In order to explore the effects of adding Indian powder ore on the production efficiency and quality of sinter, the experimental studies on basic sintering characteristics and sinter pot of Indian powder ore are carried out respectively. In the experiment, the current iron charge configuration of 2# Sintering Workshop of Iron-making Plant is taken as the datum point as well as the Mongolian powder ore and high-silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore are replaced by Indian powder ore respectively. The performances of Indian powder ore are comprehensively evaluated from such aspects as the chemical composition, size composition and quality index of sinter, which provide the basis for determining appropriate adding proportion.

为探索配加印度粉矿对烧结生产效率和烧结矿质量的影响,对印度粉矿进行了烧结基础特性和烧结杯试验研究。试验以炼铁厂烧结二部当前的铁料配置为基准点,采用印度粉矿分别替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗粉矿,从化学成分、粒度组成以及烧结矿质量指标等方面综合评价印度粉矿的性能,为确定适宜的配加比例提供依据。

In order to explore the effects of adding Indian powder ore on the production efficiency and quality of sinter, the experimental studies on basic sintering characteristics and sinter pot of Indian powder ore are carried out respectively. In the experiment, the current iron charge configuration of 2# Sintering Workshop of Iron-making Plant is taken as the datum point as well as the Mongolian powder ore and high-silicon Brazilian coarse powder ore are replaced by Indian powder ore respectively. The performances of Indian powder ore are comprehensively evaluated from such aspects as the chemical composition, size composition and quality index of sinter, which provide the basis for determining appropriate adding proportion.

随着钢铁行业竞争的加剧和原材料价格的波动,钢铁企业需要寻找更经济的原料以应对市场变化。国际市场上主流矿石价格居高不下,导致生铁成本较高,利润空间变窄。因此,使用经济原料成为钢铁企业降低成本、提高竞争力的重要手段之一。印度粉矿Al2O3含量高,烧结配加比例过高会造成烧结矿Al2O3含量升高,影响高炉炉渣性能,从而影响高炉正常生产。为实现烧结原料结构向多样性转变,增加可使用的新料种,尝试使用印度粉矿按一定比例替换蒙古粉矿、高硅巴西粗粉矿进行烧结试验,在试验过程中重点考察烧结矿的质量指标及冶金性能变化[1]
试验用的含铁原料有印度粉矿、蒙古粉矿、髙硅巴西粗粉矿(简称高硅巴粗),其化学成分见表1
表1可以看出,印度粉矿铁品位较低,仅为53.41%,比烧结二部当前用的蒙古粉矿低了5.79个百分点,比高硅巴粗低了1.74个百分点;SiO2含量偏高,比蒙古粉矿高8.51个百分点,比高硅巴粗高3.21个百分点;Al2O3含量较高,比蒙古粉矿高了5.04个百分点,比高硅巴粗高了3.32个百分点。仅化学成分上看,用印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,可以取消烧结过程蛇纹石的配比,但会导致烧结矿Al2O3含量升高,影响烧结矿质量[2]。几种原料的粒度组成见表2
表2可以看出,印度粉矿颗粒较粗。该批印度粉矿1~7 mm粒级占比为50.83%,与蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗相差不大,其中>7 mm粒级占比达到了24.96%,相对较高,比蒙古粉矿高17.68个百分点,比高硅巴粗高7.84个百分点,<1 mm粒级占比为24.21%,比蒙古粉矿低16.33个百分点,比高硅巴粗低7.45个百点。仅从粒度组成看,该批印度粉矿粒度较粗,>7 mm粒级占比过高,用于烧结工艺后,不利于烧结矿液相的生成,有可能会由于粒度偏析产生大颗粒局部烧不透的现象,进一步影响烧结矿的质量[3]
试验以包钢炼铁厂烧结二部的铁料配置为基准(JZ),试验点使用印度粉矿分别替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗,进行烧结杯试验,具体试验方案见表3
试验方案共设计5个试验点,YM-JZ以四烧配加4%蒙古粉矿的铁料配置为基准点,YM-5采用5%的印度粉矿替代当前蒙古粉矿,并取消蛇纹石,考察烧结矿质量指标的变化。YG-JZ以四烧配加12%高硅巴粗、取消蒙古粉矿配比的铁料配置为基准点,YG-6、YG-12分别考察同比例替代高硅巴粗,并取消蛇纹石后烧结矿质量指标的变化。
试验采用包钢技术中心炼铁研究所直径200 mm烧结杯,料层厚度为700 mm,点火负压为为6 kPa,烧结负压为10 kPa。烧结矿碱度按2.0±0.01、烧结矿MgO含量按2.1%±0.1%控制。
试验原料取自仓储中心,含铁原料有巴润精矿、麦克粉矿、FMG混合粉矿、高硅巴粗、中硫蒙古粉矿,印度粉矿由采购中心送样;熔剂有石灰石、生石灰、白云石、蛇纹石,其中石灰石和生石灰用于调节烧结矿碱度,白云石用于调节烧结矿MgO含量,蛇纹石用于调节烧结矿SiO2含量,焦粉作为燃料。化学成分见表4表5

