As one of key materials in the new energy automobile industry, non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile is with broad application prospects and huge market potential. In this paper, it is discussed the performance indexes of non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile as well as briefly summarized current research status of non-oriented silicon steel on such aspects as rare earth modification, optimization of annealing process and practical applications of motor. The overall performances of non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile could be significantly improved by adding rare earth elements into non-oriented silicon steel, continuously optimizing annealing treatment process and making targeted improvements combining with the requirements of practical applications of motor.

新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢作为新能源汽车产业的关键材料之一,具有广泛的应用前景和巨大的市场潜力。文章探讨了新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢的性能指标,并简要概述了当前无取向硅钢在稀土改性、退火工艺优化以及电机实际应用等方面的研究现状。通过在无取向硅钢中添加稀土元素,不断优化退火处理工艺,并结合电机实际应用的需求进行针对性改进,可以显著提高新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢的整体性能。

As one of key materials in the new energy automobile industry, non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile is with broad application prospects and huge market potential. In this paper, it is discussed the performance indexes of non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile as well as briefly summarized current research status of non-oriented silicon steel on such aspects as rare earth modification, optimization of annealing process and practical applications of motor. The overall performances of non-oriented silicon steel for driving motor of new energy automobile could be significantly improved by adding rare earth elements into non-oriented silicon steel, continuously optimizing annealing treatment process and making targeted improvements combining with the requirements of practical applications of motor.

