In the paper, the blast furnace smelting with large proportion of pellets is summarized as well as the effects of such processes as pelletizing, sintering and blast furnace on energy conservation and emission reduction of steel productions are quantificationally analyzed combining with actual production situations. The results showed that the carbon emission, energy consumption and pollutant discharge amount per ton of steel could be reduced by increasing the proportion of pellets and reducing the proportion of sinter in blast furnace. The study could be as reference for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction in the iron and steel enterprises with blast furnace-converter production process.

In the paper, the blast furnace smelting with large proportion of pellets is summarized as well as the effects of such processes as pelletizing, sintering and blast furnace on energy conservation and emission reduction of steel productions are quantificationally analyzed combining with actual production situations. The results showed that the carbon emission, energy consumption and pollutant discharge amount per ton of steel could be reduced by increasing the proportion of pellets and reducing the proportion of sinter in blast furnace. The study could be as reference for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction in the iron and steel enterprises with blast furnace-converter production process.

2015年《巴黎协定》明确了全球各国共同追求的“硬指标”,即把全球平均气温较工业化前水平升高控制在2 ℃之内,并为把升温控制在1.5 ℃之内而努力,尽快实现温室气体排放达到峰值,21世纪下半叶实现温室气体净零排放,降低气候变化给地球带来的生态风险以及给人类带来的生存危机。为积极应对气候变化,目前已有130多个国家设定了碳中和目标,其中超过90%的国家实现碳中和目标为2050年。中国作为世界大国,在2020年9月22日宣布,中国将提高国家自主贡献力度,采取更加有力的政策和措施,二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和。
