In this paper, the research is carried out from such aspects as chemical composition, size composition, basic sintering characteristics and process parameters adjustment after production applications of Mongolian powder ore. The research results showed that the air permeability of sinter bed became worse, utilization coefficient was decreased by 0.001 t/ (m2·h), solid fuel consumption was increased by 0.83 kg/t, drum strength was decreased by 0.63 percentage point, average particle size was decreased by 0.05 mm, proportion of particle size of 5~10 mm in finished sinter was decreased by 0.12 percentage point and direct material cost was decreased by CNY 8.15 Yuan/ t when 7% Mongolian powder ore was used to replace the same proportion of Mac powder ore. The sintering process could maintain stable state by increasing moisture of mixture by 0.1 percentage point and fuel proportion by 0.2 percentage point.

文章从蒙古粉矿化学成分、粒度组成、烧结基础特性以及生产应用后工艺参数调整等方面开展研究。研究结果表明,使用7%蒙古粉矿同比例替代麦克粉矿,烧结料层透气性变差,利用系数降低0.001 t/(m2·h),固体燃耗升高0.83 kg/t,转鼓强度降低0.63个百分点,平均粒径降低0.05 mm,成品烧结矿中5~10 mm粒级占比减少0.12个百分点,直接材料成本降低8.15元/t。通过提高混合料水分0.1个百分点,提高燃料配比0.2个百分点,可保持烧结过程处于稳定状态。

In this paper, the research is carried out from such aspects as chemical composition, size composition, basic sintering characteristics and process parameters adjustment after production applications of Mongolian powder ore. The research results showed that the air permeability of sinter bed became worse, utilization coefficient was decreased by 0.001 t/ (m2·h), solid fuel consumption was increased by 0.83 kg/t, drum strength was decreased by 0.63 percentage point, average particle size was decreased by 0.05 mm, proportion of particle size of 5~10 mm in finished sinter was decreased by 0.12 percentage point and direct material cost was decreased by CNY 8.15 Yuan/ t when 7% Mongolian powder ore was used to replace the same proportion of Mac powder ore. The sintering process could maintain stable state by increasing moisture of mixture by 0.1 percentage point and fuel proportion by 0.2 percentage point.

随着麦克粉矿价格不断上涨,钢铁企业的成本压力越来越大,如何在满足精料方针的前提下优化原料结构变得尤为重要。蒙古铁矿粉作为包钢的战略资源,较麦克粉矿在价格上具备较大优势,若能在保证烧结矿各项指标的前提下合理使用,可有效降低烧结配矿成本。本文在白云鄂博铁精矿配比保持不变的条件下,用一定比例的蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿进行试验,综合评价对烧结矿质量指标和冶金性能的影响,为包钢烧结合理利用蒙古粉矿提供理论依据。
炼铁厂烧结一部用铁料有白云鄂博铁精矿、麦克粉矿、FMG混合粉矿等;熔剂有石灰石、生石灰、白云石以及蛇纹石;燃料为焦粉。含铁原料化学成分见表1,燃料工业分析见表2
表1可以看出,蒙古粉矿ω(TFe)(FeO)=59.58/21.63=2.75<3.5,所以该蒙古粉矿为磁铁矿,铁品位为59.58%,高于麦克粉矿与FMG混合粉矿,MgO、CaO和SiO2含量较高,P含量和烧损低。从化学成分上看,蒙古粉矿的化学成分可以满足烧结工艺的生产要求。蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿后,预测烧结矿P和Al2O3含量降低,为平衡烧结矿SiO2含量与MgO含量,调SiO2熔剂、调镁熔剂配比降低。
烧结一部使用燃料为焦粉,该焦粉经原料作业部破碎后,<3 mm粒级占比为83%左右。
为了进一步摸清蒙古粉矿对烧结矿以及烧结过程的影响,对蒙古粉矿的同化性和液相流动性进行了分析。
通过最低同化温度判断铁矿石同化性的优劣,最低同化温度越高,同化性越差;最低同化温度越低,同化性越好[1-2]
液相流动性指铁矿石在烧结过程中与CaO反应生成液相的流动能力,焙烧温度为1 280 ℃,碱度为4.0,计算液相流动性指数,即烧结小饼流动后面积与原始面积的比值。
蒙古粉矿及其他含铁原料的烧结基础特性试验结果见表3
表3可以看出,蒙古粉矿的同化温度为1 280 ℃,高于麦克粉矿与FMG混合粉矿,低于白云鄂博铁精矿。由此判断,蒙古粉矿的同化性劣于麦克粉矿与FMG混合粉矿,优于白云鄂博铁精矿。
麦克粉矿与FMG混合粉矿的液相流动性指数分别为0.59%与1.1%,而蒙古粉矿与白云鄂博铁精矿的液相流动性指数为0。由此判断,蒙古粉矿的液相流动性劣于麦克粉与FMG混合粉。
铁料配置方案基准期采用“42%白云鄂博铁精矿+43%麦克粉矿+15%FMG混合粉矿”,试验期使用7%的蒙古粉矿同比例替代麦克粉矿,烧结铁料配置见表4

