In the energy consumption of sintering process, solid fuel (powdered coke and anthracite) consumption accounts for 70%~80%, so it is the key to reduce solid fuel consumption for reducing energy consumption of sintering process. In the paper, it is introduced the air leakage rate of sintering machine is decreased to 35% and effective height of sinter bed is increased to 780 mm through such measures as equipment transformation, optimizing technological operations and strengthening production management combining with the existing conditions of raw materials and fuels aiming at the problem of higher solid fuel consumption for 265 m2 sintering machine of Baotou Steel; proportion of size fraction of outsourced powdered coke <1 mm for sintering is decreased from 41.02% to 22.72% through revising the purchase standard of outsourced fuels for sintering so that size composition of fuel for sintering is improved. The solid fuel consumption for 265 m2 sintering machine of Baotou Steel was reduced to 50.75 kg/t in 2023 through the above measures, which was 1.70 kg/t lower than that in 2021.

在烧结工序能耗中,固体燃耗(焦粉和无烟煤)占70%~80%,降低固体燃耗是降低烧结工序能耗的关键。文章针对包钢265 m2烧结机固体燃耗偏高的问题,结合现有原料、燃料条件,通过设备改造、优化工艺操作、强化生产管理等措施,降低烧结机漏风率到35%,提高烧结料层的有效高度到780 mm;通过修订烧结外购燃料的采购标准,降低了烧结外购焦粉<1 mm粒级的占比,从修订前的41.02%降低至修订后的22.72%,改善了烧结燃料粒度组成。综合以上措施,2023年包钢265 m2烧结机固体燃耗降低至50.75 kg/t,较2021年降低了1.70 kg/t。

在烧结工序能耗中,固体燃耗(焦粉和无烟煤)占70%~80%,降低固体燃耗是降低烧结工序能耗的关键。文章针对包钢265 m2烧结机固体燃耗偏高的问题,结合现有原料、燃料条件,通过设备改造、优化工艺操作、强化生产管理等措施,降低烧结机漏风率到35%,提高烧结料层的有效高度到780 mm;通过修订烧结外购燃料的采购标准,降低了烧结外购焦粉<1 mm粒级的占比,从修订前的41.02%降低至修订后的22.72%,改善了烧结燃料粒度组成。综合以上措施,2023年包钢265 m2烧结机固体燃耗降低至50.75 kg/t,较2021年降低了1.70 kg/t。

In the energy consumption of sintering process, solid fuel (powdered coke and anthracite) consumption accounts for 70%~80%, so it is the key to reduce solid fuel consumption for reducing energy consumption of sintering process. In the paper, it is introduced the air leakage rate of sintering machine is decreased to 35% and effective height of sinter bed is increased to 780 mm through such measures as equipment transformation, optimizing technological operations and strengthening production management combining with the existing conditions of raw materials and fuels aiming at the problem of higher solid fuel consumption for 265 m2 sintering machine of Baotou Steel; proportion of size fraction of outsourced powdered coke <1 mm for sintering is decreased from 41.02% to 22.72% through revising the purchase standard of outsourced fuels for sintering so that size composition of fuel for sintering is improved. The solid fuel consumption for 265 m2 sintering machine of Baotou Steel was reduced to 50.75 kg/t in 2023 through the above measures, which was 1.70 kg/t lower than that in 2021.

