In this paper, the NM1# wear resistant steel produced by a domestic manufacturer and NM2# wear resistant steel produced by a foreign manufacturer are selected to be compared and studied by taking rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel as the object of study as well as the corrosion resistance test is carried out with alternate immersion test equipment. The results showed that the loss mass of corrosion was 117.98 g/m2 and corrosion rate was 1.64 g/(m2·h) for rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel so that its corrosion resistance was better than that of like products at home and abroad, NM1# and NM2# wear resistant steels. The rust layer of cross section for rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel is the thinnest and it appears to be spherical particle with uniform size to spread to matrix and tendency toward corrosion is the smallest.

文章以包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F为研究对象,选定国内某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢和国外某厂家生产的NM2#耐磨钢进行对比研究,利用周期浸润试验设备开展耐腐蚀性能试验。结果表明,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F的腐蚀失重量为117.98 g/m2,腐蚀速率为1.64 g/(m2·h),耐腐蚀性能优于国内外同类产品NM1#和NM2#耐磨钢。包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F截面锈层最薄,呈大小均匀球状颗粒向基体蔓延,腐蚀倾向最小。

In this paper, the NM1# wear resistant steel produced by a domestic manufacturer and NM2# wear resistant steel produced by a foreign manufacturer are selected to be compared and studied by taking rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel as the object of study as well as the corrosion resistance test is carried out with alternate immersion test equipment. The results showed that the loss mass of corrosion was 117.98 g/m2 and corrosion rate was 1.64 g/(m2·h) for rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel so that its corrosion resistance was better than that of like products at home and abroad, NM1# and NM2# wear resistant steels. The rust layer of cross section for rare earth wear resistant steel NM450F of Baotou Steel is the thinnest and it appears to be spherical particle with uniform size to spread to matrix and tendency toward corrosion is the smallest.

耐磨钢是具有较高耐磨性钢铁材料的总称,广泛应用于冶金、矿山、铁路等领域[1-3]。低合金高强度耐磨钢是通过Cr、Ni、Mo等元素进行合金化,一般在生产中采用“淬火+回火”的热处理工艺或轧后采用“直接淬火+回火”工艺来获得回火马氏体组织[4-5]。低合金耐磨钢因具有较好的强韧性和耐磨性[6-9]、加工使用方便、综合成本低等优势,受到用户的青睐。
包钢在广泛开展稀土钢研究与应用的基础上,成功开发稀土耐磨钢,利用稀土微合金化提高耐磨钢低温冲击韧性、耐磨性能和焊接性能。为了保证稀土耐磨钢可以在各种恶劣工况环境下工作[10],在保证稀土耐磨钢具有较高耐磨性能的基础上,在实验室开展稀土耐磨钢耐蚀性试验研究。
试验材料选用包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F、国内某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢、国外某厂家生产的NM2#耐磨钢三种不同牌号的耐磨钢,材料化学成分如表1所示。
耐腐蚀试验采用的设备为周期浸润加速腐蚀试验箱。利用周期浸润加速腐蚀试验模拟三种耐磨钢在大气干湿交替环境下的腐蚀行为和规律[11]。周期浸润加速腐蚀试验周期为72 h,每种耐磨钢进行5次平行试验,试验最终结果采用5次平行试验结果的平均值。
周期浸润加速腐蚀试验结束后,对试样进行超声波除锈,依次采用等离子水和酒精冲洗干净,称重并计算腐蚀失重量和腐蚀速率[12]。腐蚀失重量和腐蚀速率如表2所示。
表2可知,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F的腐蚀失重量为117.98 g/m2,腐蚀速率为1.64 g/(m2·h);国内某厂家生产的NM1#耐磨钢腐蚀失重量为126.67 g/m2,腐蚀速率为1.76 g/(m2·h);国外某厂家生产的NM2#耐磨钢腐蚀失重量为145.35 g/m2,腐蚀速率为2.02 g/(m2·h),表明三种试验钢中包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F耐腐蚀性能最好,NM1#耐磨钢次之,NM2#耐磨钢最差。
包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F、NM1#耐磨钢和NM2#耐磨钢经周期浸润加速腐蚀试验72 h后,的锈层形貌如图1所示。采用扫描电镜对试验钢锈层表面和截面形貌进行观察,结果如图2所示。
通过图1的宏观形貌可以看出,周期浸润加速腐蚀试验72 h后,耐磨钢试样表面已经被锈层完全覆盖,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F和NM1#耐磨钢的宏观形貌差别不大,锈层较为致密,但包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F重度锈蚀面更小,NM2#耐磨钢宏观表面锈层分布着密密麻麻的锈蚀小孔,表明锈层较为疏松。
通过图2显示的耐磨钢微观形貌可以看出,锈层主要由颗粒状腐蚀产物构成,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F微观锈层更加均匀致密,颗粒状腐蚀产物几乎粘连在一起;NM1#耐磨钢微观锈层致密性稍差,锈层中出现微缝隙,锈层中颗粒状腐蚀产物之间存在小孔洞;NM2#耐磨钢微观锈层致密性最差,锈层中出现较宽缝隙,且锈层中颗粒状腐蚀产物之间的孔洞更大。
通过对三种耐磨钢宏观与微观形貌观察分析,表明包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F锈层均匀性、致密性最好,耐蚀性最好,NM1#耐磨钢次之,NM2#耐磨钢最差,这与周期浸润加速腐蚀试验结果相对应。
包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F、NM1#耐磨钢和NM2#耐磨钢经周期浸润加速腐蚀试验72 h后的截面锈层形貌如图3所示。
图3显示的三种耐磨钢周期浸润加速腐蚀试验72 h后的锈层截面形貌可以看出,三种耐磨钢的锈层均为单层结构,锈层均匀致密,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F截面锈层最薄,NM1#耐磨钢截面锈层厚度次之,NM2#耐磨钢截面锈层最厚。虽然三种耐磨钢的锈蚀产物均向基体蔓延,均有对基体进一步腐蚀的趋势,但包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F呈大小均匀球状颗粒向基体蔓延,NM1#耐磨钢截面锈层与基体之间开始出现较大尺寸腐蚀产物颗粒,NM2#耐磨钢截面锈层与基体之间分布着大小差距明显的球状颗粒产物,且球形产物中出现微裂纹,同时锈层与树脂之间存在明显裂纹。以上分析表明,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F腐蚀倾向小,NM1#耐磨钢腐蚀倾向次之,NM2#耐磨钢腐蚀倾向最大。
(1)包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F的腐蚀失重量为117.98 g/m2,腐蚀速率为1.64 g/(m2·h),耐腐蚀性能优于国内外同类产品NM1#耐磨钢和NM2#耐磨钢。
(2)NM1#耐磨钢和NM2#耐磨钢微观锈层致密性稍差,锈层中出现不同程度缝隙。包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F锈层较为致密,重度锈蚀面更小,耐腐蚀性能优于国内外同类产品NM1#和NM2#耐磨钢。
(3)三种耐磨钢锈层均为单层结构,包钢稀土耐磨钢NM450F截面锈层最薄,呈大小均匀球状颗粒向基体蔓延,腐蚀倾向最小。
