The samples are prepared with fused bead method, contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in fluorite are determined with wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry as well as effects of such factors as type of flux, dilution ratio, weighing sample, melting temperature and melting time on determination results are analyzed so that optimal experimental conditions are determined. Meanwhile, the working curves of each element are drawn using standard samples and self-made control samples as well as correlation coefficients all reach over 0.999. The precision experiment showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=10) of determination results for contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in fluorite was 0.23%~4.80%, the accuracy experiment showed that the difference values of measured values, standard values and chemical analysis values for contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in standard sample of fluorite and control sample of wet chemical analysis were within the range of allowable deviation for the methods of GB/T 5195.5—2017, GB/T 5195.6—2006, GB/T 5195.1—2017 and GB/T 5195.8—2006. The method is with shorter analysis process, higher sensitivity and certain promotion and application value compared with wet chemical analysis.

采用熔融玻璃片法制备样品,通过波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定萤石中氟化钙、二氧化硅、磷、硫的含量,分析了熔剂类型、稀释比、称样量、熔融温度、熔融时间等因素对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件。同时采用标准样品及自制控制样品进行了各成分工作曲线的绘制,其相关系数均达到0.999以上。精密度实验表明萤石中氟化钙、二氧化硅、磷、硫含量测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为0.23%~4.80%,准确度实验表明萤石标准样品及湿法化学分析对照样品中氟化钙、二氧化硅、磷、硫含量的测定值与标准值、化学分析值的差值均在GB/T 5195.5—2017、GB/T 5195.6—2006、GB/T 5195.1—2017、GB/T 5195.8—2006方法允许差范围内。与湿法化学分析相比,该方法分析流程短,灵敏度高,具有一定的推广应用价值。

X射线荧光光谱分析  /  萤石  /  熔融玻璃片制样

The samples are prepared with fused bead method, contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in fluorite are determined with wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectrometry as well as effects of such factors as type of flux, dilution ratio, weighing sample, melting temperature and melting time on determination results are analyzed so that optimal experimental conditions are determined. Meanwhile, the working curves of each element are drawn using standard samples and self-made control samples as well as correlation coefficients all reach over 0.999. The precision experiment showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=10) of determination results for contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in fluorite was 0.23%~4.80%, the accuracy experiment showed that the difference values of measured values, standard values and chemical analysis values for contents of calcium fluoride, silicon dioxide, phosphorus and sulfur in standard sample of fluorite and control sample of wet chemical analysis were within the range of allowable deviation for the methods of GB/T 5195.5—2017, GB/T 5195.6—2006, GB/T 5195.1—2017 and GB/T 5195.8—2006. The method is with shorter analysis process, higher sensitivity and certain promotion and application value compared with wet chemical analysis.