烧结是炼铁工序中的一个重要环节,主要为高炉提供优质、足量的烧结矿,但烧结工序能耗仅次于高炉炼铁能耗,占钢铁生产总能耗的10%左右[1]。在烧结过程的工序能耗中,固体燃耗占总能耗的70%~80%,因此,采取有效措施降低烧结过程固体燃料的消耗,对于降低烧结工序能耗和减少CO2排放具有重要的意义。
目前,包钢265 m2烧结机设备陈旧,效能降低,是制约烧结固体燃耗进一步降低的重要因素。为此,2022年至2023年,炼铁厂以设备升级改造为切入点,在技术和管理双重层面上采取了一系列措施,使烧结固体燃耗进一步降低,缩小了与先进企业的差距。
烧结机漏风率高导致烧结能耗高,效率低,利用系数低,是影响烧结矿产量及质量的关键因素。研究表明,烧结机漏风率每降低10%,固体燃耗降低1.0 kg/t,产量提高6%,电耗降低2 kWh/t,成品率提高1.5%~2.0%[2]
烧结机的漏风点主要集中于机头及机尾密封盖板、台车滑道、台车档板、风箱支管、大烟道、散料放灰阀、电除尘器等部位。目前,炼铁厂三台265 m2烧结机漏风率普遍在60%左右。针对烧结机漏风的关键部位,对其具体状况进行了深入剖析,并对各漏风点的成因进行了细致的分析。为有效治理漏风问题,提出对部分设备进行升级改造,对一些设备进行更新、更换的策略。具体措施包括:对烧结机滑道进行改造,由原来的滑板与滑道硬接触方式,改进为柔性密封方式;将双层卸灰阀升级为新型复式智能电动双层卸灰阀;对台车挡板进行升级改造;对风系统管路中不合理的弯道进行优化,以降低风量损耗。通过实施上述改进措施,烧结机的漏风率降低至35%,为烧结工艺的提质、提产及进一步降低燃料消耗提供了有利条件。
烧结厚料层操作可提高料层蓄热能力,降低固体燃料的消耗。研究表明,料层每提高10 mm,可节约焦粉0.3 kg/t,既降低了燃料消耗,又增强了烧结料层的氧化气氛,有利于降低烧结矿FeO含量和改善烧结矿的还原性[3-4]
炼铁厂在降低漏风率的基础上,通过采取优化加水方式和加水量、增加蒸汽预热等技术措施,强化混合料制粒,改善烧结料层透气性;优化燃料的纵向分布,防止烧结料层下部出现过熔现象,恶化料层透气性;通过调整宽皮带分料器角度及优化停摆时间,进行偏析布料;对台车挡板进行升高改造,由700 mm提高至750 mm,同时采用T型挡板增加料层厚度至780 mm以上,提高烧结过程自动蓄热效应,见图1
固体燃料的粒度组成对烧结过程有很大的影响,燃料粒度过大,燃烧速度慢,燃烧带会变宽,烧结过程透气性变差,烧结垂直速度下降,烧结利用系数降低。同时大颗粒燃料布料时易发生偏析,使烧结料层下部容易产生过熔现象,恶化料层透气性。燃料粒度过小,燃烧速度快,燃烧时间短,燃烧带变窄,液相发展不完全,烧结矿矿化不完全,烧结矿强度变差,成品率降低,烧结机利用系数亦降低。
炼铁厂对265 m2烧结机目前用的外购焦粉和自产焦粉的粒度及成分进行了系统的分析,结果如表1表2所示。
表1表2可知:
(1)外购焦粉中<1 mm粒级占比为41.02%,其中<0.5 mm粒级占比为24.61%,较自产焦粉中<0.5 mm粒级占比高了6.63个百分点。
(2)外购焦粉固定碳含量整体上较自产焦粉低,尤其是<0.5 mm粒级焦粉固定碳含量仅为81.12%,较>1 mm粒级低了约3个百分点;自产焦粉不同粒级固定碳含量变化不大。因此,控制外购焦粉中<0.5 mm粒级占比可以有效提高烧结固体燃料固定碳含量及热值,进一步降低烧结固体燃耗。