中国碳核算数据库(CEADs)有效数据显示,2022年中国碳排放量为110亿t,约占全球碳排放量的28.87%,中国钢铁行业碳排放量占全国碳排放量的15%左右,是制造业31个门类中碳排放量最大的行业[1]。据统计,中国高炉-转炉长流程的比例达到90%左右,电炉短流程的比例约为10%,长流程炼钢碳排放强度达到1.6~2.3 t/t,短流程炼钢碳排放强度仅为0.4~0.6 t/t[2]。钢铁企业长流程工艺中铁前工序碳排放量占所有工序总碳排放量的70%以上,高炉工序和烧结工序贡献较大。同时,钢铁行业中55.38%的烟粉尘、75.97%的SO2、73.09%的NOx均来自于烧结工序[3],因此钢铁企业需要从高排放的工序开展节能降碳工作。有试验表明,提高球团矿配比、降低烧结矿配比是高炉炼铁实现节能减排、绿色环保的重要方向之一[4]。首钢、唐钢、太钢、安钢等企业已实现较高比例的球团矿入炉冶炼,同时对炉况、原燃料结构、能源消耗量等生产情况进行了分析,得出通过提高球团矿配比可以降低焦比、煤比、燃料比、工序能耗的结论,但暂未有对二氧化碳排放的相关分析。本文结合实际生产情况,对大比例球团矿冶炼的数据进行分析,测算高炉入炉原料比例改变后,对吨钢碳排放、能源消耗和污染物排放的影响,对于长流程冶炼工艺钢铁企业的节能减排工作具有重要意义。
高炉入炉料包括球团矿、烧结矿等原料,球团工序、烧结工序均属于高炉的前端工序,因此球团矿和烧结矿入炉比(球团矿和烧结矿各自占入炉原料总量的比值)会影响前端工序的能源消耗和排放。包头钢铁(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称“包钢”)1#高炉有效容积为2 200 m3,从2023年下半年起开展大比例球团矿冶炼试验,球团矿入炉比例从25%左右提高至50%左右,烧结矿入炉比例从75%左右降低至50%左右,高炉入炉原料配比情况见表1。现取大比例球团矿冶炼试验前2023年1月—5月数据和试验后2024年1月—5月数据进行对比分析,研究入炉球团矿比例提高后,二氧化碳排放、能源消耗、污染物排放的变化情况。二氧化碳排放核算方法依据《企业温室气体排放核算与报告填报说明 钢铁生产》,能源消耗核算方法依据GB/T 2589—2020《综合能耗计算通则》,污染物排放核算方法依据HJ 846—2017《排污许可证申请与核发技术规范 钢铁行业》。
在实际铁钢比为952 kg/t的条件下,依据高炉大比例球团矿冶炼试验前后的铁水产量、球团矿消耗量、烧结矿消耗量,可以得出吨钢球团矿消耗量、吨钢烧结矿消耗量。结果表明吨钢球团矿消耗量明显上升,试验后较试验前幅度升高了97.46%,吨钢烧结矿消耗量明显下降,试验后较试验前幅度降低了34.24%。
二氧化碳排放强度等于二氧化碳排放量除以产品产量。经统计,球团工序碳排放强度(球团工序碳排放量/球团矿产量)较试验前降低了15.46%,烧结工序碳排放强度(烧结工序碳排放量/烧结矿产量)较试验前升高了5.27%,高炉工序碳排放强度(高炉工序碳排放量/铁水产量)较试验前升高了9.09%。为使结果具有可比性,将以上结果均折算为吨钢碳排放量,表2为大比例球团矿冶炼试验后各工序对吨钢碳排放量的影响程度。由表2可知,高炉大比例球团矿冶炼试验后,球团工序使吨钢碳排放量升高3.17%,烧结工序使吨钢碳排放量下降13.73%,高炉工序使吨钢碳排放量升高5.63%,合计降低4.93%。
单位产品综合能耗等于能源消耗量除以产品产量。经计算,球团工序综合能耗(球团工序能源消耗量/球团矿产量)较试验前降低了0.22%,烧结工序综合能耗(烧结工序能源消耗量/烧结矿产量)较试验前降低了15.86%,高炉工序综合能耗(高炉工序能源消耗量/铁水产量)较试验前升高了0.41%。为使结果具有可比性,将以上结果均折算为吨钢综合能耗,表3为大比例球团矿冶炼试验后各工序对吨钢综合能耗的影响程度。由表3可知,高炉大比例球团矿冶炼试验后,球团工序使吨钢综合能耗升高1.56%,烧结工序使吨钢综合能耗下降7.25%,高炉工序使吨钢综合能耗升高0.34%,合计降低5.35%。
包钢2023年全面开展超低排放改造,2023年年底基本完成改造,改造后污染物排放量均明显降低,因此2024年1月—5月污染物排放量均为改造后的数据,无法与2023年1月—5月进行同比分析。为排除超低排改造对污染物排放量的影响,吨钢污染物排放量(污染物排放量/粗钢产量)均采用2024年1月—5月数据。在吨钢污染物排放量不变的条件下,仅考虑球团矿产量增加、烧结矿产量减少时,对吨钢污染物排放量的影响,表4为大比例球团矿冶炼试验后各工序对吨钢污染物排放量的影响程度。由表4可知,球团工序使吨钢粉尘排放量升高19.33%,烧结工序使粉尘排放下降27.40%,合计降低8.07%;球团工序使吨钢SO2排放量升高15.46%,烧结工序使SO2排放量下降28.76%,合计降低13.30%;球团工序使吨钢NOx排放量升高23.62%,烧结工序使吨钢NOx排放量下降25.90%,合计降低2.28%。
(1)高炉大比例球团矿冶炼试验后,高炉工序碳排放量与球团工序碳排放量升高,烧结工序碳排放量降低,以上过程综合可使吨钢碳排放量降低4.93%。
(2)高炉大比例球团矿冶炼试验后,高炉工序能源消耗与球团工序能源消耗升高,烧结工序能源消耗降低,以上过程综合可使吨钢综合能耗降低5.35%,与吨钢碳排放量降低幅度接近。
