The equipment in production line of rolling is with such characteristics as large size, long distance and high accuracy requirements. In the paper, the combined measurement technologies of laser tracker and total station are studied aiming at the problem that ranging accuracy of total station is relatively low. When lay the control network, such advantages as high angle measurement accuracy and long measuring distance of total station as well as high ranging accuracy of laser tracker are made full use to minimize measuring errors and complete measurement of high accuracy equipment in production line of rolling without complicated calculations.

轧线设备具有设备大、距离长、精度要求高的特点,文章针对全站仪测距精度相对较低的问题,研究了激光跟踪仪和全站仪联合测量技术。在布设控制网时,充分利用全站仪测角精度高、测量距离远和激光跟踪仪测距精度高的优势,将测量误差降到最低,且不需要经过复杂计算即可完成轧线高精度设备测量工作。

The equipment in production line of rolling is with such characteristics as large size, long distance and high accuracy requirements. In the paper, the combined measurement technologies of laser tracker and total station are studied aiming at the problem that ranging accuracy of total station is relatively low. When lay the control network, such advantages as high angle measurement accuracy and long measuring distance of total station as well as high ranging accuracy of laser tracker are made full use to minimize measuring errors and complete measurement of high accuracy equipment in production line of rolling without complicated calculations.

近年来,钢铁行业遭遇寒冬,加之行业竞争激烈,使得钢铁企业对产品质量的要求不断提高,这要求轧线关键设备精度控制水平进一步提高,传统测量方法已不能满足不断提高的设备精度控制要求。
传统单架次轧机测量方案已不能达到不断提高的设备精度控制要求,为此有必要设计一种可以进行整条轧线设备系统化测量方法。激光跟踪仪有测量距离近的缺点(大概60 m),全站仪有距离测量精度低的缺点,给整条轧线设备系统化测量方法的研究工作造成了障碍。
近年来,一些先进测量仪器技术的发展为轧线设备的测量提供了解决思路,例如出现了测距精度能达到0.02 mm的API激光跟踪仪和测角精度能达到0.5″的TS60全站仪。
全站仪采用球坐标测量系统原理进行测量,其测距基于电磁波测距,是以电磁波作为载波,传输光信号来测量距离的一种方法[1]图1为TS60全站仪,表1为TS60全站仪的主要技术参数。
表1可以看出,全站仪有测角误差小、测量距离远、测距精度相对低的特点,而轧线设备具有设备大、距离长、精度要求高的特点。在这种情况下,如果使用全站仪进行测量,由于仪器本身测距精度低,会造成整体测量结果误差大,测量精度达不到轧线设备精度要求。
激光跟踪仪也采用球坐标测量系统的原理进行测量,通过两个高精度码盘和干涉测距模块分别获取测量目标的水平角、俯仰角和距离。图2为API激光跟踪仪,表2为API Radian Plus激光跟踪仪的主要技术参数。
表2可以看出,激光跟踪仪有测距精度高、测角误差大、测量距离近的特点。如果使用激光跟踪仪进行测量,由于激光跟踪仪的测量距离小且需要多次转站,导致误差累积,测量精度达不到轧线设备精度要求。
目前国内外有通过全站仪和激光跟踪仪联合测量的方法,但是需要进行复杂的平差计算,而且在测量过程中用到了全站仪的测距功能,导致整体平差计算的精度降低,且该平差计算过程十分复杂,普通员工难以掌握[2]
所以研究一种能够充分利用全站仪和激光跟踪仪各自的优势,不需要复杂平差运算,并在实际工作中操作简单、可广泛推广应用的全站仪和激光跟踪仪联合测量方法是非常必要的[3]
全站仪和激光跟踪仪联合测量方法的核心是采用全站仪进行总站控制测量,考虑到全站仪测距精度相对较低,在布设控制网时,充分利用全站仪的测角误差小和激光跟踪仪测距精度高的优势,将测量误差降到最低,具体方案如下。
图3所示,利用全站仪在两个控制点中间轧制中心线上布设临时点,临时点间距控制在15 m以内,保证至少有3个控制点或临时点在激光跟踪仪50 m测程范围内,其中端部两个点的连线作为轧制中心线,临时点作为精度验证点。
架设激光跟踪仪,测量测程范围内临时点、控制点和设备关键测量位置,利用测量到的临时点拟合出轧制中心线,利用该轧制中心线和大地水平面建立坐标系,根据设备测量y坐标值得出设备与轧制中心线的关系,重复上述步骤可完成所有设备与中心线关系的测量工作。
选取某200 m长的轧线为测量对象,测量定张减径机、脱管机、连轧机和线动导轨与轧制中心线的关系。依照方案设计的激光跟踪仪和全站仪联合测量方法(简称新方法)和通过拉钢线多次测量平均值方法(简称传统方法)对定张减径机定位块与轧制中心线距离a、脱管机定位块与轧制中心线距离b、连轧机定位条与轧制中心线距离c、线动导轨与轧制中心线距离d进行测量,测量数据见表3
新方法与传统方法测量最大差值为0.29 mm,能够满足该轧线测量精度要求,所以采用全站仪和激光跟踪仪联合测量轧线设备方法能够满足轧线设备测量要求。
该测量方法主要有以下优点:采用全站仪一站建立控制网,不会产生累计测量误差;新方法的测距精度取决于激光跟踪仪,可达到0.015 mm;新方法的测量距离取决于全站仪测距能力,可达到1 000 m以上;新方法不需要复杂的平差计算,只需要建立坐标系后测量结果,便可直接使用,简单方便。
全站仪和激光跟踪仪联合测量方法适用于长距离轧线等设备偏差检测,充分发挥了两种仪器各自的优势,无需经过复杂平差计算即可完成轧线设备测量任务。