炼铁厂主要通过采取两方面措施优化外购焦粉的粒度组成,一方面根据供应烧结工序的燃料种类及其粒度情况进行优化搭配,杜绝不同烧结机使用燃料的粒度过细或过粗,优化燃料粒度组成;二是修订外购焦粉采购标准,降低<0.5 mm粒级比例,从源头管控,稳定燃料质量。烧结用外购焦粉标准修订前后对比分析如表3所示,采购标准修订后外购焦粉粒度组成及工业分析如表4所示。
新标准主要针对外购焦粉中FcdAd和粒度组成中<1 mm粒级占比进行了修订,Fcd较修订前提高了4个百分点,Ad较修订前降低了1个百分点,<1 mm粒级占比较修订前降低了7个百分点。
执行新标准后,外购焦粉<1 mm粒级占比大幅降低,较修订前降低了18.30个百分点,燃料粒度组成改善明显。
烧结料面喷吹蒸汽,可以有效降低烧结烟气中残余的CO,使其参与烧结过程的燃烧,有利于烧结料层上部的热量传递和蓄积到烧结高温区,改善烧结料层的传热机制,改善烧结料层温度分布。同时,在料面喷吹适量的蒸汽可起到改善烧结矿产质量的效果[5]。三烧车间采用多点喷射的方式,在6#~8#风箱上方的烧结料面喷吹蒸汽,改善烧结矿质量的同时进一步降低了固体燃耗,喷吹蒸汽前后烧结经济技术指标如表5所示。
表5可知,烧结料面喷吹蒸汽后,烧结机台时产量、利用系数、冷返单耗等指标均有不同程度的改善,烧结固体燃耗较喷洒前降低了0.75 kg/t。
在烧结生产过程中,烧结混合料的温度影响烧结生产的稳定性。混合料温度如果低于露点(60~65 ℃)时会在烧结料层下部凝结出冷凝水,产生过湿带,增加料层阻力,使料层透气性变差,降低烧结垂直速度,固体燃耗升高,烧结利用系数下降,还会导致烧结矿产量和质量的波动。
预热混合料一方面可以提高混合料的料温,减少过湿带的产生,另一方面有利于混合料中生石灰的消化,改善混匀料制粒效果;另外生石灰消化过程属于放热反应,可进一步提高混合料温度。具体措施如下:
(1)在一次混合加水的水箱中加设蒸汽排管,通过蒸汽预热提高一次混合加水的温度。
(2)生石灰配比保持在4.5%以上,增加消化过程的热量。
(3)增设成品烧结矿温度监测系统,控制冷返矿温度,避免冬季温度过低。
(4)采取多喷头、逆向喷射的方法进行混合料蒸汽预热。
通过采取以上措施,目前混合料温度可达到45 ℃以上,较改造前提高了5~8 ℃。
(1)氧化铁皮。氧化铁皮主要是由Fe3O4和Fe2O3组成,Fe3O4中FeO在烧结过程中氧化放热,是较好的烧结生产辅助含铁原料。有资料表明,1 kg FeO氧化成Fe2O3可放热1 973 J。烧结混合料中配加氧化铁皮后,由于反应释放热量,烧结过程温度提高,烧结生产率提高,固体燃耗下降。
(2)除尘灰。高炉重力除尘灰和旋风除尘灰以及焦化厂的环境除尘灰都含有不同比例的碳,高炉重力除尘灰及旋风除尘灰中碳含量达到28%~35%,焦化厂的环境除尘灰碳含量约在60%左右,配加到烧结工艺后,可以降低固体燃耗。
炼铁厂265 m2烧结机通过采取漏风治理、厚料层操作、质量管控等一系列措施,在降低烧结燃料消耗方面取得了较好效果,2022—2023年固体燃耗明显降低,缩小了与国内先进水平的差距。固体燃耗完成情况见表6
表6可以看出,2022年、2023年炼铁厂265 m2烧结机固体燃耗完成了51.83 kg/t和50.75 kg/t,较2021年分别降低了0.62 kg/t和1.70 kg/t。
2022年到2023年期间,炼铁厂通过系统治理漏风,使烧结机漏风率降低至35%左右;通过设备升级改造,优化混合料加水方式,采用T型挡板等技术措施,提高烧结料层厚度到780 mm。同时,采取料面喷吹蒸汽、提高混合料温度及配加工业废弃物等多项措施,降低固体燃耗,使包钢265 m2烧结机固体燃耗降低至到50.75 kg/t,缩小了与先进企业的差距,为包钢烧结工序进一步节能减排奠定基础。