钢铁冶金工业常用萤石作助熔剂和造渣剂以改善炉渣流动性。萤石(Fluorite)又称氟石、氟石粉,是一种矿物,其主要成分是氟化钙(CaF2)。萤石中氟化钙、二氧化硅、磷、硫的分析方法主要采用湿法化学分析方法[1-4],操作过程繁琐,分析流程长,需溶样处理样品,对操作人员的技能要求比较高,受人员及试剂的影响较大。
熔片法制备样品-X射线荧光光谱法测定萤石中的氟化钙、二氧化硅含量的方法已得到了广泛应用[5-12],2017年已将X射线荧光光谱法分析萤石中各成分的方法列为国家标准[13],但是由于矿物类型不同,干扰因素太多,国标方法的测定范围、重复性、再现性无法满足生产要求。有文献报道采用熔融法,测定元素为氟,换算为氟化钙,但氟为轻元素,谱线强度弱,在熔样过程中氟易损失[14]。本文建立了行之有效的实验方法,既有效防止了氟元素的挥发对结果的影响,又消除了压片法基体效应、粒度效应、密度等影响,实验结果表明本方法准确可靠。
熔融炉:HNJC-L4E全自动玻璃熔融炉(洛阳海纳检测仪器有限公司);MXF-2400型X射线荧光光谱仪(日本岛津公司);铂金坩埚模具(Pt95%+Au5%)。
X射线荧光光谱仪采用4.0 kW端窗铑靶X光管,真空光路P10气(亚甲烷气体)的出口压力为0.025~0.040 MPa,仪器工作参数见表1
无水四硼酸锂(优级纯);无水偏硼酸锂(优级纯);碘化铵(300 g/L);磷酸二氢钾(基准试剂);乙酸;碳酸钙(基准试剂);含钙乙酸:称取2.00 g碳酸钙于500 mL烧杯中,加50 mL(1+9)乙酸,移入1 000 mL容量瓶中,用乙酸稀释至刻度,混匀。无特别说明,所用试剂均为分析纯,实验室用水均为蒸馏水,实验所用标准样品见表2
准确称取6.000 0 g四硼酸锂-偏硼酸锂(67% Li2B4O7+33%LiBO2)混合熔剂,铺于铂金坩埚底部,备用。准确称取0.600 0 g萤石样品于玻璃烧杯中,加入10~20 mL(1+9)乙酸,将样品摇散后盖上表面皿,置于电热板上加热至沸腾,不可烧干,保持微沸30~40 min,取下烧杯,冲洗表面皿,向烧杯内加入20 mL热水,过滤,以热水冲洗滤渣及滤纸3次以上。将滤纸连同滤渣放在铂金坩埚内熔剂中心位置,将铂金坩埚置于750~800 ℃马弗炉内,待滤纸灰化后,稍冷,加入20~22滴碘化铵溶液(30%),放入已升温至1 000 ℃的熔样机中,按照设定程序进行熔融,15 min后取出,冷却后编码,放入干燥器待测。
用有证萤石标准样品,在选定的测量条件下,以测量组分的强度为纵坐标,以输入组分的浓度为横坐标,绘制出工作曲线,测定样品,根据试样的强度值在标准曲线上计算相应试样中各元素的含量。
选择适用于酸性样品和多数氧化物的常用熔剂Li2B4O7、LiBO2及混合溶剂Li2B4O7∶LiBO2=33∶67、Li2B4O7∶LiBO2=67∶33进行实验。
实验表明,单独使用Li2B4O7,熔片有大量气泡;单独使用LiBO2,熔样效果不太理想,易结晶;当混合熔剂Li2B4O7∶LiBO2=33∶67时,不能形成完整、均匀的玻璃熔片;当混合熔剂Li2B4O7∶LiBO2=67∶33时,熔样效果很好,晶莹剔透,均匀透亮,所以选择混合熔剂Li2B4O7∶LiBO2=67∶33作为助熔剂。
在选定的实验条件下,选取样品与熔剂比例分别为1∶7、1∶9、1∶10、1∶11、1∶12、1∶13进行实验。
成片结果表明,稀释比为1∶7时,样品流动性差,不能充分熔融,难以形成均匀、透明的玻璃片;稀释比为1∶9时,熔好的玻璃片比较薄,均匀度不易保证;稀释比为1∶10、1∶11、1∶12和1∶13时,样品流动性较好,熔片成型透明。熔剂量较大时,虽然对熔融有利,但在稀释与吸收作用下,随着稀释比增加,玻璃片的厚度也增加,且各成分的谱线强度随着稀释比增加明显降低,影响轻成分的测定,同时也存在浪费,因此,实验选择稀释比为1∶10。
分别称取1.400 0 g、1.200 0 g、1.000 0 g、0.800 0 g、0.600 0 g、0.400 0 g萤石样品,熔融后进行称样量的选择实验。
结果表明,1.400 0 g、1.200 0 g、1.000 0 g的称样量前处理实验时间较长,实际操作不便;0.400 0 g的称样量玻璃片形成的圆片不光滑;1.000 0 g、0.800 0 g、0.600 0 g的称样量均形成完整光滑、晶莹剔透的玻璃片,测量元素强度满足测试要求,但称样量为1.000 0 g、0.800 0 g对应的熔剂量也相应增加,不经济,所以称样量的选择为0.600 0 g。
一般情况下,熔样温度均在950~1 200 ℃范围内。考虑到萤石的主要成分氟化钙属于易熔的物质,混合熔剂的熔样温度控制在1 150 ℃以下为好,熔样温度太高不仅损失脱模剂,也对铂金坩埚寿命有较大影响,故选择熔样温度分别为900 ℃、920 ℃、935 ℃、950 ℃、1 000 ℃、1 050 ℃、1 100 ℃,熔融时间为15 min,进行熔样温度选择实验。
结果表明,当熔样温度为900 ℃时,样品未熔融;当熔样温度为920 ℃时,熔出的玻璃片部分不够透彻,而且在冷却过程中,有时会形成固态物,玻璃片表面不均匀,甚至裂开;当熔样温度为1 100 ℃时,由于温度高,脱模剂挥发严重,造成脱模困难,玻璃片流动性差,薄厚不匀;当熔样温度为935 ℃、950 ℃、1 000 ℃、1 050 ℃时,玻璃片均匀,透明度好。又在每个温度点熔七个玻璃片,测定不同熔样温度熔片元素的强度,计算强度的平均值及其标准偏差。结果表明,当熔样温度为1 000 ℃时,能够获得较高强度,标准偏差较小,熔融样品的稳定性较好,因此选择熔样温度为1 000 ℃。以氟化钙为例,荧光强度及其标准偏差与温度的关系图,见图1图2
将试样与熔剂按1∶10比例混合,熔样时间设为10 min、15 min、20 min,进行熔样时间选择实验。
实验结果表明,熔样时间为10 min时,试样熔样不完全;熔样时间为20 min时,玻璃片流动性差;熔样时间为15 min时,熔出的玻璃片流动性较好,晶莹剔透,均匀稳定,因此熔样时间选择15 min。
准确称取10个以上标准物质或合成标准物质,按照最佳实验条件熔融样品,以荧光强度值为纵坐标、样品元素含量为横坐标,建立测定元素的工作曲线。相关系数和线性范围见表3
选取编号为YSBC28734-2014、GBW(E)070104a萤石标准样品和1#生产样品分别进行方法精密度实验,按照最佳实验条件,制成11个熔融玻璃片进行测量,结果见表4
表4可见,通过该方法测定结果计算的相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%,该方法的精密度良好。
选取编号为GBW(E)070104萤石标准样品和1#合成标准样品进行准确度实验,测定结果见表5
表5可见,本方法的测定值与理论标准值或计算值的差均小于化学法的再现性限,说明该方法满足准确度要求。
选取编号为GBW(E)070106、GBW(E)070104a萤石标准样品和2个生产试样与化学分析方法做比对实验,测定结果见表6
表6可见,标准样品及生产样品荧光法测定值与化学法测定值的比对结果良好。
采用X射线荧光光谱法测定萤石中氟化钙、二氧化硅、磷、硫含量,对制样过程中的熔剂种类及比例、称样量、熔样温度、熔样时间等进行了实验,通过对仪器最佳工作条件、系列标准样品的配制及校准曲线的绘制等方面的研究,方法精密度、准确度满足要求,比对实验结果良好。在避免人为因素影响和化学试剂因素影响方面,该方法优于传统的化学分析方法。在测定速度上,该方法明显快于传统的湿法化学分析方法,大大提高了工作效率。
