In this paper, such aspects as microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel and NM1# wear resistant steel plate produced by a foreign manufacturer are selected to be compared and analyzed. The study results showed that the wear extent of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel was 0.390 0 g, which was significantly fewer than that of NM1# wear resistant steel plate. Compared with the wear resistant steel plate BTNM450-NORE without adding rare earth elements, the wear extent of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM 450 of Baotou Steel after adding rare earth elements is reduced by 20.9%. The hardness distribution on section of NM1# wear resistant steel plate is not uniform and hardness of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel does not change significantly along the direction of section thickness, which is with excellent wear resistance.

文章选定包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450和国外某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢板两种试验材料,从显微组织、硬度、耐磨性能等方面进行对比分析。研究结果表明,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的磨损量为0.390 0 g,明显低于NM1#耐磨钢板的磨损量。与未添加稀土元素的耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE相比,添加稀土元素后包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的磨损量降低20.9%。NM1#耐磨钢板截面上的硬度分布不均匀,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的硬度沿截面厚度方向的变化不明显,具有优良的耐磨性能。

文章选定包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450和国外某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢板两种试验材料,从显微组织、硬度、耐磨性能等方面进行对比分析。研究结果表明,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的磨损量为0.390 0 g,明显低于NM1#耐磨钢板的磨损量。与未添加稀土元素的耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE相比,添加稀土元素后包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的磨损量降低20.9%。NM1#耐磨钢板截面上的硬度分布不均匀,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的硬度沿截面厚度方向的变化不明显,具有优良的耐磨性能。

In this paper, such aspects as microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel and NM1# wear resistant steel plate produced by a foreign manufacturer are selected to be compared and analyzed. The study results showed that the wear extent of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel was 0.390 0 g, which was significantly fewer than that of NM1# wear resistant steel plate. Compared with the wear resistant steel plate BTNM450-NORE without adding rare earth elements, the wear extent of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM 450 of Baotou Steel after adding rare earth elements is reduced by 20.9%. The hardness distribution on section of NM1# wear resistant steel plate is not uniform and hardness of rare earth wear resistant steel plate BTNM450 of Baotou Steel does not change significantly along the direction of section thickness, which is with excellent wear resistance.

低合金高强度耐磨钢现在广泛应用在机械、冶金、矿山装备、铁路等领域,可以满足各种恶劣环境下工作要求,具有较高的耐磨性能、制造简单、生命周期长等优点。磨损是金属材料最常见、最主要的损坏形式之一,磨损造成的经济损失也是相当惊人的[1-3]。磨损最常见的分类是基于磨损机制来分类,如磨料磨损、粘着磨损、疲劳磨损、侵蚀磨损和微动磨损等。耐磨金属材料的化学成分、力学性能、组织结构等都会影响材料的耐磨性能[4-5]。耐磨钢板行业普遍认为,磨料磨损与材料的表面硬度相关性很高,硬度甚至可以作为衡量耐磨钢板耐磨性能的主要依据。研究耐磨钢板的耐磨性能对于节能减排至关重要,对于减少材料消耗、节约能源、延长设备寿命和材料改进等具有重要的意义。
为了考察稀土元素Ce对耐磨钢板耐磨性能的影响,试验材料选择厚度规格为45 mm的耐磨钢板BTNM450和BTNM450-NORE,对比钢板为国外某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢板,具体化学成分如表1所示。由试验材料的化学分析结果可以看出,试验材料化学成分基本相同,其中耐磨钢板BTNM450中添加了0.003%的稀土元素,耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE和NM1#中没有添加稀土元素。
耐磨钢板磨粒磨损试验采用湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验方法,分别对耐磨钢板BTNM450、BTNM450-NORE和NM1#进行耐磨性测试。
为了考察稀土耐磨钢板耐磨损特性,在某煤机厂分析测试中心进行了磨粒磨损试验。采用线切割设备在钢板厚度方向距表面7 mm位置切取并加工成尺寸为57.0 mm×25.5 mm×7.0 mm的样片进行磨粒磨损试验。本次试验在湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机上完成,摩擦介质为水、泥沙[6],磨粒磨损试验设备见图1
在ML-100型磨粒磨损试验机上进行耐磨性测试。试样在试验前需用酒精清洗并吹干,之后装夹在磨损试验机上进行预磨,产生一个预制磨痕,以消除试样表面质量和受力不均带来的试验误差。经过预磨试样表面产生一个新鲜磨痕,预磨一直继续到橡胶轮转到1 000转自动停车为止,取下试样并清洗吹干后在0.000 1 g精度的天平上称重,此时测得的重量作为试样的原始重量。将试样再次安装到磨损试验机上,进行1 000转的正式磨损试验,正式磨损试验磨痕与预制磨痕在同一处,试验完毕取下试样并清洗吹干,在0.000 1 g精度的天平上进行称重,此时测得的重量作为试样的磨损后重量。试样失重等于试样的原始重量减去磨损后重量。
钢板轧制面作为基准洛氏硬度测试位置,在钢板上表面至下表面的横截面上每隔3 mm进行洛氏硬度测试,每个测试位置打三个点并记录,最后绘制出沿钢板厚度方向的硬度梯度曲线。
包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450与耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE、NM1#在相同试验周期下的磨损量对比结果如表2所示。
表2可见,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的平均磨损量为0.390 0 g,明显低于耐磨钢板NM1#的磨损量。与未添加稀土元素的耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE磨损量相比,添加稀土元素后磨损量降低20.9%。

图2可以看出,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450在截面厚度方向上的显微组织变化不大,均为板条马氏体基体上混有少量的针状马氏体组织。耐磨钢板NM1#近表面位置的显微组织为板条状马氏体+针状马氏体,距钢板表面1/4处和钢板厚度中心的显微组织为板条状马氏体+少量针状马氏体。
对包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450与某国外厂家生产的耐磨钢板NM1#沿厚度方向进行硬度测试,对比结果列于表3
硬度测试结果表明,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450硬度沿截面厚度方向变化不明显,这一结果与厚度截面显微组织相对应。某国外厂家生产的耐磨钢板NM1#截面上的硬度分布不均匀,表层硬度最高,次表层(表面以下3 mm处)的硬度最低。
综上所述,包钢生产的稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450具有优良的耐磨性能。
(1)包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450磨损量为0.390 0 g,明显低于耐磨钢板NM1#的磨损量。与未添加稀土元素的耐磨钢板BTNM450-NORE相比,添加稀土元素后包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的磨损量降低20.9%。
(2)耐磨钢板NM1#截面上的硬度分布不均匀,包钢稀土耐磨钢板BTNM450的硬度沿截面厚度方向的变化不明显,具有优良的耐磨损性能。