表6可以看出,印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿用于烧结工艺,取消蛇纹石配比后,烧结矿品位有下降的趋势,SiO2含量变化不大,Al2O3含量升高了0.133个百分点,经测算会使高炉渣Al2O3含量升高0.5个百分点。印度粉矿替代高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺,取消蛇纹石配比后,烧结矿SiO2含量有降低的趋势,因此烧结矿品位有所升高;Al2O3含量较配加前分别升高了0.143个百分点和0.262个百分点,经测算会使高炉渣中Al2O3含量分别升高0.6个百分点和1个百分点。
配加印度粉矿后,烧结成品率、利用系数、固体燃耗、垂速、转鼓强度等烧结工艺指标的变化见表7
表7可知:
(1)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,烧结成品率较配加前均有下降,其中全部替代蒙古粉矿后成品率下降了0.42个百分点,同比例替代高硅巴粗后,成品率较配加前分别降低了0.30个百分点和1.71个百分点。
(2)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,利用系数较配加前均有不同程度的降低。
(3)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,固体燃耗较配加前均有不同程度的升高,其中替代蒙古粉矿后固体燃耗较配加前升高了1.51 kg/t,同比例替代高硅巴粗后,固体燃耗较配加前分别升高0.66 kg/t和2.84 kg/t。
(4)通过控制混合料水分,保证烧结垂速基本不变。
(5)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿用于烧结工艺后,烧结矿转鼓强度呈现小幅下降的趋势,较配加前降低了0.80个百分点;采用6%的印度粉矿替代高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,烧结矿转鼓强度比配加前升高了1.07个百分点,采用12%的印度粉矿替代高硅巴粗,烧结矿转鼓强度较配加前降低了0.93个百分点。
配加印度粉矿后烧结矿粒度组成的变化见表8
表8可知:
(1)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,烧结矿平均粒径有降低的趋势,其中替代蒙古粉矿平均粒径较配加前降低了0.76 mm,同比例替代高硅巴粗平均粒径较配加前分别降低了0.63 mm和0.87 mm。
(2)从烧结矿粒度组成上看,印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗后,主要表现为40~25 mm粒级占比有下降的趋势,其中替代蒙古粉矿后较配加前降低了3.57个百分点,替代高硅巴粗较配加前分别降低了1.76和4.41个百分点;10~5 mm粒级占比有增加的趋势,替代蒙古粉矿后较配加前升高了1.73个百分点,替代高硅巴粗较配加前分别升高了0.16和1.01个百分点。
配加印度粉后,烧结矿冶金性能变化见表9
表9可知,印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,烧结矿还原性降低,低温还原粉化指数升高。
(1)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗用于烧结工艺后,可以取消蛇纹石配加,但会导致烧结矿Al2O3含量升高。
(2)印度粉矿替代蒙古粉矿和高硅巴粗的烧结杯试验表明,配加印度粉矿后,烧结矿的成品率、利用系数降低,固体燃耗升高,烧结矿平均粒径有下降的趋势。考虑烧结矿冶金性能,建议烧结印度粉矿配加比例不易超过6%。