随着全球能源结构的转型和环保意识的增强,新能源汽车产业正以前所未有的速度蓬勃发展。作为新能源汽车的核心部件之一,驱动电机的性能和效率直接关系到整车的动力性、经济性以及续航能力。无取向硅钢作为一种具有优异磁性能和加工性能的电工钢板,逐渐成为新能源汽车驱动电机制造的理想材料[1]
无取向硅钢主要用于制造新能源汽车驱动电机定子和转子的铁芯。采用高性能的无取向硅钢,不仅可以提高电机的效率和功率密度,还可以降低电机的铁损和温升,从而延长电机的使用寿命。此外,无取向硅钢的应用还可以使新能源汽车的电机体积更小、重量更轻,有利于实现整车的轻量化和小型化设计[2-4]
随着新能源汽车市场的不断扩大和技术的不断升级,对无取向硅钢的性能要求也越来越高。为了满足新能源汽车驱动电机对材料的高要求,钢铁企业不断加大研发力度,通过优化材料成分、改进生产工艺等手段,提高无取向硅钢的磁性能和加工性能。同时,随着新能源汽车市场的快速发展,无取向硅钢的需求量也在不断增加,为钢铁企业提供了新的市场机遇和发展空间[5]
新能源汽车驱动电机作为电动汽车的“心脏”,其性能和可靠性至关重要,应具有运转效率高、高效区间宽、功率密度大、转子强度高等特点。无取向硅钢作为驱动电机铁芯的核心材料,需满足一系列严苛的性能要求,图1为无取向硅钢材料性能要求与驱动电机转速关系[6]
在汽车启动或者爬坡过程中,汽车前进需要高转矩和大功率驱动电机提供稳定和强大的动力,这就需要电机铁芯材料具有高磁感应强度,磁感应强度越高,电机铁芯在相同的电流下能够产生的磁场越强,有助于提高电机的转矩和功率[7]
车辆在加速时,驱动电机转速提高必然导致驱动电机磁场交变频率增加,铁损会相应增大。降低铁损可以减少电机的发热,提高电机的效率和可靠性[8],特别是在400~1 500 Hz的中频范围内,要求无取向硅钢具有更低的铁损。
驱动电机在高速旋转时会产生强大的离心力,并且电机的定子、转子之间的间隙十分狭小,要求转子用硅钢具有较高的屈服强度和抗拉强度。同时,新能源汽车驱动电机对无取向硅钢的热物理性能和加工性能也有着特殊且严苛的要求。
综上所述,新能源汽车驱动电机对无取向硅钢的性能要求非常严格,涵盖了磁性能、力学性能、热物理性能、加工性能以及其他多个方面,这些要求共同决定了电机的动力性、经济性和耐久性。开发和批量生产出高性能无取向硅钢对于钢铁企业满足新能源汽车的高速发展至关重要。
稀土元素作为不可再生的战略资源,被誉为“现代工业维生素”,因其独特的微观结构而具有极强的化学活性,应用在钢铁生产中可以有效净化钢质,同时还具有微合金化的作用,适量添加稀土元素可以有效改善材料的组织和性能。目前稀土处理技术在耐候钢、船板钢、弹簧钢、管线钢、重轨钢等钢种都得到了很好的应用[9]。新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢作为制备驱动电机的核心材料,影响着车辆的性能指标。为了提高无取向硅钢的综合性能,诸多学者在稀土无取向硅钢开发方面进行了探索性研究。目前,应用于无取向硅钢中的稀土元素有铈、镧以及钇[10]
刘海明等[11]研究了稀土元素对3%Si-Fe无取向硅钢组织性能的影响,稀土极强的脱氧能力对于净化钢液有明显效果,研究发现在添加0.2%~0.3%混合稀土金属时,使得钢中氧、硫含量降到最低,此时成品晶粒尺寸达到最大,有效改善成品磁性能。宋程等[12]基于工业试验分析了3.2%Si-Fe无取向硅钢中稀土含量对各工序钢中夹杂物的影响规律,研究发现稀土元素可以显著降低铸坯组织和成品组织中微细夹杂物的数密度,图2为不同稀土含量下铸坯、热轧板组织中夹杂物的数密度统计[12]
李娜等[13]对稀土元素处理的高牌号无取向硅钢夹杂物变质机理进行了研究,发现具有较高活性的铈使AlN、Al2O3等夹杂物变性为球状的CeAlO3、CeO2S2+AlN、CeS+CeAlO3等复合夹杂物,可以有效抑制钢中MnS的析出,图3为无取向硅钢中稀土夹杂物的典型形貌[13]
岳尔斌等[14]进行了稀土铈对无取向硅钢成品磁性能影响规律的系统研究,分析发现适量添加铈可以有效提高无取向硅钢的磁性能,但添加过量稀土,作用反而变差,添加不同含量稀土元素的无取向硅钢成品磁性能测量结果如图4所示[14]
学者在研究过程中发现,无取向硅钢的晶粒尺寸、织构等微观形态会直接影响最终成品的磁性能,这与无取向硅钢的整个生产工艺流程密切相关,包括铸坯加热、热轧、常化、冷轧以及最终退火工艺[15]。尤其最终退火工艺,作为控制成品性能的最后一环,其作用尤为重要,它会诱导冷轧板的条带状组织发生回复、再结晶和晶粒长大,并且会伴随着晶粒取向的转变,这个过程对成品性能起着决定性的作用,因此研究制定合理的退火工艺参数成为重点研究方向,诸多学者对无取向硅钢的退火工艺进行了研究。Duan等[16]通过分析发现,提高加热温度可以有效提高磁导率、降低损耗,这主要是在退火过程中,快速加热会导致原始晶粒转变为有利再结晶织构。一些关于退火加热速度对再结晶织构演化影响的研究报告指出,快速加热有利于<111>//ND织构发展[17],Park等[18]的研究也表明加热速度影响Goss和{111}<112>织构的形成。
石文敏等[19]研究了退火过程中不同加热速度对高牌号无取向硅钢显微组织、织构和磁性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着加热速度的提高,退火板中的γ取向线织构被抑制,λ取向线织构强度显著提高,有利于成品板磁感的提高,图5为不同加热速度对应试样最终退火后的取向线分布密度[19]
新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢作为新能源汽车产业的关键材料之一,具有广泛的应用前景和巨大的市场潜力,电动机中的硅钢铁芯经常在复杂工况下工作,对硅钢的性能提出了很大的挑战,诸多学者针对无取向硅钢在电机中的实际应用状况进行了细致的分析研究。颜昌昊[20]等通过模拟仿真对比了非晶材料和硅钢的磁性能及其应用于高速电机的电机效率和不同转速下的铁损差值,为不同转速工况的电机提供选材建议。Wang等[21]为了满足高性能和特殊环境电机应用的需求,对材料在多物理场条件下的性能进行更深入的研究,通过搭建一个温度场、应力场、电磁场与其他场同时作用的测试系统,准确模拟了电机的实际复杂工况,探索无取向硅钢的动态特性,图6为电机效率仿真数据与实测效率数据比较图[21]
无取向硅钢作为新能源汽车驱动电机制备的核心材料,展现出了广阔的应用舞台和巨大的市场机遇。本文分析了新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢的性能要求,浅析了当前业界对无取向硅钢在稀土处理、退火工艺以及电机应用方面的研究,通过在无取向硅钢中合理添加稀土元素、优化改进退火工艺,并以电机应用实践为指导,可以有效改善新能源汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢的综合性能。未来,随着新能源汽车产业的持续发展和技术的不断进步,无取向硅钢将迎来更加广阔的发展空间和更加美好的发展前景。