表5可以看出,与麦克粉矿和FMG混合粉矿相比较,蒙古粉矿粒度相对较小,>5 mm粒级占比比麦克粉矿低13.31个百分点,比FMG混合粉矿低13.72个百分点;3~5 mm粒级占比比麦克粉矿低6.10个百分点,比FMG混合粉矿低7.36个百分点;1~3 mm粒级占比比麦克粉矿高13.40个百分点,比FMG混合粉矿高10.41个百分点;<1 mm粒级占比比麦克粉矿高6.01个百分点,比FMG混合粉矿高10.67个百分点。
配加蒙古粉矿后烧结矿化学成分见表6
表6可以看出,配加蒙古粉矿后,烧结矿铁品位降低0.17个百分点,FeO含量稍有升高,升高值为0.07个百分点,S含量升高0.03个百分点。受碱度中值调整影响,烧结矿碱度升高0.03,CaO含量升高0.1个百分点,其他成分变化不大。

表7可以看出,配加蒙古粉矿后,料层厚度、机速变化不大,烧结过程负压呈降低趋势,主管负压试验期均值较基准期降低0.45 kPa。主管负压降低主要原因为蒙古粉矿粒度小,替代麦克粉矿后混合料粒度组成变差。为提高烧结过程的垂速,满足产量要求,适当提高混合料水分与燃料配比,混合料水分由6.7%提高至6.8%,提高幅度为0.1个百分点;燃料配比由3.5%提高至3.7%,提高幅度为0.2个百分点。

表8可以看出,配加蒙古粉矿后,与基准期相比,烧结利用系数降低0.001 t/(m2·h),固体燃耗升高0.83 kg/t,转鼓强度降低0.63个百分点,平均粒径降低0.05 mm,成品烧结矿中5~10 mm粒级占比减少0.12个百分点。
烧结矿冶金性能检测结果见表9
表9可以看出,与基准期相比,蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿后,烧结矿还原度提高1.1个百分点,低温还原粉化指数没有明显变化,T4T10TSTD均呈升高的趋势,熔融区间降低9 ℃,滴落区间升高9 ℃。
测算配加蒙古粉矿后烧结直接材料成本。烧结铁料与燃料单价如下:白云鄂博铁精矿为549.19元/t,麦克粉矿为852.00元/t,FMG混合粉矿为703.00元/t,蒙古粉矿为784.95元/t,焦粉为785.66元/t。因熔剂成本受碱度调整影响,以上直接材料成本测算不考虑熔剂成本变化。烧结矿成本测算结果见表10
表10可以看出,使用7%蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿,铁料成本降低8.81元/t,固体燃耗升高造成燃料成本升高0.66元/t,不考虑铁料结构变化后带来的熔剂成本变化,蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿后,烧结矿直接材料成本降低8.15元/t。
(1)蒙古粉矿为磁铁矿,与麦克粉矿、FMG混合粉矿比较,具有铁品位高,MgO、CaO和SiO2含量较高,P含量和烧损低等特点,同化性与液相流动性均劣于麦克粉矿。
(2)利用7%蒙古粉矿同比例替代麦克粉矿,混合料粒度组成变差,烧结过程透气性恶化,烧结矿产量稍有降低,烧结矿还原性改善,低温还原粉化指数没有明显变化,熔融区间降低9 ℃,滴落区间升高9 ℃;烧结直接材料成本降低8.15元/t。
(3)在使用蒙古粉矿替代麦克粉矿生产过程中,采取提高混合料水分0.1个百分点,提高燃料配比0.2个百分点的调整措施,可使得烧结过程与基准期保持一致。
