The propagation model of shock gas is established by taking the shock gas induced by instability of goaf as research background as well as the change rules of propagation rate are analyzed with the laboratory test that simulates shock gas and numerical simulation method. The study results showed that the model of flow past body of shock gas consisted of stages of uniform motion and accelerated motion; the larger the falling height of roof of goaf, the smaller the proportion of duration of uniform motion stage and the larger the proportion of duration of accelerated motion stage. The study results could provide references for prevention and treatment of shock gas disaster induced by instability of goaf.

以采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪为研究背景,构建了冲击气浪传播模型,并采用模拟冲击气浪的室内试验和数值模拟方法分析了传播速率的变化规律。研究结果表明,冲击气浪“绕流”模型由匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段组成;采空区顶板的冒落高度越大,匀速运动阶段持续时间占比越小,加速运动阶段持续时间占比越大。研究结果可为采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪灾害防治提供参考。

以采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪为研究背景,构建了冲击气浪传播模型,并采用模拟冲击气浪的室内试验和数值模拟方法分析了传播速率的变化规律。研究结果表明,冲击气浪“绕流”模型由匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段组成;采空区顶板的冒落高度越大,匀速运动阶段持续时间占比越小,加速运动阶段持续时间占比越大。研究结果可为采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪灾害防治提供参考。

The propagation model of shock gas is established by taking the shock gas induced by instability of goaf as research background as well as the change rules of propagation rate are analyzed with the laboratory test that simulates shock gas and numerical simulation method. The study results showed that the model of flow past body of shock gas consisted of stages of uniform motion and accelerated motion; the larger the falling height of roof of goaf, the smaller the proportion of duration of uniform motion stage and the larger the proportion of duration of accelerated motion stage. The study results could provide references for prevention and treatment of shock gas disaster induced by instability of goaf.

采用崩落法和空场法开采时将产生大量采空区[1-3]。采空区失稳极易诱发冲击气浪灾害,严重威胁矿山高效开采和员工生命安全[4-7]。因此,研究冲击气浪的传播规律不仅能够消除采空区失稳带来的地质灾害,也可以提高地下矿山的开采效率。
很多学者对采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪灾害进行了研究。贾凯跃等[8]提出了诱导冒落处理相邻采空区的技术方案,并计算了采空区的可冒性。赵新等[9]对采空区空气冲击灾害进行理论计算,利用流体力学数值模拟软件对采空区顶板冒落进行模拟分析。项宇等[10]以某矿为例,研究了顶板冒落的两种方式(“打气筒”模型和“绕流”模型)。曹健等[11]研究了顶部单一煤层及下煤层重复采动的覆岩裂隙发育规律及其影响因素。吴周康等[12]采用理论计算和FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,对锚杆、锚索联合支护参数进行了优化。鲁宇等[13]利用室内相似材料试验和PFC2D数值分析方法对覆盖层运动变化规律进行研究。以上学者的研究成果主要针对采空区失稳灾害机理及治理方法,然而采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪传播规律却少有体现。
本文通过建立冲击气浪传播模型研究冲击气浪传播的演化过程,采用模拟采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪的室内试验分析冲击气浪的传播速率演化规律。研究结果为采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪灾害治理提供技术支撑。
基于采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪的“绕流”模型[10],构建冲击气浪传播速率模型。该模型由匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段组成。其中,由于压差的影响,匀速运动的速度接近0 m/s,加速运动阶段计算公式由流体力学和经典力学推导而来。综上所述,加速运动阶段可以做出如下基本的假设和概化。
(1)采空区内空气被认为是理想气体;
(2)冲击气浪传播过程为等温过程;
(3)采空区被认为是封闭状态,采空区体积差被忽略;
(4)采空区出口压强为标准大气压。
基于崩落法开采形成的采空区实际条件,推导冲击气浪加速运动阶段的二维动量守恒公式为:

根据假设(1)~(4),μ值为0,ρ值由理想气体定律得到,ρ=P/RT,其中R为通用气体常数,T为绝对温度,体积力为冒落岩体自身的重量。因此,式(1)可以简化为:

基于现场采空区的实际条件,加速运动阶段的初始下落高度不是采空区顶板高度,而是匀速运动阶段结束的高度。因此,得出冲击气浪加速运动阶段冲击气浪的压力、速度及冒落高度为:

式中:Hm为匀速运动阶段结束的高度,m;HnHn-1分别为冲击气浪加速运动过程中相邻两个阶段的下落高度,m;vnvn-1为冲击气浪加速运动过程中相邻两个阶段的速度,m/s;Δt为时间步长,s。
基于式(3)~(5)冲击气浪加速阶段气流压力、速度及冒落体高度的求解流程如图1所示。
由于工作面与采空区相连接,冲出工作面的冲击气浪适用于伯努利方程。因此,得出冲出工作面的冲击气浪速度计算公式为:

式中:vb为冲出工作面的冲击气浪速度,m/s;Pbn为工作面的大气压强,Pa;Pb0为工作面的初始大气压强,Pa;ρn为采空区内气体的密度,kg/m3;ρL为工作面内气体的密度,kg/m3。基于假设(4),Pb0被认为标准大气压。
基于矿山采空区的实际情况,冒落体面积小于采空区顶板的面积,因此工作面的压强如式(7)所示:

将式(7)代入式(6)中,得出冲击气浪加速运动阶段的速度模型为:

为了研究冲击气浪速度的演化规律,设计了采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪试验模型,如图2所示。试验模型包括冲击气浪产生设备、IFA300型热线热膜风速计以及数据采集系统。其中,冲击气浪产生设备由刚性框架、3个出风口、提升机以及模拟冒落体的铁盘组成。刚性框架为圆柱形铁桶(直径为0.1 m,高度为1.25 m),底部固定在地面上。出风口形状为正方形(0.03 m×0.03 m),1#出风口在距离地面0.05 m处,2#出风口在距离地面0.35 m处,3#出风口在距离地面0.65 m处。IFA300型热线热膜风速计放置于出风口处。模拟冒落体的铁盘直径为0.09 m,厚度为0.01 m,密度为4 500 kg/m3。为了验证冲击气浪传播模型,分别采用0.6 m、0.9 m以及1.2 m的冒落高度进行试验。考虑到试验数据的离散性,每组试验进行3次,取其平均值作为试验结果。
不同下落高度释放铁盘产生的冲击气浪速度-时间曲线如图3图5所示,3条曲线均呈现出先保持不变后持续增长的趋势。根据图中冲击气浪速度-时间曲线的变化趋势,可以将冲击气浪演化过程分为2个阶段:①匀速运动阶段,采空区顶板冒落初期,由于采空区处于相对密闭的状态,当冒落体突然断裂,脱离顶板,采空区内将产生巨大的压力差,阻碍采空区内气体冲出工作面,导致冲击气浪的速度基本不变。②加速运动阶段,由于冒落体下降时间非常短,所以空气被认为是不可压缩的。冒落体上方为负压区,下方为正压区,出风口保持常压。由于冒落体上、下方的气压差,下方气体会绕流回到冒落体的上方。随着冒落体的不断下降,采空区内压差不断减小,从而导致了冲击气浪速度不断增加,呈现出加速运动现象。
图3图5得出,冒落高度为0.6 m、0.9 m及1.2 m时,冲击气浪最大速度分别为21.35 m/s、26.10 m/s及28.45 m/s,匀速运动阶段的持续时间分别为0.23 s、0.27 s及0.31 s。
试验结果表明,采空区顶板的冒落高度越大,匀速运动阶段持续时间占比越小,加速运动阶段持续时间占比越大;冒落高度越大,加速运动阶段速度的增长率越小;匀速运动阶段的持续高度与顶板冒落高度呈现出线性关系。因此,拟合得出匀速运动阶段的持续高度为:

结合构建的冲击气浪加速运动阶段模型,得出采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪速度模型为:

基于公式(10),得出加速运动阶段速度理论值和试验值对比图如图6图8所示,其相对误差小于10%。
将采空区和工作面划分为两个区域,将工作面设置为出风口,出风口边界设置为PRESSURE-OUTLET。采用ICEM软件构建采空区物理模型,采空区宽度为0.1 m,高度分别设置为0.6 m、0.9 m以及1.2 m;冒落体尺寸为0.09 m×0.01 m。划分网格后,将模型导入FLUENT软件中模拟采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪灾害。
不同高度采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪速度-时间曲线如图9图11所示,3条曲线呈现出相似的演化规律,即先保持不变后持续增长,与采空区失稳引发冲击气浪试验数据相吻合。因此,可以将采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪模拟过程分为匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段。
采空区高度为0.6 m、0.9 m和1.2 m引发的冲击气浪匀速运动阶段持续时间分别为0.32 s、0.39 s和0.46 s,最大速度分别为13.21 m/s、19.63 m/s和25.03 m/s。当冒落高度相同时,试验得出的冲击气浪速度大于数值模拟,而匀速运动阶段持续时间小于数值模拟。由于数值模拟过程忽略了流体的能量转换,从而扩大了压差的影响程度。因此,数值模拟中匀速运动阶段的持续时间大于试验结果。
不同高度采空区失稳诱发冲击气浪阶段拐点处的压强与速度分布图如图12图14所示。由于模拟过程中压力被认为是均匀分布的,且空气被认为是不可压缩气体,因此,在加速运动阶段,空气将立即被冲到工作面,从而导致数值模拟曲线的增长速率大于试验数据。根据不同高度采空区诱发冲击气浪运动阶段拐点处的速度分布云图得出,冒落体上部空气速度大于下部空气速度,这一现象较好地解释了冲击气浪产生过程中压差的作用。
数值模拟研究表明采空区失稳引发冲击气浪运动模型由匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段组成,进而验证了本文冲击气浪传播模型的可靠性。
(1)以采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪灾害为研究背景,构建冲击气浪传播速率模型。模型由匀速运动阶段和加速运动阶段构成。
(2)基于崩落开采形成的采空区实际条件,设计了采空区失稳诱发的冲击气浪试验和数值模拟模型,验证了冲击气浪传播速率模型的可靠性。
(3)采空区顶板的冒落高度越大,匀速运动阶段持续时间占比越小,加速运动阶段持续时间占比越大;冒落高度越大,加速运动阶段速度的增长率越小。
