管后,向管中注满清水,保证换能器能在全程范围内正常升降。
现场采集系统架设时,应选择干燥稳固的位置放置仪器,将仪器显示屏调整到合适的角度方便观察。选择稳固位置架设三脚架,保持安装深度计数器卡口水平。
为防止提升时换能器电缆与声测管口摩擦造成电缆损坏,应在声测管口安装管口滑轮。将换能器放到管底后,收紧换能器电缆,此时应注意保持换能器位于相同深度。将深度编码器接头连接仪器,延长接头放置在干燥处。
记录桩号,顺时针方向对两根声测管编号,即桩号-1、桩号-2,并量取声测管间距离。使用游标卡尺测量声测管的直径和壁厚。将两个换能器分别放入两根声测管中至轻触管底,保证各换能器处于同一水平面上。再次确定管的编号并正确地与仪器相应通道接口连接。
在测试开始时,应检查所有检测剖面的设置是否合理,波形是否清晰。根据波形的大小调整增益和延时,使波形显示在一个便于观察的区域内,在随后的测试过程中,应保持该参数不变。如感觉波形显示不佳,可重新调整延迟、增益等参数来达到最佳效果。延迟的调整准则为跨距越大,延迟越大,并以首波位置方便识别为优。
有时会发生无论如何调整参数,显示界面总是不能完整显示波形,其原因是桩底有沉渣或其他缺陷。此时可将换能器同步向上提升0.1~0.2 m,并观察采集情况,若效果良好,即以此深度为准开始检测;若效果仍然不佳,可继续同步向上提升换能器0.1~0.2 m,直至波形效果得到改善。需要注意的是,验证完设置后,应将探头重新放回桩底。
向上提升换能器开始采样。提升过程中,应保持缓慢匀速提升,一般不应超过1 m/s。若由于提升速度过快导致局部信号不佳,可以反向转动编码器,将探头回放并再次提升。当显示的深度为零时,停止采样。
选取桩号为Z18、Z72、Z141、Z552的4根具有代表性的受检桩进行数据分析。
Z18桩在桩长范围内,其声速、声幅均大于临界值,标准差分别为0.124 km/s和2.35 dB,PSD曲线均匀无异常,可判断Z18桩桩身完整性和均匀性较高,不存在质量问题。
Z72桩的声幅值在4 m、10 m、16 m、22 m处附近均小于临界值。由于几处异常变化规律,间隔均为6 m,推测为6 m长钢材质的声测管连接质量不佳导致数据异常,仍判为Ⅰ类桩。
Z141桩整体波形变化均匀,但在19~19.2 m、20.1~20.2 m处出现两处不连续的异常,其声速、声幅均小于临界值,桩身存在轻微缺陷,判为Ⅱ类桩。
Z552桩整体波形变化均匀,但在底部28.1~28.3 m处出现异常,其声速、声幅均小于临界值,可能为桩底沉渣导致。由于异常段较小,仅为轻微缺陷,因此判为Ⅱ类桩。

该试验共检测123根工程桩,其他受检桩的检测结果与上述4根代表桩相似,根据声波透射法波形曲线特征判断桩身完整性,检测结果统计如下:
(1)Z18等114根工程桩的声速、波幅均大于临界值,波形正常,判定为I类桩,即桩身完整,占检测桩总数的92.68%。
(2)Z141等9根工程桩波形基本正常,个别测点的声速、波幅略小于临界值,判定为II类桩,即桩身有轻微缺陷,但不影响桩身结构,占检测桩总数的7.32%。
(3)本次检测未出现Ⅲ类桩及Ⅳ类桩。
该项目共对123根工程桩进行桩身完整性检测,其中I类桩114根,占所测桩数的92.68%;II类桩9根,占所测桩数的7.32%,对II类桩的缺陷位置和程度进行了全面分析。检测结果为该工程的基桩质量提供了准确可靠的第三方检测数据。
